A recently published contact conversation between Billy Meier and the Plejaren extraterrestrials shed some light on (and possibly raises some questions about) an alien race that is observing the Earth and events on it.
Apparently, for some time the Plejaren have known about this race, which is divided into three groups, each of which only monitors and moves over certain areas of the Earth.
Naturally, despite any evidence, one can expect various individuals to come out of the proverbial woodwork claiming to channel, meet with, be married to, be carrying the babies of, these beings whose ships are occasionally seen and perhaps photographed. Nonetheless, the vast majority of UFO sightings are still attributed to secret terrestrial technologies.

Hi Sarah , regarding E.T’s not wanting to hurt us . I think for the most part that this is the case , but sometimes things go wrong and people do get hurt . In the case of two people spying on a contact between Meier and a Plejaren vehicle . This appears to have happened to a colleague of mine whilst carrying out UFO investigations of relatively close vehicles and in connection with a single high energy impulses buy those vehicles , and
that produced very intense headache after the incident .
He took me to the area where these phenomenon took place and a vehicle turned up and gave one heck of a impulse of light ; it gave me quite shock . I could also see two glowing dull orange craft following behind and up on the ridge line . I did not get any headaches , perhaps that was because he had been exposed a few times previously . He screamed at the vehicle ” stop you are hurting me ” . From then on those vehicles never came that close again . So in a way I feel that signifies they don’t intentionally wish to hurt us but accidents do happen .
I dont agree , Ive actually filmed and witnessed close up [ within tens of metres of some triangular and small boomerang type craft which at times pulsed a very bright white light stood still for some seconds tilted and clearly demonstrated for the camera. What i experienced was joy and a positive vibration.

I had a chance to look at some of your footage. You are filming terrestrial craft at best. The orbs you filmed, as Billy explains, are life forms that many people catch on film. I too have filmed orbs and rods. I personally think these rods are animal forms that travel between dimensions, therefore we never find a dead one.
Advanced beings, like the Plegaren, cloak their ships. If you watch, “Beamship the Movie Footage” you see Billy explain that the Ps kept their ship hidden from all sides, except Billy’s camera line. Figu has established that most blinking lights are terrestrial technology, sometime top secret stuff.
Based on Contact 532, I see nothing in there to suggest that the earth aliens would be considered advanced beings. With statements like “…yet the aliens are, regarding their consciousness development and their fallible conduct patterns, contrary to the inviolableness and the dignity of all life…” These earth aliens sound as bad as earth humans. And the earth aliens might have ships not that much more advanced than the terrestrials, based on what Ptaah is saying. And based on this contact, 532, I see nothing in there that describes them as being peaceful. These earth aliens might be just as sick minded and armed to the teeth as the earth humans. I don’t see these earth aliens as much of a threat to the planet because “….we [Ps] able up to now only to observe a few of them.” Not only are the earth aliens outnumbered on our overpopulated globe, but they are stationed on a hostile and war-like planet. I feel sorry for them.
The big question everybody should be asking themselves about these earth aliens is why “…they are permanently stationed here?” This would mean they can’t or won’t leave the Earth. If these earth aliens are not only few in number, but also unable to make contact with their home planet, they are easy prey for the earth humans. I doubt these earth aliens would be trying to make contact with anybody; it would be too dangerous for them.
I tend to think you are thinking that you are in contact with the ‘aliens’ that you are filming? Paul, remember Billy Meier is the only one in telepathic contact with ETs at this time. If the earth aliens should suddenly decide to make peaceful contact with earth humans, I’m sure Billy would be informed by the Ps and it would be released to the public in a Contact report. This would be “big news” in the Meier camp if suddenly a new contactee was confirmed by the Plejaren.

It was already stated that contacts would be forthcoming with terrestrials , but only after the plejaren have left , which is when Billys passes away as they stated before.

I dont agree with you that these craft are earth craft , for one in earlier reports, Ptaah described a picture of the arizona lights as resembling the foreign craft , that were “boomerang” among many other types of shapes.. If you look at the “turkey ufo” you will see it also is boomerang and clearly demonstrated for the people over many months, just like the boomerang type craft that ive observed and filmed since early 2009. Orbs were described by Ptaah as being from a few metres to hundreds of metres , so your wrong with that assumption too .
You musnt have read/remember all the material because Quetzel desribed them as peaceful and higher in spiritual knowledge than us.
Also there are many things that Billy is told and does not release to the public.

Hi Paul , I have not seen or been near triangular or boomerang anti-gravity vehicles but I have heard something about these types of objects being of terrestrial origin and or of Barfath preference at one time , triangular , I think . If the thing pulsed how do you know what sort of radiation was emitted ? Or was it just a bright spot light . If it was scalar or that of the type of system as in the accident with the two people spying on Billy’s contact ; then I would say that you would not feel quite so chirpy right now .
Then as for the happiness buzz , well that sort of emotional toggling of the human mine could be achieved with a type E.M.transmission related to HAARP . Who has been known to muck with that stuff , eh ? Well at the moment , just about everyone on this planet .

Have you heard of one of the biggest ufo events to take place, which was in 1980 at R.A.F bentwaters , when the military personel actualy touched the small triangle type craft with NO ill effects from it.

Even though according to the Meier material the “Giza Intelligences” were removed from underneath the pyramid, they had an allied group called “Saban” that were unknown and still active in 1982 via different cell outside the planet detailed in contact report 179:

There is actually no telling how many of these folks may be out there but it is generally understood they will have minimal to no impact for the current time frame on Earth. However, “lingering” effects still exist on this planet which is not listed on the futureofmankind site that I can link to as this is all according to the Meier material.
Saban was a planet were the splinter group operated until 1982 when they too were eventualy rounded up , the men in black were also rounded up and arrested.
If you look at later reports its detailed how like under the pyramid of giza, the slinter group had the planet also booby trapped , and i believe the planet was dematerialised.
It seems we will have to live for 300 years with the negative vibrations put out all over the planet by those forces.

I think that all of the Giza Intelligences are long gone and you may be thinking about the remaining Nazis who fled to Brazil, etc. and who were already very old men at the time the comment was made. By now they may all be gone (dead) too.
Hi Paul , well I don’t know what you were looking at but if you feel that they were extraterrestrial then that’s your choice unless , you have absolute proof that this is indeed the case . Otherwise it’s speculation . I don’t wish to look into it as I have enough on my plate at the moment , but as you say , perhaps there are craft of that configuration flying around the place ; to date I have not yet seen one myself . I would like to point out that triangle and boomerang designs have already been used by American air-force over the years , so it’s not inconceivable that those geometries are used for vehicles utilizing anti-gravitic propulsion systems .The people already know that jet versions have been in the skies in the past so some more recent versions could possibly be anti-gravitic . I’m speculating of course .
On the case of the two people injured in the Billy spying situation I feel that it was more than a consciousness handling problem but one of permanent brain damage at the cellular level as the Plejaren said that it would eventuate in death .

How in the heck could you be absolutely be sure that was not artificial (E.M.) or even if you subscribe to psychic ability , that it was not to mislead ; you could not tell the difference , that’s the problem with HAARP !

Do I know what scalar radiation feels like ? I think so as I feel it every time I switch on a certain energy devise although it’s at what I think is at low levels , I could be wrong though , I doubt it .

You must think i am a child to mistake a spotlight for bright light phenomona flashs which are in a dark area when these craft are around plus ive taken pictures of what maybe fine material forms ,which you can see at youtube [i gave a link in an earlier post]
It wouldnt be any U.S jets , for one i live in ireland were we can barely afford a few second hand planes , and secondly these craft, if you watch the video carefully, have stayed silent and dead still in the sky as well as demonstrating forward tilting motions, very similar to craft filmed by seeingufospa at youtube , and for around the same amount of time as i have filmed them only my camera is crap.
So it really doesnt do justice to the sightings i had , whats more , some of the most interesting sightings i had was when i wasnt filming.
Hi Paul, could be drones as they also have the ability to hover. Years ago my nephew would always spot the same light around the city he lives in. He was sure it was alien, I was sure it was some sort of spy craft used because that city housed a high security mental health facility and what better way to catch escapees? Oh no, we don’t have drones he said. Well they have to test them somewhere I said. Recently it hit the news that over 1,000 drones have been approved in Canada.
It’s been almost a month since I filmed what looked like a star (but it was overcast) and it zipped across the sky from west to east in about 4 minutes. I even captured some crackling sounds when I walked by the truck’s antenna (even though it was completely shut off) and it was looked to Guido Moosbrugger’s book to find out what kind of ufo experiences

The star would have had to been within 15 miles because cloud cover that night had a 24km ceiling. So I looked to And Still They Fly for documented and approved ufo experiences to compare.
Yes , Shiela regarding the distant night sightings .. you can observe them most nights if the sky is clear , and you wait patiently … i have observed many of these type sightings on a regular basis, sometimes they shine bright and zig zag , but concerning the close sightings ive had, I have to say your wrong because (1) we have NO drones in Ireland .. and (2) the craft ive filmed clearly demonstrated for the camera and at times came to a complete SILENT standstill. UFO/foreign beamship sightings are widespread all over the world now , with mention of this in the contact reports, and that the visiting peoples of extraterrestrial origin allow themselves to be observed regularly.. so it shouldnt be such a jump to grasp that these MAY be the same craft. Paul , re the Bentwaters case and the touching of the vehicle . Well in that case there might not have been enough radiation levels to injure but if something is glowing it could have been highly charged and they did not take any precautions , tut , tut .Of course those involved would most likely not have been aware of the potential dangers in trying such a thing .
As another bit of info regarding these radiation dangers is apparently ( J.P.Farrell ) the case of seven German scientists dieing after exposure to the radiations emitted by the testing of an experimental anti-gravitic propulsion system around the period prior too and during the second world war . Other experiments carried out later , I presume to find out why this happened , were the exposure of biological materials including plants , which turned to a greyish goo but did not putrefy ; this is what happened and it seems like the signature of scalar radiation ( see Bearden ) also you can bet that’s what HAARP can be used for too .
Jacqui , @ bentwaters they took readings of backround radiation which was much higher than normal , also the behaviour of the craft [spliting in 2 e.t.c] points to them being “not of this earth”.
As you point out , the earth anti-grav craft are less advanced and more likely to lead to illness , probably relating to them not have radiation shields.

I would just like to say. That first, anyone with the type of ability that these folks have. They could take us out with no problems what so ever. So why would they? What would be the point? It would seem to me, if you were to occupy space and travel. That there are many others with the same abilities, to contend with. I feel that there must be some kind of understanding, between them. Weather they are all on board with a universal understanding or still working it out, seems likely to me. I do not see the benefit, in destroying life. However promoting life, is, in it self, expanding and vast as time and space. It is much harder to keep things alive, than it is to kill. I guess if I were to simplify it, if you are going to get in the pool with other kids. You gotta follow the rules. The first being, no peeing in the pool. The second thing, is that there has got to be many levels of interest and knowledge. So these guys are all over the place, wouldn’t you be. Dam right, you would be. Man, If I had the abilities these guys have. I would spend most my time playing, Go See. I would want to check out everything. Lets face it, they have access to all there is that we see at night. Yes .. our Irish Defence Forces had 2 drones which they use abroad for peace keeping purposes ,we are afterall a neutral country. 1 of these drones was lost and the other damaged.. Up in the north of Ireland which is under british rule and OVER the border, the P.S.N.I are considering using drones amongst alot of disagreement form the people.
People can always use small radio controlled devises , which dont stop dead, without hovering or making a sound.
They also dont show up again and again year after year to demonstrate, tilt forward and sometimes stop dead or have triangular form .
They also dont respond to your thoughts, like when i asked in my thoughts if they would do a light show before they left , and sure enough they put on a strobe effect of a light moving from left to right across the front of the ship before they left .. they also dont move from one end of the sky and then appear overhead.. dead still.
You should look a little deeper because people across the world are filming these same type craft.. seeingufospa/antonio urzi/sheilaaliens/orionifo and many more who can be seen on youtube filming what seems to be the same type craft.
If you had seen what i have seen over the past 4 years ,you would be amazed, ive put in a lot of time … and havent been disapointed.
Remember even Billy used to watch the skys with binoculars for hours, and said if you want to see some activity you may see a telemetre disc ,while his neighbours thought he was a crazy fool.
But today , with these foreign people allowing their ships to be filmed, which is supported by Billys recent contact reports , news reports of sightings and M.U.F.O.N reports its not such a leap to relate some of this activity to foreign beamships.
No offense, since I opened this discussion regarding the aliens that observe us, but I want to point out that it’s not all that productive to be so concerned with seeing things in the sky. The Meier case is THE case which opened my own eyes , and ill second your remarks that it IS the most important case in ufolgy , spirituality ,consciousness development and many other areas and i am much wiser for it and try to pass on the information and links were ever I can, in spite of people constantly seeing Billy as a cult leader.. but the fact is that our first encounters with Extraterrestrials, will be with a different race than the plajaren, and a race which is said to be linked to our development.. so i feel that since they are peaceful, any filming that is done can only help with Disclosure and the public at large coming to terms with this.
Paul, I would just like to remind you that terrestrial black operations are laughing their a**es off when viewing those craft on youtube and all the comments. Very telling when looking at SpaceX photo gallery there was a youtube video of the Dragon, which showed up as a UFO sighting in Mexico in 2009, a good 2 years before it was disclosed. Personally I don’t feel the terrestrial craft are all that peaceful. Considering that they are responsible for animal mutilations using some biological weapon which it highly toxic. It’s only a matter of time before they use this same weapon in a theatre of war, if they haven’t already done so. It seems to have started right after Raytheon (US #5 on the list of defense contractors) came to Calgary and Calgary has the second highest UFO sightings all across Canada. Co-incidence? I think not. Sorry Paul, but there will be no disclosure, unless defense contractors decide to out themselves, which probably won’t happen in my lifetime. Considering that the U2 spy plane was classified for 43 years and the oxcart and the TR3B (those triangle craft) still haven’t been fully disclosed, even F-18s have the ability to suddenly appear right above your head. It’s all about who has the best stealthy craft in the skies. But you could do an experiment – take 5 random people with you and see if you all see the same thing. If you do, chances are it’s terrestrial.
