Meditation Basic Factor Permanent State Daily Meditation Daytime Awake Consciousness Meditation
“Apart from what is given to the whole of the entire meditation practice in terms of meditation and its various methods, this refers to the daily, conscious and unconscious – not subconscious – permanent state daily meditation, which precedes all other meditations, but is also unknown in all earthly meditation teachings since ancient times, according to which it was never taught and not spread.
The Permanent State Daily Meditation corresponds to a Day Awake Consciousness Meditation, which takes place in the course of the whole time of the day in the Day Awake Consciousness, which takes place in lying, sitting, standing, walking, as well as in movement and every activity, both in a conscious and unconscious way, whereby the ‘unconscious way’ corresponds to a level placed before the consciousness, which has nothing to do with the subconscious, but corresponds to a recording-processing-processing-switching-change-replaying-level. The first and most important step of the meditation is the day mindfulness-attention-permanent meditation. This is not only of special importance, it is the most important meditation of all. This is because it results in the conscious and controlled cultivation of the constantly arising thoughts and the resulting feelings, which concentrate on everything and everyone, what is currently being thought, feelings created, what is being done, spoken, executed and handled, and what behaviours, etc. are being carried out.
Through the continuous state daily meditation of the day-watchful consciousness, everything and anything is thoroughly controlled consciously and unconsciously – provided that this meditation is practised deliberately and consciously – whereby everything that is done, acted, spoken, said and handled is carried out completely or at least to a large extent correctly and without error.
If, in the course of the day or after the day’s work, the permanent state of daily meditation is interrupted in the daytime awake consciousness for a state of rest or a rest meditation, then a thought stop is necessary, whereby a stay in a meditation for rest can take place.”

Vaccines Roulette
There is a newly published, unofficial translation of the 758th Contact. Here is an unofficial translation of the last exchange between Billy Meier and Ptaah at the end of the contact:
Billy But what I am still interested in now is what you think about the whole thing, what has been torn up for quite some time with vaccines that are supposed to prevent the further spread of the corona disease?
Ptaah: Your question had to come, because it corresponds to your sense of responsibility and logic. But my opinion is that all the vaccines that are currently being researched in various ways and that need to be applied quickly are totally under-researched and will be applied prematurely in a very short time.
Billy: You are saying that this is all just an ill-considered rapid bleaching, right? I think it could be more harm than good, because it is under-researched, because normally it takes our researchers 10-15 years or so to create a real and good vaccine, to create a perfect vaccine product.
Ptaah: That is correct. But what is being done now is what you just called ‘rapid bleaching’, which is vaccine products that can be produced in a rapid manner.

However, as regards the emergence of a vaccine against the corona virus, which should prove to be suitable, safe and effective, the question arises as to its effectiveness, whether this will be positive or negative if it is used for vaccination. However, I doubt whether vaccination with such an insufficiently researched and untested medium will be a preparation of effective positive efficacy, and I also doubt that there will be any counterproductive reactions or effects.
Billy: So you think that such rapid bleaching vaccines could possibly cause ill effects, such as suffering and disease?
Ptaah: Yes, not only direct effects, but especially late effects that can have very long-term effects.
Billy: So, the whole thing does not look rosy, so any earthling, he or she, who gets vaccinated, gets involved in a game of roulette, so to speak.

I also thank Ptaah and Billy for all their help. I learn so much every day and really enjoy THINKING and investigating. I also love taking notes on the CR and have now all kinds of different note books depending on the topic. I have never seen such a wealth of information!
