Yes, there are many descendants on Earth who came from other planets, but that was thousands of years ago. Those who were once highly evolved have degenerated to lower consciousness levels. While some folks are more highly evolved than others, there’s not enough of them to offset the barbarians, at least not for a long time.
The Plejaren can only do so much and I’m sure they feel just as frustrated as we do. They care deeply about us and want what’s best, but they can’t go against their directives. Wherr I live is mostly a residentia area but there is a downtown White Plains and there are other residential areas but White Plains is all spread out like Los Angeles, Ca where you are too. I spend most of my time at home and dont have that many friends to go out with so hopefully I wont come down with the corona virus etc. I used to live five minutes from White Plains in the nextdoor town of Scarsdale which is also spread out like LA but Scarsdale is slghtly smaller and morersidental with two small villeges. But we get all the four seasons unlike LA which has a more Mediteraiem climet where you are.
