Appearing to be serious and genuine but in actuality it is a obvious farcical narrative to make Billy Meier look more ridiculous. Why? Because he tells lies about who and what the real Galactic Federation is doing by cooperating with the government and the military? The “black budget” money for weapons will be the only thing genuine.
