Famous skeptic of Billy Meier UFO contacts indicts himself
In this article, the term Motivated Reasoning is used to explain why…facts don’t matter to some people who have already made up their minds about a subject.
The irony is that some of the explanation in the article is given by none other than Dr. Steven Novella, one of the more stubbornly unscientific skeptics who’ve attacked the actual scientific validity, and singular authenticity, of the Billy Meier UFO contacts.
Lest anyone take offense at my calling Novella unscientific, he settles that when he says, “Being a skeptic means that you consciously prioritize having beliefs that are valid over beliefs that are not valid.” I added the emphasis to point out that real scientists don’t “prioritize” beliefs, they prioritize facts and knowledge.
Belief is foundational to…religion. And Steve again shows why those who proudly identify themselves as skeptics are more akin to religious believers than real scientists.
While reasonable skepticism isn’t a problem, I’ve yet to hear a real scientist refer to themselves as a skeptic, rather than a scientist.
Since I’m sending this blog to Novella, and to Cody Gough who wrote the article, I’ll post responses from either/both when and if I get them. While Novella has already shown that he’s rather comfortable in his confused skepticism, let’s see how much…Curiosity young Mr. Gough has.
Here’s the article by former USAF OSI investigator, Joe Tysk, so that Mr. Gough can discern the difference between a skeptic who relies on belief and one who relies on applying the scientific method, logic and reasoning, thereby in this matter becoming a former skeptic. Speaking of which, I will include this article as well.
The tragedy is that small-minded, pseudoscientific, authoritarian skeptics and doubters who were befuddled by actual realities outside of their prejudices, vigorously contaminated the conversation, seeking to suppress the evidence in the Billy Meier UFO contacts – and the truth – at all costs.
Unless Dr. Novella and his fellow true believers in the Church of Skeptology soon feel motivated to start reasoning, they’ll be regarded with great contempt by the survivors of these times for their attack and suppression of the Meier contacts, and the efforts of a very advanced, space-traveling race to help us assure our own very threatened future survival.

Does anybody notice just how unscientific Trump and people are and low and behold Trump is NO supporter of a safe clean alternative lifestyle such as solar,wind, deep geothermal energy so how will we convince Trump and his people the Billy and the Ps were and are right after all. Seems to me people are bashing their heads against Russia when we should be helping and supporting Russia if we want to avoid a nuclear war and I would very much hope the Russians would help us out if we want to avoid a nuclear war! Where is peace,love,logic, reason and harmony here, you tell me???

Well done, REALLY well presented … You managed to cover so many aspects, facts and topics, during the interview, in both a short and succinct way for the listeners; infact I think you covered more or less everything that I do (when the opportunity arises…) for interested people, in a very similar way that I do, over the first couple of hours of discussion ! Sure wish I had your memory for dates though…
So impressed am I that I think it is going to become my first ‘pointer’ to people, as an introduction, for people to listen to, who show an interest in all this… In the old days I would have advised you to make a c.d. of it available … perhaps you ought to consider that anyway… and maybe give it away with any orders of other things…
A truly well done, classic, introduction that should be listened to by the whole Planet…

Some people just lack the intellectual curiosity and fervor to leave the depths of the cave. That’s why the world needs people like us, those brave enough to stand up and proclaim NO! WE WILL CHANGE! People like this Cody Cough and Steven Novella are invested in perpetuating mankind’s hubris and stupidity. But they just keep ignoring the FACTS of the MATTER.

I didn’t realize you had a premonition/prediction of the German New Medicine, wow! Do you know anything about Billy’s take on that modality? I’ve been a recipient of it for a number of years and at one point was told it was going to be taught to EMS workers, which never happened. Big Pharma probably put the kibosh on that. But it would have been an awesome tool for them to determine injuries especially if the patient was unconscious.

P.S. One of the things I also explain in my Workshop (http://www.theyfly.com/shop/consciousness_awareness_workshop.html) is that there is often an initial psychological shock, early in life, that sets the stage for neuroses, emotional issues, etc., which we can often dissipate and/or unravel to varying degrees through the process.
Hello Michael. Your phrase, “the church of skeptology” hits the nail square on the head. They tithe their logic, reason, and the few brain cells they have left. They bow down at the feet of the mammon. They sell their soul,(intellect), for the stroking of their disturbed psyche and ego. I couldn’t agree more Michael! I was just pointing out to a friend on Facebook that the UFO Community ideologically opposes the Meier Case.
They often have very little true knowledge of the case and just repeat the same long refuted claims. Much in the same way a devoutly religious person would counter the questioning of their faith through logic and reason.
I sincerely hope that Novella and Gough objectively research the physical evidence in the Meier Case. This is what they should be doing if they want to be considered legitimate for the claims they’re making.

Show chatroom: While Michael was doing his thing, I was battling the entire chat room. It was about as active as the MH Live chatroom on YT, probably at least 50 people. It started off really slow, people not paying attention at all. People ridiculing Meier. People not knowing anything about MH. I was constantly rebutting the skeptics. Constantly providing links with more information. Linking to theyfly or futureofmankind or beamoflight or the Rhal Zahi WCUFO report, photographs, contact reports, etc. Slowly the chat silliness turned into curiosity. That guy who called in B Baker was one of the worst ridiculers. After the break, more people were reacting positively and engaging in the topics discussed as was the host. The host really didn’t seem know anything substantial about the case. When MH took the gloves off it really started to wake people up about the urgency and seriousness of the matter. By the end of the show, even the skeptics were apologetic and were asking for more info.

Has anyone ever noticed just how smart Putin is compared to Trump? I hope all goes well in September when Trump invites Putin to the White House in September. At least we won`t have a nuclear war. The DNC was never hacked, as former NSA Bill Binney and his VIPS assessed that the short download time of documents could only have been loaded on a flash drive, not sent across the pond to Russia as the evidence would have showed a longer amount of time. It was leaked most likely by Seth Rich as per Kimdotcom’s evidence which he was willing to share but they aren’t interested in actual evidence. The DNC knew Wikileaks was going to release the Podesta emails so they created Guccifer 2 as their “Russian Spy” using an old version of Microsoft Word to install cyrillic script. The totality of the Russiagate Hyper Hysteria lies at the feet of the DNC. If you saw the recent Peter Strozk testimony in front of congress you would know he’s a liar. There is no doubt in my mind, had they known Trump would win, they would have taken him out.
The “western forces” just bombed Syria yesterday so never count out the warmongers own agenda. The White Helmets who faked the gas attack in Syria and are financed by the west (Trump did stop funding to them but it has resumed) to create havoc there have now been rescued by Israel to be resettled in the US, UK and Canada. So we should look for them continuing their dirty work at home. This will all be paid for by citizens through taxation whether we like it or not.
I would love to see a professional body language analysis done on Peter Strozk. He is one creepy, psychotic, self-entitled, lying human being.

Even though Richard seemed pleasant throughout your time together, he wasn’t any better informed than the average skeptic.
I am glad he had the chance to interview you and for you to get the word out about the Meier Material, but the UFO Community certainly has their blinders on when it comes to this case.
It never ceases to amaze me that if the UFOCI would just do the logical thing and find out about the Meier Material for themselves, they would be much better off in so many ways.
