ABOUT MICHAEL
Michael Horn has 45 years of experience as a science researcher and began his study and research into the UFO contacts of Billy Meier, in 1979.
In 1986, Michael found previously unknown warnings, originally published by Billy Meier beginning in 1951, about unnatural manmade climate change, global warming, the increased frequency and intensity of storms, blizzards, tsunamis, and the coming climate destruction. Michael also found that Mr. Meier was the first person to warn about the damage to the ozone layer from A-bomb explosions, and about the connection between the extraction of petroleum and earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, all of which were subsequently scientifically corroborated.
The Singularly Authentic Billy Meier UFO Case
In 2004, after 25 years of research into Meier’s information and the evidence substantiating his claims, Michael, who is also a former SETI team member, became the voluntary Authorized American Media Representative for the Billy Meier Contacts. Michael gives national and international multi-media presentations, university lectures, interviews, etc., and makes frequent media appearances representing the Meier contacts.
Thanks also to the eight-month long investigation by the formerly skeptical USAF OSI/Dept. of Defense investigator-supervisor, Joe Tysk, the Meier contacts have now been proved to be absolutely authentic.
In October 2020, Michael discovered never before seen, historically unprecedented photographs, from 1981, of a UFO interacting with a, then top secret, US Stealth fighter at Groom Lake Nevada.
Michael has been involved in environmental issues since 1968, when he wrote and illustrated “Captain Tim”, an animated project warning about air pollution. In 1969, he produced a song by the same name for A&M records. In 1970, he wrote an award-winning song, “Brother River”.
Because of his concerns about the critical problems of water pollution, he helped to develop two water purification companies and pioneered commercial water purification applications for many companies, like Starbucks, Wolfgang Puck and numerous restaurants and international hotels.
Michael is the writer and producer of the award-winning feature length documentary, “And Did they Listen?”, as well as “as the time fulfills”, “The Silent Revolution of Truth”, and “The Meier Contacts – The Key To Our Future Survival”.
Michael Horn has consistently demonstrated enormous creativity and being well ahead of his time. Hi Michael, I’ve only just now heard of you, but have been aware of the Meier material since reading the late Col. Wendelle Stevens’ books back in the 90’s. Thank you for continuing to spread the word. I met Col. Stevens when I called him to order some of his books and, much to my surprise, he hand delivered them to me. (!) He was a very interesting man and his books are now difficult to find in hard print . However, those who want more background on the Meier case and related cases can find most of his publications, thanks to his daughter, Cece, at ufophotoarchives.com You can get the whole lot for a very reasonable price, digitally. This is a tremendous archive for all ufologists to have at their fingertips. It includes both or the Contact from the Pleiades books, all the Message from the Pleiades (contact notes) volumes, all 5 UFO Photos books and most of his other works, including the Nep-4 book mentioned above, except for “The Four” and the two coffee table books, more than 30 books in all. Also included are some DVD’s To spread the words of Ptaah, Asket, Semjase and the others, and to aid in everyone’s understanding of this vast material, please add a link to that site on your website. Thanks for writing.
I don’t mind posting a link for Cece’s site but I do have to clarify some things. I also knew Wendelle over a period of many years. I interviewed him for a film and also, for a time, carried his ebooks on the Meier case.
The problem is that the translation weren’t completely accurate and often had errors that could be quite misleading, though I don’t know if Wendelle was aware of the extent. He had done the best he could to get good translations.
A few years ago FIGU asked me not to make those ebooks available any more, so I stopped.
The only exceptions being the Preliminary and Supplemental Investigative Reports.
I know Wendelle had quite a few other books out after the Meier case but I don’t think any of the so-called “contactees” had any real evidence, let alone proof, for their claims.
Wendelle was a great guy and the world owes hims gratitude for bringing the Meier case forward. But, as the Plejaren also said, sometimes he was taken in by people’s fanciful claims, which probably accounted for the various other ebooks.

You’re welcome. I think the important thing is the actual source of the information, Meier, along with his group, found the translations to not be accurate enough. They would probably know better than those of us who don’t speak German, etc.

Hey Michael… had listen to most of the show on coast2coastam tonight (4.july.16)… and I moseied of to billy’s site, specifically to listen to the two audio recordings there. I thought I had heard you say that no one can really say how they were done, nor, reproduce them.
I gotta tell you… I’ ve been a professional audio and recording engineer since 1976, as well as a professional analog modular synthesist (with Moog modular, ARP 2500 & 2600, and a very large Synthesizers.com system), and adittionally, worked in a planetarium as audio/recording engineer, as well as composing show music, and sound fx, as well as having worked professionally in/with several other major studios, and in FM radio and TV.
I just have to be honest… in my opinion, those sounds were made on an analog reel to reel deck, where the playback head is feeding the record head, thereby creating artifacts consistent with ‘tape slapback’, where an original sound may, or may not be introduced as the primary source. The magnetic tape itself can cause ocsillations on the tape which can be the product of the delay amount which is fed back to the input, or record head, and the speed of the tape.
Just guessing… it sound to me that the recorder was a smaller unit, due to the short gap between the record head, and the playback head. Also just guessing…. the tape speed was likely either at 7.5 ips or 15 ips… and it is possible there was some variable-speed control used.
The short story… this tape was created using very standard engineering practices. I’ve made tapes like that countless times, as well as making ‘spacy’ sounds on my synthesizers.
Very similar sounds can be made on digital delays… but, the don’t have the ‘tape artifact’ effects, which can be quite interesting.

What is absolutely known for certain is that Meier recorded the sounds, on four separate occasions, in front of numerous witness – some who came from as far as 4 kilometers away because they could hear the sounds – and he ONLY used cassette tape recorders.
The events happened outdoors in very large, open spaces. I’ve been to one of the locations many times. All I can say is that there is no evidence whatsoever to the contrary. It’s also certain beyond a doubt that Meier never had, nor ever had access to, a reel-to-reel tape recorder such as you mention.

Michael, I know you probably don’t remember me, but you changed my life. A year ago today we met at a Cafe Rio restaurant in Flagstaff, AZ. I was a cashier who was nice to you and you were one of the few customers who was nice back. You told me about your job and how much you loved doing it, and gave me a little bit of information on what it is that you do. I told you that I thought it was very cool that you had found a passion that you can make a career out of, as unconventional as it is. I told you that you were lucky. You ate your food, and when you finished you came over to me and asked me if I could do one thing what would it be.
I answered that I would see as much of the world as I could, write poetry and novels, live by the beach with someone I love, be in a position to help people, and just be happy.
You told me that no matter what I decide to do, I need to stop focusing on how to just survive but how to make myself happy. You told me to never stop chasing my dreams, even the small ones. You also told me to “let the happiness find me, and the rest will fall into place”.
I took all of that to heart and have since changed my life so much. I’ve seen more parts of the world and more nature than ever before. I currently am finishing my first novel and living in long beach California with the love of my life. My life isn’t always easy, but I find my happiness in the little things that make me who I am, and in the quiet moments at night when I know that i truly am chasing my dreams.

I was just wondering if the big earthquake that will hit San Francisco was a predication or a prophecy. Also correct me if I’m wrong but, did Billy state that this Earth quake will have a magnitude of 9.0 and last for around 5 minutes, and that there would be subsequent afters shocks as well and a Tsunami. I live in San Francisco so I thought this information would be especially relevant to me.

It’s a prediction, as he already had photographed it, and those photos were seen by the investigative team.
The 9.0 and tsunami pertains to the NW earthquake off the coast of Portland.

I’ve heard about it but of course the person(s) claiming this are…anonymous. Also, in my own experience,the irony is that very few people who are searching for the truth try to obtain materials essentially illegally, etc.

I’d be very careful with information about the Law of One and similar things that have their basis in channelled and mixtures of New Age, Egyptian, mystical material. The spiritual teaching is a different matter and doesn’t have any such corruptions, falsifications, etc.

I was wondering, has Billy ever discussed something called Orgone Energy, or is this “Orgone energy” a mere construct of human imagination?
He hasn’t discussed it to the best of my knowledge. It’s an interesting topic, based on Reich’s work. There seem to be some interesting, even possibly verifiable, aspects to it but exactly how much of it is accurate I certainly don’t know.
Perhaps some of it is connected to so-called Chi, prana, to some aspect of life force energy, etc.
but, I always thought that the spirit form or consciousness was some sort of(or maybe is a) life force? Naturally, I thought that these so called chi, prana, and orgone energies arose from the spirit form or the consciousness, perhaps I am confused?
These energies don’t originate with the spirit form or consciousness, which are separate energies entirely. Such energies would originate with the Creation, nature, etc.
