I was wondering who the dark order American is or was who possesses or possesed the Giza Intelligence’s mind control device that keeps harassing Billy to this day.
He would’ve passed away by now and given it to someone else.
Since it was of a time when Billy was young that the cruel Mormon lady gave the mind control device to him, we have no way of knowing how to stop these devices by confiscating it.
These two functional devices of which one is in the hands of the descendents of the Mormon lady is, I think, harnessing the global religious thought forces accumulated around the earth to target Billy hence why the plejaren and federation members are finding it difficult to stop it because its a very sophisticated device and the fact that they can’t intervene in earthly affairs.
I wonder if this device is used by luxury good manufacturers like LVMH seeing as the masses are so enthralled and even appears possessed by the luxury bug.

This is just my own opinion but I am afraid that no country will be safe or safer than any other.
Even if most damage will occur in the northern hemisphere, the countries in the southern hemisphere will likewise be effected by the nuclear winter where crops will be impossible to grow due to the perpetual darkness that will last for many years resulting in mass starvation.
The radiation sickness will effect billions of people and kill them slowly not to mention from other diseases due to lack of access to medicine and vital medical services.
Basically due to the collapse of the world and domestic economy the essential life sustaining services we take for granted now will no longer exist therefore it will eventually lead many people to murder and cannibalism.
Unless you have access to the state of the art DUMB facility as an invitee your chances of survival in the long term is very low.
I envisage mass suicide from those that initially survive the nuclear war as the hardship from it drags on for many years.
Over 10,000 nuclear warhead will be detonated in most developed countries and cities around the world.
Just surviving the initial blast from them will be a miracle so choosing the most remotest of places in any of the southern hemisphere countries will give you a bit more chance of survival and if you can manage to find a deep underground cave with access to water it will be even better just as long as you have essential survivalist gear and good stock of long shelf life foods.
But ultimately its better to prevent WW4 than trying to survive it.

Nobody seems to know how this works, it has been suggested that somehow its transmutation of the elements.
