To always strive towards the perpetual development of one’s own good moral and ethical character for the benefit of oneself, the fellow human beings, and all the life of the fauna and flora, the Earth itself with its mountains and rivers, streams, forests and wetlands, oceans and savannahs etc. and the entire creational Universe, is the evolutive duty of all human beings within the Creation Universal Consciousness.
Loving-kindness, considerateness, willingness to help others, empathy, balance, harmony, diligence, steadfastness, ethic, morality, peacefulness, warmth, honesty, patience, tolerance, openness, cooperation, friendliness, clarity, truth-striving, wisdom-striving, joyfulness, calmness, compassion, understanding, modesty, virtuousness, duty to oneself and others, hygiene, nature-connectedness, thoughtfulness, goodness, love, freedom, meditation, discipline, reliability, humour, care, foresight, equality, collaboration, camaraderie etc. etc. are just a few characteristics and virtues one should strive for in one’s life, for the evolution of the consciousness.
The book “Die Art zu leben”, “The Way to Live” by Billy Eduard Albert Meier (BEAM) contains many jewels of wisdom and is full of outstanding advice for a good and creational way of life such as this from page 40 of the German version:
93) Wahrheit, Wissen, Tugenden, Ehrfurcht, Ehrerweisung, Anstand und Respekt bleiben niemals allein, denn wohin ein Mensch auch geht, der diese Werte sein eigen nennen kann, wird er stets Freunde, Liebe, und Gleichgesinnte finden.
93) Truth, knowledge, virtues, deference, honour, decency and respect never remain alone, because wherever a human being goes, who can call these values their own, will always find friends, love, and like-minded ones.

But since the three letters did not reach their destination, because they were misappropriated by your confidants and not delivered to the recipients, everything dissolved before even a first statement could have been made by the leaders of the time, in the USA Carter and then Reagan, in the Soviet Union Brezhnev, in China Ye Jianying.
So is this still possible to do this with Russia (CR 117- proclamation letter) since nothing was ever delivered to Russian president( it’s not their fault that they did not received any letter)?
It seems like Billy and Ptah etc. have high confidence in what Putin is doing. He’s much smarter guy than Brezhnev. Knows good value when he sees it.
