According to news reports circulated by Russian media in recent months, the Russian government is in possession of further documents testifying to the existence and activities of biolabs in Ukraine, as well as their connection with the US military and the son of the current US president. As a result, the Chinese government has also called on the US government to clarify this matter. So, according to reports from the Russian military top brass, US-funded bio-labs in Ukraine were working on making certain disease-causing germs more attackable through a process known as gain-of-function, such as plague, anthrax, leptospirosis, cholera, brucellosis, tularemia, diphtheritis, tuberculosis, rosacea, salmonella, and so on. In other words, the aim of these numerous research facilities operating in different localities would be to develop biological weapons. Moreover, according to documents of Ukrainian and American origin discovered and collected by Russian forces during the military campaign in Ukraine, the second-born son of the current US president is also allegedly involved in this affair.

That these accusations were immediately denied by the American government as nonsensical disinformation and that the latter claimed that it was the Russians who were undoubtedly prepared to carry out an attack with biological or chemical weapons in Ukraine is no wonder at all. This is business as usual, so to speak, because the US elite is the undisputed world champion in the trickery of shifting blame by hypocritically washing one’s own hands of innocence and insidiously accusing the other of exactly what one is responsible for.

The following is a detailed report on the Russian general’s communication, including the translation of some significant passages from it, published on the website Extremnews.com under archive news of 12.5.2022, the source being the magazine RT DE of the TV channel RT (the distribution of which in the EU territory was banned by the EU Commission as of March 2022. Incidentally, the ban also affected Sputnik):

“The Russian Defence Ministry has released new details on US military biological activity in Ukraine during a briefing. These include cases of infection with tuberculosis and covert cholera research.” This is reported by ‘RT DE’ magazine. Further, ‘RT DE’ reports, “The Russian Ministry of Defence has published new details about experiments in the US-funded bio-labs in Ukraine. The agency had received this information in the course of the special military operation in Ukraine.”

As a result, Russian Defence Ministry specialists were able to carry out the work directly in two bio-labs in Mariupol. It had turned out that documents proving cooperation with the US military had been destroyed immediately. Mariupol has been under the control of the Donetsk People’s Republic since early April. “A preliminary analysis of the handed-over documents indicates that Mariupol was used as a regional Centre for the collection of cholera pathogens and passportisation. Selected strains were sent to the Centre for Public Health in Kyiv, which was tasked with further shipment of biomaterials to the United States. These activities have been carried out since 2014, as evidenced by the strain transfer certificates.”

Igor Kirillov, the head of the Russian Armed Forces’ NBC Protection Forces, said in a video published by the Zvezda television channel. He added: “A file on the destruction of the pathogen collection dated 25 February 2022 was found in the sanitary and epidemiological laboratory, according to which cholera, tularemia and anthrax pathogens were handled there.”

Part of the collection from a veterinary laboratory had not been destroyed in a hurry, he said, adding that the remaining 124 strains had been removed by Russian specialists and brought to safety. He said it was worrying that the collection contained pathogens not typically found in veterinary medicine – such as typhoid, paratyphoid and gangrene. “This could be an indication of the misuse of the laboratory and its involvement in a military biological programme.”

Another clue, he said, were three drones with 30-litre containers and equipment for spraying substances found in the Kherson area on 9 March. Ten more such devices were found near the village of Kakhovka in late April. The Russian military also released information about suspected cases of deliberate infection of children with dangerous pathogens on the territory of the Ukrainian-controlled Luganskaya oblast (note: region) in 2020. Leaflets infected with the tuberculosis pathogen in the form of counterfeit banknotes were distributed to minors in the Stepovoye settlement in the Slavyanoserbsky district, according to the ministry. According to the conclusion of the Lugansk Republican Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, “the contamination of the banknotes was most likely artificially induced, as the material contains extremely dangerous strains of the pathogen in concentrations that can ensure infection and the development of the tuberculosis process.” And further: “The results of the bacteriological tests confirmed the resistance of the isolated bacteria to first- and second-generation tuberculosis drugs, which means that the disease caused by them is much more difficult to treat and the cost of treatment is much higher,” Kirillov said about the presumed aim of the experiment. According to him, other ‘inhumane experiments by the Pentagon’ on Ukrainian citizens also took place on the territory of eastern Ukraine, such as on patients in Psychiatric Hospital No. 1 (Streletskye village, Kharkov region).

“The main category of subjects was a group of male patients aged 40 to 60 with a high degree of physical exhaustion.”

The specialists who carried out the biological research had entered the country via third countries to disguise their affiliation with the US, he said. For example, Kirillov showed a photo of Florida-born L. O., who was directly involved in this work. The Russian Ministry of Defence concluded that Ukraine had indeed become the Pentagon’s testing ground for the development of biological weapons components and the testing of new drug samples. The agency confirmed that non-governmental foundations supporting the Democratic Party in the US, but also big pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, Moderna, Merck and Gilead, were involved in the scheme. US politicians Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and financial speculator George Soros described the ministry as the main ideologues of the profitable bio-research programme in Ukraine. Kirillov stressed:

So far, the US has vehemently denied the existence of illegal biological weapons production programmes in Ukraine. In his statement of the 10th of April 2022, Robert Pope, the director of the Cooperative Threat Reduction Programme, said that “there is no basis for the allegation that biological weapons development research is taking place in Ukraine.” Moreover, he said, Ukraine does not have the infrastructure necessary to ‘develop and produce biological weapons’.

On the 9th of March, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebensya, accused the governments of Ukraine and the USA of trying to develop and use biological weapons against the Russian population through a number of bio-labs that had become operational in Ukraine.

Reuters news agency reported on the same day: “Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Russia had uncovered evidence of the alleged programme during its so-called military operation in Ukraine, which began on the 24th of February. And she also went on to say that the Russian government was in possession of ‘documents proving that the Ukrainian Health Ministry ordered the destruction of samples of plague, cholera, anthrax and other warfare agents after the 24th of February … We can already conclude from this that components of biological weapons were developed in Ukrainian biological laboratories in the immediate vicinity of our country’s territory.”

The official statement of the US government was that the biological laboratories in Ukraine were not secret and were subsidised with public money.

In addition, the speaker of the Russian Duma Vyacheslav Volodin has also stated that biochemical weapons were being produced in the Ukrainian laboratories on behalf of the Biden family. He attacked the American president personally and called for an investigation by the US Congress. A German translation of his statement was reproduced, among others, in the Swiss weekly magazine ‘Weltwoche’ on 1.4.2022 in an article by Urs Gehriger entitled ‘Die dubiosen Geschäfte der Familie Biden’. Quote from Wolodin’s statement:

This story was also confirmed by the North American newspaper ‘New York Post’ in an article published on 26.3.2022, citing leaked emails from Biden’s son. Such emails have been rumoured before, but this newspaper is said to have obtained the compromising email messages for inspection. It is said that the son of the US president has already invested 500,000 dollars through his own investment fund (R.S.T.) in the Californian research company M., which deals with pathogens and was set up by the Pentagon, and is trying to get further millions from large investment banks (among others G.S.) for it. Finally, he had linked the M. company to the Ukrainian gas company, on whose board he sat, with the aim of launching a ‘science project’ proposed by the president’s son to develop bio-labs in Ukraine.

According to the English newspaper ‘Daily Mail’, the Californian company M. is said to have worked with a defence contractor (B.&V.) with links to the US intelligence services. The latter is said to have set up laboratories in Ukraine to analyse deadly pathogens and biological weapons.

The previously unknown documents allegedly come from Jack Maxey, a historian and former US Navy officer who graduated from Yale University and who has worked on Wall Street and for Trump. He was interviewed exclusively by ‘Weltwoche’. The following are some excerpts from the interview:

“For the past few days, Maxey has been in Switzerland, where he has been processing data from Hunter Biden’s laptop for publication with an IT technician who lives here. In the process, he said, he recovered supposedly deleted data. “We found 450 gigabytes of deleted material, including thousands of documents, more than 100,000 emails and 80,000 images.” Among other things, he said, this included evidence of Hunter Biden’s dubious trading relationships in numerous countries as well as contacts with government circles from China to Russia to Kazakhstan and numerous files from the US Department of Defence.”

The story surrounding Hunter Biden’s computer first made headlines shortly before the 2020 US presidential election. In April 2019, Hunter Biden, a severe drug addict, had taken the laptop to an IT professional in the US state of Delaware for repair but never picked it up. The specialist handed the laptop over to the FBI, but had made several copies beforehand. He gave one of them to Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump’s lawyer, in autumn 2020. According to his own statement, Jack Maxey was part of a research team that sifted through the data at the time and handed over the entire contents to the New York Post. Shortly before the presidential election, the Post published documents from the laptop under the title ‘Biden’s Secret Emails’. No sooner had the story been made public than fifty former senior security officials claimed in an open letter that the emails on the laptop had ‘all the classic hallmarks of a Russian information operation’. US mass media killed the story. In an unprecedented move, Twitter and Facebook censored any reference to the story. The laptop recently hit the headlines again when the ‘New York Times’ confirmed the authenticity of the documents for the first time. Maxey says he has been working since October 2020 to make the contents of the laptop available to the public. He has given a copy of the entire laptop to various media, including the Washington Post and the Daily Mail.

In the current war, it is the documents from Ukraine that are attracting particular interest. Last Saturday, Maxey uploaded a collection of 253 allegedly freshly discovered documents relating to Hunter Biden’s activities for Company M. via ‘Swiss Transfer’. The Swiss cloud and web hosting provider is part of ‘Infomaniak’s’ offering. Thanks to the in-house development, no backdoors for secret services and other foreign authorities were integrated into the software. (…)

The documents published by the ‘Daily Mail’ point to activities that go beyond officially designated research with biological substances. For example, in 2014, M. G.’s vice-president wrote a memo to Hunter Biden outlining how she could ‘enforce Ukraine’s cultural and economic independence from Russia’. “As promised, I have prepared the attached memo, which provides an overview of M., our engagement with Ukraine […] how we can use our team, networks and approaches to achieve Ukraine’s cultural and economic independence from Russia and its further integration into Western society.”

The offer to help push for Ukraine’s independence seems an odd avance for a biotech executive. It has been known for some time that Hunter Biden came to lucrative business deals thanks to the influence of his father in his then function as Vice President of the USA under Barack Obama. For example, Hunter Biden became a board member of the Ukrainian gas company B. (…)

What kind of partnerships were M. and B. pursuing in Ukraine? Why is Hunter, a guy with no expertise in energy issues or biological research, with an unstable personality and with a severe drug addiction, in the middle of these dubious deals? And how was the current US president involved in all these deals? The extensive contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop could provide answers to these questions – and cause numerous new surprises. But apparently there are forces that want to prevent further investigations at all costs. The link under which Maxey uploaded the documents to ‘Swiss Transfer’ has since been blocked by the company itself. Maxey explains that he was informed by the company that he had violated the company’s guidelines. He suspects that the company came under pressure from the US authorities and therefore blocked access to the documents. According to Maxey, the documents he recovered from the deleted files on Hunter Biden’s laptop contain further explosive information. Among them are allegedly extensive phone records of the Biden family, possibly also of the president himself.

An ex-CIA official named Sam Harris commented on the affair with the following words:

For some time now, the earthly population has been in such a desolate state with regard to its still effective governability that, in general, all efforts of those responsible in governments and other higher elites as well as the security forces are failing more and more, which is why ways have been sought for a long time to be able to counteract the evil in the long term.

20. For example, as I explained to you in 1996, a certain grouping of upper elites got together a long time ago and drew up a plan to solve the excessive overpopulation problem and made a decision which, in the long term, tends towards a drastic reduction of Earth’s humanity.

Franz Klintsevich suspects that a new bio-weapon tailored specifically for the Russians is being forged in the West. The Russian security politician thus commented on information according to which unknown persons are collecting biosamples from Russian tribal peoples.

That bio-samples are being taken across the country ‘for an unclear purpose’, President Vladimir Putin had said on Monday.

“It is no secret that each tribe reacts differently to a biological weapon,” said Klintsevich, deputy head of the Security Committee of the Federation Council (Russia’s upper house of parliament). That is why the biosamples would be taken in different geographical regions, he said. “The West is very meticulous and wants to be sure if it comes to using bio-weapons.”

While he could not claim that a bio-war against Russia was immediately in the pipeline, Klinzevich said. “But scenarios for an emergency are certainly already being played out. These activities, which have been going on for some time, have now taken on outrageous forms,” the politician said.

According to Klintsevich, the fact that President Putin addressed the issue personally is no coincidence. “The relevant services in the West must know that we are aware of their interest.” Military expert Igor Nikulin agreed: The tissue samples could be used to create a ‘new generation of biological weapons’.

According to the expert, viruses, for example, could be programmed to work only against a certain nationality. “First attempts of this kind had already been made in the 1990s with the human genome programme,” the expert told broadcaster RT. “In the noughties – under whatever noble pretext, but always in the interest of the US Department of Defence – various genealogical studies were carried out.” That the Slavic group and especially the Russians are the focus of interest would speak for itself.

It should be known to all that typical Western Russophobia has, in the course of history, inflicted total defeat on the hateful Russophobic and megalomaniac commanders from Napoleon to Hitler and brought these leaders to ruin.

Do the US, NATO and EU lords and ladies seriously think that this time it will be any different with the Russian war wanted and planned by the US shadow government? Do they really think that their large and costly arsenals, their technologies and the horrendously high arms expenditures of their states, above all those of the USA, which come from the tax money of their citizens earned through hard work, as well as through ever more sanctions, will enable them to defeat a country that covers approximately 1/8 of the earth’s surface, has one of the world’s largest reserves of raw materials and more than 6,000 nuclear warheads and hypersonic intercontinental ballistic missiles, and has decided on a strategic partnership of an economic and military nature with China – whereby the dragon country of 1.4 billion inhabitants is in the process of becoming the world’s largest economic power and a military superpower rivaling the USA – to its knees?

If every means is used to try to put such an insane plan into action, then the unimaginably terrible – which has been warned against by the truth tellers and prophets of the Henok lineage who have always been despised and persecuted by the powerful for many millennia – will at some point irrevocably come true through the historically and morally unforgivable guilt as well as the insatiable lust for power of fallible and irresponsible Earth-humans incapable of government. When a certain temporal threshold is crossed with regard to the further escalation of constant provocations, threats, ill-considered accusations as well as perfidious secret operations for the purpose of the gruelling war of nerves and propaganda, then there will be no way back and Earth’s humanity will indeed be witnesses and victims of an unprecedented inferno on this Earth, whereby the extent of the material destruction, the total devastation and the loss of life will be so high that it is beyond the imagination of the human beings and their incapable of thinking, distant from reality, caught in their blind faith, instrumentalised by dark forces and unteachable rulers. Large areas, vast expanses of land and even entire continents in the northern hemisphere could therefore become desolate radioactive deserts for a very long time and thus be permanently uninhabitable.

There is still time to avoid this unimaginable hell, but time is running out fast and becoming scarcer every day and, on the other hand, the irrationality of those responsible for the state, leading to ruin, is becoming ever more blatant, abysmal and acutely dangerous for Earth’s humanity.

In February as well as in April 2022, a series of articles were published in the German weekly magazine ‘Der Spiegel’ referring, among other things, to recently discovered documents and government files of the German Foreign Office from the time of German reunification and partly to what is confirmed by the Plejaren and BEAM regarding the broken promise to the then Soviet Union on the part of the USA and NATO, the contents of which are reproduced in summary below:

The article refers to a letter written in 1993 by the then Russian President Boris Yeltsin to the US President Clinton, in which Yeltsin expressed his concern about the planned accession of Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary to NATO. Each country, he wrote, had the right to determine which alliance it wanted to belong to, but Russia saw NATO’s eastward expansion as a ‘neo-isolation’ of Russia that had to be taken into account by the West. In it, the Russian leader referred to the 1990 two-plus-four treaty on German unification with the following sentence: “The spirit of the treaty excludes the possibility of extending the NATO zone eastwards.” As the author writes, it was the first time that the Russian government ‘raised the accusation of breaking its word’ and although it was rejected by the US, it was however ‘never dispelled’. And he adds “this has far-reaching consequences – even today. Arguably no historical issue has poisoned the climate between Moscow and the West over the past three decades as much as the dispute over what exactly was agreed in 1990.” Since then, 14 countries in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe have been admitted to NATO and the Kremlin’s accusation of having been betrayed by the West has come up again and again.

The author then talks about the contradictory statements and recollections of some Western political actors at the time regarding the commitment to Russia or the Soviet Union mentioned in 1990. While former French Foreign Minister Roland Dumas confirmed its existence, former US Secretary of State James Baker denied it, which was contradicted by his diplomatic advisers. The ex-US Ambassador to Moscow James Matlock has also spoken of an ‘unequivocal commitment’, but affirmed it despite such contradictory recollections by protagonists at the time (whether in some cases these were deliberate gaps in memory, i.e. feigned losses of memory, and thus historical reconstructions based on politically motivated falsifications of memory, is a moot point). In a speech delivered in Tutzing on the 31st of January 1990, the then German Foreign Minister Hans Dietrich Genscher suggested that NATO make a declaration: “Whatever happens in the Warsaw Pact, there will be no expansion of NATO territory to the east, i.e. closer to the borders of the Soviet Union.” The big NATO partners, i.e. the USA, Great Britain, France and Italy agreed with this, because their main concern was the retention of a united Germany in NATO.

Nevertheless, the author notes, “It was no secret as early as February 1990 that some Eastern Europeans were flirting with joining NATO in the long term. The newspapers reported it, the Soviet side raised it with Western politicians several times. To no avail. There was only general reassuring information from the West.”

The President of France, François Mitterrand, commented: “I would like to remind you that I personally would welcome the gradual dissolution of both military blocs.” Later, NATO Secretary General Manfred Wörner also asserted:

“I am against an expansion of NATO.”

If Gorbachev agreed to a united Germany in NATO, the West would seek a European security structure that would take Moscow’s interests into account.” And he goes on to write, “US political scientist Joshua Shifrinson compares the 1990 meetings to the verbal agreements between Americans and Soviets that helped defuse the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962. This view is supported by the fact that Gorbachev was already extremely reluctant to accept NATO membership for a united Germany. It is hard to imagine that the Kremlin leader would have agreed to such an arrangement if the assurances from Bonn, London, Paris or Washington had only been non-binding talk in his view. In the end, the German government even had to accept a special status for the new states. Armed forces of NATO partners or other states are in principle not allowed to be stationed there.”

The author notes, however, that at the time of the Bush presidency, i.e. in the period 2000-2008, “the US administration included influential hardliners such as Defence Secretary Dick Cheney or his neo-conservative associate Paul Wolfowitz”. “These dreamed of the USA as the sole world power and saw NATO primarily as an instrument to ensure American dominance in Europe. The interest of the Eastern Europeans in NATO membership came in handy.”

The author quotes at the very beginning a statement by the current NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to the weekly newspaper ‘Der Spiegel’, who, when asked “whether Russia had been promised in the 1990s that NATO would not expand eastwards”, replied firmly: “That is simply not true, such a promise was never made, there was never such a backroom deal. This is simply false.”

Yet, according to the author, such a ‘version is questionable’. “This is evidenced by a note from the British National Archives. US political scientist Joshua Shifrinson discovered the document, originally classified as ‘secret’. It concerns a meeting of the political directors of the foreign ministries of the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany in Bonn on 6 March 1991. The topic was the security of Poland and other Eastern European states. German unification was a good five months behind, an end to the Warsaw Pact – the Soviet empire – was foreseeable. For months, politicians in Warsaw or Budapest had been signalling their interest in the Western alliance. However, as the document attests, the British, Americans, Germans and French agreed that NATO membership for the Eastern Europeans was ‘unacceptable’.”

“What is remarkable about this is the reasoning. Bonn’s representative Jürgen Chrobog stated, according to the note: ‘We made it clear in the two-plus-four negotiations that we would not extend NATO beyond the Elbe. We cannot therefore offer NATO membership to Poland and the others.’ In the two-plus-four negotiations, the Federal Republic and the GDR had negotiated German unity with the victorious powers of the Second World War, the USA, Great Britain, the Soviet Union and France.”

“Since 1993 – long before Putin’s regime – the Russians have been claiming that an expansion of NATO to the east violates the spirit of this two-plus-four treaty. This was obviously also Chrobog’s view. According to the note, the Russian complaint coincides with the official position of the German government of Chancellor Helmut Kohl (CDU) and Foreign Minister Hans-Dietrich Genscher (FDP) in 1991.”

“And in 1991, the Americans also probably saw the situation as Putin presents it today. US representative Raymond Seitz, according to the memo, agreed with Chrobog and said: ‘We have made it clear to the Soviet Union – in two-plus-four as well as other conversations – that we will not take advantage of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Eastern Europe … NATO is not to expand eastwards, either formally or informally.'”

In this article the author describes, based on newly released files of the German Foreign Office, that the then Chancellor Helmut Kohl, wanted to prevent a NATO expansion to the East and the independence of Ukraine, out of consideration for Moscow. These were documents (memos, minutes, letters) from 1991 that contain previously unknown details about important historical processes. From them it emerges that Kohl considered a collapse of the Soviet Union to be a ‘catastrophe’ and described as an ‘ass’ anyone who sought it. Furthermore, in conversations with government partners, he campaigned against the independence of Ukraine and the Baltic states and considered only neutrality possible for these states anyway, as he spoke of ‘Finnish status’ in this regard and therefore ruled out NATO and EC membership for their part. However, as the dissolution process of the Soviet Union began to take shape, Kohl believed that Ukraine and the Baltic states should remain in a confederation with Russia and other former Soviet republics. According to a memo, in November 1991, during a meeting in Bonn, he suggested to Russian President Yeltsin that he ‘influence the Ukrainian leadership’ in this regard, as German diplomats saw ‘tendencies towards authoritarian-nationalist exuberance’ emerging in Ukraine. But a few weeks later, when Ukraine became independent following a referendum, Kohl and Foreign Minister Genscher changed their political course so that the FRG became the first European Community state to recognise Ukraine’s independence. Then, after the dissolution of the Warsaw Pact, Genscher worked to prevent Poland, Hungary and Romania from joining NATO out of consideration for the Soviet Union. The German ambassador in Moscow reported in February 1991 that the urge of the above-mentioned countries of the former Eastern Bloc to join NATO was contributing to the emergence in Russia of an explosive mixture of ‘threat perception, fear of isolation and frustration at the ingratitude of the former brother countries’. Genscher declared that NATO membership of the European Eastern states was ‘not in our interest’. For he was of the opinion that although these countries have the right to belong to the Alliance, the point is ‘not to exercise this right now’.

What is particularly important is that in the documents analysed by Klaus Wiefrege, Genscher and his top diplomats repeatedly refer back to the promise given to Russia in the course of the negotiations on German reunification that there would be no expansion of NATO into Eastern Europe. On this the author writes the following:

“On 1 March 1991, Genscher rejected NATO’s eastward expansion vis-à-vis the Americans, saying that it had been ‘meant to the Soviets during the 2 + 4 negotiations that there is no intention to expand NATO to the East’. Six days later, the Political Director of the Foreign Office Jürgen Chrobog referred in a round with the British, French and Americans to the ‘understanding expressed in the 2 + 4 process that the withdrawal of Soviet troops must not be used by the West for its own advantage’. On 18 April, Genscher told his Greek counterpart that he had explained to the Soviets that ‘Germany also wants to remain in NATO after unification. For that, it will not be extended eastwards …’ On 11 October, Genscher met with his counterparts Roland Dumas (France) and Francisco Fernández Ordóñez (Spain). Genscher’s statement on the future of the countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is reproduced in the minutes with the words: ‘We cannot accept NATO membership of CEE countries (reference to Soviet reaction and commitment in 2 + 4 negotiations that NATO territory should not be extended eastwards). Every step that helps to stabilise the situation in CEE and SU is important.’ Genscher also said: ‘Initially, the former Warsaw Pact countries intended to become members of NATO. They were talked out of this in confidential conversations.'”

And Wiegrefe goes on to write: “At times, the Germans even supported an official declaration by NATO to refrain from expanding eastwards. Only when the Americans objected during a visit by Genscher to Washington in May 1991 that an expansion ‘could not be ruled out for the future’, did the German foreign minister quickly declare that he too was ‘not calling for a definitive declaration’. But de facto he obviously wanted to avoid NATO enlargement to the East.”

Finally, I also find the following words of Helmut Kohl regarding Mikail Gorbachev’s relationship with Germany significant, because what he says there seems to have been forgotten by most of today’s German politicians: “If the Germans are willing to help the Soviet Union, they do so above all out of gratitude for Gorbachev’s role in German unification.”

So that one can understand the contents of the ‘Spiege’l articles discussed in relation to the West’s pledge to Russia resp. the Soviet Union and the question of NATO’s eastward enlargement with the findings and statements of the Plejaren in this respect, which are based on very carefully checked facts – which therefore do not make hypotheses and conjectures, but correspond to the events as they really happened and which were objectively observed and analysed by them, and thus to the effective and incontrovertible truth -, excerpts from some current contact reports on the aforementioned subject are reproduced below:

“The far-reaching assurances were made in Washington by the American Secretary of State ‘that we are not willing and there is no intention in Europe to extend NATO’s defence area further east’.”

It was then 31 years later, and as late as the 17th of December 2021, that a list was drawn up in Washington – which was the reason for drawing up a treaty – but which was supposed to convey security guarantees, but this was basically just a belated renewed US deception on the aforementioned 1990 speech from Washington. However, many previous diplomatic dispatches and protocols exchanged were only fraudulent machinations that did not produce any results of any kind, such as a necessary written treaty with necessary corresponding declarations by the American leadership or NATO. Everything points to the fact that with every new leadership of the USA, the time of a new writing of history between America and Russia arises, whereby always and without exception, a new provocation of an evil war event and thus a new current dilemma of the fear of the peoples begins. This time, however, the threat of nuclear weapons will be running in the background, making reference to diplomatic conciliation all the more difficult and, when it becomes public, shocking the peoples of the world. Militarily, however, the USA will see to it that with NATO’s eastward expansion, everything will not be reflected in the media as it corresponds to reality, so that the USA will look clean worldwide and be erroneously judged as good by the peoples, while in reality America and NATO are inciting all states against Russia and branding it as the bad guys and thus willing to provoke a war. Threats from the entire West full of ultimatums and sanctions up to troop mobilisations of NATO allies sending military forces to the member countries illegally and untrustingly affiliated to Russia – of course steered by the USA – are coming to bear the longer the more and leave Russia no choice but to defend itself all the more.

What the US Secretary of State and Genscher had verbally assured Russia on 2 February 1990 in the context of the reunification of Germany at the Security Conference in Munich is today denied by the Americans and declared null and void. Even Genscher declared before he passed away, “We betrayed Russia”. George F. Kennan, US diplomat and historian, who was also the originator of the US doctrine of ‘containment of communism’, said it even more sharply in 1997, when he described the eastward enlargement of NATO as a ‘fatal error’ and later even let it be known in a circle of confidants that Russia had been deceived. But America, resp. the leaders and powerful of America, do not care, because they want to realise their plans of world domination with all means of intrigue.

George Kennan is one of the most important American strategists and geopoliticians. Early on, he recognised the risks associated with NATO’s eastward enlargement and warned with foresight that it represented a ‘tragic mistake’ that could one day bring about a ‘terrible reaction by Russia’.

He expressed his views on the planned eastward enlargement of NATO through the following particularly critical statement in an interview for the newspaper ‘New York Times’ published on 2.5.1998:

“I think this is the beginning of a new Cold War. I think the Russians will start to react quite negatively and that will affect their policy. I think this is a tragic mistake. There was no reason at all for this step. Nobody threatened anybody. This expansion would have the founding fathers of this country turning in their graves. ‘We have committed ourselves to protect a whole range of countries even though we have neither the means nor the intention to do so seriously.’ (NATO expansion) was simply a reckless action by a Senate that has no real interest in foreign affairs. What disturbs me is how superficial and ill-informed the whole Senate debate was. I was particularly disturbed by the references to Russia as a country eager to attack Western Europe.”

That the eastward expansion of NATO sought by the US government after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the dissolution of the Soviet Union was a mistake – because it corresponded to a breach of word vis-à-vis Russia, which was seen and received by public opinion as well as by Russia’s leaders as a serious violation of the agreements, and that this was never officially recognised on the part of the Russian government, as is incorrectly said by several sides and journalists, but was tolerated with reluctance during the Yeltsin era, when Russia was economically down and practically became a corrupt oligarch state, and was later opposed during Putin’s time – is, by the way, also claimed by the former First Mayor of Hamburg and former Minister of Education and Research and SPD politician Klaus von Donanyi.

Even the then US ambassador to Moscow and now CIA director Burns, quoted by Klaus von Donanyi in a television interview, has stated the following: “NATO enlargement was a superfluous provocation by the West.”

Before the outbreak of the war between Russia and Georgia in 2008, the US had pumped massive amounts of money and weapons into Georgia to build a strategic bridgehead in the South Caucasus, with the aim of pressuring Georgia’s pro-American president to join NATO, which he would also have liked to do. At the NATO summit in Bucharest in 2008, the admission of Georgia and Ukraine to NATO was on the agenda. This was promoted by the then US President G. W. Bush, but Germany and France resisted because they feared a harsh reaction from Russia. Therefore, a big fight about it among allies was to be avoided. Finally, the NATO partners found a compromise, according to which no official admission procedure was to be initiated by the Alliance, but a declaration of principle was confined to, based on the unification formula, according to which Georgia and Ukraine ‘should become members of NATO’, which enabled Bush to save face.

Also a heavyweight and a grey eminence of American politics such as the multiple Secretary of State and advisor on national security to various US presidents, Henry Kissinger, was critical of NATO’s eastward expansion to Ukraine in an article published in 2014. Among other things, it reads:

And further, in the same article, he wrote: “For the West, the demonisation of Vladimir Putin is not a policy, but an alibi for the absence of a policy.”

And also the following about Ukraine and NATO: “Ukraine should not join NATO, a position I took seven years ago when this issue was last raised.”

And in a television interview with Charlie Rose, also broadcast in 2014, Kissinger warned against treating Russia (the world’s most extensive landmass with the largest arsenal of nuclear warheads) as a pariah nation and an outcast.

Kissinger, now 99, in a conversation at this year’s Davos World Economic Forum (end of May 2022), again warned NATO against intervening in the Ukraine war and seeking to defeat Russia, saying that Russia’s position of power in Europe should not be underestimated. He also advised the Ukrainian side to enter into negotiations as soon as possible ‘before there is turmoil and tension, which cannot be easily overcome’.

But his warnings, just like those of the old German Chancellor Helmut Schmidt, were thrown to the wind and even met with indignation.

It is also worth mentioning some of the statements made by former Chancellor Helmut Schmidt, who died in 2016, regarding the situation in Ukraine at the time and the relationship of EU countries with Russia, who, unlike today’s European rulers and stupid arms suppliers playing with fire, had personally witnessed the horrors of war. In a newspaper interview, he accused the EU Commission of megalomania because of its claim to want to annex the ethnically and linguistically divided Ukraine, which was later torn apart by civil war, and Georgia to the EU. He also said that the EU had no business there. With the following truthful words, he denounced the grave mistake committed by the EU bureaucrats and dictators when the pro-Russia President Yanukovych was in power in Ukraine: “You are giving Ukraine the apparent choice of having to decide between West and East. An assured neutrality of Ukraine, between the West and Russia, is now seen as a possible way out of the war.”

The pragmatic and very sober former Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany from Hamburg also warned of an imminent war between NATO countries and Russia. The following words of his thus sound prophetic today and, as was the case with all true prophets and truth-tellers and is also the case today with the very last herald Billy Eduard Albert Meier, were completely ignored by the EU wannabe statesmen and remote-controlled sleepwalkers: “I do not believe in talking up a Third World War, and certainly not in demands for more money for NATO armaments. But the danger of the situation getting worse, as it did in August 1914, is growing by the day.”

As the far-sighted, experienced and wise former Chancellor Schmidt, as well as recently the aforementioned von Donanyi, have noted, history unfortunately seems to be repeating itself somehow, as the completely deluded and misguided European state powers – whose foreign policy is now controlled entirely from outside (namely from Kiev and Washington) without their knowledge – are at it, just as in the tragic summer of 1914, they are sleepwalking into the hellish abyss of world war – which now threatens to become nuclear – and, like in the fairy tale of the Pied Piper of Hamelin, they are gathering behind them the populations they misgovern, ignorant and trusting in, and like an incapable and obedient flock of sheep or rats, they can be dragged into the abyss with them if they do not soon wake up from their collective hypnosis and finally recognise the effective reality and its truth:

If it comes to that, which unfortunately becomes more and more probable every day because of the stupid, fire-dangerous and highly irresponsible way of acting of the European state powers, the US government and NATO, a hellish nuclear war will break out, which among other things will lead to the almost total devastation of Europe, whereby Germany will be hit very hard, as the following prophecy received from the PETALE spirit level of BEAM on 19.11.1981 at 17:28 hrs states, which must be considered:

Europe is sinking into ashes and embers, the blood of men is running in the sands, the third world fire rages and rages, a work of madness – praised by evil. Death is rampant by the millions, the human beings rampant without mercy. It is war – the third world fire, conjured up by human hands; by religion, cult, here, hatred and might, because Earth-humans only laugh at love. Political greed for power and cult religion, since time immemorial, have made a mockery of truth by now triggering the war in 666 – the sign of evil. Irresponsible the world powers turn it, that the Europeans see the world fire, by which the countries and lives die, when thundering atomic fires burn. The mighty of the world powers, they play, whereby the subjects lose their lives. The powerful hide in safe bunkers, while the subjects sleep unprotected, thus doomed to die; but the powerful survive in the bunker light. They, the great ones of the world, play poker for might, and every one of them laughs in their fists, because together they are throwing down the deadly fire, in peace-seeking Earth, as today, for Earth’s efforts for peace, which has long been sought on earth. Many nuclear deaths will fall across Europe as chemical and bacterial bombs drop. Radioactive radiation destroys much life, under neutron waves the lands tremble; slow deaths spread agonisingly, passing over days, months and years; but even more manifold deaths walk about, and Europe slowly becomes empty of human beings, because the powerful, the irresponsible, do not give away their own country to war, but far from their homeland in Europaland, quench their power lords in the third world fire. Thus Europe becomes the plaything of power when the death of world conflagration laughs, when the powerful in safe places, hear reports of victory and downfall, about Europe and the human beings who die.

And also the following prophecy also from the PETALE level, received by BEAM on the 19th November 1981 at 17:45 hrs, contains an important message and warning regarding the dark and deathly clouds lurking on the horizon of Europe:

Human beings mercilessly driven to very evil deaths as already described two thousand years ago; through politics, religion and other delusions; third world conflagration, cult and politician plan. Soon world conflagration will glow in Europe, and every non-war day is already expensive. The time of peace is only short, for soon the world conflagration will spread, mercilessly destroying everything and beguiling life with death. Europe, the main point of the power fairs, is devoured by the mighty of the world, who desire this part of the world as a battlefield, so that their own countries may stand without destruction. On the head of Europe at all times, the mighty smash their hatchet of war, and while Europe perishes in the fire, new lust for power craves in the mighty, so also other parts of Mother Earth are subjected to their might and greed. Human beings, time is rushing to the fire, and you are already on the edge of the world fire, change the might of the mighty quickly, otherwise you will soon be sleeping in death.

As a close ally of the USA and the second largest arms supplier to Ukraine, the UK, whose governments have been at the forefront of Russophobia, constant agitation and intrigue against Russia for some time, plays a particularly inglorious role as a warmonger against Russia. It is therefore worth reading what has been prophetically communicated from the PETALE level regarding the fate of Britain should the third (but indeed fourth) world conflagration occur, to which the island’s state powers are making no small contribution. The following words of wisdom and warning to the powerful and the human beings ear shouting pro and hurrah for them:

It is shaken the island kingdom up north, in the Atlantic Empire. In the year of the evil, black time, when death lies ready en masse to wipe out great and small, making the Earth a shrine of the dead. The crown wavers as evil wages, as the work and deeds of cult religion, and politics also plays a role, destroying the good island shore. The crown falls and breaks, the House of Windsor is in pieces. The island kingdom is shaken; bones are now brittle and pale; royalty – it has fallen; of it only legends still swirl. (…)

(…) Part of Scotland is sinking into the sea as a gigantic tidal wave sweeps in over the sea. High as a mountain, it sweeps everything underneath it, destroying and killing, causing various islands to sink into the wild waters and part of the mainland to be swept into the sea. A horrible work of human hands, thrown into the sea as an elemental bomb before England’s arts.

Considering that Russia actually has a weapons system known as Poseidon, which is capable of radioactively devastating entire coastal areas through underwater nuclear drones and flooding them with large artificially generated tidal waves, this prophetic message sounds anything but an unrealistic horror story.

Among the new intrigues forged against the Russian government by the British secret services and the ruling elite of the kingdom is the so-called Skripal affair, for which Putin has been blamed by the British and generally Western media as well as most top politicians. But, as explained in the following excerpt from the 706th Plejaren Contact Report on 4th April 2018, the reality is not as it seems:

What the warmongering British Prime Minister did in the framework of the G7 meeting in Bavaria, when he jokingly asked his counterparts to take off their clothes to show that they are tougher than Putin by displaying their supposed pectoral muscles, is particularly grotesque and shows whose brainchild he is.

This in itself ridiculous or grotesque scene proves that the state powers behave like little children playing war and do not perceive and understand at all how highly dangerous their war game with nuclear fire is.

If one is honest, neutral, objective and capable of thinking and looks at the facts and events of the last 20 years, carefully analyses them and interprets them correctly, one cannot help but notice that Russia has been gradually and increasingly encircled and provoked by the US-led NATO, be it through constant military exercises of NATO forces in the Eastern European countries, in the Baltic states bordering Russia, as well as in Ukraine. This happened, by the way, as stated recently by the Plejaren, who, on the basis of accurate research, have stated that both by planning, financing and implementing so-called colour revolutions in some former Soviet republics, such as Ukraine, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, etc., with the aim of bringing about changes of government and bringing vassal governments of the USA and NATO to power, as well as the stationing of weapons systems, missile shields, etc., in the territory of some former Eastern bloc countries, on the territory of some former Eastern Bloc countries – which are also capable of launching nuclear missiles, although it is claimed that these are only for missile defence – NATO troops, military bases, air bases, as well as nuclear warheads have been installed in the above-mentioned countries of the former Warsaw Pact, which has actually happened and is happening to an even greater extent since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war. And the hidden but obvious purpose of the whole thing was to move NATO forces, missiles and weapon systems closer and closer to the Russian borders and Moscow in order to be able to launch a nuclear first strike against the Russian capital and other Russian targets and military installations in case of emergency, so that the enemy is at the mercy of the missile strike due to the too short time to be able to detect and repel the nuclear missiles coming towards him. In other words, this was in fact nothing more than a planned aggressive expansionist policy in preparation for a future war against Russia, waged by NATO, the US elites and the US intelligence services in a secret and official manner, to be launched by any means and aimed at to overcome the stiff resistance of the Russian government to the USA’s world domination ambitions, to take the giant country of Russia under its thumb and make it a vassal state of the USA-dominated West and to exploit its vast, diverse and valuable earth resources, including those located underground in the Arctic Sea.

The USA and its Western vassals are not at all concerned with democracy, freedom and the defence of Ukraine’s sovereignty and the fate of its people, contrary to what the US, NATO and media propaganda babble on like a mantra – according to the motto: “Repeat a lie often enough and it will be believed” – but solely with the geopolitical, strategic, military and economic interests, goals and world power claims of the official American and dark governments. That this is so can be seen from the consequences of the wars waged by the USA and NATO over the last 25-30 years (in Serbia, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, etc.), which were also lying. ), which were also justified with lies in the name of the above-mentioned beautiful and good-sounding values and principles, whereas what was brought about as a result of these wars in the respective countries and left behind as a result is only death in millions, mass destruction of civilian goods, cities, homes and infrastructures, environmental poisoning, severe to fatal diseases due to the use of depleted uranium munitions, widespread corruption of local puppet governments and officials installed by the West, uncontrolled massive arms traffic and trafficking, political and social destabilisation, civil wars, increasing poverty, national and international terrorism, and drug and human trafficking, namely exactly the opposite of what the US and NATO lying propaganda claims in order to sweep their own filth under the carpet. But the truth is not recognised by the unfortunately less and less thinking human beings, despite the constant misinformation spread by corrupt and untrustworthy media and the censorship reports by self-proclaimed ‘factcheckers’, who not infrequently cooperate with and are paid and supported by some US think tanks and institutions and authorities linked to NATO, the CIA, and the EU. The whole thing has taken on a newer, subtle and penetrating form of censorship and manipulation of the public in the name of a supposed objectivity and factual knowledge claimed by these ‘factcheckers’, although they themselves, consciously or not, take at face value and declare and disseminate as solid and indisputable truth much false, unverified information manipulated by NATO and intelligence war propaganda.

When one considers a whole series of wars waged by the USA and its unworthy ass-kissers, especially after the Second World War (which, by the way, could only be won thanks to the heroic and enormous resistance and sacrifice of some 27 million human beings among the civilian population and soldiers of the then Soviet Union, which is often deliberately forgotten by the USA and its allies), then you can see that they did not win a single one of them, although they sometimes succeeded in militarily conquering some foreign territories for a certain period of time because they were superior to their opponents in terms of weapons technology and war machinery.

It is enough to recall the course and outcome of the US wars in Korea, Vietnam and Afghanistan to realise that the US is actually often the loser in the short, medium and/or long term of its wars launched because of its world power interests and claims, despite its unbelievably and uniquely high military budget and the vast sums of money it invests in weapons, which is in no comparison to any other state on Earth. Furthermore, the American governments have brought to power, financed and militarily supported murderous dictators both in the Middle East and in Latin America, some of whom have subsequently taken a different course and pursued their own paths, contrary to American interests and goals, so that the Americans have lost control of their creatures, i.e., the powers they used to support. i.e. the rulers they used to support, and then declared them great enemies of US America (and not infrequently compared them to Hitler), fought them belligerently and killed them to ensure that they took their uncomfortable secrets and sordid affairs with US America to the grave. Saddam Hussein, Gaddafi and Osama Bin Laden, to name but the best-known examples, come to mind.

In the case of the Afghanistan war and the subsequent twenty-year military occupation of the country by the USA and its allies, it was in fact the case that despite two decades of fighting by the US and NATO forces against the Taliban and other guerrilla groups and the supply of an enormous amount of weapons to the corrupt government installed and financially supported by the USA, as well as the waste of about eight thousand billion dollars, the Americans and their NATO allies had to stand idly by last summer as the entire country was conquered in a very short time and the Taliban came to power with astonishing speed. The Taliban, by the way, as well as other terrorist groups, seized all the costly and dangerous weapons arsenals that could not be brought to safety by US soldiers as a result of the hasty and sloppy escape of the Americans. This was a great embarrassment for the US government and the incumbent president before the world public. But it may also be that this is why they wanted to withdraw the troops as quickly as possible in order to send them elsewhere, namely to the so-called NATO eastern flank, because another war was planned by the dark government, but the public – as is always the case – should have the impression that the blame did not lie with the US government, but solely with the enemy, who let loose a supposedly unprovoked war.

The example of the Afghanistan debacle clearly shows the strategic incompetence and ignorance of the real situation on the ground, the debacle of the intelligence work as well as the arrogant overestimation of one’s own possibilities on the part of the US governments, generals and presidential advisors who think they are more powerful than they are and whose military operations only create great disasters and never solve problems. Technological and military superiority is no guarantee of victory, as the defeat of the USA in the Vietnam War proves.

It is interesting to mention what the Pope said some time ago in an interview published in the European journals of the Jesuit Order regarding NATO and its attitude towards Russia, because this counters the narratives propagated and dominated by the media. The following is a summary of the most important contents (original quotes from the German version are given in inverted commas):

The Pope has accused the West, and NATO in particular, of helping to cause Russia’s war against Ukraine, or in any case of failing to prevent it.

The head of the Catholic Church also spoke of a meeting “with a head of state who speaks very little but is very wise”. And this head of state had been “very concerned about the development of NATO” because “they are barking at the gates of Russia and do not understand that the Russians are imperial and do not allow any foreign might to approach them. The situation could lead to war.”

Further still, at the meeting with the Pope, said to have taken place a few months before the outbreak of war, the head of state “recognised the portents of what was then to take place.”

Also worth mentioning is Francis’ assertion denouncing the widespread black-and-white attitude to the war in Ukraine, as well as its correspondingly naïve portrayal, according to which “like in the fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf, a distinction is made in an abstract and metaphysical way between good and evil”.

Lastly, he dismissed the possible accusation that could be directed at him as a result of the interview of taking sides with the Russian president, adding in this regard that he was against “reducing the complexity to that between good guys and bad guys without thinking about the roots and interests, which are very complex.” The above is also noteworthy because, based on Plejaren observations and contact report details to that effect, it is known that the incumbent Pope reads FIGU materials and information with interest.

The narratives propagated by the mainstream media repeatedly tell us that Russia has been pursuing an aggressive expansionist policy for years and plans to intensify it, aiming to somehow partially reconstruct the former Soviet Union and therefore posing a threat to European security, with some countries in Eastern Europe such as Moldova, the Baltic States or Georgia in the Caucasus region likely to be invaded by Russian troops. The alleged invasion of Crimea and its annexation in 2014 as well as the war against Georgia (2008) are cited as evidence for this thesis. But is this really the case? In the following, some facts, facts and events are to be presented without comment as food for thought, so that everyone can get an idea about it and answer the question “Who is threatening whom?” for themselves through their own reflection.

Russia does not belong to any international military alliance, although it participates in various cooperation projects and joint military exercises in this field with Belarus, Syria, Venezuela, Iran and China.

There are approximately 240 NATO military bases in Europe, most of which are US bases. 160 of these are facilities that cover more than 40,000 square metres each and house more than 200 personnel.

The two European countries with the most NATO and US military bases on their territory are Italy with over 100 (home to about 12,600 troops, with 20 nuclear warheads each stationed at Aviano and Ghedi, and another 70,000 US troops to be added from June 2022) and Germany with about 40, although the exact number of these cannot be precisely defined. There are currently 35,000 US troops on German territory.

Before the outbreak of war, there were a total of 60,000 US soldiers on European US and NATO bases. After the outbreak of war, the number has risen to over 100,000. The trend is upwards.

The total number of known US military bases worldwide is between 750 and 800 in more than 70 countries, but if you also count the unofficial or secret bases, they could be even more numerous.

In second place is the UK with 145 bases.

Until a year ago, there were about 75,000 American troops stationed in Europe, but according to a report from the Pentagon in March 2022, this figure is expected to rise to 100,000 in the course of this year.

And a few weeks ago, during the NATO summit in Madrid, it was announced that the United States intends to deploy up to 300,000 troops in Europe and especially in the Eastern European NATO countries in the near future (of course, such a thing is being done to protect Europe from a Russian invasion, i.e. it is supposed to have a deterrent effect; whoever should think that this represents a massive NATO force build-up, to be understood as a deployment and mobilisation for war with Russia, is mistaken or has got it quite correct. It depends).

In Deveselu (Romania), the NATO Aegis Ashore Missle Defence Site is taking place, namely a military installation whose task is to detect or locate, track, intercept and destroy on approach any ballistic missiles that are outside the atmosphere and approaching NATO’s European airspace within the framework of a NATO missile defence programme called European Phased Adaptive Approach (EPAA). There are about 200 troops there, but these are expected to grow to 500, and the whole system, operating from 2016, is under the command of the US 6th Fleet.

Another missile defence base is the Stolp-Reitz (Słupsk-Redzikowo) military airfield in Poland.

The Moscow government has criticised this programme from the outset because it was and is of the opinion that, contrary to the claims of NATO representatives that it is a purely defensive, i.e. defence-oriented, defence system, this facility can be converted to launch missiles and therefore poses a potential military threat to Russia.

When the military installation was still under construction, the Russian side stated that countermeasures would be taken to ensure national security. In December 2015, it was stated by Sergei Karakayev, then commander-in-chief of Moscow’s missile department, that “the strategic missile system installed by the Americans is by no means capable of countering and repelling a consistent attack on our part” and the following was added by him: “We have weapons capable of destroying the entire Deveselu facility in one fell swoop.”

Outside its own territory, Russia has a total of 21 to 25 military bases, in the following countries: Armenia, Belarus, Transnistria (a region in Moldova), South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Syria, Egypt, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Vietnam.

According to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute in 2021, the annual military state expenditure of the US is $778 billion, or 3.7% of GDP, the highest in the world, accounting for 39% of the total military budget of all states in the world.

Russia is fourth in the world with $61.7 billion, or 4.3% of its GDP.

In Europe, the countries with the highest military spending are: UK with 68.4 billion, Germany with 52.8 billion and France with 52.7 billion.

As a result of the war in Ukraine, all NATO member states have decided, corresponding to the US request, that each member state must invest at least 2% of its GDP annually in defence spending. The German Chancellor recently announced that he would not only increase the arms budget by at least 2% of GDP, but would spend an additional 100 billion euros on rearmament.

In 2021, NATO’s 30 member states spent a total of $1050 billion on the arms budget, up from $1030 the previous year. The USA has a 70% share of the total military expenditure of NATO countries. Since 2014, NATO arms spending has steadily increased by almost 30%.

In conclusion, Russian military spending in 2021 represented a 6% share compared to that of NATO.

In 2021, the US is estimated to have spent about $450 million on military support for Ukraine, according to Pentagon spokesman John Kirby, and more than $8.7 billion has been spent on it since 2014, according to the Congressional Research Service.

According to the New York Times, total US government spending on Ukraine since the start of the war, which includes both aid packages and arms deliveries, will amount to $54 billion by the end of May 2022. Of this, the military portion is said to account for about 40% of the total. In mid-June, the US government announced another billion dollars for military assistance. It is also known that the US Army, the US National Guard and military advisers and instructors from other NATO countries have been training, supporting and mentoring the Ukrainian armed forces on strategic aspects of military doctrine for years, even before the current war, through the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine, established in 2015.

American nuclear weapons are stored in the following European and NATO countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy (outside Europe they are also located in Turkey). It remains to be seen whether such weapons are or will also be secretly stationed in other countries on the continent, for example in Eastern Europe, the Baltic States or Northern Europe. It is estimated that there are between 150 and 200 nuclear warheads, either from US fighter-bombers or also from European countries participating in NATO’s so-called ‘sharing’, i.e. deploying or dropping them as mentioned above. The locations of these nuclear weapons are kept secret. According to a military expert named Jeffrey Lewis, the secrecy of the locations is not so much to protect the stored weapons, but mainly to protect NATO allies from sensitive, uncomfortable and explosive issues. For in this context, the question would have to be answered, for example, whether it is legitimate today from a legal point of view, on the basis of partly secret NATO agreements, to station US nuclear warheads on European territory, the safety of which is questioned by some experts, whereby the European states have de facto no sovereign rights over US military bases on their territory, since these installations are effectively regarded by the USA as its own territory, although the official version is that the bases have merely been handed over to US forces for use for an indefinite period. This is, of course, a very controversial issue. As far as the official legal situation in Germany is concerned in this regard, a few years ago a briefing note was published by the German Bundestag (on 26 June 2018) on the status of US military bases in Germany, which reads, among other things, the following:

According to the Federation of American Scientists (FAS), the US government is to modernise Lakenheath Air Base in the UK to make it capable of storing B61-12 nuclear bombs. So US nuclear weapons will soon return to the UK as well. It should not be forgotten that until the early 1990s, 110 B61 nuclear bombs were stationed in underground storage at Lakenheath. On 11/4/2022, the FAS website stated that “US Department of Defence documents show that NATO has added the UK to the list of sites used as US nuclear weapons storage facilities that are in the process of being renewed. The documents do not specify which facility is involved, but it is understood to be RAF Lakenheath air base, which is about 10km northwest of London.” The British military installation is preparing to become “the first US airbase in Europe equipped with F35A nuclear-capable fighter aircraft. This is the fifth generation of fighter-bombers, with a total of 24 of them to be stationed there. It is envisaged by the US Air Force that the nuclear-capable air combat units in Europe will be trained within the next year to carry the new B6112 guided nuclear bomb, the serial production of which will begin from May 2022.” The upgraded B61-12 nuclear bomb, classified as non-strategic and produced by Sandia National Laboratories in the US, which will soon be stored in various US bases on European territory, is a nuclear warhead with four power options that can be selected depending on the target to be destroyed. It is not dropped vertically like the B61 bomb, but at a certain distance from the target, to which it is directed by satellite. Since it has the ability to penetrate underground and explode in depth, it can be used to destroy bunkers as well as to attack enemy territory by a nuclear first strike. Last but not least, the NATO leadership is planning to extend the so-called ‘nuclear sharing’ to countries on the Alliance’s eastern flank and in particular to some countries bordering Ukraine, namely Poland and Romania. Poland has been applying for some time for the transfer of US nuclear weapons stationed in Büchel (Germany) to its territory. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told a conference in Berlin on 19 November 2021 that “the shared responsibility and disposal of nuclear weapons in Europe is immensely important for NATO”. Nuclear sharing was “for Germany and Europe a place at the table where decisions are made. (…) Germany can of course decide whether or not to have nuclear weapons in its own country. As an alternative, however, we could station nuclear weapons in other countries in Europe, also to the east of Germany.”

It cannot be ruled out that possibly the three foreign groups, whose flying apparatuses have been sighted from time to time in the skies of Earth for several decades, sometimes also by military or civilian sighting apparatuses, are also observing with concern what is happening with regard to the Russian-Ukrainian war and what is happening on Earth with regard to the possible and threatened use of nuclear weapons. For it is well known – as also evidenced by the numerous knowledge, files, reports and photographs collected by the late USAF Lt. Col. Wendelle Stevens – that during the Cold War so-called UFOs, in fact Earth-foreign flying objects, were repeatedly sighted over military nuclear facilities, nuclear missile silos as well as missile launch pads, and that these were temporarily and mysteriously disabled and no longer under the control of Earth’s military.
