Depopulation Efforts Continue, Who’s to Blame?

The disease could’ve been contained, controlled, and conquered within a few months

It’s clear to anyone who can think for themselves – admittedly a minute minority – that the program to vaccinate everyone, young and old, is killing and/or sickening vast numbers of people, in addition to that which is caused by the disease itself. The impression that this is a deliberate depopulation effort is only strengthened by the widespread pretense that there’s…”nothing to see here, move along”.

Well, those of us who follow the always error-free, impeccably accurate (to be redundant) COVID information from the Plejaren, know that this tragedy is only going to increase greatly. We also know that had the information provided by Billy Meier not been continuously, ruthlessly suppressed, the disease could’ve been contained, controlled, and conquered within a few months.

But we also know something else, which is vital to understanding the situation: We’ve been warned, for many decades, that overpopulation is the core reason underlying virtually all of humankind’s greatest problems.

While it’s obvious that the (ever-growing) mass of humankind hasn’t listened, there are those who either have listened, or have recognized the problem on their own. Unfortunately, they are extremely pragmatic, without any of the nice, warm, fuzzy sentiments, i.e. blind, unreasonable denial, that continue to override logic and self-survival and drive humankind ever-closer to extinction.

So, it’s certainly not surprising that various theories, including those of a longstanding genocidal conspiracy by the evil elite now being implemented, are circulating widely. What might be surprising, for those who didn’t previously notice it, is that Billy Meier had written the following, in October 2017:

“This future world-mighty elite will know no mercy and carry out a humanity elimination which could not be more horrible. And according to probability, various possibilities for that show, such as that the diverse traditional death-bringing rapidly spreading diseases are adapted and prepared with deadly new active substances, however also that artificially created illnesses for the decimation of the humanity will be used. In the same way the calculations indicate that infectiously working poisonous biological substances will be used and their deadly effects presented as new and unhealable rampantly spreading diseases, whereby these poisonous substances then penetrate into the entire organism via the airways and the mouth as well as via the skin and mucous membranes, wherethrough inevitably unstoppable mass deaths will come about.”

Let’s also remember the following information, claimed to have been originally from 1949, spelling out so much of what is now squarely upon us:

“Vaccine breakthroughs will also increase over time, especially from the middle of 2021, whereby it will be a question of breakthrough infections arising, which in turn will have to be treated in intensive care units in hospitals – but unfortunately often in vain, because the patients will die from the new infection of the crown disease. A fact, however, that will largely be concealed by those responsible – which will also include those in power – until they are forced to face the truth.”

This is only a fraction of what Meier specifically foretold, based on what he saw during his travels into the future with Sfath. You will want to read, or re-read, it.

But conspiracy or not, the answer to the original question, “Who’s to blame?”, is elaborated upon during the course of this new, brief Contact Report (in which Meier subtly indicates that he still steps out of our current time now and then):

783rd Contact, Sunday, 7th November 2021, 0:49 hrs

Billy: Well, this is a surprise, but be welcome and greetings, Menara. It’s been a long time since you have been here. You are very welcome and greetings.

Menara: It might also be a pleasure to see you, come. – Yes, it’s been a long time since I have been here, but now – come, … I am so happy …

Billy:… I am also happy as a rat. It is so uplifting that you come here again and we can embrace each other. After all, it’s been another 5 years or so since we met on Erra on my official 80th birthday. …

Menara: Yes, it’s been another 5 years and you are still … yes, you haven’t changed. It is really amazing. It’s just your hair that you cut shorter, I see.

Billy: You just have to be concerned about it and you do what you can. That’s also true for you. But the reason why I cut my hair shorter – which, by the way, is the work of

 – is that I am currently absent for longer periods of time with Bermunda, Florena and Enjana, because then the hair grows back a bit and becomes a bit longer than it would be during normal times. That’s why I have to put up with it.

Menara: I see, that’s the result, and you can only do something about it by cutting your hair shorter. And if you want me to respond to your comment: But we grow older than Earth human beings, which is why we don’t change so quickly as we grow older.

Billy: That is clear to me, but it strikes me the longer, the more that Earthlings change so very quickly in physiognomy in only a short time, sometimes also physically. But we live here on Earth, and not only has the atmosphere been negatively affected by the machinations of overpopulation, but climate change has also been triggered.

Menara: Which is why I am also here and I have the task of analysing the course of the climate negotiations and the decisions of this conference. But the way things are going, at this World Climate Conference, the whole thing is going to be useless, because the participants are only focused on presenting themselves and making themselves important, but not on really finding the solution to the whole thing and deciding on the right thing.

Billy: Aha, then I guess the whole thing will be a shot in the dark.

Menara: If you are saying that nothing of value will come out of this conference, then you are right, because as it happens, all that is brought up at these sham negotiations are the agenda items that come up, but as I notice, there is no honesty in the whole of the conversations in the individual participants. Everything is just about pretence and deception, because as I have already explained, it is only about striking a big pose and making a fuss, as the demonstrators do, who in reality have little interest in anything concrete actually coming out of the conference that really takes effect in terms of climate protection. This is because the matter is seen in completely false and one-sided terms and nothing is thought of. Seeing and thinking consist of two different values, and for the demonstrators, as well as for the state leaders, only seeing is important, while real thinking is far behind and of no importance to them. All that is important to them is that they are talked about and their name is on everyone’s lips, so that the real source of the whole misery, the fact of environmental pollution, is not sought and correctly addressed. Therefore, this and that is decided upon for a certain period of time, which cannot be adhered to and will therefore only remain empty decisions, because time brings with it that during this time the human beings again bring masses of new offspring into the world and make the decisions meaningless. This is because the uncontrolled increase of humanity destroys everything. What is decided without taking this clear fact into consideration has consequences that inevitably have a negative effect on all systems that should actually promote the well-being of humanity. That the opposite is the case, however, is proven by the incompetence of the participants of all participating states who, as representatives at the World Climate Conference, speak their inadequate word and afterwards claim that it is the others’ fault that everything has ended unsatisfactorily, because they themselves had done the best possible.

Well, none of those taking part in the conference considers that the reason why the Earth and its atmosphere and climate, as well as the entire ecosystems and thus nature and its fauna and flora are being destroyed, annihilated and destroyed is very clearly to be found in the rapid growth of overpopulation – in addition to the fact that much of the fauna and flora is falling victim to extinction. However, no person participating in the conference thinks about this and therefore does not want to address this reason either. Also the demonstrators from all over the world, who gather in the streets for this environmental conference and shout senselessly, do not think about what the source of pollution really is. Not one person of these rather stupid sham environmentalists gives the slightest thought to the fact that clearly and undoubtedly all the evil and misery comes from the growing humanity of the Earth or overpopulation. With the growing overpopulation, as from all the effects arising from it, disadvantages arise for all life on Earth, which in the long run can only be remedied if a really controlled birth stop and subsequent birth control prevents Earthly humanity from again falling prey to overpopulation. Billy: Excuse me. – The whole thing is really about that, and I write and also talk about it, but few want to hear what is to be said and talked about concerning the mass of humanity that is ruining everything by ‘juvenilising’ more and more and bringing offspring into the world en masse. These create more and more machinations that arise in needs that are essential to life, such as food and clothing and other things, etc., but to these are added the unimportant and many-like desires, as well as the luxuries and the holiday flights, the holiday trips and all the trimmings in this respect. All these machinations of human beings, however, are fulfilled by countless companies, corporations and private individuals, who greedily do everything to fulfil these machinations of the human beings of the Earth, by hook or by crook all that the Earth can still offer before it finally gives up the ‘ghost’ and dies. Even the loudmouthed Greta Thunberg, who presents herself as a youthful and ignorant environmental activist, has no idea about anything and is ignorant about the fact that the masses of humanity and therefore overpopulation and also their machinations are to blame for the whole slow destruction and annihilation of the Earth. This Greta Thunberg, perhaps you know the name of this young maiden, animates not only the fanatical environmentalists, but also among the people those stupid ones who simply run along and howl along. Most of them are young people who in reality have no idea of what’s going on, let alone that they of all people will be the ones to increase all the evils in the future, because they will be the ones to bring offspring after offspring into the world and make all the misery even worse.

And the rulers who are terrorising the World Climate Conference, although they have no idea whatsoever of what the origin of the whole thing is – namely the insane mass of overpopulation with its machinations – are going along with the whole dumbing down of the people, which was triggered by this Greta Thunberg with her ‘Fridays for Future’, which she cribbed for her purposes from the slogan ‘Fridays for Future’ from the 1940s, which was used at that time for a lie: ‘That cancer doesn’t even exist’.

The overpopulation of the Earth alone is the real great evil, because the more human beings or descendants are born, the greater and more enormous the mass of human beings becomes as overpopulation. And the more human beings populate the Earth, the more, the greater and the more insoluble the resulting problems and the need for goods, the need for food, necessities of life, medicines, desires and luxury goods, etc., which have to be manufactured, produced or otherwise produced by companies, corporations and private individuals. However, the raw materials for this are – how could it be otherwise – covered by the overexploitation of all the Earth’s resources, which are ripped off the planet without restraint and without conscience for the sake of filthy lucre, be it ores, gold, minerals of all kinds or rare earths, etc.

The more extensive humanity becomes, the more the industries are driven to expand, which therefore means that the increase grows in relation to the increase in the new births of humanity, because the more human beings animate the Earth, the more industry must produce in order to satisfy the machinations or the needs, desires, wishes and luxuries of rampant Earth human beings. And of all things, it is industry of all kinds that, along with overpopulation itself, creates the greatest filth of all environmental pollution – but neither any of the government’s personalities nor any of the would-be environmentalists who demonstratively stage violence and terror in the streets think that far ahead. This has been going on for some time in the name of that ignorant and stupid Greta Thunberg, who has no idea about the nuts and bolts of it all and is as ignorant as a poisonous mosquito that does not know what it is doing with its bite. This, as those human beings know nothing who are bitten by a poisonous insect and do not know that the bite can be fatal, as in the case of the bite of a female mosquito (mosquito) of the genus Anopheles, which can cause, among other things, the life-threatening ‘malaria tropica’.

Menara: What you say, that is indeed so, because the more human beings populate the Earth, the more industry grows, which, apart from direct pollution by human beings themselves, is the greatest polluter, destroyer and destroyer of the environment and the exterminator of the general world of living beings.

Billy: However, the branches of agronomy and horticulture are still particularly involved in this, because they generally damage the life of fauna and flora through the use of the poisonous products produced as pesticides by chemical companies and by chemical corporations, which are applied in fields, gardens, parks, forests and in salt and fresh waters. Mainly the following, if I still have the names correct in my mind:

Acaricides against mites and spiders.Avicides against birds. Bactericides against bacteria. Fungicides against fungi. Herbicides against plants. Algaecides against algae. Insecticides against insects. Molluscicides against snails. Nematicides against nematodes or threadworms.

The fact that bees and other pollinators, which are responsible for pollination and thus for the fructification of suitable flora, are even wiped out as a result is something that only the conservationists care about. However, all those agronomists, gardeners and private individuals who use such chemical means of death, which are also harmful to human beings, who suffer poisoning from these poisons and even fall ill with life-threatening cancers and die from them, do not care. But the life of the human being has long since ceased to be valid on Earth, because jurisdiction with the death penalty, as well as wars that are waged because of a dispute, hatred, strife or otherwise, be it for national defence, retaliation or revenge, demand for accountability, land ownership, wealth, for the sake of might, religion or religious belief, or whatever else, are nothing other than a senseless and degenerate murder and massacre of all kinds of human lives. That is just the way it has been here on Earth since time immemorial.

Menara: You know that just as well as I do, but unlike me, you have had nasty experiences in this regard on the spot, where you were able to observe the events that I fortunately never had to witness throughout my life. Nevertheless, I can halfway understand what you ….
Billy: Excuse me, Menara, you are straying from the subject we were actually talking about. It was actually talking about pollution, on which a climate conference is taking place, as I understand it in Glasgow, which is why you are now tasked with observing and assessing it.

Menara: That is so, yes, but as I assess the whole thing, nothing will come out of it that will be of value and in thatfuture in that way. It’s just selfish and stupid talk without meaning or purpose, without any serious background, because none of the participants is really interested in producing anything that will be useful for the future. So the whole thing is just based on empty promises and words that are

Billy:…are just smoke and mirrors, if I may interject that you ….

Menara:…are only foolish talk and are also not correct without firstness, which, as you say, are smoke and mirrors. This, your term of the thing, I like and says exactly what will correspond to the end result.

Billy: I thought so, because the whole thing is only based on the fact that the rulers – as is just usual – are not holding their environmental conference out of their own self-interest, but because the people have laid tinder all over the world. And this is also only due to the fact that the little green Greta Thunberg in her ignorance has called for demonstrations, but in reality does not know what the real origin of the whole thing is, which really should be fought, namely overpopulation. Only if overpopulation really decreases rapidly, which can only be achieved by a worldwide and perennial, officially strictly controlled general stop of births and a following birth control, can all environmental pollution be slowly stopped. So also the destruction of planet Earth, whose groaning I hear louder and louder, as well as its pulsating, which already hurts my ears and which earthly science erroneously attributes to industry. The ignorant – even if they call themselves scholars and scientists – with their big and ‘all-knowing’ mouths always know more than those who really know and who know from experience. Unfortunately, there is no cure for know-it-allism on Earth, and besides, those who are officially ‘studied’ and know everything ‘better’ are always right than the ‘unstudied’, who are not the scholars. I have known that since I was a boy, and I still remember how Father Zimmermann, teachers Graf, Lehmann and Professor Jung explained it to me when the five of us sat together and discussed the arrogance of the scientists and other scholars. All four of them said that I shouldn’t be bothered by it, but should just accept everything as it is, because arrogant people all over the world are just those who want to know everything better and would never let go of their opinion because they had learned it that way. It is as bad as a religious belief, because once people have become addicted to such a belief, it is very difficult for them to get rid of it, because what has once become fixed in the human beings can break through again even after many decades. In fact, I witnessed this in Tibet in a monastery when a devout Buddhist of many years’ standing – he used to be a German and a Christ-worshipper – began to pray the ‘Our Father’ on the deathbed, which I then told the Swami in the Ashoka Ashram in Gurgoan Road in Mehrauli, who also knew the Asket well. He was very sorry that the man was still attached to Christianity after being a Buddhist for so long.

Menara: Asket told me about it. Ptaah told me that you really hear this from the Earth and that it does not correspond to imagination or brain noise. He was able to analyse that clearly.

Billy: Sfath could already do that, who could also hear at that time that the Earth began to groan and also throb louder since the Earth’s resources were being exploited more and more. However, it was not as bad then as it is now. But since other earthlings apparently now also hear the pulsating, as I was told, I am no longer alone in this observation, except that I have been hearing it since my youth and it is getting stronger and stronger, just like the groaning. As Sfath said at the time, it is a sign that the Earth feels under pressure and that its ‘pulse’ is getting stronger and more audible, as is the case with every living being when it has to make an effort and its pulse becomes more measurable, more palpable and possibly even audible.

Menara: That might worry you, which I can understand. But as far as overpopulation is concerned, it increases pollution as humanity increases in numbers, and so does industry and the depletion of the earth’s resources, as well as the production of chemicals for agriculture, horticulture and private consumption for all kinds of purposes. As a result, with every birth of a new human being, the additional demand for all necessary things, goods and commodities etc. increases in percentage terms, as does the accumulation of consumed products, which include everything from so-called nappies to skin cleansers, skin care products to the clothing of the newborn, then to shoes etc. and all commodities, foodstuffs to later means of transport, work accessories, medicines, possibly medical utensils and also funeral equipment and grave care etc.

Billy: You are really thinking down to the last gear that needs to be done. But it really is, and it all has to be seen, because in the life of human beings there appear infinite necessities. So much arises in relation to the machinations that a whole mass of overpopulation creates and needs for survival, and that makes up more and more, which in time the companies, corporations and private individuals will still be able to bring about, because all the raw materials or the Earth’s resources are no longer enough for that, because they have been robbed to the last and the planet will be dead. And the overexploitation of other planets and their moons, as well as of and on asteroids, is not as easy as those who for the time being are still theoretically concerned with it imagine.

Menara: There will be various surprises awaiting those who enthusiastically dream that in the correct future time they will manage, with regard to the emigration of the earth’s population, to reach the far reaches, through the solar system and even through effective world space to SOL foreign stars.

Billy: Interesting, I also said that the other day. But there is a long way between dreams and the harsh reality, which often cannot be bridged or can only be bridged with great difficulty – if at all. But tell me, what do you think of the whole thing arising from the Corona plague?

Menara: I cannot tell you much more about this than what Ptaah has explained to us, for I myself have no experience or knowledge whatsoever concerning the Corona infection, which is at present spreading on Earth as an epidemic pandemic. His only speech to us was to explain what is happening on Earth and with its population. He explained everything to us as follows:Explanation by Ptaah, recounted by Menara: Now it has come about all over the Earth among the state leaders and among the epidemiologists, virologists, the health commanders, the doctors, the WHO as well as among the vaccinated, through their own fearful and by the pharmaceutical companies controlled and profit-hungry pretending, that a two-class society comes into being. This is due to the stubbornness of the unvaccinated who continue to refuse to be vaccinated with the still insufficiently tested and sometimes life-threatening vaccines. In part, the less stalwart will allow themselves to be coerced into vaccination – simply by persuasion, which will be called persuasion, but which really corresponds to persuasion by influence – precisely by persuasion. Ptaah summarised this in the following, which I will try to put into words that correspond to what he said. In doing so, I will try to put the corresponding statements into individual points, which I will number.

1. The leaders of the states will hold responsible for their own wrong decisions and wrong actions with regard to the populations of those Earth human beings who steadfastly refuse to be vaccinated with half-value and insufficiently tested vaccines.

2. The leaders of the state will impose strict restrictions, limitations, various possibilities to hinder action, as well as limited powers and rights, etc. on those who refuse to have insufficiently or untested and possibly life-threatening vaccines tested or even to be vaccinated with them.

3. The all-round wrong decisions made by all state leaders themselves, which are imposed on and left to the people, namely to work without very urgently needed respiratory masks and without keeping the proper and largely health-preserving safety distance of 2 metres from one human being to another, is irresponsible in every form and consequently to be disregarded.

4. The less steadfast will submit to the persuasions of those who are willing and fearful and to the profiteers and persuasions of those who are obedient to the propaganda and persuasions of the vaccine manufacturers and their representatives and followers and who are unable to muster any initiative for their reason and rationality.

5. The unvaccinated are now brought in and assigned the blame, which in principle, however, falls to the leaders of the state, who in their lack of understanding of the facts and the Corona situation did not order the right thing, but rather the wrong thing for the population, as a result of which the next wave of Corona virus-infected people will rise in high numbers and once again claim thousands of lives in total.

6. The unvaccinated will henceforth be falsely held guilty and sanctioned by the leaders of the state for the further and renewed rise of the infected in the very high thousands and the deaths to be mourned in the hundreds and thousands, for they will unlawfully hold the unvaccinated liable for the wrong decisions, decrees and decrees etc. of the leaders of the state and their sole and complete culpability. This will be done in such a way that the unvaccinated will lose their rights as free citizens and become, as it were, ex officio recessive unfree and slaves of their own government and those who consent to it.

These are all round the declarations which Ptaah has given us, and which are to be realised next on Earth, at least in states where the citizens and citizens are disconcerted as a result of the wrong decisions and actions of the leaders of the state in regard to the Corona plague and the half-value vaccines.
