Billy Meier’s Prophecies and the Environment
Among the many specific consequences of manmade climate change – now more accurately described as climate destruction – foretold and described by Billy Meier decades ago, is the otherwise largely unforeseen dangers and damage from methane gas.
Now, as various long foretold events are ceaselessly occurring, such as the fires in California, there’s a never-ending proliferation of conspiracy theories offered by experienced, as well as completely inexperienced, people. One of those theories is that the California fires simply had to have been caused by attacks orchestrated by the nefarious elite, using DEW (Directed Energy Weapons). While that has yet to be proved, Randy Arena, a scientist and student of the spiritual teaching, wrote the following to the California State Fire Marshall:
Dear Mr Mathisen,
An accelerant which you may not have thought of: Methane, possibly sulphur dioxide and other gasses.
It has come to my attention that many of the California fires such as Malibu, Coffee Park and The Camp fire may have been so large and rapidly spreading due to an accelerant rather than the normal way fires are spread and that the accelerant may be Methane or Sulphur Dioxide emanating from deep underground, a byproduct of ancient forests and shallow oceans.
This accelerant which many in the fire industry may not be aware of is due to the polar regions being less heavy due to the recent decline of the polar ice weight shifting and being melted off by increased deadly ozone depletion. One reason I think this is primarily because of learning some information written by Billy Meier of Switzerland and his high level scientific information stating that ozone was being burned off way back in the year 1958 and even previous hints of this type of thing in 1941. Another reason for my understanding of this is due to the fires being of a bluish flame (indicative of methane) and the fire tornados which are becoming more and more prevelent. Yet another reason is the green plants nearby unaffected and the abnormal time of year for the fires probably due to a lens of clay (scraped off in building sites for structural stability) blocking the accelerant from optimal effluent of the aforescribed off gassing. For this reason I feel after much thought that your men may be wise to stay out of the valleys and canyons normally safe areas devoid of wind and that if indeed this accelerant may be due to off gassing of the earth from cracks formed due to the monumental change in weight of the polar ice caps these areas are now unsafe. Thank you for your concern and more importantly your actions to save fire men and women and our homes.

Thank you for posting this letter as I found not much was done the first time I spoke about it to a fire professional. Also thank you for providing our Swiss friend’s references and contact notes and that overpopulation is indeed the reason for all of earth’s problems. By reason and logic we will eventually fix them one by one, but up until and only after we realize it is overpopulation that is causing for example this civil war, famine, earthquakes, war over resources and overall quality of life. It is not caused by others… it is caused by us.

Does this coincide with the return of the “woodpecker” signal? its on the 40m ham radio band, and appeared again in 2023 after many years of silence, there has been speculation that it has to do with DEW and over the horizon radar technologies.
Tom Bearden talked about this kind of stuff but it was said he was a disinformation agent, this is of course possible, some of the things he said seemed entirely plausible and others such as time reversed waves and scalar seemed far fetched, but interesting none the less.
Most of these technologies seem to share the same fundamental principle of beam steering using phased arrays of transmitters or transmitter arrays, this is shared with things such as Starlink and 5G, this allows the focusing of radio frequencies onto a particular target.
It is said that certain frequencies or combinations of frequencies can induce illness, I guess in the same way that it could be used heal someone.
Are these technologies also used for weather modification and the terrifying elemental weapons that are talked about by Billy and Bearden back in the 80’s?
Hi Chris The first I heard of the “woodpecker” was back in 1976ish and the signal would sweep up and down the 27Mhz range(10m hrb) the clicks is where the name came from as it sounded like the clicks would come past the channel one was listening to, and then sweep back again a short time later.
It was found to be a Russian transmission to measure the propagation of the ionosphere etc, and I remember it disappeared around 1990’s?
I haven’t been on the 40m band for a few days, as I usually listen in on 7.100-7.200Mhz so I will listen out for the woodpecker when time permits.
But now the summer is approaching, the long range of the 40m band will diminish until the next winter.
Do you have a specific center frequency to tune to? I will have a look at Mr Beardon the name sounds familiar.
We are a long way from finding the swinging waves that the Plejaren use but we will get there eventually.

I tuned into the 40 meter band last night, and heard a conversation between a German and a guy in NJ/NY regarding the earthquake in the NJ/NY area minutes after the event (perfect timing).
The Woodpecker signal in the videos were not the same signal I heard back in the 1970’s but then the signal may have been modified to what is in the videos today. I would guess that they are telemetry signals, possibly (RTTY) military, so cant argue with them as they are a law unto themselves. And cross modulation and splatter are frequently heard on the HF bands.
From what I can remember of Mr Beardson is that he was a conspiracy theorist and he echos the words of scientists etc, but whether he knew his stuff is up for question, as I heard him speak with regards to the waste of space “The Disclosure Project” by Mr S. Greer.
As many students of the Creational-energy teachings know, that AIDS was transferred to humans due to bad behavior between humans and the Green Tailed monkey. But I’m not sure which contact report mentions it.

He mentions Maxwell but not Haynes who had a different set of equations for inductance.
He also mentions Heavyside who I think introduced series inductors in the transatlantic cable between UK and USA, which was at a potential of 7KV.
I know from experience that high voltages say 30Kv and around 16KHz made me feel ill,
Harrp is now up and running and they have got over the problem of multi-element arrays, so they can heat up the atmosphere as mentioned by Ptaah in the CR’s.
A voltage polar plot can be made and a reduction of side lobes has to be achieved to ensure the beam is focused in the direction required.
No doubt there will be more squeaks and whistles in the future on the HF bands, happy listening.

It was Charles Proteus Steinmetz who solved the transatlantic communication problem not Heaviside, the inductance was a steel wire wrapped around the exterior that balanced the capacity of the cable.
His name is Bearden not beardson btw.
conspiracy theorist was a term coined by the CIA, its not exactly helpful because it has the effect of lumping that person with a badge that says they are insane and nothing they say matters, its obvious to me that he had some very valid points, especially about peak oil, he also probably saw a lot of black projects working in the military, you dont know if he is still on the “payroll” sometimes these disclosures are a double bluff as in the case of other supposed insiders that have come forward.
Haarp is not being used by the military, it was sold to a private firm a while back (2014?) there was a video about it, when I did a search today was surprised it was still in use, they even have their own website.
I imagine there is a more sophisticated array somewhere with nefarious intent, the old Haarp station was based on vacuum tubes and mechanically driven variable capacitors and is quite archaic by todays standards, the huge black budget obviously goes somewhere there are probably arrays of transmitters somewhere that have much more sophisticated targeting and functionality, they may even be in plain sight if you ask me.
Unfortunately, the truth about anything is hard to find, we are very lucky to have been told what we have with a good track record of it happening or being proved correct, discerning the truth or truths from a stack of lies is a skill in itself, it helps to remember what was said by who until a later date it can be confirmed.

I’m interested where you found the wrapping of a cable in steel wire (previously iron wire was used), as it would be problematic when being physically wound onto the cable drum, and later off the drum. With of course the problems of joining the transmission wires which, when one drum is empty and has to be connected to the new cable of the new drum.
I fail to see how winding a steel wire around the insulated copper conductors would hold up once submerged and following the topography of the sea bed, including sharp rocks and valleys on the sea bed.
As it sounds like your description of wire being wrapped around the signal cables/insulators ie, like a coiled spring, which would part on large rocks (the upper side of the cable), and be compressed on the lower side of the cable.
The LCR was the problem of joining signal wires to limit the unwanted reflections with each termination as a TDR wasn’t available back in the late 1800’s nor would a cable sweep be possible.
The steel wrapping of cables is also know as armouredcables, as used in high security buildings, cable tunnels etc. The cables in the sea were known as a submarine cables.
The distance from UK to the USA is about 3,260 miles or so, the cable would have arrived at Greenland as one of the main termination points, and then run to the USA.
There were a number of submarine cables laid between the UK and Europe with many failures. But once rectified other submarine cables were laid across the Mediterranean sea, and later from Yemen to India and Australia. The longest cable run was across the Pacific ocean.
The armoured cable I was used to, had 30 or so steel wires that were laid out side by side (as a band) and helicaly wound around the signal wires/insulator.
Armoured cable is used for submarine communications cable to protect against damage by fishing vessels, wildlife, sand movement, wear on rocks, storms and tidal movements.
The extra ‘s’ in Bearden is an obvious typo error as the ‘s’ key is next to the ‘d’ key.
I don’t think that Tom Bearden is still on the payroll as he died on the 3rd February 2022.
I did not say that the Haarp was being used by the military, my text in the second paragraph refers to ‘telemetry signals, possibly (RTTY) military’ and so on.
We still use today the archaic vacuum tube/valve as one is inside the common microwave oven, the magnetron. And some ‘Hams’ still use tubes/valve in the final stage of their transmitters due to their robustness and can take more punishment than the silicon transistor. And some audio enthusiasts prefer the sound from tubes/valves as opposed to transistors. My two NQR devices use two tubes/valves as transistors are to noisy.
Steinmetz is known for his contribution in three major fields of alternating current (AC) systems theory: hysteresis, steady-state analysis, and transients. Most of his work involved AC motors.

As far as I understand it Steinmetz worked out the mathematics of the transient waves that propagated through the transmission lines, without that Heaviside would not have been able to rewrite the Maxwell equations into easily workable vector calculus. what was needed was a distributed inductance to balance the equation that was achieved by the use of iron, just like in any inductor, in close proximity to the capacitively coupled copper cables, the iron ribbon was wrapped around the inner conductor as well as helically covering the outside just like an armoured cable.
I have no idea how they managed to join the cables but i know in the beginning this was problematic and many cables were a failure, they spent vast sums of money on getting it to work and many cables were lost on the seafloor.

Yes I am aware that vacuum tube is quite hardy to things like lightning, but the space they take up and power they require to run is high, something like a silicon carbide or gallium nitride switching device can be used at very high power levels in the RF range, this way the transmitters can be small and distributed rather that being a large facility.

I refer to the copper signal conductors as wires and the whole assembly as the cable.
I am aware that Tesla worked/discussed electrical matters with Heaviside, and was involved with Einstein and Steinmetz. Both Tesla and Heaviside were both shunned by the Electrical establishments of the day, and both ended their days in poverty.
As Tesla was visited by Billy and Sfath ( the Death Ray ) it suggests that Tesla was far more advanced than many of terrestrial scientist/inventors of the day.
Each manufactured transmission line would have had different LCR characteristics, and no two transmission lines being the same, so they were stuck with what the manufactures had given them, due to the coarse manufacturing of the day, and the transmission wires would have been a lumpy (un)balanced T-network back then.
It’s not only the capacitive coupling of a pair of copper wires, its also inductively coupled which complicates the matter due to the mutual inductance of the transmission wires.
The iron helicaly wound around the conductors does present physical protection and capacitive coupling to the copper signal wires along the total length of the cable(s), be it a pair of wires or multiple pairs of copper wire conductors.
DC was the power source (up to 2KV at the time) so putting capacitors in series with the copper conductors would block the DC path from the source of power. They may have used a dc transformer to increase the voltage, tho I’m not sure.
Joins in the signal wires will produce unwanted reflections being either positive or negative reflections. And therefore inductors were used to balance the ‘joints’ along the sections of the signal wires, also there is the capacitive coupling of the wires and the metal shielding.
To add when the cable ship was out at sea, say 100 miles out where did the power source originate, from the land or from the cable ship. I’m not sure if the ships were hybrid ships back then?
I would say that the dc source would come from the ship, and not from the land station. As wires at high voltage can hold a lethal charge even when the source of power is removed. So the controller in charge was able to switch off the power and the work carried out in safety.
Also capacitors in series would block the flow of dc of the previous cable that was laid on the sea bed. And the keying up of the cable would have been done from the cable laying ship, substituting inductors until the correct value of inductance was found.
Indicated by the receiver on land actually receiving the telegraphic signal sent from the ship, and what a boring job the receiving guy must of had waiting for the signal, and then being able to reply back to the ship.
Splicing the cables together would have been carried out on the flat surface of the ship’s deck with the transport ships bringing out the next drum of cable. I think that one of the installs took only 10 or so days to cross the Atlantic, which is amazingly fast, considering the cable ship would have to anchor down so not to drift in the sea currents of the Atlantic while the supply ship handed over the next cable drum. This being a very dangerous task with 2 ships being so close together, and so I have no real idea how they accomplished the transfer. I could guess but that’s not a good idea.
From the image of the 1929 cable end you provided, it can be seen that there are 2 machined (shiny) ferrules on the left of the image, these would be part of the seal in the splicing box, the box being in two halves, which would have been later filled with bitumen/tar for water proofing, and acting as a cable clamp for both cables when both halves of the splicing box were bought together and secured.
The joining of the wires was most probably achieved using brass nuts, bolts and washers during optimization. Some 20 years ago in the NY Hilton hotel I saw in the basement, the lead sheath covering the telephone wires that were wrapped in paper and it used a large square wooden panel, with 1/4″ brass nuts,bolts and washers fixed to the MDF panel, and no sign of a punch down block anywhere.
A good question is, was the shielding earthed; at one end or at both ends of the cable, or none at all?
When it comes to LCR transmission wires it should be remembered the word ‘CIVIL’.
That is in a Capacitive circuit, the current ‘I‘ leads the Voltage; and the Voltage leads the current ‘I‘ in an Inductive circuit ‘L‘.
The last time I used a submarine cable was back in the 1980’s and the discharge of high voltage could be heard. This not being confused with the crackling of bad connections.
Yes Mr Bearden may have been a misinformation guy, but appearing on Mr S. Greer “Disclosure project” ( about 13 years ago ) gives me doubt, even Mr Greer sounds sincere but I’m not interested in conspiracies etc.
I have worked with a number of SiC and GaN devices and I may still have some in my electronics junk box, these being from 20KW UPS and from 600V 30A electromagnetic bearings. Technology marches on as they say. When it comes to designing/using semiconductors, it is known that one has to de-rate the components by 20% and work from there.
I still have my Linear amp for 40 meters with good old 807 vacuum tubes. And for Morse code transmissions, one can tell the difference as vacuum tubes produce a clean sound. I have 3 rigs for the amateur bands but I’m not sure what are the o/p transistors.
