He also expressed his astonishment when he read about what people spend money on. “After food, clothing and medicine,” he said, “the fourth item is cosmetics and the fifth is pets. That’s serious.”
In fact, for an “environmental pope,” Francis seems to think that people pay altogether too much attention to pets.
“Care for pets is like programmed love,” he said. “I can program the loving response of a dog or a cat, and I don’t need the experience of a human, reciprocal love.”
The Pope said this kind of trade-off is “worrisome.”
Now if the Pope would just fess up to the whole thing, acknowledge where these “new” ideas are coming from, take off the Halloween costume and simply tell people that they’d be much better off studying the spiritual teaching and Billy Meier’s information, etc., it wouldn’t take another 800 years to turn this mess around.
The Pope does seem to be reading the Meier material because of his comments regarding the world’s environment among other things of importance and I’m sure the Vatican isn’t very happy about.But it’s kind of a pay off for the church to not be destroyed although it is past the point of no return.
Sometimes it’s gets so tiring watching kids swimming around in the shallow end of the pool when there’s so much more in the deep end.

MH, would you happen to know what percentage of the global pop we need to “start” studying the Spiritual Teachings to shorten the 800 year prediction? Would the law of diffusion of innovation apply here (16% or more)? Do we know what percentage are studying it now? Also, is staying enough or do we require a more meaningful practice to shorten that number? Lastly, if the 800 year mark is a “prediction” and not a “prophesy”, can we really shorten it? I could Not be with you more on this issue. To think of how many more life times I would have to come back to this Religious, corporate and government suppressed controls is very disheartening. Another 800 years of this same old suppressed Dance is Not acceptable. I see No gain In spiritual growth having to come back here under the same pathetic restricted controls. They continually destroy peoples lives whom find physical evidence that is contrary to the Religious False Belief system that is place today. Is this what you really want to come back to. This is a transparent, desperate survival gambit, in my opinion.
The fact of the matter is that the church is losing credibility, membership, and relevance.
I am fairly sure that they have done their calculations, and know that a large proportion of their believers are dying of old age faster than new converts are joining.
So, like an aging fashion model, they are changing their clothes to whatever is popular this year, in the hope that they can in some way regain sway over the minds of the people that they wish to abuse.
How can anyone take these people seriously when they speak about human wellbeing, given that they own weapons manufactories, indoctrinate people with ideas that cripple them mentally, actively foster/profit from war and other modes of injustice all over the planet, sexually abuse children or protect members of their order that do so etc?
This pseudo concern is like a serial killer halfway through a murder taking a few minutes off to give their victims tips about a healthy diet. I find it offensive.
Let hope the Pope isn’t connected with one of those groups who have terrestrial beams ships and they don’t try and pull off a “fake alien invasion” as mentioned in the notes. That would surely make people run to GOD.
