I am a skeptic. I have to try to understand, through all the flying saucer pictures, and being in a space craft himself. Why doesn’t he have actual photos of these extraterrestrial beings instead of drawings? And also why did these aliens write President Carter a letter, instead of just appearing to him and having conversation if they truly wanted to help humanity. For that matter, why are they not making themselves known to humanity if it is we who are to make changes to save our earth, and humanity?
Trisha Peterson, to be ‘a skeptic’ is understandable, but, should you permit yourself to do more of an in depth study of the Meier information, you would likely come to a point where your own questions render invaluable answers.

Actually there are several photos. One was stolen and there is a reward for it

The other photos with Menara and the laser pistol show a black female with a gold suit. Billy cut off the face for security reasons.

The other photos may be Ptaah or Quetzal but they are wearing masks or helmets and you cant see the faces. This was one of the known fakes or falsely implanted photos Billy got back from Contact 31. But there are photo realistic sketches of all the main Plejaren done just this past year as you mentioned.
b. These aliens wrote a letter to President Carter and the deal was Billy has to be the middle man. There were other terms of the non negotiable deal for world peace. The only responses Billy got back were requests and ideas that would change the original deal, so the deal was eventually taken off the table.
c. They aren’t making themselves OPENLY known, because they know that not all people can handle the truth right now. Just look at all the comments on REDACTED about fallen angels. The Plejaren don’t want to be worshipped as gods or angels (again) and say over and over that they cant directly interfere with us, UNLESS our world leaders requested it. And they didn’t. Our government leaders don’t want peace. It’s obvious.
