Here is a new article about people who were supposedly cured but who’ve been found to be reinfected with new virus strains.
It appears to corroborate Billy Meier’s information, from January 26, about new mutations reinfecting those who’ve been cured of another mutation:

We have been students of the spiritual teachings for several years, and have made them the guide to our lives. We have come to better understand how we acted and behaved prior to becoming better informed of the Creational Laws and Recommendations, and how our individual lives have been greatly altered and improved.
One area of greatest change is our willingness forgive others for their behaviors, realizing that it’s up to them to take responsibility for their actions.
Our society has experienced a roller coaster of craziness in the last few years, and not just due to the Covid-19 issue, but also in regard to our country’s political comedies, and in so much unrest and unfortunate and destructive behavior by some people.
While it sometimes takes effort to be forgiving, we hope those demonstrating non-constructive behavior on our streets and in our governmental houses will soon realize that we all need to take a step back and do a complete evaluation of out thinking.
There are times when we hear a quote or statement by others, including our elected officials , that seems wrong or damaging, we try to understand their motives (oftentimes due to personal greed) and to not allow them to create anger or hatred in us, and at no time blame it on small mindedness or other ego enhancing motive on our parts.
To have such language used in some of the statements made on your Blog is not helpful to newcomers or others studying our literature, rather I think Billie is trying to have us realize that we as individuals have no right to judge or criticize others, but rather we to set examples in our interactions with others, and to make suggestions in a helpful and constructive manner.

Could it be that you are confusing the ‘such language’ with what has to be done FIRST in order to have real progress?

Yes, it is most important for those committing errant actions, behaviours, and spoken or written words to realize it and take responsibility for same. But if they truly do so they will learn from the errors, and vow to themselves never to repeat them. They will then ‘forgive” themselves for their previous errors. This is true forgiveness, rather than from another. Who am I to piously forgive another, anymore than I can truly judge another? Only they truly know their situation. Only they can truly forgive and judge themselves.
Behaviour, actions, spoken and written words, however, must be judged. Otherwise, there is no law, order, community, society or civilization. People must always be held accountable for their actions, behaviour, and written and verbal communications; and these must be appropriately appraised and judged. For us not do so is to fail in our responsibilities as human beings.

There are just 400 covid cases per day in our state including Chennai while the neighbouring state of Kerala has over 5000 cases everyday. Despite interstate transport of goods and people the numbers have not increased in Chennai where most people wear masks Talking to a few friends from Kerala ,I learnt most people there do not wear masks or follow any guidelines of the govt and consider covid as flu.
It appears only the right kind of masks is safe bet since distancing is not possible all the time and vaccines would be bigger trouble.
Just to create this awareness is becoming difficult.

It seems to me that you are a part of the sunshine and unicorns brigade. People ARE bean-straw stupid and that is being nice. I feel like I’m living in an episode of the Twilight Zone with all these folks who can’t accept reality or anything that isn’t politically correct. It’s so unnatural and against nature. It’s creepy too. People aren’t meant to always be nice, positive and accepting of everything, otherwise we would never evolve. There is no positive without negative and there is no equalized understanding without a balance of both positive and negative.

You presume that the participants here, including me, “misunderstand” the content of the material and that I have some “feelings of inferiority”. Far more important to people who do or don’t understand, or concern themselves with the aspects of the Contact reports that you focus on, is the study and application of the spiritual teaching.
While the CR contain a lot of history and explanation about the geopolitical situation, for instance, I’d venture to say most people here now see that the long foretold events are unfolding, in the US and other places, and that the best thing is to fortify oneself and work to continue to perfect their understanding of cause and effect in terms of how they will live their lives. Of primary importance and value now is the spiritual teaching. Meier made this clear years ago when he said of the social situation that the people who know can do little more than put their hands in their pockets…in terms of changing the external situation for the better.
As far as Israel is concerned, whatever hate is coming their way pertains more to their own conduct (cause and effect), as well in smaller part to anti-Semitism, etc. In that context, I’m not concerned in the same way as I would be for those who find themselves unjustly on the receiving end of blow back, etc., though I don’t mean that the suffering of those persons is less regrettable than anyone else’s.
As for what the “power structure” is or may be, it’s actually always the same, i.e.e power hungry people vying (often against other power hungry people) for more power, at the expense of those who simply want to live their lives in peace, love, freedom and harmony. No offense but you seem to be lacking a perspective of the past because you (and all of us born after) don’t have an idea what we would like the future to be if we’re living in the 1910s. The only folks that were around are people we can’t contact, i.e. the P’s and are left to ignore Meier falsifiers (like Greer) while we’re trying to have a balanced view on things.
That being said, “world domination” is due to over population. I say this because the first “war for oil” was indeed the second world war. The usefulness of oil in terms of military capability cannot be overstated because it provides a relatively efficient and compact means to generate power for military vehicles like tanks and airplanes. Hence why Britain, that didn’t have oil, switched from coal fired Battleships to Oil based ones with what I recall with the Queen Elizabeth Class of ships because the advantages outweigh the strategic dependence on exterior factors to maintain those ships. Britain’s domination prior to the age of oil was her abundant coal reserves (much like Germany, Italy, France, and Austia had). Britain’s chief purpose in being in Iran and Iraq was for oil. The US doesn’t enter the picture in the Mid-East until the late 50s and 60s I believe.
So in the interwar period, the main sources of oil was the United States and Venezuela for international trade. The next largest deposits are the oil fields in the Caucuses (Baku and Maikop). Let that sink in for a second so that connection can be made for geo-strategic purposes. None of that Mid-East crude infrastructure was around to tap into. It had to be built from the ground up, then transported.
With that very important view of the past we can see that the old Imperial Order based around coal was going to have a hard time exerting its influence in a new oil-based century coming up. No need for conspiracy theories, the mere fact the United States was the prime source of oil should be enough to provide better answers and conclusions alone than trying to figure out who farted where from what secrecy society.
Anand Toprani did a good paper on the subject to explain Britain and Germany’s strategic position with regards to oil. He suggests Germany lost the war when it won it’s stunning victory in 1940 against France because of the fact it could not supply oil to all the newly acquired territories, maintain an army, or feeds its own people at the same time. If anyone is curious why I mentioned Meier falsifier is the relationship of Meier’s points delivered differently while on the surface that seem to make the same connections. The ‘Dark Order’ can be interpreted as the Oil-Order since oil is dark and the source of energy we depend on and have expanded population as a result of the benefits extracted from it. Selling people a bill of goods for phantom zero point energy to wean away from the “petro-dollar” seems to have originated from the same conclusions Meier had with the “Dark Order” aka Global Order arrangement during the Age of Oil. The exception is that Meier points out through his conversations with elusive P’s is that all Earth Humanity would do is expand its population even further if this phantom energy source provided more benefits and replaced Oil (aka Dark Energy) and simply create better weapons. After all, most of our petro-weapons are pretty powerful compared to anything made prior from the 18th Century or before.
Outside of Meier falsifiers, at no point do I see the situation correctly explained with regards to any country’s power since the Age of Oil began. A couple of largely unspoken about items, Meier specifically recommended actual deep geothermal energy as a clear solution to energy needs, since it’s effectively inexhaustible. This is the kind of geothermal where they pump waste water in, etc.
And, as Meier specifically stated in 2006, the foundational reason for the Iraq war wasn’t oil, but rather the coming fall of the US dollar. Certainly they are intertwined.

I would also add that securing the access to that energy was also so that the US can supply its European allies in the event there is another energy war resulting in WW3/4. It’s easy to come to the wrong conclusions about the nature of geopolitics since most news outside the US generally isn’t favorable to admitting the reliance of US global power to maintain their own way of doing business. More over, we’re starting to re-use and improve on late 19th Century (1800s folks) technology to bridge the gap with fly wheels (the same one’s in car but a separate one to store rotational energy) or concrete blocks (using gravity and a crane to generate electricity). One of those being that peace and civilization is great when one’s international trade is secured by one super power. I’ve reread Contact report 136 and can only offer my opinion in terms of your interpretation. Personally, I think you’re reading too much into the information and could be missing the historical context when these things were being spoken about.
Yes, Billy and Semsaje make reference to the hebreons / Israeli groups making trouble – also in the future, etc., but they were talking about secret military and intelligence groups from different places being the ones who murder indiscriminately and as being behind the visible groups that most associate with real power, like the CIA, and that the vast majority in 1980 would have perceived as having a protective role in terms of their country’s national security interests, not allying with criminals and hence the concern about that information.
Billy and Semjase then talk about how only a small group would understand and when I read this I wondered if you are attracted to the idea of ‘secret knowledge’, as my reading of that was that they were simply referring to the small numbers that would accept that Billy as telling the truth both in 1980 and today. You then seem to weave some aspects of numerology into your argument and other spurious things and stand as a teacher of this secret knowledge when I honestly don’t think there’s anything there to substantiate that and we must guard against cult-making ideas of “secret knowledge”, access to privileged, or elite information, etc., as this is against the principles of truth which is open to anyone.

Basically we have to differentiate between the terms Hebaron, Jewish, Israeli, American, government, elite, Muslim, islamic, islamistic, faith, origin, view, secular, religious, secret service, population, etc. etc. Simplification must be avoided, because usually it’s just dumb and not in line with reality.
What the Hebarons concerns, these are old stories, of course connected with atrocities and robbing (Old Testament), just as Christian history with its crusades and inquisition etc. Of course the founding of Israel was actually capture and robbery and led to kind of an apartheid system and great unjustness etc. etc. (and disregard of resolutions by the UN), but the process cannot be made undone and Israel’s existence must be accepted (contrary to its politics, I would say). And also the Palestinian side is also not a shining light of virtue, mildly speaking. The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a prime example to show the devastating effects of factors like religious delusion, hatred, revenge, highhandedness, ignorance, greed, ‘master race’, etc. etc.
Conclusion: The overall situation is multifaceted and there’s not just one group of persons who is responsible (and to be blamed) for the ‘mess’ we are in, and especially for the mess that will grow more and more devastating as long as the necessary measures are not taken, starting with acknowledging overpopulation and delusional belief as the two principal and fundamental factors and amplifiers of ALL problems, and then immediately start with implementing the urgently needed measures that have been criminally neglected until today, namely birth stop and birth regulation, i.e. preventing insemination on a grand scale.
