It’s interesting that Melissa chose the image for yesterday’s blog of Richard Nixon standing under the “NIXON’S THE ONE” banner, subtly answering the title’s question.
This morning, Donna Ambrose sent me the book cover displaying the full image, as well as a couple of excerpts from the book:

David pointed out the rather interesting comment toward the end of the article, on page 8:
“There has been much puzzling over why the Chinese Government has chosen to invite Mr. Nixon at this time.”

For those who know nothing about Richard Nixon, and for those who do, we note that he’s described by Weiner as: tortured, tormented, trusting no one including the American people, malevolent, violent, angry, paranoid, having arrogant grandeur and…vengeful.
Billy Meier refers to him as: unworthy, hateful, disgraced, full of revenge and who, for the sake of repetition – and taking the liberty to fill in the other name – already stated numerous times by Billy Meier:

Now, let’s see who in the mainstream and/or alternative press picks up this story. So, inhale and hold…and while you’re doing that, think about being proactive and resourceful, as Chance, David, Donna and Melissa have been.

Given the sordid history of biological warfare by Japan against the Chinese people and by the US later in the war against North Korea, it seems implausible to me that a secret meeting between Mao and Nixon in 1976 would take place to fund research for deadly biological warfare. Why would Chairman Mao suddenly ally with someone from the capitalist ‘warmongering’ West to engage in secret biowarfare research? For what reason and against what nation would it be used?
China in the 1930’s, North Korea in the early 1950’s and Cuba in the early 1960’s had been targeted with biological weapons, by either the Japanese Imperial army or later by the US “imperialists”. These countries being Marxist-Leninist and communist governments and were friendly with communist China.
If Chairman Mao was suffering from mental disorders at that time and unable to think rationally when he met Nixon in 1976, and assuming that Nixon was also mentally unbalanced at the same time (as he had already repudiated biological warfare in the US in 1969), the claim may only be remotely possible, i.e. that the coronavirus could have started out as a laboratory experiment from China that later went out of control, it could have been first exported to China with secret US support since by 1971, it has been found that secret US arsenals of weaponized diseases contained, among other articles, 220 pounds of anthrax, 804 pounds of tularemia, 334 pounds of Venezuelan equine encephalitis, 5,098 gallons of Q fever. I just don’t think Chairman Mao would have needed biological weapons in 1976 when it already had atomic and hydrogen bombs in their nuclear arsenal. Maybe this whole secret business between Mao and Nixon can be explained better what is has already been stated by Sfaath and Billy Meier.

I have read and reread Billy’s contact reports and finding Nixon’s damage to be great. But his knowledge was lacking in Bio-warfare another Americain named DR. George Hatem https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ma_Haide had more of reason to use Bio-weapons. And is the only American with the power , reason and was The First Naturalized Foreign Citizen In China’s History Was Lebanese-American.
He doesn’t appear to have had a particularly “humiliating” life in the US, nor an exceptionally long prresence here, so he seems to be missing the motivation as well tore “vengeful”, etc.
