I am aware of what we said on the 6th of November with regard to ending the talk about the Corona plague, but obviously there is a certain final word that needs to be said about it, and that is the following: Our observations show that through various scientific efforts and processes attempts are being made to fathom the origin and cause of the Corona plague. As for the term Corona-19, it is misleading and should be called something else, according to its actual origin. Subsequently, the name should have been traced back to the US-American … who, full of hatred against America, together with Mao Zedong, laid the foundation for the emergence of the epidemic. Both of them were responsible for this, but they can no longer be prosecuted for it, because they have gone the way of the transient, as in the meantime also all those who have worked in the three different secret laboratories since the mid-1970s on this hate project, which now brings deadly consequences for the entire population of the earth, instead of only for US America, as was fundamentally intended.(The following longer section of the conversation contains information that must not be released publicly). …
Further, it is impossible to refrain from disclosing what is still to be disclosed in the following manner: the lax and useless measures that have been enacted since February by the leaders of the majority of all states and decreed for the peoples to be carried out by them, from which obviously nothing has been learned and also the precarious situation of the Corona crisis has not been recognised. The wrong and useless manoeuvres issued by the state leaders in terms of inadequate actions, unreal decrees and the implementation of extremely inadequate safety and preventive measures against the Corona epidemic have led to the epidemic disaster that is now prevailing. The government’s imposition of short-term curfews, curfew orders, lockdowns and security measures as protective measures – called ‘lockdowns’ and popularly known – is useless and nonsensical. This is because, on the one hand, these superficial measures were immediately loosened again or completely lifted and put out of force as soon as the epidemic infection rates and deaths decreased somewhat. This testifies to a lack of leadership, incompetence, inability to recognise in advance, as well as to a lack of intellect and an unparalleled irresponsibility on the part of the leaders concerned. Furthermore, since the outbreak of the Corona epidemic up to the present time, there has been no change and, above all, no insight into the entire wrongdoing, as well as no change towards the use of reason, rationality and the elaboration of relevant and appropriate countermeasures to bring about the Corona epidemic. This especially in the relation that a prolonged lockdown – if I now use this term – of not only one or 2 weeks is considered and ordered, but of 2, 3 or even more months, and that under elaboration, planning and consideration of all deeply private, personal, economic and all and any intervening necessities in every relation.
Billy: Unfortunately, the intelligence of the majority of earthlings does not go that far, not even when everything is explained to them in detail. Only those human beings think about it and understand the whole thing who know how to use their intelligence. As a rule, however, this is not only lacking in the case of the people-Gros, but explicitly where it would be most necessary, especially in the case of those who swing their sceptres in the governments and think they are great and wise, but with regard to their ability to use their intelligence are in reality not only zeros, but sub-zeros. As you yourself said recently, you have noticed, for example, among all the rulers in all European countries, one single government figure who falls outside the zero norm and endeavours to do what is good and correct, namely the Bavarian Prime Minister Söder, to whom it will be thanks, as you specifically mentioned the other day, that his attitude and actions will ultimately bear good fruit and become a model for all the government firecrackers of Germany. This, if they first secretly ridicule his honest efforts, but then begin to imitate his findings, insights and actions, because they simply can’t help themselves, which will now obviously become the case, as you already said a week ago. Of course, it will be the same as always, because among all the imitators there will be only a few who liked what the clever Söder did, while the rest, from the smallest up to the chancellor, will claim the wisdom of the role model for themselves and act as if their wisdom, copied from Söder, is their own knowledge, their own work and their own thought as well as their personal perception of responsibility. Just as it is not only common with the likes of Trampel Tramp Trump in the USA and like-minded self-praising figures all over the world who adorn themselves with other people’s feathers, so it is also with those like-minded government figures who self-praise themselves at the expense of others.
Ptaah: It is already of this kind in action, as we can see. However, I am here because I am concerned about the health safety of all FIGU members, especially in the coming weeks, which traditionally include family reunions, reunions of friends and acquaintances, and festivities due to Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. This fact, however, brings about a very precarious situation and much misfortune, which will result and bring suffering worldwide as a result of the unreasonableness of countless human beings from all walks of life as well as the failure of state leaders. Despite our decision from the 6th of November that we should finally stop talking about the Corona epidemic, I would like to take up this issue once again. And what I have to say and explain, you should make an effort to retrieve everything quickly and write it down in order to put my explanations on the FIGU website immediately. The posting should then be done with the indication to the readership that all the necessary safety precautions should not only be seriously followed, but that the whole of what I have to explain and what is published on the website should be copied on one’s own initiative by the readership and redistributed as often as possible. Consequently, no copy right is to be levied for this purpose, but the freedom of copying and unlimited publication is to be given. And to be explained are all the important things which are indispensable in order to guarantee the personal and family security, as well as the health security based on acquaintances and friendships, to the best possible extent. What needs to be explained urgently are the following points, which should be taken note of, understood, followed and observed for the sake of personal and social health safety:
- All orders, decrees, ordinances and other measures, as well as all lockdowns, which are now again being ordered by the state leaders for the coming weeks and possibly until further notice or the first month of the new decade, are inadequate in every respect and therefore very defective, consequently, as a whole, everything is only partially effective and does not end the continuing effect of the epidemic problems, but rather allows them to persist and will increase even more in the coming weeks.It is obvious from the lax and useless measures that have been enacted and implemented for the peoples by the leaders of the majority of states since February, and from which nothing salutary has resulted, that nothing has been learned, just as the precarious situation of the Corona crisis has not been recognised. The wrong and useless manoeuvres by the leaders in terms of inadequate actions, unreal decrees and the implementation of extremely inadequate safety and preventive measures against the Corona epidemic have now led to the prevailing epidemic calamity. The government’s imposition of short-term lockdowns, which were immediately relaxed or completely lifted and suspended as soon as the infection rates and the number of deaths decreased somewhat, shows an absolute lack of leadership, incompetence, lack of foresight, poor intellect and irresponsibility on the part of the government leaders concerned. Moreover, since the outbreak of the Corona epidemic up to the present time, there has been nothing else and, above all, no insight into the entire wrongdoing of the state leaders, as well as no change to use reason, reasonableness and elaboration of relevant and appropriate countermeasures to bring the Corona epidemic to an end.
It is of urgent importance and necessity to note that appropriate respiratory masks should be worn in all cases for each person in direct contact with other persons who are not part of the immediate personal sphere of life.Personal and immediate family and community health can only be ensured if the following important points concerning respirators and the correct wearing of them, as well as the correct type of masks, are observed. The most common routes of infection and transmission of disease are smear and droplet infections and aerosols that float through the air and are inhaled at close range, so the wearing of appropriate respirators is of urgent necessity, as is keeping a distance of about 2 metres from other persons.
a) In absolutely still wind conditions, protective masks should be worn outdoors and a distance of at least 150 cm from person to person should suffice, while in windy conditions the distance increases from 2 m upwards
b) When speaking indoors for professional or business purposes, protective masks should be worn and protective screens between persons should allow for person-to-person separation.
c) During meetings, gatherings and discussions, etc., protective masks should be worn by persons away from home and the necessary person-to-person distance should be maintained.
d) Visits to non-family dwellings or to other households, also to one’s own relatives or to family members living elsewhere in other households, should be avoided at all costs, as should visits by family members living elsewhere in one’s own personal living quarters.
e) Visits to family members for the purpose of their unavoidable care and maintenance etc. should only be made with all necessary safety precautions:
- Wearing suitable respirators.
Maintain appropriate distance as far as possible.
If body contact is necessary, observe all safety measures, such as all necessary disinfection.f) Short-term visits of a few minutes may be made to family members living elsewhere in other houses and households, e.g. for deliveries and material transactions, as well as for purely maintaining contact, but only subject to the wearing of respiratory masks and the maintenance of the appropriate safety distance.
Normal industrially produced protective masks of the FFP1 type cannot – contrary to all false claims by manufacturers, salesmen, know-it-alls, troublemakers and conspiracy theorists etc. – prevent viruses from entering the mucous membranes and respiratory organs in any way, just as homemade fabric masks or transparent face shields, short speech shields in front of the mouth and nose and similar products are also unsuitable as protection against viruses.
a) Homemade fabric masks are at best effective against dust penetration into the breathing zone.
b) Normal good, multi-layered, industrially produced protective masks of the type FFP1 are suitable as protection against the penetration of pathogens into the breathing zone and into the mucous membranes, such as dust, fungal spores, parasites, bacteria and the like, but are unsuitable for the defence of pathogens against penetration into the organism.
1. Homemade as well as purchased pure fabric masks are absolutely useless as well as highly hazardous to health.
2. Tested FFP1 masks are only lightly protective and should not be used as effective protective masks, but at most only as a short-term stopgap measure.
3. FFP2 and FFP3 masks are suitable for contact with other persons.
4. FFP is the abbreviation for ‘Filtering Face Piece’. Translated into German, it is commonly understood as respirators, fine dust masks, dust masks or simply respiratory filters. FFP protection classes divide respirators into three groups, FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3, the third being the safest protection class for respirators.

Ptaah: Then I will start as follows with what I have to say and which you can then divide up and possibly also give headings to:What belongs to the required knowledge with regard to respirators and should be explained: Respiratory masks as such do not simply correspond to respiratory masks, but under certain circumstances to vital utensils that are to be used in various forms for various purposes, as with regard to the currently rampant corona epidemic, which requires particularly suitable protective masks to counteract, which are marked as FFP products and can be purchased commercially. My recommendations for the use of respirators are based on rational consideration, because only respirators, when worn and used for their intended purpose, can protect against infection by pathogens.
1. There are three classes of suitable respirators on the market, FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3, which reliably protect against aqueous and oily aerosols, smoke and fine dust. The three FFP protection classes differ mainly in terms of their intended use in terms of protection and differ in terms of maximum valid leakage. A total leakage corresponds to a test with regard to the filter passage and to leaks from the face and nose; on the other hand, it ensures that long-term inhalation hazards can be usefully countered.
Respiratory protection masks must primarily protect against respirable fine dust, smoke and saliva droplets and against liquid mists or aerosols, but not against vapour and gas.
The respirator classes FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 each provide respiratory protection according to the dependence on the total leakage as well as on the filtering of particle sizes up to 0.6 μ for different pollutant concentrations. Total leakage, as explained, means testing the filter passage and leaks from the face and nose.
a) It must be explained at the outset that, contrary to false and irresponsible claims by mask manufacturers, virologists and know-it-alls, etc., respirators of class FFP1 do not protect against viruses at all, but can only provide protection against fine dust particles, fungal spores, all kinds of particles, parasites and, depending on the mask design, against bacteria. Other claims are just window dressing, profit making or know-it-all attitude, etc.
b) As already explained, the respirator system is divided into three FFP classes, the abbreviation FFP stands for ‘Filtering Face Piece’. A respirator is shaped to cover the nose and mouth, and is composed of different filtering materials. They are useful wherever the maximum permissible concentration of harmful dust particles, smoke, saliva droplets and aerosols in the air we breathe is exceeded and causes health problems. If the limit is exceeded, then respiratory protection masks are just as necessary and obligatory as in the case of any risk of infection in relation to diseases and epidemics, such as influenza and now currently the Corona epidemic.
c) The protective properties of FFP respirators are divided into 3 classes according to DIN EN 149 and are generally used as disposable masks to protect the respiratory tract. As a rule, used disposable masks must be disposed of after use.
d) The designation EN 149 corresponds to the European standard for tested FFP respirators. These can be recognised by the EN 149 imprint and the CE mark printed on the mask. According to the European standard, the maximum total leakage, i.e. the total leakage directed inwards, is 22% for FFP1 masks, 8% for FFP2 masks and 2% for FFP3 masks.
e) FFP filter classes have different capacities, with FFP fine dust masks predominantly being used and employed as half masks or full-face masks of class FFP1, but such masks do not protect against viruses, but reliably serve only to keep out fine dust particles and to protect the respiratory tract against dangerous aerosols of all kinds. In principle, however, FFP1 masks do not correspond to virus protection masks.
f) Respirator filters of class FFP1, FFP2 or FFP3 are manufactured industrially, whereby their protection value depends particularly on the limit value of airborne pathogens.
g) In addition to their filtering capacity, FFP masks differ in their features, and they may also have exhalation valve filters, for example, whereby such a valve is particularly important when breathing resistance becomes too great as a result of material conditions.
h) Respiratory protection masks protect against aqueous and oily aerosols, smoke and fine dust in three classes; their protective function is standardised throughout Europe according to EN 149. They are called particle-filtering half masks or fine dust masks, and are subdivided into protection classes FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3.
i) Dangerous fine dust particles can not only be radioactive as well as carcinogenic, but certain types also damage the entire respiratory system of the body, which can lead to serious late effects and the development of severe diseases over decades.
2. All the finest fine dust particles float around almost invisibly in the air and pose a threat to the health of human beings. Due to their tiny size, they do not correspond to negligible hazards, especially in certain working areas, but also in the polluted atmosphere. Because of their danger, fine dust particles can also be radioactive and carcinogenic, and if exposed to the particles for many years, the respiratory system of human beings can also be very permanently damaged. This means that human beings should protect themselves from fine dust particles by means of sufficiently suitable respiratory protection masks of certain protection classes, for which so-called FFP masks are suitable, which are tested on the one hand by an overall leakage or by the filter passage and leaks on the face and nose, and on the other hand ensure that long-term inhalation hazards can be usefully countered.
Testing for overall leakage means that protective masks are tested for possible leaks along the nose, chin or eyes that may occur when worn, because such leaks allow breathing air to escape and aerosols to be released when exhaling, but also allow particles hazardous to health to penetrate under the mask and be inhaled when inhaling. Innovative designs and special filtering technologies can counteract such anatomically induced leakage, while also reducing breathing resistance, which also improves wearing comfort.
3. Class FFP2 respirators are recommended to protect against bacterial pathogens. Although they cannot guarantee full virus rejection, they do largely protect against the inhalation of foreign disease-contaminated respiratory aerosols and against the ingestion of foreign saliva droplets and thus against such transmissible germs.
4. Respiratory protection masks with protection class 3 or higher also provide largely reliable protection against viruses, such as the corona virus COVID-19 and influenza viruses.
Due to its properties, the FFP3 filter can generally be used as protection against all viruses to the greatest possible extent.
5. Surgical masks meet the highest safety requirements and guarantee the best possible protection against all types and species of pathogens and thus also against bacteria and viruses, although in the end there is no absolute safety, only a relative best and highest possible safety of 95%.
a) Surgical masks therefore usually have a 95% filtering effect against bacteria and viruses and have to be tested by an overall leakage test and the tight fit at the neck and face has to be taken into account. Surgical masks are usually not used privately but in operating theatres and primarily protect the patients, i.e. less the wearers of the mask, because, as with all other respiratory masks, they prevent saliva droplets from being ejected and respiratory aerosols from escaping. However, especially in the case of surgical masks, it is necessary to use a close-fitting mask with a mouldable nosepiece, because only this guarantees a real protective effect.
b) Surgical masks are designed to be worn primarily by surgeons during operations to protect the patients rather than the wearers of the mask themselves.
6. FFP1 single-ply paper face masks, homemade fabric masks, face, mouth and nose shields of any kind, and pocket and neck and head scarves are all equally totally ineffective as protection against pathogens, because all of them are not only totally ineffective as respiratory protection devices, but are also safety-illusioning and disease-promoting.
7. The only way to reduce the spread of pathogens is to wear high-quality protective masks for the mouth and nose, or at least to cover the mouth and nose tightly with a handkerchief when coughing or sneezing, and to observe good hand hygiene.
a) In any case, the most important individual hygiene measures are hand disinfection and wearing a correct, tight-fitting respiratory protection mask, which should at least meet the requirements of an industrially manufactured and tested FFP1 mask.
b) In principle, in situations where there is contact with suspected cases, at least suitable and tested useful FFP1 masks should be worn. This, while tested FFP2 or FFP3 masks are essential to wear when coughing or sneezing fits are imminent, indicating illness.
c) FFP3 masks are essential when coughing is provoked, such as during bronchoscopy, etc. If a viral illness is suspected, a person must be kept in isolation until hospitalisation, placed in a separate room and provided with mouth-nose protection.
d) Persons in contact with others and immediate family members should at least protect themselves with a tested FFP1 mask.
e) Persons who come into contact with other and immediate family members outside the immediate personal family circle should wear FFP2 respirators, as it should also be within their home if it has to be entered for care or maintenance reasons. The same applies if it is necessary to enter other households.
f) The general population can protect themselves to some extent during an epidemic or pandemic by wearing an appropriate respirator of at least class FFF2, but never with single-layer paper masks, handkerchiefs, neck or head scarves, etc.
g) There is always a danger with persons who wear the wrong respirators due to wrong advice or know-it-all attitude etc. that they will lull themselves into a false sense of security and also disregard and neglect other necessary preventive measures and therefore fall ill or die.
For personal protection against Contagion, Infection and Disease, the following measures should be observed and strictly adhered to:
1. Wearing respirators when dealing with other persons and persons outside the personal family or group circle should be a matter of course as a responsible duty.
2. Handshaking, body touching, breathing on, coughing on, sneezing on is to be avoided.
3. Touching the eyes, nose or mouth is to be avoided.
4. Washing hands thoroughly after contact with other persons, as well as after using sanitary facilities, should be as natural as washing hands after going to the toilet.
5. Intensive ventilation of living rooms, kitchens, work rooms and all types of recreation and assembly rooms etc. should be compulsory.
6. Visits to events of any kind are to be avoided, such as football events, department stores, discotheques, inns, theatres, cinemas, ‘houses of worship’, markets, as well as other mass gatherings of any kind.
7. Used disposable handkerchiefs, as well as used disposable respirators and disposable gloves, should be disposed of correctly and safely.
8. Close contact with persons who may have contracted the Corona disease should be avoided.
9. All necessary precautions or possible segregation of persons suffering from the Corona disease should be explicitly observed and taken into account.
10. For persons suffering from fever, special pains, loss of taste, etc., it is recommended in their personal interest to undergo a Corona test and stay at home. In case of a positive test result, contact with other persons should be avoided immediately and thus further infections prevented.
11. Wearing an FFP respirator can prevent two things:
a) On the one hand, wearing a high-quality FFP respirator effectively prevents a person infected by the Corona virus from ejecting macroscopic saliva droplets when speaking and from exhaling exhalation aerosols, consequently neither saliva droplets nor exhalation aerosols from Corona-infected persons get into the air and thus into the oral and nasal mucosa of other persons.
b) On the other hand, wearing a high-quality FFP respirator effectively prevents healthy persons who are not infected by the Corona virus from ejecting macroscopic saliva droplets when speaking and from exhaling aerosols, so that neither saliva droplets nor exhalation aerosols enter the airways and, as a result, no infective transmission to other persons can take place.
c) Respiratory protection masks also serve to protect the wearer personally, as the mask separates a wide range of particles etc. of all kinds from the air breathed.
d) In contrast to unfit fabric-only masks, pocket, neck and head scarves and paper masks, as well as unfit FFP1 masks and simple mouth-nose protection, the degree of separation of good-quality particle-filtering FFP half masks is determined by standardised tests.
e) Each person must be clearly aware that the Corona virus corresponds to a highly infectious moment, where only a single virus is needed to be contagious, but 2 viruses can trigger an effective infection, cause the disease and lead to an outbreak. To prevent this to a large extent, an FFP2 respirator offers good protection in case of exposure. However, FFP3 respirators offer the best possible protection. However, respiratory masks do not provide complete protection against infection from viruses of all kinds, because even FF3 masks can be no more than 95% safe. Even full-body protective suits and appropriately integrated respirators, which have to be cleaned again by chemical showers before they can be taken off, can only guarantee a final safety of 99% in the best case.
These, Eduard, dear friend, are the most authoritative facts that I have come here to state for precautionary compliance for all FIGU members as well as for all persons worldwide who demand enlightenment but do not receive it from their leaders of state and from medical professionals, consequently, knowing about us, they read our explanatory notes and act accordingly regarding all their behaviour.

They are NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved N95 masks, which are good masks. I have some of the N95’s and N99’s and I never leave home without them.
