The Plejaren and Billy Meier have talked several times about ‘electron energy’, a source of energy that is completely clean, non-polluting, and unlimited.
In the 238th contact report, which occurred on Saturday, 18th May 1991, at 00:55 hrs, Ptaah explains that the entirety of universal space is not empty as laypeople often assume, but is actually stuffed to the brim with electrons. He comments that the scientists of Earth have (as of 1991) known of this for a very long time.
Ptaah then goes to say that the ancestors of the Plejaren discovered the principle of electron energy, which is present and available absolutely everywhere, even within lifeforms, and is absolutely inexhaustible.
He states that the Plejaren make use of electron energy in all kinds of devices, machinery, etc. today, as their ancestors have for a very, very long time.

So, if scientists here on Earth have known of the countless electrons of all space for a very long time, what does this refer to?
In the field of physics, specifically under the interconnected domains of quantum mechanics and electrodynamics, it is well-known – and has been since the early part of the 20th century – that all of space throughout the entirety of the universe is filled with a background electromagnetic field.
This field is known as the ‘quantum electrodynamic vacuum’. Let’s break that down, as the name alone provides a good base of knowledge.
1. ‘Quantum’ refers to the fact that this field is made of discrete and indivisible units of energy, i.e. quanta, and exists at the energy level of these quanta. In comparison, ordinary atmospheric gas interacts primarily on timescales and distances far removed from the utterly tiny quanta. From this alone we know that this is a fundamental field, and cannot be exhausted or removed, as quanta form the smallest indivisible units of all matter and energy. It must be noted that tachyons provide a means to describe and even mathematically work with quanta and quantum fields, put another way, quantum mechanics is really the start of tachyon ‘mechanics’.
2. ‘Electrodynamic’ simply refers to a phenomena or object which interacts electromagnetically in a dynamic (non-static) way.
3. ‘Vacuum’ means that this is the kind of ‘vacuum’ that remains when all matter and more familiar kinds of energy are removed. As Ptaah pointed out, space is not in fact empty. Scientists familiar with this field are well aware of this truth. In fact, in 1955 the famous scientist John Wheeler (an expert in this area of science) gave this energy field the name ‘quantum foam’.

The primary component of the quantum electrodynamic vacuum or quantum foam, at least that we can interact with, is electrons. This is probably why the Plejaren refer to this energy field as electron energy.
In 1980, David H. Froning – who also later become aware of the Plejaren – published a paper about a ‘quantum vacuum ramjet’. Froning realised that the energy of the quantum vacuum could be used to power starships, according to his intentionally-conservative mathematics, a quantum vacuum energy powered starship could reach the speed of light in as little as 4 hours.
To put this in proper perspective, so that we can at least try to think about and comprehend what this truly means, consider that the speed of light is so incredibly fast that switching on a lamp seems to instantaneously fill a room, or even a large stadium with light. At the tremendous speed of light it takes a mere 2.82 seconds to reach the moon at it’s average distance, despite this value equalling 384,400 kilometres as measured from the Earth’s centre of mass.
This same colossal speed can be reached using quantum vacuum energy, in only 4 hours.
That’s no small feat, that it is possible – even if only on paper at present – should be awe-inspiring on its own.
For the better part of a century a debate has raged over whether or not this immense energy could actually be used for work, or if it, though very real, could never actually be used in practice.
If the idea that energy can exist but never be used may seem strange, but it has precedence, after all, gravitational waves, neutrinos, and other particles of energy and even matter fly through us, and the entire planet all the time, yet for the most part cannot be used for work purposes, to power machines etc., because of the near-intangibility of these forms of energy.
Of course, those of us who read the Billy Meier contacts and take the words transcribed in them seriously, know that this particular kind of energy is indeed harnessable.
However, some here on Earth took this hard, and have argued incessantly that quantum vacuum energy is like mechanical perpetual motion machines, i.e. machines that somehow run without any input of energy – impossible even in theory.
In contrast, others argued that when considering negative energy states and ‘information flow’, a device could potentially extract useful work from the energy of the vacuum.
Lacking experimental evidence either way, the debate had turned into a stalemate.
Had.
What further hampered any efforts to settle this, is that ‘modern science’ puts greater value on theoretical explanation than on experimental evidence, especially if that evidence is anything less than absolutely iron-clad.
It is ironic that one of the cornerstones of the modern theory of thermodynamics, the Carnot cycle, a theoretical maximal-efficient heat engine which all other ‘engines’ (power sources) can be compared to, was in fact only developed after the first steam engines were built, as a theory to explain their function.
That particular situation and other similar situations has been typical for millennia, tinkerers would make new things, and then philosophers would try – often failing – to put together a theoretical explanation.
Both are needed, without the philosophers – i.e. the theorists – and their models of the world, progress would be halting, erratic, and often unrepeatable; without the tinkerers – i.e. the experimentalists – and their unexpected breakthroughs, progress is slow, difficult, and tends to stagnate.
Today things have swung to the philosophers, but we must not forget the tinkerers and their seemingly crazy, mad, or incomprehensible, but often groundbreaking efforts.
However, though most do not realise it yet, this is really a past problem now, as a new development has completely changed the picture.
In 2021, Professor Garrett Moddel of the University of Colorado, at Boulder, USA, lead a small team which designed and built a device which produced a small electrical current from the quantum vacuum energy.
Garrett Moddel and his team have since built thousands of devices, successfully and repeatably producing electrical power with them.
Each device is only a few hundred nanometres in size, but built up as an array should produce electrical current at a density of between 70 and 280 watts per square metre; these numbers are directly from Garrett Moddel and his team via their publications, and are extrapolated from the devices they have built.
Considering that each device is less than a micron thick or only few microns thick, the watts per cubic metre should prove even greater.
Moddel and his team are continuing to refine their devices even now, and working towards making them scalable. Unfortunately, the scientific community has snubbed quantum vacuum energy, and has had… No reaction at all, none, to Moddel’s devices. They have completely – and foolishly – ignored his and his team’s groundbreaking discovery entirely.
Their loss.
Nevertheless, scaling up these devices and making them marketable are surmountable problems. Given the size, we are looking at a future – a NEAR future – where every device, every machine, every vehicle, is entirely self-powering, requiring no fuel, no power cables, no emissions, no sound, no pollution.
As these devices are manufactured using the exact same tried and tested techniques used to manufacture microchips, scaling up and mass producing these power devices, both as self- contained units and as ‘energy chips’ that can be integrated into other devices and machinery, should be (relatively) easily done and quite inexpensive.

The CRs talk about a photon drive being used to propel their beamships. Using electrons in electron-positron antimatter reactions would generate very high energy gamma photons which could be used to provide propulsion. The theory of this is described here:

If electrons are abundantly available everywhere in the universe they can easily be harvested and utilized in electron-positron annihilation reactions to provide all the energy necessary for propulsion and other systems on board a spacecraft. Even something as enormous and energy consuming as the Great Spacer can easily get its energy from antimatter reactions involving electrons. The electrons would just be “scooped” up from outer space as it travels along and then utilized for energy. Based on what’s in the CRs, electrons can be used to synthesize any desired form of matter using duplicators. Perhaps these duplicators are used to produce positrons from electrons, and then both are reacted together in an annihilation reaction producing all the energy required.
In order for electron-positron antimatter reactions to be feasible for thrust the “heating problem” would have to be overcome in which the tremendous heat energy released during the antimatter reaction would instead be converted into the kinetic energy of the spacecraft instead. In the book by Paul Hill, Unconventional Flying Objects, he estimates that the thrust required to propel a flying saucer using photons would additionally also produce enough thermal energy (heat) to boil off 100,000 tons of water a second! This (wasted) thermal energy would instead have to be converted into a form useful for producing thrust (i.e. kinetic energy).
It would be awesome if these technologies could be “realized” by a host of scientists at once. Because then the information could not be quashed by the powers in control. The dam would break, and they would not be able to stop it. The day universe changed. But as quoted before, obtaining the speed of light is great, but you have to keep it from shredding you into a million pieces. Mass increases the faster you go. Was it not stated that SALUBRITASON is Gamma Interferon? Also during an interview Michael recently did with Sassy Living a person made a comment “People must learn German”. That is a completely false statement. Billy suggests learning High German because it is the most descriptive language on the Planet. It would have to draw energy from somewhere. Otherwise, it would violate the first law of thermodynamics — energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only change form or be transferred from one object to another. In other words, you can’t create more energy than you consume. That’s why perputual motion and free energy machines are a scam.
If we could figure out, I’m sure we have, how to use magnets to spin an alternator we could power our homes, and everything else with that “free energy”, or zero-point energy as it is called. A coil takes in energy and increases it to a specific rate minus the energy it took to increase it. Your house has 600 volts, 100 amps at the meter and your house doesn’t use it all.
Vacuum/electron energy doesn’t obey the conventional law of thermodynamics, which only takes into account the flow of heat, rather than the conservation of energy. Ultimately, energy drawn from the quantum vacuum/foam is restored back at some point eventually, be it as waste heat or direct radiation back into the vacuum.
Within our own bodies, kinesin proteins have been observed to sometimes move without apparently consuming any energy, seemingly violating the law of thermodynamics. However, more recent studies have suggested that this assessment is incomplete, when one considers negative energy (e.g. negative light – which is mentioned in a conversation between Billy and Quetzal in CR 165, line 70.) and the flow of information (ultimately just a finer kind of energy), then kinesin do not violate any natural laws.
So yes, mechanical perpetual motion machines are impossible, however, apparent ‘perpetual motion machines’ are definitely possible using electron energy. In the latter case, energy is neither created nor destroyed, merely its form changed (energy to information and vise-versa is also possible).

Are you saying that the energy from Andrea Rossi’s machine isn’t being drawn from somewhere? Or are you saying that quantum energy doesn’t obey the conventional law of thermodynamics in a general sense? I was leaning towards the fact that energy has to be drawn from somewhere rather than being created. So if the device does in fact work, than the energy has to be coming from somewhere, even if we don’t fully understand the mechanics behind it.
Hi Melissa, I was actually referring to quantum/electron energy. I’m aware of Andrea Rossi’s claims, which, if valid, is indirectly connected to quantum/electron energy.
Quantum/electron energy does obey the laws of thermodynamics, just not the conventional laws of thermodynamics as has been understood until now.
A more complete modified laws of thermodynamics takes into account negative energy, as well as information and the transformation of energy into information and vise versa.
The quantum foam has a resting energy level greater than zero consisting of the smallest possible quanta filling all possible energy states. Although the energy-per-quantum is small, the small size of the quanta means that the energy density per volume is very, very large. The ‘catch’ is that this energy forms a background and is evenly distributed, so according to classical thermodynamics, extract the energy should be impossible despite it being very much there.
What Garrett Moddel’s devices do is to take advantage of the quantum mechanical behavior of electrons over very small distances and intervals to ‘borrow’ energy from the quantum foam before it can ‘notice’. This appears to violate the law of thermodynamics. However, considering that energy can be transformed into information, and that negative energy exists, then nothing at all has been violated.
Taking negative energy is the same as giving positive energy.

This Sounds a little like what is called in Science Fiction as Zero Point Energy where Energy is Extracted from Subspace .
I have a Question. in 1964 Soviet Astrophysicist Nickoli Kardashev Proposed a Theory of what a More Advanced Extraterrestrial Civilization would look like based on how they Harnessed and Consumed Energy. A Type 1 is a Planetary Civilization, meaning that they can Harness every bit of Energy on their Planet and can Control the Forces of Nature, preventing Earthquakes, Tornados and Hurricanes.
