Billy: …What do you think about the whole circumstances that the western world once again – as it has done since time immemorial and especially currently – considers Russia as an antagonist? I learned a lot about this by reading a very educational newspaper and by gathering some other very important information that is probably not known by the so-called average citizens. So I acquired a lot of knowledge regarding the history of Russia and the fact that Russia has been feared and defamed by the western countries and its rulers since time immemorial. The Cold War was also shaped in the same way as the non-communist countries around the world shouted, “Turn away from Russia!” There is also once again the same situation nowadays as the declared antagonists against Russia have received much space for their malicious agitation, given especially by the European Union-dictatorship as well as by the USA and the “Russia-hatred-shouters” in Ukraine, Georgia and in the Baltic States. Quite obviously there is some work in an idiotic, insane and criminal manner towards the realisation, in a ridiculous kind and wise, of a new “Cold War”, due to fear and cowardice as well as an abysmal false rhetoric of EU-dictatorship rulers, in which the rulers of Germany play a significant role in that.

- But the whole issue is rooted much deeper as it is generally discernible by non-oriented average human beings, because everything has been founded since time immemorial – as you said – by Russia-antagonists, whereat the enmity has been carried far around, especially in the western world, until the present time in the 21th century.
- The “Cold War” was also a significant Ausartung (degeneracy/getting badly out of hand) of the opposition between Russia and the western world, as well as those other countries that were making agreements with the western countries.

- But the inevitable outcome of this was, that the former Eastern bloc countries, which turned towards the western world, were felt cornered by Russia and defended themselves fiercely against the interventions of Russia in their own territories, which led to several acts of war against the Russians within the territories of the former Soviet States.
Billy: The “Cold War”, as I orientated myself, was nothing else then the outcome of the traditional enmity between the western countries and Russia, about which I think, that the evil relationship between these two frontiers was controlled permanently by antagonists and might greedy ones, who basically came from Europe and the USA. Needless to say that this also caused inevitably mistrust between Russia and the western countries, about which I think, that in this case the different religions, regarding east and west, also got nastily into the act and sowed discord. According to this, another fact has probably also to be considered, namely the fact that very different and deep-rooted cultural differences were prevailing – as it is still the case nowadays – between the western world and Russia regarding the religious and people-related cultures, hence in this regard the hostility had also been a daily occurrence through misunderstandings and ethnic hatred. If one is considering that a single human being, such as a religious or political ruler, can instigate and pull entire mobs of human beings on his or her side through irrational or insane delusional-speeches or delusional-opinions, then this is not surprising as it is currently the case regarding the IS respectively the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq.
And what you have mentioned regarding those countries that had been released from the Soviet Union and then turned towards – and are still turning towards the western world, namely the USA as well as the European Union-dictatorship in particular – instead of having been maintaining the new gained freedom and independence – has been the new reason for mistrust and enmity against Russia, which of course sees itself as rebuffed and feels cut off from the entire western world. Russia was already in the same situation in the past, due to the dominance of the Tatars, which – as I know and if I’m remembering right – began to rise up in the 11th century and expired not before the 15th century as the power or the empire of Moscow began to be established. And because this power could spread territorially very fast after its establishment, the western countries had a new reason to create fear and a new concept of the enemy with regard to Russia and its people, which had been decried as barbaric and brutal, especially in the 16th century. And because the Eastern-Christian church and the Western-Christian church were at loggerheads with each other and the Russian policy did not agree with the policy of the western world as well, Russia was been stylised as a tyrannical enemy by both the Christianity and the western policy, as well as the western military affairs.
The consequence was that Russia was accused of imperialism then, because it gathered like-minded people from the Balkan States, as well as from several countries in Asia, which behaviour was of course running contrary to the interests of the western powers. Furthermore, western forces were intervening into the internal affairs of Russia, in which its internal constitution was the subject of complaint. The expansionism of Russia was also pilloried, whereas the expansionism of the western world was not even mentioned, especially that of the USA, which thinks it can afford to behave in this way since time immemorial, hence the USA settled in with many countries around the world and made them conditional on itself, which is still the case nowadays. Well, Russia was a country that was always integrated into an autocracy, thus the nominal and the formal might respectively was based on a sole ruler. That was still the case in the late 19th century as more and more countries within Europe made an effort to allow each citizen the participation in the political events, whereas Russia still held on to the old autocratic system, which was of course poorly tolerated by the consciousness-related, societal and economic dynamic, in which Russia was caught. In 1917 everything subsequently led to the revolution, which inevitably resulted in another political direction as it was desired by the western world.
Therefore Russia and the Eastern States were alienated even more than they used to be, which subsequently went even worse as World War 2 was over and the occupation of Eastern Germany took place, which was subsequently followed by the Cold War eventually. Furthermore, I have oriented myself about the fact – about which I already knew from another source – that after the decomposition of the superpower USSR and the end of the ideological opposition, the relationship to the western countries had changed temporary. Due to the end of the Soviet Union it lost its nature of angst, which is why the western world did not fear it anymore, because Russia was just strongly debilitated since the 1990s and therefore wasn’t considered as a powerful enemy anymore. Because of this, a curious form of sympathy for the new Russia was rising in the western world, which just persisted only until Vladimir Putin came into power, about whom it is said that he claims the status of great power for his country – which either may or not be the case.
Already since his first inauguration, Russia has again been proclaimed as a concept of the enemy and has been considered as a potential antagonist by the western world, especially by the USA and the European Union-dictatorship. I consider this behaviour as negligent and criminal machinations, because the outcome of this could again result in a total isolation of Russia as well as in a new “Cold War”, whereby effective and new war activities cannot be excluded. Indeed, the policy of Putin has to be criticised in a reasonable manner with regards to Crimea and Ukraine, because these entire actions aren’t legal, but that doesn’t mean that idiotic sanctions have to be imposed on Russia by the USA and the EU-dictatorship, which damage the Russian people and the economy, whereas on the other hand countersanctions are also provoked, which in return could hit the people of Europe and the USA as well as their economy disadvantageously. With the right point of view it can be seen that the rulers of the EU-dictatorship negligently disregard – in this as well as in other relations – the foreign-policy interests in terms of Russia, and therefore even jeopardise world peace, which is fragile already again. What counts for the EU-dictatorship and for the USA – as well as for all other countries – is to push their own interests, by hook and by crook, wherefore Gewalt (extreme violence), illogicality and compulsion can be seen/are recognized as totally false instruments, but are yet considered as absolutely rightful and correct.
All those exalted and nice words spoken by all the fallible and responsible rulers in this context are nothing more than lies, fraud and deceit, because the plain truth is, that those rulers are only interested in maintaining their own power and authority, namely in that way that the people cannot give them orders. It is a fact that, beside these whole lies and frauds through which people are kept small and childlike, all western countries and Russia as well as the entire world are sitting in one boat, thus all of them are using the same oars and therefore have to steer the boat in the same direction. Thus it is demanded that all politicians and other rulers, all militaries, as well as all scientists, religions and all people foster the true peace, which really means that in fact all existing escalations should in every sense be ended, as well as the entire condition of the world should be normalised on a peaceful basis. I find it interesting that the effects of 9/11 find their way into almost all of the mayor topics we have on the table nowadays. Have we solved the problem yet?The way I see it, is that Billy cannot disclose the details of what exactly occurred on that tragic day. His life and the whole mission would probably be jeopardized, if he were to disclose the finer details to the public. I assume, that just as with the fake moon landings, a couple of decades will have to pass before it could safely be revealed openly. In the meantime, the curiosity for the truth has led me to all kinds of opinions and angles of the whole event, which in all honestly, should mostly be considered as distraction from the openly obvious.
Clearly the world would have been a lot less bloody if 9/11 had not accurred. As was written down by Billy, that Saddam Hussein would have successfully staved off ISIS , had he not been taken out by the US. September 11 must arguably the most decisive event that has led to this domino effect of horrors.
There is a small group of researchers who have been gaining a strong foothold in the last couple of years, who are of the strong opinion that the airoplanes that we see on the videos are phantasmagorical in principle. There are countless slow motion videos available on youtube analyzing the videos that we take so for granted.Whoever used CGI to create the plane illusion, clearly made a couple of crucial mistakes editing the videos. The chances are very good that advanced missiles were used. How the explosions happened, fall into the category of opinion, but what can clearly be stated, is that the hijackers, the airplanes, all of that is a farce. The molten iron it another tell tale sign that thermal nuclear devises were used in the demolition of the three buildings that day. A giant hollow cavities was formed underneath the buildings, into which they collapsed into. This is now according to Dimitri Khalesov, a former officer of the soviet nuclear intelligence. It is refreshing to watch a clearly qualified person, giving his professional opinion in a logical understandable discussion. Mind you, he has been placed on some kind of terrorist watch list, an apparently very “dangerous” person. I highly recommend this video, it is 5 hours long. Although I cannot agree with some of Dimitris’ personal conclusions why this event had to take place, he doesn’t claim to know everything, and I feel that this info is very honest and close to the truth.
I’m not an expert in physics but I have a sense that an airliner traveling at sufficient speed has the mass, etc., to penetrate a structure that actually wasn’t the equivalent of a solid tank, which would also probably be obliterated if an airliner crashed into it.
If people really want to believe that CGI was used – that in 2001 that technology would be used to risk create the “illusion” of an airplane crashing into the building in broad daylight, etc. – then I find that absolutely more amazing.
Here we are, merely 13 years removed from 9/11 and already it was all a phantasmagorical illusion!
In light of this, it is not so hard to see how nearly 400 years after the Jmmanuel crucifixion, how the phantasmogorical New Testament and Jesus stories came into being.

As Roosevelt most certainly new what was coming to Pearl Harbor in those days as he and others used economical, political moves to incite violence onto our country. As much as Bush knew and did nothing to stop the terrorist that he most definitely economically and politically incited to attack us in New York. And in the case of pearl harbor, we all know what came of those actions and or lack there of. It is obvious that we are being led down the same path as has been pushed upon us so many years ago. So in the end it truly seems not that important how the buildings came down in as much as what we are now going to do about it. As well as how we are going to change our world to the better. Though as much as it sometimes seems to me to be a ‘mission impossible’, we have to do all that we individually are capable of doing mentally and or physically. If we have allowed our leaders to push beliefs, false flags, and all other sorts of nonsense unto us for so long it seems high time to change ones life for themselves. In thus maybe we can finally break through in some way and begin to make some real tangible changes for everyone. As it truly seems if we cannot get our own house in order, there is not going to be much success trying to show everyone else.

My take on what happened on that day is as follows.
1. Foreign governments and their intellingence agencies mainly from Israel and Saudi-Arabia with the neocon/zionist/CIA cabal in the US orchestrated the attack to replace the cold war with another never ending global “war on terror”
2. Flight 93 was suppossed to hit building 7 but the passangers brought it down.
3. Dick Cheney personally did not allow the planes to be shot down.
4. Controlled demolitions brought down all the WTC towers.
5. A plane hit the Pentagon
6. 911 commission report and NIST were white washes just like the Warren and Tower commissions were.
If you are an American, your best bet on getting at least something cleared up on the role of the foreign goverments on 911 is the 28 pages from the Joint Congressional Inquiry into the 9/11 attacks to be made public. Many congress men have read it they were shocked at what was in it.

In my tireless persuit of the truth the computer age lends itself to huge opportunities . It is not beyond belief to understand that most of the leaders are held by pure framing and the utmost blackmail . I finally get why Billy Meier has become sour on president Obama recently. After the 2012 election, the Obama administration had the opportunity to go the other way with Russia, toward cooperation and peace. But instead, as Billy shows, the USA is in bed with the EU dictators and is once again pounding Russia economically.
President Obama has certainly gotten the US economy on track though. Anybody who is still ranting about a US recession or even depression or crash, is not seeing reality. Right now, for the time being, the US dollar is roaring back to life. The Dow is breaking all time records, left and right. Oil prices are down and the US consumer has effectively been given a ‘tax break’ with drastically lower gasoline prices that have been slashed over a dollar per gallon in the last 6 months. US consumers now have more money to spend on other things that will fuel sales and employment figures. The Obama administration, along with the Fed and the banks, have effectively created the potential for not only a “soft landing” with rate hikes, but perhaps a new wealth bubble for the good ole USA. This economic recovery cycle for the west could last a decade, more or less, in my estimation. So what is the problem? These drastically lower oil prices, along with other commodities, which Russia is a mother load, has put Russia right now in an economic pickle. The Russian oil driven currency is dropping like a rock; and the western economic recovery is squeezing Russia big time by giving the west lower cost commodities, and thus maintaining a better standard of living for western currency holders. And at the same time driving less money into Russia for her economic products; and hurting the people by giving them less money to spend on things to live. All so that the abused dollar and the Euro can fly higher than the Rubble for the time being. And this is all happening when Russia is also being squeezed with government sanctions. This new cold war is creating a phoney recovery for western currencies, especially the US dollar… that will fail latter in an out of control bubble. This is like taking and wounding an oppressed and angry bear to get some meat and fur everyday, because you don’t want to lose yours; and hoping that this bear will not lash out with its claws and later try to kill you someday so that it does not have to give up all its flesh to you.
Please western leaders, go for world peace. This is when the world is cooperating together, and not one country or group is living on the back and at the expense of other countries. We are a planet of everybody making up this one boat.

It is called scared bleepless. The bear analogy should have been a good picture for the entire tone. It is difficult to try and communicate when the people listening are not; and do not believe the stock and commodity numbers flashing across the screen. Please google a 5 year graph of the US dollar price and DOW. That should “wake you up.” The numbers speak for themselves. Is this a real recovery or is this fair? Please, read my post again. With high confidence, I cannot think that the architect and engineers would have allowed the WTC building to be a flimsy structure as the media would like us to believe. It would go against the building regulations. It is fact that they used double steel beams that made up the outer, and inner structural design of the very sturdy building, and it had to be, you cannot allow a building reaching almost half a kilometer(417meters/ 1,368 feet), to be built in a helter-skelter manner. What is laughable when you look at the pictures of the entry hole, where in plane supposedly sliced through all those beams. It spans the entire width of the plane. How can a flimsy, lightweight aluminum wing magically cut through all those double steel construction beams? What should have happened, if a real plane had actually crashed into that building, was that it would’ve crumpled up like a tin can, and fallen to the ground. A plane flying as subsonic speeds cannot pierce a heavily, almost fortified structure like that, physically impossible for a sub sonic aluminum plane. That is just plane common sense people. Are we living in La-La land or something! Why is it so far fetched to even ponder the idea? What I think, the biggest conspiracy is, is the systematic degradation of the world “conspiracy”. When you hear the word, you automatically think, nutcase, loony, mad, silly, and so on and so forth.
The most difficult belief to break, is the belief that America would never do this to their own people. Are you telling me, that the richest, most technologically advanced empire of our time, would be caught off-guard in a situation like that, and that their security and defenses were just a bit slack? No, my friends, it goes much deeper. If you believe that, you are mistaken. You are underestimating the barbarity of our human condition.
I have much respect for you Michael and I admire your bravery and courage with the work you are doing. And there is no “but”.This is probably one of the few thing we will disagree on. For me, the entire 9/11 deal is what it is. The beginning of many things that will potential spiral way out of control. Did the US and others have a hand in it, I think so. And so do the Plejaren, by Bush and others not doing anything to stop the event with the knowledge they had at the time. To me, it most certainly lets a whole slue of scenarios potential ring true.
This event, no matter how it may have occur ed(read up on Dr. Judy Woods if one hasn’t already) is just the precursor to events that will make 9/11 look like child’s play. Could they have allowed the event to unfold just as it did and give a little helping hand with hidden technology, that only a few within the cabal know about. That seems probable to me as Dr Judy Woods explains.
So what are WE going to do about it? I get so sick and tired of going on and on about this stuff knowing full well what its potential outcome could be. And yet all that is done is more and more research and work to try and excel myself consciously, if not physically. Though in real life we are threatened by untold horrors waiting just around the corner and for those whom do keep track of what is going on within billy’s information should see that no matter how these buildings came down they represent huge warning bells to what we face in the future if we don’t urgently change course, now. And yet that course seems to not have changed at all…. straight to destruction of unimaginable heights. Buildings, at our present velocity entire cities will be utterly destroyed. Though everyone is more concerned with being distracted by the many ways possible to even care about the buildings and people, let alone what it potential represents for the near future.

I would LOVE to be proven wrong! To wake up one day, and have watched the petrodollar fall somewhat if not in the neighborhood as gracefully as the soviet block did. The USA brings everyone home, sends out its share for the true international police force geared on all countries of the world. With this force IS is crushed and all left are sent to remote prison islands. The USA and the ‘west’ at the same time apologize to the ‘east’ for all mistakes, confrontations, and isolation perpetuated at these countries and now works as a team rather than ‘enemies’. As well as in the states reinstate something close to what the constitution was and give woman a majority right in ‘politics’ at all levels. Sorry Michael for posting these so many times… This subject seems to be just like UFO`s, you have to blow through the garbage and prove you do not believe every single thing associated with it before you can talk about the real evidence.

On the topic at hand. I do not intend to divede or conquer. My purpose for posting on this and other websites regarding 911 is to spread info on verifiable real evidence that has been overlooked by most 911 investigators. I do not “enjoy” Judy Wood or any other 911 profiteer who has made career on spreading non verifiable, unscientific garbage and on every occasion fail to point out anything worthwhile. But yes, I do enjoy pointing out her lies and countering the numerous braindead individuals who take her word without a shred of doubt and spend their time chasing their tails and giving more attention to these liars.
99% of the 911 truthers do not know about the 28 pages or the dancing mossad agents who were filming/celebtaring the event and got caught by the NYPD, or about the Saudi connection or about the anthrax connection or about the van full of explosives on the Hudson river bridge etc etc. We would alot further at preventing another terrorist attack if the 911 kook movement spent a tiny portion of their time researching and spreading information about these and many other topics reagarding 911 that HAVE been proven, than making money on their fancy unscientific, unsubstantied and unprovable theories and nonsense.
It is people like Judy Wood an numerous other liars that put a bad reputation on anyone who doubts ANYTHING on 911. It is because of her and her ilk that make it impossible to have a rational conversation on the subject without being automatically labeled with the no plane/hologram/missiles/energy weapon loonies. I think most of the 911 loonies are paid by intellingence agencies to muddy the waters for everybody else who is trying to get to the bottom of 911, just like MUFON etc do to the UFO subject.

We will not agree on Judy and that is more than fine with me. As I also have read up on a lot of the stuff you bring to the table. Also, I have never spent a dime looking into Judy!? Interesting to compare these people to MUFON? They most certainly are a different bread that most definitely to me, is a far fetched comparison. At least within these 9/11 ‘researchers’ there is possibility to get a little better all around potential understanding on the matter. You know, no one could foresee that those buildings would collapse in the way they did, falling straight down to the ground! That is in my mind the most amazing aspect to this whole horrible story. One would have thought that they must fall sideways, taking a lot of other buildings (and people) with them. At the time I thought there was something “supernatural” at work here, but perhaps the ETs had a hand in that aspect of the event. . . . maybe they caused the buildings to fall so that no more people would be killed than absolutely necessary. Whether they foresaw or could have prevented the actions of the terrorists, or whether they might have warned the US administration about the event which was to happen is something we might ponder. In 2001 I researched the construction of those two towers. They were more flimsy than you might think. They had no solid internal structure, and even the elevators and staircases were free-standing and not encased in concrete. At the time of the building of the towers, extra floors were added to the architect’s original design. It was thought that having a cement internal structure would make the building too heavy for the outer walls. As it was, they put dry-wall around the staircases. This is one reason, it was theorized, why the people on the upper levels weren’t able to get out safely. Had the staircases been encased in a thick wall of concrete, one or both of them might still have been accessible. I even saw a video of the architect who designed the towers, speculating about why they fell as they did. He understood the design flaws which contributed to the disaster. Basically, with nothing holding the building together internally, the outside walls melted and fell away, leaving the cement floors to fall pancake like one onto the other, thus bringing the whole building down. He in fact explained it very well. There is no doubt in my mind that those jets were real, and hijacked to everybody’s dismay, and that the US government had no part in arranging this calamity. Bush was totally in the dark about it. I watched the video carefully when he was told about what had happened. Pure horror and disbelief were visible on his face. This was no American government conspiracy. We need to put the blame squarely on those who perpetrated this horrible crime on America. . . . . with the fanatics of Islam. . . . terrorists who want to destroy the Western world, and whose only goal in life is to create misery for us in the West.

As it was told by Billy decades ago, it will be much worse the next round and it could very well involve weapons that are only within mosts imagination, weather weapons, ionizing weapons that sure could have been used to ‘powder’ the world trade buildings.

Please don’t misunderstand me. I agree with you. These derivatives are an abuse that can break the camel’s back. And it is not surprising that the alternative media is filled with doomsday prepper thinking that the US economic collapse is anyway now. Yet year after year, the US economy continues to go on, pretty much as normal. Why? Well certainly not become of fundamentals, for the most part. But mostly because of machinations. The Meier case exposes earth human machinations one after the other.
But in defense of president Obama, since our overpopulation and insane religious thinking are driving our world into a used up garbage bin, wouldn’t make sense to help his citizens first, by doing whatever emergency measures these economic leaders are doing to keep the ball rolling? Because what is the penalty if the ball stops? The dollar crashes and the USA is sent into an economic hell. People suffer without food, clothing and shelter, not to mention useless gadgets and toys! The president has to take the mess he has inherited and do his best to self defend his country’s citizens lifestyle needs. And that means securing resources to keep the US economy going, which is interconnected with Canada, Australia, England, Switzerland, the European Union, etc. So the USA has resorted to emergency measures of rigging things with fancy, but toxic, instruments to keep the wheels from falling off and destroying millions of peoples’ lives by taking away their money and thus means of survival, what would you do? Would you save your people by bleeping Russia? This is a hard, hard, hard, hard, etc. decision for a human being to make. I think Billy is disappointed in president Obama because his humanitarian presidency has not gone beyond the borders of the USA and her territories. In other words, Billy Meier must have hoped that president Obama would have considered the world, rather than just the USA’s needs, and used his humanitarian view to bring Russia and China and BRICS in concert with the west toward world unity. But in defense, there is NOT enough to go around on this over populated world; and in order to survive, earth humans must have commodities to live and have a standard of living. So I can not blame president Obama looking out for the west first. Personally, I am willing to have less, and just survive, so that many more can afford to survive. But we are all human and we all make mistakes.

Fight the only fight that is worth fighting for. Fight for the truth. There is nothing to fear when we realize that the spirit within cannot die. No matter what we will have to face in the future, the certainty of the ever-present will not let us go. The laws of Creation will never change in its perfection and beauty. If we follow the laws, then we have nothing to fear.
The change towards love peace and wisdom is inevitable. We have been given the keys, now we have to act. We should not underestimate the power of the Spirit, the power of Creation, the power of the Consciousness within.
There is hope! And to find the good for me means seeing and understanding the bad. Though the good and bad are not the same as positive and negative in the respect that it all matters how much energy in consciousness is given? So for me sometimes my focus on the bad is not always a negative in the respect of fueling the fire? Maybe in a way, it will only strengthen the positive in its correlation with my comprehension and acknowledgment of that which is bad and seemingly negative, if continued within any degree. There is nothing to fear in looking at the world as it is…. and should be. Is a fine line to walk and know it has ruined many a people trying to find and think about both ends of the spectrum. Lets hope that we can all help, help ourselves find a balance that does bring us back to being true humans of ‘creation’:) Sure seems like it will be a long time in the making getting there together as earthlings. There is a possibility that you could be experiencing cognitive dissonance, or as wkipedia says, discomfort experienced by an individual who holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideas, or values at the same time, or is confronted by new information that conflicts with existing beliefs, ideas, or values.
When a person refuses to even look at the video evidence, this is now, the videos footage produced by the news channels themselves, then there is unfortunately nothing that can be done to persuade that individual. You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink, or should I say, think. I cannot force you to think, if you don’t want to.
If you refuse to look at the evidence, I will spell it out. In one of the slow motion videos, there is a crane in the foreground, close to the camera. Now, as the plane is flying towards one of the towers in the distance, something weird happens, the image of the plane moves in front of the cranes lifting cables, instead of behind it.. Some strange pixilation then occurres, followed by the aircraft mysteriously losing one of its wings before impact.

I looked into these common anomalies of compressed videos a few years ago and noted some things down. So the following is in no way a precise description.
The video most likely started as interlaced and was then badly (as is often the case) de-interlaced for digital output. When the two interlaced fields of each frame are combined it can produce interlace artifacts, particularly if you have motion of a subject in between the two fields, and particularly if the incorrect combining method and/or inferior processing algorithms are used. These artifacts, such as lines appearing to be displaced, are then processed into the combined frame. Then, of course, the frames are further interpolated in software for slow-motion. This exaggerates the aforementioned artifacts and also adds new ones. Motion prediction in compressed digital video leads to block boundary discontinuities (shifting pixels in a predictive manner resulting in artifacts on edges of moving objects, and jumping ahead of where they should be). When lower bit-rates are used (for compression) it results in things like block boundary artifacts and macro-blocking. All of these oddities are referred to as ‘quantization.’ All things to look-up anyway. They most likely all apply to this video due to it being copied, compressed however many times, edited (slowed down), re-copied, etc etc. It certainly explains the weirdness, pixilation, missing wings. The only evidence would be the original source, eyewitness accounts, or ET’s that don’t lie.

One thing I remember about the Chernobyle crisis of 1985 is how it managed to facilitate relationships between “easterners” and “westerners”. In Canada we had many people who sponsored Russian children to spend summers here, away from the radiation at home. They were called the “children of Chernobyl”. At the time it was my own belief that in the midst of this terrible tragedy, there was some hope for a deeper understanding between the cultures of the West and the East. Indeed it then came about that four years later the Berlin Wall came crashing down, an event which none had foreseen, and that East and West Germany were reunited to become one country again. Vladimir Putin had been the captain of the East German secret police. It was therefore not surprising that he later took on a greater role in the new Russia, after the disintegration of the U.S.S.R. I was not surprised to hear Mikhail Gorbachev speaking about a new “cold war” between the East and the West. This new war is largely due to the workings of international financiers, who more than anything else, wish to control the enormous Russian economy. I do not believe that ordinary people (here in the West as there in the East) harbor resentments or grudges against each other. We understand that we are a global community, and in order for us to survive as a species into the future, we need to put down our weapons and offer assistance in times of crisis, etc. . . . share medical and scientific information, and so on. Ordinary people understand this. It is the financiers who are creating a war-mentality in the world, and these people are the harm against which all of the ordinary people need to take up arms against! We can begin to do this action by refusing to participate in the greediness which demands that we purchase the newest device, or a new car when the old one is still working well, and etc, etc. . .. . . We need to become more “thrifty” in our thinking and learn how to share what we already have in abundance with less fortunate people. And here again, I need to point towards the Christian organizations which are trying to move people in this direction! The Catholics and the Mennonites are doing a lot of good work in the world. . . . religion is not always a negative force, but can be very beneficial if it is working for the good of humanity.

Maybe the editor of the video incorrectly combined the frames and used inferior processing algorithms.
