Just a couple days earlier, on January 21st, the CDC is on record saying:
“CDC continues to believe the risk of 2019-nCoV to the American public at large remains low at this time.”

The coronavirus is the name used to designate the new family of viruses. Sars-CoV-2, is a mutation of the SARS virus. Carriers of the SARS virus, are the Chinese horseshoe bat, but they themselves do not contract the disease and are immune to the virus.
The current Sars-Cov-2 virus was accidentally and unintentionally spread and released from 2 secret laboratories in Wuhan.
The NeoCoV virus, which was first discovered in 2012 and 2015 in Middle Eastern countries, was just now discovered in Wuhan again and is spreading among bats in South Africa.
