Billy Meier UFO Case: Beyond a Reasonable Doubt

Trial lawyer endorses, says evidence overwhelming

In addition to the recent endorsement by a former USAF OSI investigator and case supervisor, and equally impressive endorsements by  NASA aerospace engineer, Matthew Wieczkiewicz (Ret), and Kenneth Smith, the Director of Operations at Orbital Launch System Group (Ret), who served under retired astronaut, Ronald Grabe, we can now add this assessment from a former prosector and trial lawyer regarding the singular authenticity of the Billy Meier UFO contacts:

“Michael,

I’m a quasi-retired lawyer with a lot of experience with regard to trial work. You are so right that the Meier case passes the preponderance of the evidence overwhelmingly and you did an excellent job presenting his case. You are extremely competent with regard to scientific and empirical scrutiny and I was moved by the manner in which you presented this matter.

I viewed the Amazon documentary last evening with my wife. Not only does the information along with the evidence pass scrutiny of the preponderance but borders beyond a reasonable doubt. At any rate, the totality of the circumstances is certainly compelling. You possess a great mind with a tremendous capacity towards critical and discriminative thinking skills. Our country seems to have taken a departure from this valued discipline.

Thank you,

Robert Joyner,

When the Prophecies Prove True

If we consider these recent developments in light of what Quetzal said to Meier, in 1987*, it appears that we are indeed in the times when the prophecies prove true. Hopefully, it will also be the time when…”people will come to their senses”.

*Quetzal: You apparently never give up hope. Your optimism is honourable and deserves to be heard by human beings, but the way things have developed throughout this century there is not too much hope that human beings of Earth will come to their senses and heed your words. This will then be the case only when the prophecies prove to be true or, even worse, have already come to pass. Probably only then will the time come when the defamations against you will end in regard to your contacts with us, although they will long continue to be vehemently disputed by your enemies as well as by pathological know-it-alls and critics who dismiss them as swindle, lies and fraud. The full truth about our contacts with you will be proven in the distant future, and then mankind will accept our help we offer through you—even when they erroneously assume we come from the seven-star system known to human beings of Earth as the Pleiades. Met Matthew Wieczkiewicz ones at Munds Park FIGU discussion/study group. Had some interesting things to say and shows the level of humanity that gets involved, and is not afraid to step forward beyond what others erroneous think, believe. A shame more will not take this information seriously as we have gone, continue to violate the basic laws and recommendations of Creation(nature).

Michael,

“The full truth about our contacts with you will be proven in the distant future, and then mankind will accept our help we offer through you—even when they erroneously assume we come from the seven-star system known to human beings of Earth as the Pleiades.”

Logically speaking doesn’t this mean that the Plejaren know something we don’t? By this I mean the Plejaren probably know how the events on Earth will all pan out, at least to a certain extent. Am I right?

Sheila Clark

Hi David, our history and future is summed up in Contact Report 251: http://theyfly.com/Contact_251.html

“The Plejaren claim to live in the Plejares, an altered time-space configuration about 80 light-years beyond the Pleiades. MH”

But Michael, do you know if the Plejares star cluster, if one may call it that, exists in our space-time configuration but is at an earlier stage of development like when the Pleiades star cluster is viewed from our space-time configuration, or you don’t know?

Sheila Clark

As I recall the current Pleaides in our space-time configuration does not have any life and is at the earliest stages of development. The Plejaren are in a different space-time configuration in a star system 80 light years beyond the Pleaides.

(Please the believers in Meier as a new Pope do not read this, if published, for it may shake your beliefs, though it will not in any way undermine the understanding of a spirituality beyond the rubbish of so-called sacred texts)

I just sent Matthew’s article to the Brazilian UFO magazine, because I always defend the case when he is defamed, although had restrictions with whatever side of belief and “do not question” followers. Last month I had complained again to this magazine calling its editors of illiterates for not understanding that it was the primitive peoples who considered the ufonautas as angels, not us who are still considering (although I do not see much difference when I see people who do not realize the point and prefers to take to the side of unthinking and uninformed fanaticism). What is more pathological? To refer to cosmic consciousness, to universal mystery, to subtle matter levels and their sources, to intelligence that rules everything with symbolic names that are clearly a symbolic, cultural, metaphorical way of referring (there is not only the Bible, which for me does not count, for more inspired visions and words) or to consider the word of the emissaries of space as an untouchable, uncontrollable truth and, however precise it may be (and ins t in relation to spirit-form, subtle-bodies, and realms of beyond) , was not and is not the only one, for even in dreams individuals can experience the capacity extra-sensory and extra-timeless perception .Which is more pathological – do you rely on your psychic, mental and consciential resources or just rely on someone else and tax all others from liars and fraudsters, leading to defamation elsewhere?. There are various kinds of pathologies and ignorances in relation to the senses of everything and their emissaries, and the question is not so easy. Only religious fanatics believe that everything is so easy, that there is no relevant knowledge and talents on your own planet, and that it will be the other’s fault and ignorance if not believe in projected beliefs in a chief o sect .(WAS NOT COMBINED THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE VALID?) OK, you can argue down there at will that these are not beliefs and that I am a believer and manipulated, though not at all, and that of defining others by not following the primer as you are pathological — or this is only to the believers on religion? –. Where is the discovery, the thinking for itself, if the order is to follow the catechism of a new Pope? Why should those who think and discover problems that are fair and realistic (non-pathological) should be less lucid than those who wish to operate in the religion mode and to blaspheme and condemn those who do not accept this mode, which, incidentally, was not the purpose of the texts of the original contacts.? Are the spiritual texts of the Plejaren / Petale important? For a world contaminated with religion, rotten texts, they are, although via Meier fit as a text or moral lesson and exhortation. But they are not everything, and one can not take the same side and claim that others are pathological and propose an even worse pathology.

I just read that India and China are now heating up over their boarder(s). Yet another example of what was foretold.
