NSA Surveillance Network

The NSA has built an electronic surveillance network that monitors the entire electromagnetic spectrum. This technology allows the NSA to record, monitor and influence computers, telephones, radio and video equipment, printers, etc., and even people’s electrical fields. The electromagnetic emissions from computers contain digital information. Specialists at the NSA can decode these emissions and therefore gain access to computer information without having to know the password or perform traditional hacking. They can also use the reverse method to influence the emission from the outside and change the data or programs stored in the computer.

A 1994 commission of inquiry set up by U.S. President Bill Clinton found that the U.S. Department of Defense, the CIA, the NAVY, the Department of Energy and other agencies exposed thousands of Americans to radiation, nerve agents, LSD and other biological warfare agents without their knowledge between 1944 and 1975, in addition to countless other experiments on the general population.

Hypno-programmed agents/artificially created multiple personalities/Satanic rituals

After World War II, the U.S. brought German and Japanese scientists to the U.S. (England and Russia also acted in this manner) through Project Paperclip. Many of the later methods of brainwashing came from these imported scientists. Project CHATTER was created by the US Navy in 1947 to find the perfect truth drug. One of the leading scientists of this project was Professor Richard G. Wendt. He conducted experiments with barbiturates, amphetamines, alcohol and heroin. In addition to the Navy and the Army, the CIA, which was founded in 1947, soon got involved in mind control research. The first project was called Bluebird, and in August 1951 Bluebird was renamed Project ARTICHOKE. The CIA used LSD, sodium pentothal and other drugs in conjunction with hypnosis for Project ARTICHOKE.

A 1952 CIA memorandum describes the successful outcome of an interrogation of two Soviet double agents using narco-hypnotic methods. The two agents were taken to a hospital and interrogated using ARTICHOKE techniques. After the interrogation, total memory loss was induced using posthypnotic commands. The memorandum reveals that the drug sodium pentothal and the stimulant desoxyn were used to aid the hypnosis program. Experiments were also conducted that caused loss of speech, loss of pain, and loss of memory and willpower. Project ARTICHOKE was incorporated into MKULTRA and MKDELTA in the mid-fifties. Project MKDELTA involved covert operations using biological chemical warfare agents. Project MKULTRA, like ARTICHOKE, dealt with drugs brainwashing and hypnosis. One ARTICHOKE MKULTRA collaborator was the psychiatrist Dr. Evan D. Cameron. He researched new methods to completely erase a memory, using electric shocks, sleep deprivation and drugs such as LSD. After these shock therapies, his victims no longer knew where they were and why they were hospitalized. The victims’ traumatic memories often resurfaced in their consciousness years later. Dr. Sidney Gottlieb and other MKULTRA personnel obtained all information regarding LSD and experimented on unknowing people in 1957 to test their memory, reaction time, and inability to move under LSD influence. In the 1960s, the CIA used students and patients in hospitals as test subjects for their LSD experiments.

That LSD by the MKULTRA researchers reached the streets via small groups of professors who provided their lessons with LSD. One of the researchers with MKULTRA connections was Timothy Leary. He conducted a research project at Harvard University that was funded by the CIA. But he also experimented in prisons on prisoners and with artists. He wanted to find out if LSD increased creativity. Among his test subjects were people like Miles Davis, John Lennon, Aldous Huxley, Jim Morrison, Arthur Koestler and many painters, sculptors, gurus, mystics and media stars. The CIA was completely responsible for the psychedelic movement in the sixties.

The CIA wanted to create, besides a truth drug, remotely controllable political killing machines whose behavior was controlled by their clients and who carried out orders without knowing it, much like in the films The Manchurian Candidate and the Jason Bourne trilogy.

Many of these mind control methods developed under Project MKULTRA involved hypnosis. CIA-funded psychiatrist Dr. Morse Allen hypnotized two of his secretaries on February 19, 1954, ordering one to shoot her colleague. Dr. Allen placed an unloaded pistol next to the hypothetical perpetrator, whom he put into a sleep-like state. The would-be assassin inevitably carried out Dr. Allen’s orders. She took the pistol and shot her colleague. After he brought her out of her trance, she was unaware of what she had done. She even denied that she shot at her colleague. With this experiment Dr. Allen succeeded in proving that a person can be programmed to become an ignorant killer by means of authoritarian hypnosis commands. After these successful experiments, the ARTICHOKE team saw the creation of a perfect political killer approaching. 

Further experiments included cover memories induced by hypnosis, as these were very important for covert operations. It was not known whether the amnesia produced by hypnosis would withstand interrogation, during which hypnosis and drugs were used. One possibility that psychiatrists considered was the separation of an imaginary person, for example, the imaginary playmate of a child. This imaginary person can become a second personality through appropriate treatments. The hypnotist communicates with the schizophrenic part of the subject and suggests an order to him. The main personality does not know about this procedure. During dreaming, information could be exchanged. To prevent this, a skilled hypnotist can create cover memories.

Dr. Martin One also conducted hypnotic mind control experiments at Harvard University in the 1950’s and 1960’s. He believed that a person who develops very good posthypnotic amnesia is also susceptible to hypnotic influence. The resulting amnesia can be filled with cover memories.

Another rumored project called Monarch is based on artificially created traumas that are responsible for splitting the personality of the victim. Project Monarch has its clock spring in World War II, among German psychiatrists who worked in Germany during the war, and which was known as Marionette Programming (MP). The Monarch doctors then prepare a personality that performs actions on behalf of the secret service that the original person knows nothing about. Since children are best suited to create multiple personalities after a terrible event, this program is particularly shocking. Therefore, they are forced to participate in Satanic rituals and are sexually abused. These rapes and shocks are repressed by the child because it creates another personality that does not know about these terrible experiences. There are indications that military mind control experts are involved in satanic cults and child porn rings in order to obtain new recruits for the Monarch Project.

Knowing that the US Army PSYWAR, Colonel Lieutenant Michael Aquino, is the founder of a satanic cult called Temple of Seth, and child porn rings like those in Belgium have contacts to the judiciary and politics, or like Jeffrey Epstein, who was a billionaire alleged investment banker on Wall Street, and had contacts to the CIA and the Mossad and acted in the highest social circles of the elite among presidents, members of the royal family, etc., and was accused and convicted of multiple abuses of minors. These rumors also seem to be no longer so far-fetched, which is clarified even more clearly in the following lines…

In 1926, Dr. Morton Prince was elected Chairman of the Department of Abnormal Psychology at Harvard University. There, together with hypnotist Dr. George Estabrooks, he conducted research and experiments on the artificial generation of multiple personalities. Dr. Estabrooks has worked for various intelligence agencies such as the OSS (Office of Strategic Services), the CIA, Naval Intelligence, the FBI, and the Royal Canadian Mountain Police.

Dr. George Estabrooks came to the conclusion that by using special hypnosis techniques, multiple personalities could be programmed for special secret missions, thus creating the perfect agent.

In the early fall of 1940, Police Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mountain Police (RCMP), Stuart Wood, received a letter from psychology professor Dr. George Estabrooks offering to use his hypnosis skills to transform prisoners of war into loyal spies. 

Dr. George Estabrooks was a Canadian who was working in the U.S. at the time as a professor at Colgate University near Hamilton, New York. 

Dr. George Estabrooks claimed that it was possible for him to create hypno-programmed secret agents or secret couriers. At that time there were thousands of prisoners of war and disloyal Canadians of German descent in Canadian internment camps. From this potential, Dr. Estabrooks wanted to create a network of hypno-programmed agents and secret couriers with the help of the RCMP.

According to Dr. Estabrooks, Germans or Italians from World War I internment camps were to be hospitalized, and he and his colleagues were to create multiple Canadian loyal personalities in them. In the waking state they sympathized with the enemy, and in the subconscious they were supposed to spy for the Canadian government.

When such a hypno-programmed agent receives flashbacks from a mission, Dr. Estabrooks wants to treat him again in a hospital. He emphasizes that only the programmer has access to the secret information contained in the hidden personalities, and only he can retrieve it with the help of a code word. Such an agent would be perfect, since not even his core personality knows that he is a spy.

Dr. George Estabrooks published the 1944 novella Death in the Mind, which described the training and use of such super-spies in war. Later, evidence emerged suggesting that such spies were in use during the late 1930s. In 1951, Dr. Estabrooks turned his attention to the creation of hypno-programmed spies in civilian life for PSYWAR operations at home. 

In 1954, the CIA began a project to train unwilling and unknowing individuals to become unsuspecting political killers.

Mind control researcher and trauma specialist Dr. Collin Ross believes that Dr. Estabrook’s techniques were improved as a result of the mind control projects using hallucinogenic drugs and implants. In Dr. Estabrook’s book, The Future of the Human Mind, published in 1961, he advocates the use of brain implants in all people to guide the development of humanity in what he believes to be the right direction. In his book he writes: >Hypnosis is good, but not infallible. As always, once you put an implant in a person’s brain, that person is under control for life.<

In 1971, Dr. Estabrooks wrote an article for Science Digest magazine, claiming that he helped American intelligence create hypno-programmed spies. In this article, Dr. George Estabrooks described how he split the personality of a Navy lieutenant into two personalities, one personality being an outspoken Communist and the other Loyal to the U.S. In waking life, this personality-split hypno-programmed spy immediately won the sympathy of the Communists.

Under hypnosis, the part loyal to America told the communist secrets it had picked up. Other experiments were conducted for the creation of hypnosis spies. When a hypno-programmed spy with a split personality was caught by the enemy, no one could extract his secret from him. Only its creator knew how to retrieve the personality that was prepared as a secret carrier.

The Canadian Mind Control Researcher Dr. Collin Ross began in 1985 to examine patients with multiple personalities (MPD) more closely and came across interesting traces that can be traced back to Dr. George Estabrooks.

Dr. Ross described a typical case in which a patient said that her father had been killed by the Mafia and that she had been taken to a child brothel. Afterwards, the severely traumatized patient claimed that she was forced to participate in satanic rituals. The more information Dr. Ross gathered, the more facts and evidence he found that satanic cults and intelligence agencies were creating trauma-based hypno-programmed couriers and agents for various services. The connections could be traced all the way back to Allen Dulles, the Gehlen Group, Paperclip scientists and finally to Dr. George Estabrooks and the American CIA mind control projects.

An ARTICHOKE document from the 1950s describes a successful hypnosis experiment in which the subject was hypnotized into a different identity, defended her new identity during the experiment, and knew nothing afterwards. In the document it was suggested that hypnosis should be used for special political agents, because their actions can be completely controlled.

In other released documents, one can read that there were thoughts about how to protect hypno-programmed agents from the detection of enemy forces. This was the reason for research into amnesty blocks and the creation and penetration of artificially generated cover memories. In any case, on the basis of other ARTICHOKE documents released by the FOIA law, one can see that subjects in the 1950s were successfully programmed with fantastic false memories disguised as dreams.

Lynne Moss-Sharman was born in Halifax, Canada in 1947 and spent her childhood in Ontario. She still remembers being picked up from home as a child and taken in cars, small private and military planes to various Canadian military bases near Ottawa and New York. In recent years, her memories came back to her consciousness step by step. The most horrible memories she has are of the so-called Playhouse. As a child she had to endure various experiments in a horror chamber. Lynne was bandaged all over her body and locked in a box as a child to isolate her from all environmental influences. With these isolation techniques the will of the Mind Control victim is broken, in order to be able to reprogram afterwards the consciousness.

Scientists implanted a foreign body through her right nostril. Electric shocks controlled her movements against her will. She was reconstructed into a human robot. Other memories involve isolation from the environment, electroshocks, drug trials, sexual abuse and other experiments. Prof. Alan Schelfen obtained a lot of documents from the CIA through the FOIA act about the behavior control experiments as experienced and repressed by Lynne. Many of these projects were directed by Dr. Evan Cameron of McGill University in Montreal. 

Lynne found that most of the experiments on her were conducted in laboratories at the University of Rochester during the 1950s. Navy and Air Force personnel were involved in these experiments. It was proven that over 100 military experiments were conducted at Rochester with a direct link to Los Alamos.

Lynne recalls that she and other children participated in experiments that split their personalities. Interestingly, a connection has been established between the University of Rochester, where MKULTRA psychiatrist Dr. Evan Cameron worked, and Colgate College in Hamilton, New York. At Colgate College worked the previously mentioned Dr. George Estabrooks. Lynne can remember Dr. Estabrooks, Dr. Cameron and a Dr. Hendricks.

In March 1995, trauma therapist Valerie Wolf appeared with two of her patients in Washington before the U.S. Presidential Advisory Committee to testify about her knowledge of secret government projects. Wolf told the committee that she had nine patients in treatment who gave identical descriptions of experiments performed on them and that they had been abused as children by the military and the CIA to create multiple personalities that would later be used for espionage purposes.

Chris Denicola was made available by her father to government agencies for experiments similar to those Lynne described. They wanted to train her to be a political assassin. The experiments were performed on her between 1966 and 1976 and split her personality. Chris Denicola remembers through the current reunion of her split personalities that she unknowingly participated in secret missions and courier services.

The other witness, Claudia Mullen, recalls similar procedures to Chris Denicola. She was locked in filled isolation tanks and treated with hallucinogenic drugs. After Valerie Wolf shared her information with the Washington Commission of Inquiry, 40 other therapists came forward to treat patients with the same symptoms and experiences. The classic techniques used with her patients are post hypnotic suggestion, hypnosis techniques, drugs, isolation from the environment and reality distortions.

Every trauma and torture serves a purpose. Some Mind Control victims recall being locked in a cage charged with electricity and exposed to flashing lights. The electric shocks and light effects create an effect where the victim believes they are being transported to another dimension. The victims described that their bodily functions were monitored with the help of computers and medical equipment. The red-green flashing lights create the personality split or help the experimenters to get to a psycho-programmed personality.

Most of the patients were used for the experiments as children, sometimes with the consent of their parents. Many have been experimented on with the help of electroshock to create a basis for a new personality. Others were selected from pedophile groups because they had developed multiple personalities due to sexual abuse.

Valerie Wolf and other therapists recognize an advance in various mind control techniques. Reports of spin programming, isolation tanks, strobe lights, implants and underground research facilities are common recollections.

It must be said, however, that there are many people who have succumbed to the neurotic illusion of being victims of government experiments. Not all people are alleged victims of such experiments, since FOIA documents can be used to prove that there really have been and must still be victims.

Many mind control researchers and trauma therapists come across evidence that these psycho projects have the code name Monarch. The artificially created traumas invoke the amnesia, the mental protective wall that builds up around the programmer to protect him from detection. On the other hand, this dream barrier prevents the main personality from discovering that he has been abused and has multiple hypno-programmed personalities.

Monarch victims or satanic ritual abuse victims exhibit PTSD over time. When the mind control slave is actively working for an intelligence agency or cult, the PTSD symptoms such as social withdrawal and self-destruction are hidden in artificially created personalities. When the victim is no longer actively engaged, these pent-up frustrations and depressions can lead to suicide. In some cases, the PTSD damaged personalities are programmed to drive the victim to suicide when a therapist finds out that his patient is a mind control slave.

Each trauma-generated personality is surrounded by an amnesia-based mental wall of protection. The creators of these personalities have access to each shell of consciousness through certain hypnotic commands. Each shell is a separate personality, to which one can assign an individual identity. The whole personality complex is called a consciousness system. Since each personality has certain abilities and talents, personalities access the most diverse abilities of the complete consciousness system. If a personality has a photographic memory, another personality of the system can access this ability.

The initial intact personality is called the core. The emergence of the various personalities is systematically directed from the early stages by the programmer. If one connects a Mind Control victim with multiple personalities to an EEG, one sees that each personality causes different spikes.

Several therapists have discovered personality structures in different victims of the Monarch Project that can be addressed with the same code names. This fact suggests that the programmer left his signature on different victims.

Alpha programs are owned by each Monarch victim. This programming contains the basic commands with the help of which certain personality structures of the complete system are activated via telephone calls, letters, drawings or certain code names and word phrases. Certain code names and word phrases are activated.

In the Beta program, victims are taught certain sex practices to blackmail enemy agents or politicians by photographing them performing explicit sexual acts with a Monarch agent placed on them.

>Investigations have made it increasingly clear that Jeffrey Epstein (along with Ghislaine Maxwell whose father was a known MI6/Mossad spy, and also had blackmail programs going on) was running a blackmail program, as he had bugged his places of residence – whether his New York apartment or his Caribbean island domicile – with microphones and cameras to record the salacious interactions of his guests such as high-ranking politicians, scientists and other important people with the underage girls he was using. Apparently Epstein kept much of this blackmail material in a safe on his private island.

Allegations of Epstein’s connections and involvement in an elaborate, well-funded sexual extortion scheme have surprisingly prompted few media outlets to investigate the history of intelligence agencies both in the U.S. and abroad that ran similar sexual extortion schemes, including many involving underage prostitutes.

It appears that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were involved in a Monarch-like program that, among other things, trained hypno-programmed agents for the above purposes, or at least had something to do with it.<

Delta Programmed Monarch victims are trained as political killing machines. Other programs are tailored to secret couriers or computer specialists.

Dr. Croydon Hammond presented a paper on military and cult mind control programming techniques at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality in Alexandria, Virginia on June 25, 1992. Dr. Hammond, in the course of treating patients, came across a special type of mental programming called Green programming.

Dr. Wilson Green was a specialist in psycho-chemical warfare at Edgewood. His ideas went so far as to suggest that the food of the inhabitants of an enemy country be laced with psycho-chemical substances or hallucinogens in order to ruin it economically. There are several indications that he was a Paperclip scientist, originally called Green or Grünbaum, who anglicized his name to remain undetected in the USA. His technique used Kabbalistic mysticism, such as multi-colored Kabbalistic trees. Individuals programmed with this technique had personality traits that could be accessed through code words such as Wisdom, Diana, Zelda, Black Master, or Foundation.

All these code words can be found in the Kabbalistic Tree. If you find these clues in a patient and know the code words, you can retrieve the secrets behind the different personalities. Dr. Green has additionally provided such a person with suggestion techniques that therapists call Ultra Green programs.

Dr. Hammond found out how to create this hypnotic block. In one specific case, the victim was tied to a table at the age of 8 and given a syringe of hallucinogen similar to LSD. When the victim began to hallucinate, the suggestions about horror scenarios, reinforced by the drug effect, were started. The messages were that if someone wanted to snatch the secrets, the memories of the drug effects would take full effect, so that the victim would go crazy. These procedures are repeated at a certain period of time and make it impossible for an uninitiated person to reprogram the victim. The deeper the therapist penetrates into the artificially created personality structure, the sooner the Ultra Green suggestions begin to take effect, and the patient goes insane.

Another mind control programming technique is called spin programming.

Dr. John Covern found this technique in seven of his patients who had a history of ritual abuse. Spin programming produces pain, painful emotions and similar feelings throughout the personality system. In this technique, the victim is placed on a rotating device and made to rotate. Through the rotation process, the pain or various traumatic memories are simultaneously transferred to all split personalities.

Spin programming can be used to program suicidal intent into the entire personality system in case a deprogrammer wants to get their secrets. Mind control specialists use this technique to complicate the psychotherapy of older victims or to create a personality system of a new victim and totally control it. The symptoms described above for mind programming techniques have also been experienced by satanic ritual abuse victims.

The dream therapists Valerie Wolf and Dr. Colin Ross have among their patients persons who have pretended personalities and who remember satanic rituals, although the other personalities describe typical military mind control techniques.

It is not uncommon for ritual acts in which young people are abused to be performed by adults in disguise. There are descriptions of abuse victims dressed in clown, ghost, knight, cowboy or comic character costumes.

Children are relatively easy to involve in rituals through games. If this is linked to familiar figures and disguises, the perpetrators can protect themselves from recognition. Abuse victims who tell of cowboys or animals in human form are not taken seriously by parents, fellow humans or investigators. It is considered proven that in cults that are serious about their beliefs, the masquerade is an ancient tradition.

Satanic ritual abuse victims develop over time split personalities based on trauma and repression, which are then trained by trained cult members, similar to military mind control projects, for cult internal actions.

One page of the ARTICHOKE/CIA manual describes how to use electric shocks for brainwashing and in combination with drugs for conditioning. It is interesting to note that some victims of satanic ritual abuse also reproduce these intelligence techniques in detail.

Katherine Sullivan (pseudonym), like many other trauma victims, has multiple personalities. Katherine Sullivan recalls that she was used as a drug mule, weapons smuggler, and to deliver secret messages. She made trips to South America and some island nations. It is also common for hypno-programmed individuals to be placed in terrorist organizations or used for tasks that no normal person would perform.

Katherine has traumatic flashbacks and personality structures that correspond to the ideas of right-wing militias and the most radical American neo-Nazi organizations, the Aryan Brotherhood. Interestingly, she also has memories of alien programs. In these programs, alleged UFO abduction experiences are programmed into the mind control victim’s memory as cover memories. According to Katherine, these cover memories have recently been fed into the consciousness of the victim using virtual reality devices, large screen monitors, and drugs. Like Lynne Moss Sherman, she was programmed to be a political assassin on military bases and in hospitals.

Other personalities, as suggested by Dr. George Estabrooks, have been used for clandestine courier services by various intelligence agencies. These courier services include drug transportation, diamond smuggling, and even child trafficking for powerful, pedophile politicians.

Her therapists found that she also has personality structures that indicate satanic ritual abuse. These personalities recall men dressed in black robes as they performed acts on her. These satanic acts include disgust training and other procedures common to SRA (Satanic Ritual Abuse) victims to create artificial multiple personalities.

During the investigation of the Presidio scandal it turned out that the closest associates of the Temple of Seth also belonged to the military intelligence. In addition to him, an Army Intelligence document mentions a woman named Willie Brawning, who is a captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, and a lieutenant who was also involved in intelligence activities. The case of Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Michael Aquino is a prime example of the involvement of high-ranking military mind control specialists in satanic cults.

In late 1977, Blanche Chavoustie was working in a hypnotic therapy center where she was put under hypnosis several times by the director. Recent investigations revealed that this director worked as a hypnosis agent for the CIA and wrote that he needed about six months to program a political assassin using hypnosis.

Blanche Chavoustie found out in 1989 that she was unknowingly being used in these experiments, at which time she was receiving strange phone calls and messages on her answering machine. She did not know who was sending her the messages on her answering machine. She did not know who was leaving her the messages and what they meant. Soon after these calls, she noticed that strangers were showing an interest in her, that they were watching her.

After several months of intense harassment, she was abducted to the hospital by a Cornell Medical Center employee in a private car and pumped full of drugs for no reason. She now knows that the doctors labeled her mentally ill in order to keep her in the hospital. Blanche Chavoustie confirms that she freaked out during the kidnapping because she thought that her kidnapper belonged to a cult.

After 21 days of involuntary hospitalization, she was released and subsequently filed a lawsuit against Cornell Medical Center that continues to this day. In the meantime, she received about 1200 pages of her medical papers. It turned out that the main reason for her abduction was a gynecological examination. She has no recollection of this examination being performed on her. She also does not know the reason for it.

While searching for the meaning of these actions and harassments, she came across many strange events in her past, for which she only now finds explanations. With the help of therapists and friends she found out that she is a MKULTRA victim and the experiments on her are still going on.

It turned out that since her childhood her life was controlled by different authorities and persons. A therapist found evidence of Greenbaum and Beta programming in her. Between 1966 and 1972, she received several images from supposed friends who later disappeared from her life, which contained subconscious messages to run various mind control programs.

Blanche Chavoustie provides evidence that she was irradiated with pulsed microwaves or similar electromagnetic energies, and developed strange spontaneous burns or reddish spots on her chest. The dermatologist is perplexed because the burns and redness often appear overnight and form perfectly symmetrical structures she has X-ray images on which you can see small foreign bodies.

Dr. John Lilly experimented with isolation tank research and brain implants in the 1950s. In his book the Scientist, he wrote that in the early 1960s, isolation tank research and brain implant experiments became a military political issue. At that time, scientists and physicians who worked for the Army and the CIA kept coming to Dr. Lilly and asking him if his research could be used for brainwashing or interrogation.

With careful control and stimulation of a subject in an isolation tank, one can steer their worldview in a desired direction. Suspended states greatly increase a person’s suggestibility. If additional subconscious messages, visual or audiovisual information are fed into an isolation tank, they will be fully accepted by the test person.

Dr. John Lilly was absolutely sure that secret services or the military would use his research results in interrogations and for mind control experiments.

Baltimore Sun journalists Gary Cohn and Ginger Thompson, while researching CIA activities in Latin America, found evidence that CIA agents had a close relationship with Honduran officers who commanded death squads and carried out torture. They found that there were CIA manuals that the Honduran officers used for their interrogations. In this manual, as noted by Dr. John Lilly, isolation tanks are recommended for interrogation of captured spies. The manual even describes some isolation tank experiments as follows:

>Two subjects were completely immersed in a hot water tank. The water flowed slowly and had a temperature of 34.5 degrees Celsius. Both subjects wore black out masks, which encompassed the entire head and allowed only breathing. The noise level was lowered so that the subjects were only aware of their own breathing. Neither subject remained in the tank for more than 3 hours. Both of them got an insatiable hunger for perceptions…they began to fantasize and developed visual impressions that corresponded to hallucinations…<

After the subjects were taken out of the isolation tank, they no longer had any sense of time. After this procedure, a subject recognizes the one who interrogates him as a kind of confidant, because he longs for a human contact. An interrogator thus becomes a reassuringly longed-for counterpart. A short-term isolation stay produces the same symptoms as locking a prisoner in solitary confinement for several weeks or months.

In May 1994, the Baltimore Sun filed a FOIA request to obtain information about these manuals. In 1996, the CIA released some relevant documents and an interrogation manual written in 1963 called the KUBARK Counter Intelligence Interrogative.

Dan Harr’s grandfather worked at the Badger Ordinance Plant near Barbe, Wisconsin during World War II and between 1947 and 1948. This plant housed Paperclip scientists shortly after World War II. He also later worked for the government and possibly the CIA. Dan Harr claimed that in 1984, while a student, he was sought out by a CIA man who identified himself as Charlie McBride. This man offered Harr this offer for a special program. At first, Harr declined the offer. Later, financial problems forced him to accept. McBride took Dan to a farm in Virginia. There he participated in a training program of the Non Official Cover (NOC). During the training, Dan Harr’s memory was erased and cover memories were programmed into him. In the mid-nineties, he had traumatic flashbacks that provided some insight into his NOC training. He became heavily involved in electronics, computer hacking and operating intelligence equipment. After that, he came to Mare Island. There are several CIA and National Security Agency (NSA) research facilities in the area. Dan Harr cannot remember what happened to him during his eight-month stay in Mare Island. As a result of requests, Senator Herb Kohl’s office received several documents about Harr, some of which were heavily redacted and mainly classified as top secret. Some documents also had a censored additional designation. Dan Harr believes he may have received treatment at Oakland Naval Hospital. He has worked through clear memories about an interrogation with the help of therapists. According to his description, he was in a rectangular room. In this room were an armchair, a movie screen, strobe lights, a door, and a window that may have been a Venetian mirror. There was at least one other person in the room besides him. Dan Harr was tied to the armchair. Several wires ran from his right hand, and he could hear various drug names such as sodium, pentothal, etc. While the lights were shining in his face, he was asked various questions by a male. Other memories involve a movie he saw. This movie contained alternating good and bad scenes. Dan, meanwhile, also has flashbacks about satanic rituals in which he was the focus. In these rituals, three men in red hooded cloaks and candles play a major role. Dan Harr can’t tell if these rituals were part of the NOC program or if they took place during his childhood. More flashbacks suggest that, unbeknownst to Dan Harr, he had been participating in mind control programs such as Monarch since childhood and had been carrying out various assignments. In December 1988, Dan Harr left the NOC program. His wife at the time noticed that he subsequently identified with the ideas of far-right Christian fanatic militias. He had nothing to do with these people before that, nor did he represent their opinions. Today he believed that he was being infiltrated into these circles as a spy. In the beginning of 1995, he had the last missing period for a period of about 24 hours. He can only remember sitting in a restaurant in Madison. Across from him was an unfamiliar woman who said to him, “Good to have you back.” A little later, he noticed a pinprick on his right arm and a pinpoint swelling on his right hip.

No one knows how many retrievable monarch victims there are in the U.S. or around the world. Estimates run into the thousands, anyway. As written above, the CIA began a project in 1954 to train unwilling and unknowing individuals to become unsuspecting political assassins. Since that time, there has been much speculation regarding political assassinations in which hypno-programmed killers may have played a role as for example with Sirhan Bishara Sirhan.

Sirhan made conflicting statements about his role over the years since the crime. During the trial, he stated that he could not remember the sequence of events himself. He testified in court that he did not regain consciousness until he was arrested a few minutes after the assassination. A diary was found in Sirhan’s hotel room in which the phrase “RFK must die” was written down over and over again in an unusually repetitive manner. Sirhan was initially portrayed in his trial as a “deranged religious fanatic.”

In a 2011 pardon hearing, his lawyers presented the thesis that he had been under hypnosis, so that his mind and inhibitions about committing an assassination, as well as any memory, had been completely shutdown. Sirhan stated in this regard that he was under the influence of a young woman who lured him into the kitchen. His lawyer conducted interviews with him under hypnosis, and in them he stated that a mysterious woman touched him before he shot and then made him believe he was at a shooting range. Under hypnosis, Sirhan also stated that he saw a second gun being fired, a statement he could not confirm without hypnosis, however, because he said he could not remember.

Sirhan stated in his 15th parole hearing in 2016 that he could not remember the crime he was charged with. He said he could recall being at the hotel, walking to his car and returning when he realized he had drunk too much alcohol. He attributed his conviction to his bad lawyer, who had led him to believe he was guilty. He said he could not admit remorse for the crime because he did not commit it.

Interestingly, Timothy McVeigh claimed that after returning from the Gulf War, he underwent a personality change following a psychological evaluation for Special Forces. The Washington Post of April 23, 1995, reported that McVeigh told friends that the military implanted a microchip in his buttocks, since his personality change occurred after the examination and possible implantation. Investigations revealed that he also told people in Decker, Michigan, that the implanted microchip caused stabbing pains in his buttocks. In any case, McVeigh stood by his claim that the military was able to monitor and locate him during his deployments by means of this implant. But whether this corresponds to the truth remains of course still open.

Electromagnetic Mind Control Weapons

In the course of their research, researcher Walter Bowart, Martin Cannon and others came across a psycho-electric method that could play a very large role in covert operations. It seems that CIA scientists have developed a technology called Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control-Electronic Dissolution of Memory (RHIC EDOM).

These techniques can remotely induce hypnotic trance states, suggest commands, or completely erase memory. RHIC requires an intramuscular implant that is stimulated to trigger posthypnotic commands. Rumors of this RHIC EDOM technology first surfaced in the late 1960’s. (If this RHIC EDOM technology does not exist, a similar technology certainly exists under other names.)

Researchers Walter Bowart and James Moore also received information about this technology. James Moore claims that this technology was developed by the military to create zombie soldiers. Normally, parts of the brain receive various electrical signals from a variety of sources, such as sight, hearing, and so on. These perceptions create emotions. The military could use this technology to stimulate aggression and program a soldier to do his job on the battlefield like a robot, carrying out orders mindlessly. In 1977, hearings were held before the U.S. Congress over illegal CIA drug experiments. Senator Richard Schweizer had a conversation with MK ULTRA physician Dr. Sidney Gottlieb about RHIC technologies. Dr. Gottlieb conflated the MK ULTRA project with RHIC EDOM work before Congress. He said, however, that there was interest in whether people exposed to an electric field are easier to hypnotize. When asked if microwaves could erase the memory of animals, he answered yes.

A page in the ARTICHOKE/CIA document describes that in the 1950s the CIA possessed a sleep-inducing machine with which a human being could be brought into a hypnotic state and controlled.

In the early 1960s, biophysicist Dr. Allan Frey of the General Electric Advanced Electronic Center at Cornell University made a discovery known as microwave hearing. He found that a person’s auditory system responds to certain electromagnetic frequencies, and when they were exposed to low-frequency electromagnetic waves, they heard buzzing and thumping sounds in their heads. Even deaf people could hear these sounds, proving that the brain is something of a powerful receiver. In 1973, Dr. Joseph Sharp conducted experiments with pulsed microwave audiograms. He had an isolation chamber locked and irradiated with these waves, after these experiments Dr. Sharp heard voices in his head. After this discovery, Dr. Robert O. Becker of the Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA), now called DARPA, said that these experiments could be useful for covert military operations, and that artificially generated voices in an enemy’s head could drive him crazy. In addition, microwave-transmitted post-hypnotic commands could be used to trigger action by political assassins.

These mind control victims are called Wavies. The Finn, Martti Kokski, emigrated to Canada in the mid-seventies and was used for synthetic telepathy experiments at the end of that decade. He heard voices in his head for several hours a day, and as time went on, he was increasingly plagued by these voices until he suffered a heart attack. He was hospitalized and treated and had to stay in the hospital for three days and undergo tests. When he took medication, the voices always told him that it was not good for him. After the hospitalization he returned to Finland to escape from his tormentors, but the voices did not stop, they just spoke Finnish, telling him that they were aliens and came from the star Sirius. Martti returned to Canada after a month and a half, and the voice torture continues to this day. He believes that his torturers are behind the Royal Canadian Mountain Police and the CIA because he used to criticize American society.

Besides producing synthetic telepathy, microwaves can also be used to induce behavioral changes. Electromagnetic mind control procedures are the most effective methods available. Electromagnetic radio waves and pulsed microwaves have great advantages in warfare, because a person or the inhabitants of an area have no knowledge of the procedure being performed. If one does not know that such a process is being used, even the subconscious remains uninformed. There is no risk of confrontation between the persons involved, allowing the users to remain completely anonymous.

Electromagnetic mind control can be used over the cellular network or locally from the ground or from the air by targeting specific individuals with psychotronic weapons. Different frequencies of these weapons affect different areas of the brain. The frequencies of the used radio and microwaves penetrate walls, floors, roofs of buildings without leaving any traces.

Electromagnetic weapons can be used to make individuals and large groups of people respond robotically to electromagnetic commands without relying on an implant.

American science fiction author and research director at the U.S. Global Strategic Council Janet Morris traveled to Russia in 1991 with colleagues to study Russian technologies for commercial development. While there, she was invited to a demonstration of mind control technology. During one demonstration, an unknowing group of workers was irradiated outside on the grounds in front of the hospital. The researchers sent them an acoustic psycho-correction message through their machine, which instructed the workers to immediately put down their tools, knock on the door of the hospital, and ask if there was anything left for them to do. The workers behaved in exactly the same way. The machine transmits the acoustic psycho-correction message by means of infrasound (ultra low frequency electromagnetic waves) through the bone conduction. The message passes the level of consciousness and is executed within less than a minute after the sounding.

One victim of such electromagnetic weapons was the Briton Antony Verney and his wife. In 1983 Antony Verney and his wife began to hear strange noises, high-pitched sounds and disturbances in their electrical equipment. A short time later, the couple, who lived in the county of Kent, could not sleep. On December 26, 1983, they saw horseshoe-shaped luminous apparitions in the morning sky. The sightings were repeated several times until January 5, 1984, when the couple began to experience headaches, disorientation symptoms, and the sounds in the nearby Sandbit Forest ceased. There was a ghostly silence. Nearby was a farm that was strangely hidden behind a high fence. Antony Verney found out that the phone number of the farm was classified, which looked like a secret building of the British MI5 or MI6. On April 2, 1984, they sold their house and fled the area. Biomedical Telemetry

Dr. Jose Delgado began his research in the field of mind control during World War II under the Franco regime in Spain. After the war, Dr. Delgado went to the United States, where he became the director of neuropsychiatry at Yale University. He said that a program was needed to keep society under political-psychiatric control. Dr. Delgado saw every individual thinking as a threat to the national security of a state. He was a proponent of electronic brain manipulation, his research with implantable electrodes dating back to the late 1950s. Dr. Delgado’s experiments were also supported by the CIA. He developed the stimoceiver during this time. This device is a miniaturized electrode that can receive and transmit electrical signals using modulated radio waves. He experimented with the stimoceiver on animals and also on humans, initially running fine wires from the devices, until wireless implantable technologies were adopted. The stimoceiver has no batteries, they are activated by radio waves as needed, so they can be used for life. Dr. Delgado demonstrated the effect of the stimoceiver in 1965 using an implanted bull in Madrid. Dr. Delgado entered the bullring with a remote control, slowly approaching the animal. When the bull noticed him, he charged angrily at Dr. Delgado. When the bull was close enough to him he activated the remote control with a push of a button and sent an electric shock directly into the brain of the bull, as a result of which it stopped immediately.

Dr. Delgado proved through his research that the implanted is defenseless against the manipulations in his brain. Through electrical stimulation, motor reflexes can be triggered, free will can be broken without scruples, and through stimulation of the frontal lobes, hallucinations can be triggered in a person. He predicted that the day will come when soldiers will go to war remotely.

By implanting a stimoceiver in a person’s ear, the ear can be turned into a microphone or a loudspeaker. With this method one can produce also voices in the head of humans. Other scientists like Dr. Ralph Schwitzhebel or Dr. Robert G. Heath have done similar experiments on their patients using bio-telemetry implants.

Bio-telemetry refers to biomedical devices that allow physiological wireless transmission of data from the most impossible locations to a distant receiver. The aim of bio-telemetry is to monitor and influence body functions of animals and humans from a distance. In 1954, a man named Dr. Stuart Mackay succeeded in sending the first signals through a body tissue. In 1963 Dr. Carter Collins developed a very small telemetry system, the transmitter had a diameter of 2mm and a thickness of 1mm. Dr. Dean C. Jeutter reported in 1983 in the Engineering in Medicine and Biology Magazine that almost any medium can be used for signal transmission. Radio or electrical transmissions can carry such signals. Ultrasonic energies can be used for signal transmission in water.

Dr. Carl W. Sanders was an electrical engineer who worked for IBM, General Electric, Honeywell and Teledyne, as well as the FBI, CIA and IRS. He spent 32 years researching implantable biochips, and Dr. Sanders said the technology he helped develop will be used in the future as a method of identifying people. The biochip developed by his team of about a hundred people is powered by a lithium battery, is the size of a grain of rice and is constantly recharged by human body temperature. Dr. Sanders team for the development of these Biochips consisted of scientists of the companies Motorola, General Electric (General Electric was also involved in the development of the atomic bomb) and the Boston Medical Centers whereby Dr. Sanders had taken over the design of the implant. It did not take long until the military used the chip for test purposes. The Phoenix project had to do with Vietnam veterans, in the Gulf War these biochips were also tested on soldiers. Further an implant was developed which received the name Rambo chip, since one could affect with the received signals the adrenalin output of soldiers, one could make soldiers more aggressive or affect the pain center in the brain if the implant is accordingly stimulated.

With the help of satellites located in low earth orbit, they are used for monitoring people with biotelemetrical implanted microchips. The signal is received by the implant, and with the help of the satellites, the location of the person is localized. The US American DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) has been working on such projects since the eighties.

Maybe Elon Musk’s project called Star Link, where he wants to produce the 5G network all over the world with the help of satellites in low earth orbit, is also just a project to implant a bio-chip into every human being in the future, which would not be surprising, since he also wants to implant a chip into people’s brains with his NeuraLink project. It seems that Elon Musk, apart from destroying a nature reserve near Berlin where there was a forest to put his new Gigafactory for his Tesla car factory, he also propagates that there are too few people in the world, and one should finally start to multiply drastically, otherwise the human species will die out. Either he is stupid, or he is committed to the multiplication of people on behalf of the military-industrial complex to bring more and more never-ending consumers.

It would be interesting to know that Elon Musk got his name from Verner von Braun, his fictional novel which was published in 1950 and called >Project Mars: A Technical Tale<. In Wernher von Braun’s novel it is said that Mars will one day be ruled by a person with the title “Elon”, elected for five years.  Elon Musk his father Errol Musk was so enthusiastic about this book that he named his son Elon.

It would also fit his character, if Elon Musk has perhaps laid the foundation for the future war, which will start from the planet Mars, and will be directed against the Earth, where possibly millions of people will die, because of his Transhumanist ideologies.

The CIA has always been interested in implantable methods to influence a person’s behavior remotely. Through the FOIA law in the U.S., documents were released by the U.S. space agency NASA that implantable bio-telemetry technologies have been developed at the NASA Ames Research Center since the late 1960s.

Since the sixties, the development of micro-implants has played a major role in covert operations by intelligence agencies and the military. As in the CIA’s Illegal Drug Trials, affected individuals also unknowingly participated in secret implantation projects.

The Swedish defense institution FOA has also been involved in bio-telemetry since 1965. Researchers investigating illegal mind control experiments in Sweden found X-ray images of transmitters in the heads of Swedish citizens who were implanted in hospitals without their knowledge, and these people were among the victims who were connected to a computer via telemetry. The Swedish state television SVT revealed in April 1998 that in Sweden between 1944 and 1963 more than 4500 people had undergone brain surgery against their will. In Finland, according to a subsequent broadcast report, from 1946 to 1996, some 1500 people underwent controversial brain operations without their consent, causing massive changes in their personalities. In some cases, doctors wanted to re-operate communist sympathizers into Swedish socialists.

The Swedish research organization Groups Against Illegal Mind Control Experiments has X-ray photographs from 1946 from Karolinska Hospital and 1948 from Sachsska Children’s Hospital near Stockholm showing electrodes illegally implanted in humans. In one case, during an unannounced visit to the hospital, the mother discovered how a team of surgeons and several nurses, under the direction of the head physician, Dr. Alm, had inserted several electrodes into the brain of her son Bengt.

Since the illegal brain surgery, Bengt has had to spend many years in a psychiatric hospital to heal the damage caused by Dr. Alm. Groups have also discovered that since the 1960s, substances have been developed that make it easier to send radio waves from inside a patient’s body. These substances can be administered to a patient through pharmaceutical products such as tablets, powders and solutions. Experiments conducted by intelligence agencies and the military have been performed on unknowing individuals since the postwar period. At the time when Dr. Delgado invented the stimoceiver in the USA, implants were developed that allowed experimenters to implant small transmitters into a person’s brain through the nostrils. Today, this transnasal implantation is an accepted method in neurosurgery.

Groups and the Freedom of Thought Foundation have X-ray images that show not only the foreign bodies but also dark areas near them, which are indications that the oxygen content there has been reduced due to the penetrating radio waves.

The Swedish Vera Dannborg was also a bio-telemetry victim. She was implanted with electrodes at Akademika Hospital without her knowledge. The operation was performed by Prof. Mord Skoog, according to the group, and her X-rays show these dark areas in detail. Vera died several years ago due to reduced blood circulation in the brain. She, like many Mind Control victims, tried to make the Swedish government aware of her situation, but without success.

Mind control organizations have also gathered evidence that people in police custody are implanted and used as bio-telemetry test subjects. X-rays of another Swede show such foreign bodies in the forehead area. The detainee claims he was given a sleeping pill and had a transmitter inserted into his brain through his nose. Many of these test victims report that they believe they are being completely controlled by their tormentors.

One such victim appears to be inmate Derek Vinson. He wrote the following in 1994:

The Texas Prison in Columbus uses Bio-Telemetry to control my thoughts. This technology was developed by the CIA…. The prison staff reads my mind 24 hours a day. I hear voices in my head that I can communicate with about my political activities. Sometimes I think they control my thoughts and influence my heartbeat. Derek Vinson filed a lawsuit in 1993 between him and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institution.

Inmate David Fratus went through similar experiences as Derek Vinson in Utah prison. David Fratus claims that he is being tested in his cell with high tech mind control technologies. Among these methods are hallucinogens, electromagnetic waves and bio-telemetry. Fratus states that he began to hear high frequency sounds. The volume of these sounds seems to be adjustable. He describes situations where he could go to the ceiling in pain. David Fratus is also a Wavie, as he hears voices in his head that seem to be artificially generated and say the following sentences to him:

How are you enjoying your headache?

Did you sleep well today, Mr. Fratus?

Do you need an aspirin?

Like all Wavies, Fratus can no longer sleep properly. Prison authorities, of course, claim that no illegal tests are performed on inmates in their prison. Since such torture methods sound like science fiction to prison charities, they show no interest in these cases.

Robert Naeslund has been a guinea pig for illegally performed electronic mind control technologies since the late 1960s. He had an implant inserted into his brain through his right nostril by Dr. Curt Strand during a stay at the Söder Hospital in Stockholm. Robert Naeslund tried for several years to get help from Swedish doctors, the Swedish health authority and welfare. However, his efforts were unsuccessful, although he has X-rays showing several implanted foreign bodies. Eventually, he was able to locate a team of doctors in Greece who removed one implant from him in 1978 and one in 1982. Scientists at New York University analyzed the first item and subsequently made it disappear. The scientists involved in the analysis never contacted him again and did not return the foreign body that had been removed. Robert Naeslund has several photographs taken during the operation. The second foreign body was removed from his nostril in 1982. Unfortunately, during this procedure it broke and shattered into several pieces. After the removal of the foreign bodies, his health improved much.

Robert Naeslund happened to come into contact with Professor P. A. Lindstrom of the University of California at San Diego in 1983, who examined his X-rays. While Swedish doctors gave written statements that the X-rays showed no foreign bodies in Robert Naeslund’s head, Prof. Lindstrom came to a different conclusion. He wrote in one of his letters to Naeslund:

After seeing their x-rays, I can confirm that some foreign bodies, probably brain transmitters, were implanted in the base of their forebrain and in the brainpan.

Since this statement, Robert Naeslund has now received ten more assessments from other doctors in different countries confirming that he has artificial foreign bodies in his head.

Unable to find a doctor in Sweden to remove more implants, Robert Naeslund sought help in Djakarta, Indonesia. On August 4, he visited St. Carolus Hospital in Djakarta, where he met Professor Hendayo. He showed him the x-rays that clearly showed the foreign bodies. Dr. Hendayo finally agreed to remove the implants. Robert Naeslund therefore remained in the hospital until the next day to undergo blood tests. The doctors informed him that he would have to come to the hospital on August 11 for the operation. On August 12, he was shown to the operating room. There, Dr. Hendayo told him that something had happened that could complicate the operation. He did not tell him what that something was. Robert Naeslund agreed to remove the implant anyway because it was activated 24 hours a day. Further, Naeslund noticed that the doctor was very stressed and nervous. As soon as they entered the operating room, two European-looking men came into the room from another door and gave him an injection with a syringe. Robert Naeslund woke up a few seconds into the operation because he had a terrible headache.

He remembers exactly what he saw, and said the following:

My arms and feet were tied to the table. One person held my head while another made an incision about five centimeters long on my forehead. A third man held an object that looked similar to a burning lens and drove it inside my head… I felt as if my head was going to explode and burst into pieces. I screamed in pain and tried to free myself from my bonds. After that, I lost consciousness from the pain and shock.

Robert Naeslund woke up from unconsciousness 18 hours after the operation. In the morning, he immediately went to the radiology department and had X-rays taken. The images showed clearly a strange mushroom-shaped object in the injured brain region.

When Naeslund went to see Dr. Hendayo after this horrible experience, he told him that he advised him against the operation. He then confessed to Naeslund in private that the Swedish secret service SÄPO was involved in the operation and that he could do nothing about it. Naeslund assumes that the SÄPO informed their colleagues from the CIA and that they forced Dr. Hendayo to this action. Robert Naeslund still suffers from the aftereffects of this procedure and has not been able to find a doctor to remove this fungus-shaped foreign body from his brain.

In addition, like the Wavies, Robert Naeslund heard voices in his head. These voices seemed to know his thoughts like other victims. He began hearing them after he was in police custody in 1972. Interestingly, the voices stopped since 1985, but from that year on, he was irradiated with electromagnetic waves every night because he heard the voices. The public was made aware of the abomination of such secretly implanted manipulative instruments and anti-directed energy weapons.

His face, shoulders and back felt every Morganen as if he had a sunburn. Sheets of paper lying on the floor rolled up by themselves and batteries lost their energies. The microwave radiation was steadily increased until Naeslund could stand it no longer and fled. His palate, throat and pharynx began to dehydrate, and Naeslund’s voice became hoarse and painful to speak. Not long after he moved to new quarters, microwave radiation began there as well. Eventually, Naeslund stopped his public relations work, which was directed against the Swedish secret service SÄPO, and the irradiation stopped. In early 1992, Robert Naeslund came into contact with the International Network against Mind Control and began to resume his fight against these illegal tests. As a result, the radiation bombardment resumed. On one occasion, he awoke at three o’clock in the morning because his blood circulation was disturbed. His hands and parts of his legs swelled until they became numb. His tormentors were able to vary the wavelength of the radiation, and therefore develop a wide variety of symptoms. He fled the city for a week. Back home, the radiation was stronger than ever. Finding it hard to sleep, he fell into a zombie-like state during the day. Eventually, he managed to locate the device in the apartment across the street, whose former occupant had died some time ago. Obviously, they were not pleased with his discovery, because the device was eventually removed, the radiation stopped.

Yaggi Hach Ömer, a Turk, sought asylum in Sweden and was implanted with electrodes by the Swedish secret service SÄPO, according to groups. Groups found that Yaggi was turned into a psychological wreck. An electrical engineer from Stockholm examined him with a frequency analyzer. The researchers were able to confirm that radio waves with a frequency of 38 kilohertz and a voltage of about ten microvolts penetrated his head. In January 1985, more than 50 people, including lawyers, natural scientists and peace organizations, signed a petition to bring these experiments to the attention of the Swedish Attorney General Magnus Sjöberg. The response of his representative indirectly indicated that such procedures were tolerated for reasons of national security.

Sweden is obviously a pioneer in the development of this technology, along with the USA. It is not surprising that the Swedish company BioNyfiken, an association of biohackers at the Epicenter Stockholm, promotes the use of hand-implanted microchips the size of a grain of rice to record the COVID certificate status.

On 10/28/2021, the Swedish daily newspaper Aftonbladet reported the following:

“Get your COVID certificate with a chip in your hand or elsewhere under your skin. It is becoming more and more popular to insert a chip with different kinds of information into the body, and now you can also insert your COVID certificate into the chip”

In the USA, scientists from the computer company Sun Micro Systems (which was incorporated into Oracle Corporation in 2010 through a takeover and is a dummy company of the CIA and since January 2021, together with other tech giants such as Microsoft and the MITRE Corporation, has been behind the creation of digital vaccination passports) were researching ways to implant virtual landscapes and scenarios into the brain of a wearer through a bio-chip implanted in the neck. Dr. During of Sun Micro Systems claimed that the implant would have to be placed in the neck because this is a point where a person’s nerve center is located, and that the nerve cords would run through the biochip (interestingly, in the science fiction movie Matrix, the main protagonist Neo is brought into the virtual reality matrix by something like an electronic plug inserted in the neck).  The scientists hoped that this would create an interface between psyche and matter.

The Military Industrial Complex want to introduce an implantable identification system to provide every citizen of the world with such a microchip, and to gain totalitarian control over the people. This implant will contain name, insurance number, photo, employer, fingerprint, income information, criminal record, medical data, etc. etc.. The information will be retrievable with a scanner like supermarket checkouts. A government agency that gains access to this system would always know where the person is and what efforts they are making. Also one could disturb such a bio chip externally, or manipulate the medical values in the body from the outside.

Such a system for animals has already been developed. Currently millions of animals are provided with such an identification chip. The implant is the size of a grain of rice and consists of three components: a miniaturized microchip that stores the identification number and transmits the information to the scanner, a small antenna system that receives the signal, and a capacitor for fine adjustments. The scanner activates the implant with a frequency of 125 kilohertz, which is a low frequency radio wave. These low frequency radio waves penetrate solid objects such as walls and metals. The implant has no battery and is activated by the received radio waves, as with the stimoceiver.

The first generation of this monitoring system are cell phones and smartphones. Apart from the fact that the radiation from these devices can cause brain tumors if you hold them closer than 18 centimeters to your head when they are active, and the danger of this radiation is declared as untrue by the manufacturers and representatives of these devices, the smartphone, for example, is still equipped with many sensors. Besides the position localization, the smartphone can measure the ambient temperature, heart rate, pulse and even the breathing interval.

Camera and microphone can be activated from the outside. Your phone and several other phones in the vicinity can be used to gather information and location of a person.

The smartphone constantly listens and links the data obtained with the user’s profile, up to a personality profile that can predict what your next steps will be. Every Internet access, every phone call is recorded by the device, nothing remains re-registered. Even when switched off, the smartphone is sensitized to receiving and transmitting certain frequencies. There is almost nowhere in the world you can hide.

The smartphone sends out electromagnetic vibrations at intervals that are not perceptible to the human ear, which are received by the subconscious and act on the nervous system. Thus, based on the measured mood, corresponding sensations such as euphoria, anxiety, depression, aggression, palpitations, shortness of breath, migraine, insomnia, hunger and appetite for certain foods or spontaneous need for sexual gratification can be generated. Virtual Reality Scenarios/Real Visions and Hallucinations

Dr. John St. Clair Akwei has been litigating against the NSA (National Security Agency) since 1996. He has sued the US for covert surveillance of American citizens using remote neural monitoring technologies. This is the first time that a tortured person has succeeded in filing a lawsuit against his tormentors.

The NSA can register a person’s bio-magnetic field and exploit it for surveillance purposes. The bioelectric field of a person can be monitored and influenced from a distance.

The surges produced by the neurons are transmitted in an EEG ( electroencephalogram) and the signals are decoded. Stimulation of brain waves has been researched since Project MK Ultra. This research was called Radiation Intelligence. The NSA has developed RNM technology as a result of bioelectric warfare projects and has long since established the link from the brain to the computer. With this technology it is also possible to create the symptoms of wavies, artificial possession and muscle control.

Each person generates a specific bioelectric field, and therefore each person responds to a specific frequency, and therefore a person standing next to an RNM Mind Control victim does not perceive anything that is happening.

RNM users can pick up the electrical emissions generated in the visual cortex of the brain, amplify and decode them, and display them on a screen. So the NSA sees what the person being monitored perceives without being connected to it by wires or electrodes. Those who doubt this statement should consider that in a pilot project in China, the brain waves of students were continuously monitored by means of an electronic device worn on the head to determine whether the students are in a good or bad mood, and whether they follow the lessons with interest. Any distraction is reported to the teacher and immediately forwarded to the parents via SMS. This is a technology that is available to the public, so to speak. What the elites of the Military Industrial Complex are not showing us is exactly this kind of RNM technology.

It is also possible for the RNM operators to play images into the brain of the monitored person to create a virtual reality scenario.

UFO researcher Dr. Karla Turner investigated a case in which there were three witnesses to a virtual UFO abduction. Two witnesses were awakened in the apartment of their hostess by her screams. When they ran into the bedroom, they saw a bluish light completely enveloping the woman. Their friend Amelia (pseudonym) was in a trance state and seemed to be talking to someone. After a few minutes, the light went out, releasing her from a state of paralysis. Amelia told her friends that the event began after she heard a helicopter noise over the house. She felt as if she could see through the roof of her house. She claims that she saw the helicopter before it disappeared. She then saw a reptilian and a small blue-black creature standing next to the bed. Her two guests, on the other hand, saw no other creatures in the room. For Amelia, however, this virtual reality (VR) scenario was completely real. Mind Control researchers have several people among their victims who experienced such VR scenarios.

Ed Light claims that whenever a typical VR scenario occurs, his consciousness is abruptly altered and he suddenly perceives a different environment. After that, he sometimes sees people, can perform actions and walk through virtual landscapes. During these scenarios, Ed and his fellow sufferers can no longer distinguish what is real and what is not.

So they have managed to record and influence thoughts, hearing, vision, reactions, and muscle commands by registering amplification and decoding of brain waves. The groundwork for global cyberlink control of humanity has long been laid.

In August 1996, the U.S. AIR FORCE published a strategic study entitled AIRFORCE 2025. In this operations report, a cyber situation is promoted. In it, military officers describe, soldiers who can virtually enter a battlefield using brainwave manipulation and satellites. This cyber soldier is said to be able to operate directed energy vehicles from a satellite by means of his implanted bio chip in the brain and virtually go to any place on the earth’s surface which is under the GLASS System (Global Area Strike System) to fire directed energy weapons at potential trouble spots, which will be described in more detail later.

Bio chips, holographic projections and virtually generated environments have long been developed and tested on ignorant people.

Men in Black/Secret Paramilitaries

Researcher Jim Keith was able to date the first helicopter sightings in the United States to 1971. A farmer in Lake County, Colorado, saw a black re-marked helicopter hovering over 40 dead sheep and disappearing after it arrived. After the strange death of the Appaloos mare Lady in 1967, these helicopters kept showing up in areas where mysterious mutilated animals were found. In August 1973, 41 helicopter sightings were reported to police in Missouri. Similar sightings can be found in police reports from other American states. The owners of these helicopters could never be located because they did not have license plates. The sightings of these helicopters in connection with unauthorized low-level flights, animal mutilations and UFO observations increased steadily over the years. In 1974, two large black re-marked helicopters were observed on the beach in Long Island near New York. A police officer was threatened by men in black uniforms with M-16 rapid-fire weapons when he wanted to know what was going on there. In the mid-seventies, these phantom helicopters usually appeared near animal mutilations. In the documentary by researcher Linda Moulton Howe, a clear link was established between these atrocities and UFO activity. Several researchers found that in an area where animal mutilations take place, luminous UFO apparitions are observed.

Often these helicopters appear over pastures shortly after the UFO observations and animal mutilations. The characteristics of these animal mutilations that occur worldwide are as follows:

Bloodless environment, the animals are found in a clean environment. There are no traces of blood on the ground, the incision environment of the wounds is also bloodless. There is also no blood found in the body orifices caused by the mutilations. Often all the blood has been removed from the animal.

Removal of the sexual organs, The sexual organs of the animals are almost always removed, these organs are usually partially removed or cut off.

Dissection of the skin, around the mouth, the skin and underlying tissues are usually completely removed down to the bones. The interfaces and borders on the removed skin and tissue are exact and show no fringing. In some animals, the decomposition process appears to have been delayed by several weeks. The edges of the interfaces are harder than the surrounding uninjured tissue. The color of the tissue appears to have darkened due to heat exposure.

Organs removed, most often the entire anus area of the animal is removed. Often an eye an ear a tongue is also missing. Often all the thoracic organs of the animals are removed, with no traces of blood found. The ribs and bones remain unharmed during these procedures, and the remaining organs are also unharmed. Microscopic examination revealed that the cuts to the animal tissue must have been made with a laser-like instrument.

These findings invalidate the theories that predators are responsible for this phenomenon. Predators tear their prey to pieces, causing carnage. Cult members would never be able to perform these precise procedures on animals without leaving bloodstains and without using high quality laser-like instruments. The explanation by natural processes is also doubtful as lightning discharges would not be able to remove certain organs and body parts.

Of course, not all animal mutilations can be attributed to these secret paramilitary units. Bungling animal mutilations probably originate from crazed Satanists, animals, or other copycats after learning of the first cases in the media.

In mid-October 1992, several farmers in the Fyffe, Alabama, area reported to police that they found mysteriously mutilated animals in their pastures. About 14 days later, police began investigating this mystery. By early April 1993, more than 30 mutilated animals had been found in the area.

Senior Investigator Ted Oliphant III reported that the animal mutilations were accompanied by sightings of dark helicopters and UFO activity. Several witnesses reported to police that these helicopters were flying very low over their homes and pastures. Police made inquiries at all nearby airports to determine if helicopters were in the air at the time. None of the surrounding airports knew about the alleged helicopter flights.

Albertville Chief Detective Tommy Cole saw a helicopter hovering near the ground behind his home. When he looked, he could see four men in dark business suits inside the helicopter. After the strange helicopter crew noticed him, the vehicle continued flying. The next day, Cole found a mutilated cow in his pasture. In early 1993, the situation in the small towns became even worse. Several residents began seeing strange glowing flying objects. Some of these flying objects moving in an unconventional way could even be filmed or photographed with video cameras as they performed jumps in the sky or changed their shape. Professional photographer Gary Coker managed to photograph one of these UFOs several times while it was changing its shape. On February 18, 1993, he managed to capture another such flying object on photographs. This object also changed its shape and was observed by other witnesses.

On April 7, 1993, a press conference was held by the Police Department in Fyffe, Alabama, regarding these incidents. After a brief introduction discussing the characteristics of animal mutilations, it was pointed out that over 10,000 farm animals have been found mutilated in North America since 1967. In none of the cases has an offender ever been caught in the act. It was specifically pointed out that these bizarre cases rule out predators, college students or Satanists as perpetrators. Two cases were then described in detail and tissue sample analyses were presented that showed evidence of intense heat exposure. The tissue sections were exposed to a temperature of several 100 degrees at the interfaces. In one cow, police officers found a strange wax-like substance in the mutilated area. This substance was analyzed by scientists for its composition. The analysis showed that this substance is mainly composed of aluminum, silicon, titanium and oxygen.

Tissue analysis of a cow found mutilated in Montana in 1994 revealed that the heat-generating device was not a laser known to the public for removing flesh from the animal’s jawbone. Conventional lasers form visible carbon traces at the interfaces under the microscope. However, analysis of the tissue revealed none of these traces, even though a heat of several 100 degrees was involved.

In some animals, the tissue or organs appear to have been removed without heat exposure. In these cases, the analysis showed that the cuts were made between the cellular tissues and that there was no bleeding. In 1994, animal mutilations increased in western Montana, as in other areas, these cases are related to UFO observations and the appearance of the dark unmarked helicopters.

A close look at this mysterious helicopter activity reveals a clear link between animal mutilations in North America and the appearance of the dark re-marked helicopters. Many farmers therefore blame the American government for these mutilations.

Secret paramilitary units have technology that can be used to perform the cuts and tissue analysis in question on animals. Dr. Richard Saurer hypothesized that U.S. Special Forces operate with these helicopters and perform the animal mutilations. It would certainly be possible for such a special unit to anesthetize a bovine, transport it in a helicopter, and remove the animal’s organs at another location, then drop the animal at another location. These organ and tissue removals are performed with a laser-like device so that the escaping body fluid can evaporate.

Another clue that something strange is going on in animal mutilations came from researcher Linda Moulton Howe. Linda Moulton Howe received research funds from the Bigelow Foundations in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 1944 to solve further mysteries of this phenomenon. She examined 18 animals mutilated in various states with the help of scientists. The scientists found further evidence of cooked hemoglobin along the interfaces. At the site where the animals were found, biophysicist Dr. Levengood proved that the underlying plants were briefly exposed to very intense energy. The fundamental biophysical and biochemical changes in the plants cannot be caused by wind or helicopter rotors. Dr. Levengood examined grass samples from animal mutilation sites in Garnett, Kansas, Chacon and Mora, New Mexico, and La Veta, Colorado. The researchers also encountered witnesses who observed flashes or cones of light near the sites.

Often these phantom helicopters were described as very quiet. The futuristic-looking helicopters can automatically reduce the diameters of the rotor blades, creating a significant noise imminence during flight.

The Stealth Black Hawk is such a helicopter, which can fly completely silently, and is kept under secrecy. However, a similar helicopter was developed from 1983 to 2004 by a consortium of the U.S. helicopter manufacturer Boeing and Sikorsky to prototype maturity, called the Boeing-Sikorsky RAH-66.

Betty Andreasson has had recurring alleged UFO abduction experiences since January 1967. Her case was extensively reviewed with the help of professional hypnotists and medical doctors. Betty was then extensively examined for psychological illnesses for twelve months, underwent two lie detector tests, and attended 14 regression hypnosis sessions. She described several detailed UFO abduction experiences under hypnosis. Betty reported under hypnosis how she was abducted into a UFO by five gray small-bodied bald humanoids, one of whom was slightly taller. Under hypnosis, Betty described that these beings performed the most diverse examinations on her. After four hours of lost time, she was returned to her home.

The detailed study of her case fills a 528-page report. During these examinations of the abduction experiences, no harassment by the helicopters was yet perceived. As Betty Andreasson’ experiences continued, the investigation into her case was reopened.

In the early eighties, Betty lived in a sparsely populated area in Ashburn, Massachusetts . One day, as Betty was working in her garden, a large black helicopter suddenly appeared and hovered overhead for a short time. For the time being, the investigation team paid no attention to this unique action. As the future would show, however, it did not remain a one-off. Shortly after the incident, Betty and her husband Bob Luca moved to Connecticut. After the two moved into their new house, low-flying black re-marked helicopters began to appear in the neighborhood and over their home.

Along the way, the two began to notice strange events in their home. Malfunctions began to occur on their electrical appliances, and they began to hear strange voices in their heads. The helicopters violated legal flight regulations by flying lower than 150 meters above inhabited areas. Investigations revealed that no military training flight path passed over the area in question. Neighbors confirmed to the investigation team that before the Luca’s moved in, it was completely quiet and no helicopters ever appeared over these properties.

After Bob took several photos of a phantom helicopter, he notified the FAA, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association , as well as several military bases. All agencies denied that they had helicopters in the air in the area at the given times. An FFA spokesman said that these incidents reminded him of a CIA operation. The CIA, like the other agencies, denied that they had helicopters in the air at that time. Betty and Bob became frightened and moved again. Again the helicopters appeared over the new apartment. Another time, Bob Luca was followed by a helicopter from a parking lot in Rhode Island for a distance of five miles. When Bob got out to take some photos, the helicopter turned away and disappeared. Another time, Bob also managed to get a photo of a black helicopter circled around Betty.

Based on this photo, it was possible to determine that the helicopter looked similar to a modified Huey UH-1H. However, instead of the windows, fish-eye shaped modifications can be seen. The Bell company that builds these helicopters thinks that it could be a military modification. Bob Luca made inquiries to locate the home base of these helicopters. He saw several black helicopters behind a cordoned-off portion of Bradley International Airport near Windsor Locks in Connecticut. At one point, Bob even saw one of the helicopters land. When he called the airport authorities to inquire about the origin of the helicopters, he was told that no re-marked black helicopters had ever landed or were parked at that airfield. Betty and Bob then drove to the airfield and photographed some helicopters behind a restricted military area. To date, no authority has been found to identify the helicopters plaguing Betty and Bob.

The UFO researcher Raymond E. Fowler was one of the first to claim that these mysterious helicopters were supposedly monitoring people abducted by UFO occupants.

Either the UFO researcher Raymond E. Fowler was such a deceitful dis-informer, or he was just naïve.

Raymond E. Fowler allegedly became involved in this so-called UFO case during the investigation of the Betty Andreasson abduction case into this so-called mystery.

A similar alleged UFO abduction case came to the attention of the Jordan family on June 30, 1983. Renowned abduction researcher Budd Hopkins investigated the events that haunted Debbie Jordan and Kathy Mitchell for three generations in great detail with the help of hypnotists and other professionals. Kathy Mitchell remembers clearly the patch of banished earth in the backyard of her Indianapolis home. Her mother and sister were home alone that evening when they spotted a light by the pump house of their swimming pool. According to their description, they saw a softly glowing source of light about the size of a basketball. Since Debbie was at a neighbor’s house, her mother called there and told her about the eerie occurrence. Debbie immediately drove home, armed herself and checked the property. However, she saw no traces that indicated burglars.

Shortly after, the family members found the burnt patch of earth. The family’s dog stayed near the stain for a long time and lost its hair as a result. Investigations by means of a Geiger counter revealed increased radioactivity at the banned spot. Even seven months later, the snow first melted over the affected patch of grass. The soil did not hold moisture in its banned dried-out state. According to a chemical analysis, an uncontaminated control sample from the same plot had to be subjected to a heat treatment of about 426 degrees Celsius (798 degrees Fahrenheit) for six hours.

After this unexplained event, Debbie began having recurring nightmares and traumatic conditions. The investigation, led by Budd Hopkins, revealed a complex UFO abduction experience. Debbie Jordan described how someone inserted an implant into her ear near the garage. Debbie could not accurately describe her tormentors because she was enveloped in a diffuse light. Further hypnosis regressions revealed common abduction experiences. It turned out that Debbie Jordan and her family members were visited several times by small, gray, large-headed, hairless beings. During these abductions in UFOS, they described under hypnosis that the beings were taking tissue samples and eggs from them. Shortly after the two sisters began communicating with Budd Hopkins, strange events began to occur. Otherwise properly functioning electrical appliances began to go haywire, and sometimes the subjects heard voices in their heads. After June 30. 1983, black re-marked helicopters suddenly appeared over their property. The helicopter flyovers began to increase after that. As with Betty Andreasson, these also violated aviation authority safety regulations. At one point, a helicopter nearly ran Kathy off the road. Because these helicopters have black opaque windows, it is impossible to identify the crew. One evening, a helicopter circled over Debbie Jordan’s house for more than an hour, shining its strobe lights through the windows into one interior. At one point, the volume was so high that a window in the bedroom broke. These incidents are also confirmed by the neighbors. Even Debbie Jordan’s children were intimidated by the occupants of a black re-marked helicopter. The helicopter flew so low over the playing children that their faces were covered with dirt. The helicopter then landed, and a blond man in a dark green jumpsuit approached them from the cockpit to ask if they would like to go for a ride. The children then ran home quite distraught. At one point, Debbie tracked one of the helicopters to Fort Harrison. Since there is a military base there, she could only watch the landing from a distance. At one point, Debbie observed a black helicopter surrounded by men dressed in combat fatigues outside the school grounds where she worked. The investigation into the origin of these helicopters was similarly unsatisfactory to that of Betty Andreasson and Bob Luca.

These voices and images of these alleged UFO abductees could be transmitted into the minds of the victims using wireless mind control methods. This technology was developed by Dr. Joseph Sharp and Allen Frey, as mentioned earlier. They experimented with electromagnetic waves that could transmit spoken words via pulsed microwaves directly into a person’s audio cortex. These experiments date back to the 1960s, and the so-called Frey effect is also known as hearing by microwaves. Microwaves could also be the cause of the interference of electrical appliances.

Folklorist Dr. Thomas Bullard compared 270 UFO abduction cases worldwide between 1868 and 1984 for their commonalities and peculiarities. The data from Dr. Bullard’s more detailed study ranged from a few credible press reports to very well studied abduction cases. The focus of the cases he studied was in the late 1970s to early 1980s. Of the 270 abduction cases included in his study, 132 occurred in the United States, 51 in Europe, 66 in South America, 15 in Australia, 8 in Canada, and the remaining 9 in other countries. Since one abductee had multiple abduction experiences, the sum of the cases is greater than the number of people included in the study. Interestingly, Dr. Bullard found only 4 abduction cases in which the abductees were harassed or monitored by black re-marked helicopters. Among these cases is the previously described case of Betty Andreasson. It is also interesting to note that all of the helicopter incidents occurred in the United States and Canada.

These helicopter incidents, occurred only in the USA and Canada, because the secret service controlled Men in Black and the secret Paramilitary Groups originate mainly from the USA.

When the Iran Contra affair was exposed in the mid-1980s, Lieutenant Colonel Dale C. Duncan ran into trouble from government investigators. His superiors in the Department of Defense wanted him to justify several million U.S. dollars from the black budget.

The black budget is the treasury of the military and intelligence agencies and funds projects that are kept from the public, Congress, government officials and even the President. Lt. Colonel Duncan was a member of a secret army within the United States Army. He spent a lot of money on covert operations in South America and other parts of the world. He used front companies and secret bank accounts for his financial transactions and money laundering.

The U.S. Congress appropriated $90 million for the Special Operations Division (SOD) in 1981. Of that amount, about $20 million went into the black budget. With this $20 million, a secret unit called the Intelligence Support Activity (ISA) was created. The mission of this unit was to gather intelligence for the secret armies worldwide. The ISA was the intelligence arm of this division operating in secrecy from Congress. Lt. Col. Duncan ran a company in Annandale, called Business Security International Inc. in 1982. In reality, this was a front company from which covert operations were run under the code name Yellow Fruit. These operations were so secret that neither the highest levels of the Army nor Congress knew anything about them. Over time, the SOD became more than a secret squadron. The SOD became a CIA-like organization in the state because of its funding methods, such as for Operation Yellow Fruit.

These paramilitary units carried out their missions for the CIA and NSA in a variety of hot spots. As a result of the Iran Contra investigation, it came to light that this division had created several black programs that the military’s top commanders were unaware of. The Special Access Program Oversight Committee eventually discovered that the secret soldiers were running between 50 and 60 black programs.

It took nearly four years to trace the money flows and transactions. Much of the evidence was destroyed, even though the destruction of government documents is prohibited by law. Many of the contents of these programs remained hidden from the investigation team. Some of the individuals involved, such as Lt Col Dale Duncan, were convicted in court. Most of the people involved in the scandal could not be proven to have done anything concrete, although the investigation reached the directorate of the NSA.

Is that still the case today?

Yes, and this corresponds to an undisputable but extremely secret fact, whereby the responsible ones of this grouping are also anxious to deny and conceal their machinations, cognitions and experiences about non-terrestrials, the way these are given regarding non-terrestrial existences, activities, relations and incidents etc.

However, it must be said that there were two groups of the Men in Black, once the mentioned intelligence-controlled Men in Black, and once the Sirian Black Men. Both groups operated separately.

The Sirian Men in Black were extraterrestrials who tried to prevent any kind of UFO researches with all means, because they wanted to prevent that positive extraterrestrial forces would try to take up contacts with earth people and to assist these helpfully. They also did not shrink from assassination attempts to reach their goals. Some UFO researchers disappeared without a trace after they met the Sirian Men in Black.

The Sirian Men in Black are people who have a strange appearance and appear after UFO sightings and try to intimidate the witnesses.

They usually posed as members of an intelligence agency, such as NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command), without ever showing identification or a warrant.

They wore old-fashioned black clothing, had artificial-looking hair, pulsating eyes, a mechanical-sounding voice, moved much like a robot, had dark skin but not exactly black, and drove around in black limousines, often Cadillacs, knowing everything about the person they were paying a visit to. If the Men in Black did not get the requested UFO material such as photos, videos, or notes etc. from the visited persons like e.g. private UFO researchers, not voluntarily, simply break-ins in their houses or destruction of the material took place, or were simply murdered and never again found. In general, the MIB were described as omniscient and dangerous. They would suddenly appear out of nowhere, and disappear in the same way, never to be apprehended by forces such as the police. The Black Men had abilities that seemed phenomenal to ordinary citizens. They could steal any objects from locked rooms, or could locate any person on Earth in a very short time. They influenced certain Earth people in a negative way through telepathic impulses, and use unstable Earth people through posthypnotic coercion to carry out assassinations for them. The reports about the Sirian Men in Black went back to the 1950s. However, they are no longer a danger because they are no longer on earth.

The black re-marked helicopters belonged to the intelligence-controlled Men in Black and to the other small secret paramilitary units, which were and still are controlled all together by an elite group of the Military Industrial Complex.

In the early 1970s they began to carry out animal mutilations and pseudo UFO abductions. They were also active in England but mostly operated in North America.

The Military Industrial Complex is deliberately creating UFO hysteria using psychological warfare techniques (PSYWAR) to stimulate the weapons industry and reap horrendous financial, governmental, military and economic benefits. The US AIR FORCE in the fifties even had the plan to fake an alien invasion, which was called the Pentacle Memorandum.

The Military Industrial Complex is creating the perfect enemy with this UFO hysteria. They want us to believe that evil alien aggressors are abducting the inhabitants of the world and mutilating animals, and therefore they must develop newer and better weapons to defend us from these evil alien invaders. Just the opposite is the case, we must defend ourselves from the Military Industrial Complex, which fakes UFO abductions and animal mutilations to boost the weapons industry to make more and more money, to expand their power and to invade other countries. They are the evil aliens, but they want us with their fearmongering through movies like War of the Worlds, Men in Black, Independence Day or Edge of Tomorrow, where of course the U.S. saves the world from the alien devils from outer space.

A CIA memorandum declassified under the FOIA Act in April 1977 proves that circles within the CIA were concerned as early as 1952 with how the UFO phenomenon could be used for PSYWAR operations. The translation of the document addressed to the then CIA director Walter B. Smith reads:

PSYWAR uses all available means to influence the consciousness of its opponent. The technologies used in this process cause psychological effects, although they themselves are of a different origin. In this light, propaganda, undermining state security, sabotage, covert operations, guerrilla warfare, counterintelligence, and political, economic, and racial pressure are very effective weapons. They are so effective because they create strife, discord, mistrust, fear and hopelessness in the target group without these factors originating in the consciousness of the propaganda or PSYWAR authorities.

Psychologically oriented military operations are playing an increasingly important role in today’s world. Such PSYWAR operations serve to influence consciousness in order to soften up and weaken the enemy.

Under President Kennedy the CIA began in December 1961 some covert PSYWAR operations. One was to depose Fidel Castro by making him look ridiculous to his government. One time, the CIA wanted to pollinate the airspace around a radio station visited by Castro with chemicals that caused hallucinations. Another time, the CIA wanted to prepare Castro’s cigars with LSD so that he would embarrass himself in front of his people during a public appearance. PSYWAR experts also wanted to use fireworks to create an image of Christ off the Cuban coast to show the Cuban people that Castro was on the wrong side of God.

Researchers at MIT succeeded in 1986 in creating three-dimensional holograms that can also be projected into the sky. Such holograms are created with lasers, mirrors, optical fibers and computers.

A 2018 US NAVY patent describes a technology that uses lasers to draw mirages in the air and sky. The high-powered lasers developed under the program are capable of selectively ionizing the air at a location to create a burst of glowing plasma. The US patent describes the following: The laser source is mounted on the outside of an aircraft and can generate laser-induced plasma that can then serve as a swap body for attacking systems.

In 2011, the Japanese company Aerial Burton Inc. demonstrated that rudimentary 3D images can be painted in the air using rapidly sequenced plasma points. It is a fact that PSYWAR specialists can artificially create UFO holograms or naval apparitions in order to establish UFO contacts, and to test the reactions of the witnesses, so that one can avoid possible mistakes with an employment.

Underground Military Bases

These huge underground military bases are built mainly by the Military Industrial Complex, under the strictest secrecy, and financed from the black budgets. One of the largest known underground facilities is the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) which is located deep under the Cheyenne Mountains in Colorado. Similar large facilities are located all over America such as West Point New York, Area 51/S4 Groom Lake Nevada, or White Sands Army Missile Range New Mexico or under Mount Blackmore in southwestern Montana, etc., etc.

In the USA such underground facilities are planned and built since the 50s. These underground bases are supposed to confirm the operational capability of the USA even after a nuclear war. In a study carried out in 1960 by the RAND Corporation, 12 possible sites for the construction of deep underground bases were proposed. The depths of these facilities were given as 300 meters. Many of these underground facilities include command facilities, weapons storage, nuclear missiles, and research laboratories. In 1989, it became known that FEMA and the Pentagon were operating underground bunkers where the entire U.S. government could retreat in the event of war. In the event of a crisis, up to 1000 civilians and military personnel can access these underground facilities. Although FEMA is run as a civilian agency, it works in strict secrecy with the Pentagon. Black-tagged helicopters have often been spotted near FEMA facilities. FEMA’s National Maintenance Center is located at the American-Canadian operated NORAD facilities under the Cheyenne Mountains in Colorado. (Interestingly, as was mentioned earlier, the Sirian Men in Black also often posed as NORAD agents, but without ever showing identification or a warrant).

There are about 1700 people working in this underground base. Construction of these facilities requires technology that could be straight out of a science fiction movie. Conventional tunneling machines are large cylinder-shaped devices that dig through the earth, rock or stone, etc. The machines used by the Machine displaced earth is transported away by trucks or trains, the disadvantage being that such large amounts of earth or rock can not be transported away unnoticed. That is why the nuclear tunnel boring machine was designed by Los Alamos Laboratories in the early 1970s. This machine melts through the rock or soil and leaves a glass-like tunnel behind. There are also advanced electromagnetic and microwave defense devices in the USA, which can also be used for attacks. In addition to electromagnetic weapons aimed at people, there are also those being developed that can be used to target equipment, aircraft and vehicles. These technologies include high frequency microwave pulse weapons (HPM weapons) and electromagnetic pulse weapons (EMP weapons), which can disrupt electrical circuits and therefore pose a threat to aircraft and vehicles, and are of great interest to special operations forces.

(EMPs are better weapons than HMPs, because it is more difficult for an enemy to protect its electronics from an EMP than from an HMP weapon, because with an HMP weapon the frequency range is known and therefore it is easy to find a defense against it).

Since the last 40 years, several research programs have been launched to study the effects of intense electromagnetic fields on electronic devices, so that countermeasures can be developed. These released energies reproduce the non-ionizing radiation released in the high atmosphere after an atomic bomb explosion. On May 23, 1983, U.S. President Ronald Reagan announced that the United States would develop a global shield against intercontinental ballistic missiles from the alleged Soviet threat. This shield was to be so impermeable that no missile could explode on American soil. The project was called Star Wars or Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). The distribution included chemical lasers, particle emitters, electromagnetic railguns and X-ray lasers, but these weapons could not be developed because the development of such high-tech weapons was too challenging for scientists. This may be true, but these technologies most likely already exist through the research of the Black Budget of the Military Industrial Complex.

Chemical Lasers

A chemical laser weapon uses the energies developed in chemical reactions to focus on a target with a power of 25 megawatts.

Particle beam

Particle beam weapons rely on the fact that subatomic particles destroy the electrical circuits in the guidance systems of missiles or other missiles through their high energies. These effects are known from the experience of particle accelerators.

In the Earth’s atmosphere, such high-energy particles exist in the terrestrial magnetic field.

Another possibility for the development of particle beam weapons would be to send a particle beam behind a laser that tunnels through the atmosphere and destroys the target object.

Electromagnetic Railguns

Electromagnetic railguns do not use light or energetic particles, but kinetic energy of material projectiles to fire at a target at a speed of approximately 72,000 km/h.

X-ray laser

Such a laser is in other words a hovering atomic bomb. A satellite registers the approaching object and then triggers a thermonuclear reaction in which the released X-rays are focused on the approaching object and destroy it.

Mann has developed space-based surveillance equipment and globally deployable space weapons with the designation (GLASS) which was mentioned earlier, unmanned UFO-like missiles, which are equipped with non-lethal weapons, UFO-like spy missiles, attacking microrobots and manned missiles that take off like aircraft, but can reach a low earth orbit.

The microrobots are to be so small that they attack disguised as dust particles individually or as a swarm. In these studies (AIR FORCE 2025 study) it is emphasized again and again that humans must become one with the machines. In order to develop the so-called man-machine interface, brain research must be pushed to its limits.

In the early 90s, the development of Smartdust (“Intelligent Dust”) was discussed publicly for the first time. It involves a swarm of nanorobots coordinated via a cloud. Scientists are working on this project on behalf of DARPA (the research division of the U.S. Department of Defense) to advance its military application. Specifically, the idea is to implant these nanorobots in people’s brains to take control of neural activity and control them remotely via a 5G cloud.

The GLASS project includes space-based weapons that can be used offensively. These weapons include high-energy lasers, kinetic particle beam weapons, microwave platforms, laser systems powered by solar energy that illuminate entire regions at night, and space-based lasers that can locally manipulate weather patterns by heating atmospheric layers. In addition, these directed energy weapons can disrupt electrical circuits, destroy the electronics of trains and computers, or disable the power supply to a building or an entire city.

Dr. Bernard Eastlund is a physicist with degrees from MIT and Columbia University. He worked for the Atomic Energy Commission for 8 years on fusion programs. In the early 1980s, Dr. Eastlund had some ideas based on Nikola Tesla technologies that could be used for SDI purposes.

(It is an open secret that scientists working on Nikola Tesla’s inventions have had problems with certain authorities. This is again an indication that other scientists are engaged in classified military projects with Tesla’s research and their colleagues were not allowed to extend their research to this area).

Parts of his research were supported by DARPA under the project title >Alaska North Slope Electric Missile Shield<. As a result of his research, Dr. Eastlund patented 12 geophysical methods for exploiting the earth’s ionosphere for military defense and geophysical warfare. Currently, these 12 patents are being tested in the High-Frequency Active Aurora Research Program (HAARP) in northern Alaska. This project involves the focused radiation of several billion watts of energy into the ionosphere.

U.S. Patent Number 4,686,605 was awarded to Dr. Eastlund on August 11, 1987. It is entitled: Methods and Processes for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere and Magnetosphere.

This patent describes an ionospheric heater that focuses high energies at a point in the ionosphere. Conventional ionospheric heaters radiate their energies in a cone shape because one wants to study a large region in the ionosphere. The energy used is not concentrated but dispersed. The method developed by Dr. Eastlund produces an energy of one watt per cubic centimeter.

The ionospheric heaters used for research purposes produce about one millionth of a watt per cubic centimeter. The energies generated by Dr. Eastlund’s patent are large enough to lift and change the ionosphere at the heated location.

By pumping such large amounts of energy into the Earth’s atmosphere at strategic points, it is possible to disrupt radio communications or destroy the advanced guidance systems of missiles and aircraft. On the other hand, if the various frequencies for the propagation of electromagnetic waves in the manipulated atmosphere are known, it is possible to maintain a communications system-even if the communications system of the rest of the world is destroyed. Further, by artificially manipulating these atmospheric regions, it is possible to influence the weather by altering wind speeds by creating focusing particle concentrations.

Other patents that Dr. Eastlund has included between 1987 and 1994 deal with the propagation of electromagnetic waves through the ionosphere. Of particular military interest are the generation and propagation of extremely low frequency waves (ELF waves, 1-100 Hz). Since these penetrate deep below the earth’s surface or into the sea, they can be used for communication with submarines or underground military installations. In addition, these waves can also be used to detect underground military bases of enemies. ELF waves cover the frequency range that is also occupied by the brain waves of living beings. Waves propagating in this frequency range cause nausea, fatigue, concentration disorders and other biological disturbances in humans and animals.

Another Patent describes artificial ionospheric mirrors generated by curved plasma layers, and electromagnetic waves for radar and long-range communications. Such techniques could also be used to direct ELF waves at hostile areas to manipulate the biological functions of the inhabitants.

A patent describing a high-resolution directional gamma-ray detector could detect flying objects entering the Earth’s atmosphere if they have nuclear propulsion or nuclear warheads on board.

Another One describes a method of producing explosions as powerful as several atomic bombs, but without releasing radioactive radiation.

Dr. Eastlund’s patent number 5,038,664, entitled >Method for Producing a Shell of Relativistic Particles at an Altitude above the Earths Surface< describes a particle beam method that can be used to completely seal off the Earth from any missile entering from space. On the other hand, no one can leave the Earth. This invention creates an area in the atmosphere filled with relativistic particles. This area envelops the entire Earth as the relativistic particles drift between the poles similar to the particles found in the Van Allen belts. Any flying body passing through this particle envelope will be annihilated as these relativistic particles destroy the electrical components of the object.

(The magnetosphere is populated by low and high energy particles that travel on helical lines around the magnetic field lines of the Earth’s magnetic field and are alternately reflected from one hemisphere to the other. The area occupied by these particles is called the Van Allen belt). The creation of artificial Van Allen belts was experimented with as early as the early 1950s. Both superpowers exploded atomic bombs in the atmosphere at that time to study such artificially created particle zones. After the end of the atomic bomb tests, the experiments were moved into space. The experiments were carried out from military satellites. Particles were beamed from satellites into the Van Allen belt to increase the particle density in order to study the changes that occur.

In the Eastlund patent, the relativistic particles are not generated from space, but from a ground station. The patent describes how circularly polarized electromagnetic waves are transmitted along the magnetic field lines of the Earth’s magnetic field. These waves heat the plasma in the ionosphere by electron cyclotron resonance and transport the electrons to an altitude of about 1500 kilometers. The heating by means of a ionospheric heater is continued in another frequency range until a part of the electrons coming from the ionosphere, accelerated to high energies, is trapped in the Van Allen zone and drifts back and forth between the mirror points located at the poles of both hemispheres.

When the electrons reach an energy between two and five mega electron volts, they are called relativistic. In this energy range, their mass has increased due to relativistic effects, and the electron concentration would be about one billion particles per cubic centimeter. The high energy plasma is held between the magnetic field lines due to the dipole structure of the Earth’s magnetic field, forming the envelope described earlier. These high-energy particles would collide with intercontinental launchers, emitting their energies and causing the destroying of penetrating missiles. The power to be expended for this protective shield is very large and the environmental impact is unknown. All these patents of Dr. Eastlund significantly affect the Earth’s ionosphere, so they eventually affect all of us.

The owner of the Eastlund patents was a company called ARCO Power Technologies Inc. (APTI). Investigation revealed that APTI was a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Oil Company (ARCO). APTI had a president in Los Angeles and approximately 25 employees in Washington DC, with an annual budget of approximately five million dollars.

Further research revealed that ARCO had large oil deposits in northern Alaska. Developing these oil wells and transporting the oil to other states in the U.S. was too costly. Therefore it was particularly favorable for ARCO, if they used their oil deposits locally, in order to operate e.g. the HAARP ionosphere heater. In the 90’s APTI was bought by the company E-Systems, which has many military contracts. Many of this company’s contracts came from the NSA and CIA. The employees were under a Need to Know authority and had an official annual budget of about two billion dollars. This company developed eavesdropping equipment and the satellite-based GPS system. In 1995, Raytheon purchased E-Systems for about $2.3 billion, giving it the HAARP contract and the APTI/Eastlund patents. Raytheon’s budget that year was $20 billion and employed about 600,000 people. Thus, within a few years, HAARP was owned by one of the largest defense contractors in the world. Raytheon merged in 1997 with Hughes Aircraft, which was named after its founder Howard Hughes and merged into Raytheon Technologies in 2020. In 2020, Raytheon Technologies made revenues of US $97.7 billion.

(Raytheon was not only considered the company that invented the microwave oven, but is also a pioneer in the development of microwave weapons.)

The procedure around the Eastlund patents and the HAARP project give information how a powerful elite from the military industrial complex proceeds so that one can accomplish such experiments.

Nikola Tesla’s patents were and are deliberately kept from the public in order to develop them in secret for military applications, such as his well-known technology for transmitting free electrical energy without wires, which is described in US Patent No. 787,412. The above technologies and patents are crucial for warfare and the military industrial complex. Looking at today’s high tech weapons of the Military Industrial Complex and the United States respectively, it is clear that most of these technologies are based on Nikola Tesla patents and have similarities to his death ray technology.

The last patent to be mentioned here describe methods that can be used for advanced propulsion systems. Such methods are called power beaming systems (PBS), and the patents describe methods of transmitting energy through electromagnetic waves to propel flying objects. Dr. Eastlund’s patents describe methods that generate, radiate and convert high-frequency electromagnetic waves into direct currents to power unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Nazi flying discs, Roswell and Tesla technology are not found in a government owned research facility, but in the underground factories of the various aerospace companies like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, McDonnell Douglas, Raytheon Technologies that also developed the stealth aircraft and are currently building UFO like missiles. These companies have built large underground factories on privately acquired land that actually conceal the latest high-tech research facilities. The German designer Joseph Andreas Epp, who died on September 3, 1997, stated that he himself worked on German flying disc projects. According to Epp, a functional flying disc was tested by the engineers Miethe and Belluzzo in 1943. The Icelandic geneticist Dr. Kari Stefansson founded his company deCode Genetics in 1996. He wanted to create a worldwide unique genetic super database, in which everything is contained, which is to be brought biomedically in experience about his nation. Critics of Decoder Genetics were of the opinion that Iceland has thus become the first genetic surveillance state on earth, and other countries will follow in the course of time.

In December 1998, the Icelandic parliament Althing decided that all health data of the population should be collected and stored by this company.

Dr. Charles DeLisi, a physicist, worked at the National Institute of Health and was the director of the Office of Health and Environment at the Department of Energy in Washington. This department had its origins in the Manhattan Project and had long sponsored research into the biological effects of radiation, particularly genetic mutations.

At that time, a biological sciences division at the Los Alamos National Laboratory nuclear weapons forge, New Mexico, maintained a large genetic database for information on DNA sequences.

In May 1985, Dr. Robert Sinsheimer gathered a dozen leading U.S. and European molecular biologists in Santa Cruz for a conference on the technical prospects of a genome project on the people. A year later, Dr. DeLisi organized a similar meeting in Los Alamos on the same subject.

It was at Los Alamos that the decoding of the human genome was declared the grail of molecular biology and genetic research. Dr. Delisi received $4.5 million from the Department of Energy (DOE) in 1987 for the Geneva project. DOE, of course, was eager to maintain the viability of its weapons laboratories at Los Alamos, Sandia, Oak Ridge or Livermore by funding new research projects. In September 1987, DOE ordered the establishment of genome research centers at three National Laboratories, Los Alamos, Livermore, and the Lawrence Berkley Laboratory.

This foray into the field of genetic research precisely garnered the support of Senator Pete Domenico, a major supporter of the U.S. weapons laboratories in his state, New Mexico, who was concerned about the fate of this facility after the end of the Cold War.

Senator Domenici pushed the genome project through and introduced a bill to accelerate the enterprise as part of a general revival of the nation’s weapons laboratories.

The Human Genome Diversity (HGD) Project collected thousands of human tissue samples from isolated peoples, ethnic groups, and indigenous peoples worldwide. The tissue samples collected were made available to academic research institutions, biotechnology corporations and even biomedical laboratories at the Fort Derrick bio-weapons facility near Washington DC.

Fort Derrick is home to a unit of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), which, among other things, studies and analyzes medical data from foreign countries. These links to bio-weapons research were discovered in 1996 by the Rural Advancement Foundation International (RAFI), a group critical of biotechnology.

People whose tissues are searched for rare genetic material or genetic mutations are often not informed of the purposes for which their genetic samples are used. It is very difficult to obtain information about cell lines from the National Institute of Health (NIH) because they are considered trade secrets. RAFI also found that the U.S. Navy has taken tissue samples from individuals on the Indonesian side of Papua New Guinea, the Philippines and Peru.

In April 1996, Nobel laureate Dr. Carleton Gajdusek was imprisoned in the U.S. for child abuse. He brought more than 50 children from Papua New Guinea and Micronesia to the U.S. over the years. Dr. Gajdusek had an NIH office at the Fort Derrick Bio-Weapons Research Center.

It is no secret that each race reacts differently to a biological weapon, because as mentioned above, these gene collections are intended to control. If one knows all genetic peculiarities of the different races, one can manufacture a genetically manipulable biological warfare agent, which aims at certain groups of humans, races etc. Such genetically engineered warfare agents have existed for some time and can enable targeted ethnic cleansing because the viruses are programmed to target only a specific nationality (or in the case of the Corona virus, any race) while your own soldiers can safely roam the areas affected by the engineered viruses.

In 2017, for example, it became known that the USA is developing a new type of bio-weapon that is supposed to respond only to Russian or Slavic DNA.

On the other hand, it would be possible to train or recruit soldiers with certain genetic traits. It is interesting to note that the major research laboratories, including the DOE, were involved in biological warfare, mind control, and radiation experiments several times during the postwar period and after. Mind control researcher John Marks, in researching his book The Search for the Manchurian Candidate, found evidence that the MKULTRA project was working on secret genetic super-soldier programs for the military.

Scientists from the CIA’s Office of Research and Development (ORD) were involved in these projects. One of the ORD researchers told John Marks that the MKULTRA genetic project was several years ahead of the activities of the scientific community. According to this informant, they wanted to perform genetic manipulations and split genes as early as 1965. The rest of the world was not concerned with these problems until 1976. The CIA and the military feared that an opposing power might get ahead of them and breed genetically engineered super-soldiers.

Such soldiers would mindlessly carry out orders and be resistant to genetically engineered bacteriological warfare agents. One former ORD scientist remarked to Marks that some superiors were even contemplating a society consisting of genetically engineered servants or work slaves.

The media platform Science-x reported the following on December 4, 2020:

Technical means to create super soldiers such as microchips, bionic eyes, super hearing using smart headphones or exoskeletons, are widely known but genetic traits to create super soldiers such as Synthetic Blood(Il Respirocyte are special “red blood cells” that could help super-soldiers not get out of breath for hours underwater) or Enhanced Limbs (A Devcom report revealed plans to equip US super-soldiers with enhanced limbs to increase strength.) are less known. For example, there are individuals who do not feel pain due to a genetic defect. Since such genetic anomalies are very rare in nature, they could be artificially induced by genetic manipulation and an army of pain-insensitive super-soldiers could be bred.

The mouse on the left was bred to be twice as large as a muscle mouse by genetic manipulation.

Things to know

In the mid-1980s, the U.S. Navy, ARPA (later renamed DARPA) and Lockheed Missiles & Space Company (LMSC) developed a radar-invisible ship that could have been designed out of a science fiction comic book. The Sea Shadow was built in 27 months in Redwood City, California. The British Navy is also developing radar invisible ships. In early 1997, the Sea Wraith II, designed by Vesper Thorneycroft, was presented to the public. The Sea Wraith II is also undetectable in the thermal part of the spectrum, so it cannot be destroyed by heat-seeking missiles.
