Prominent scientists, like Elon Musk and Stephen Hawking, are now expressing concern that, “ it is only a matter of time before the weapons end up in the hands of terrorists and warlords,” referring to the dangers of robotic weapons. So people who make and utilize these weapons aren’t “terrorists and warlords” at least in some people’s eyes?
Gee, read a little farther, fellas, and you’ll find this information in the Henoch Prophecies, from 1987:

- Not only nuclear, biological and chemical weapons will be used en masse, but also enormously deadly systems of computer-controlled weapons that are only in the beginning stages of development today, or will be invented and constructed during the third millennium.
A read of Contact 251 will also shed light on the past history and future perils for the human race, as foreseen by Billy Meier. Perhaps it’s a glimpse of where the techno-toy trend and mindless preoccupation with transhumanism is leading humanity, since we insist on following the wisdom-less path of materialism, instead of the evolution of consciousness.

In my opinion the “computer weapons” prophesied by Henoch are already in existence, namely DRONES, which could indeed by hacked – and probably already have been. Note the drone that recently went down over Iraq due to unknown or unreported causes.

On the other hand, Nokodemion is reported to have used a robotic army to quell the fanatical galactic empire in his day, so these technologies, like GMO, are not all bad and probably cannot be entirely stopped, but should only be regulated.
In my opinion, the most dangerous weapons that may be used in WWIV are those that can trigger natural disasters, which were developed in the USA and the Soviet Union in the 1970s and 1980s, perfected in the 1990s, and could indeed trigger “the worst disaster ever” in North America, i.e. a tsunami on the west coast and on the east coast, firestorms destroying the Corn Belt, a hurricane on the east coast, etc, all around the same time.
Nokodemion apparently possessed the kind of knowledge, wisdom and consciousness that is simply nowhere to be found among current leaders.

Well, since drones are already becoming a major tool of war worldwide, thanks to the USA which is on the forefront of their use, I recommend that they be used sparingly and rationally, and regulated by international convention just as are nuclear weapons. In my opinion, the heretofore use of drones has been excessive, and may have sowed yet more hatred of the USA by collateral damage, etc.
Also, with regard to weather-weapons, while these are real, there is no need to invoke conspiratorial theories in regard to these. The cause and effect is simple and true as it is: somewhat juvenile pyromaniac scientists develop the weapons, and these are then abused by paranoiac politicians, as also happened with nukes (note: paranoid Stalin, paranoid Reagan, etc). Curiously the politicians themselves seem to have been paranoid conspiracy-theorists – an interesting psychological observation to consider.

Prophecies, unlike predicitons, are alrterable to a point. Their purpose is in fact so that people will awaken change to a positive course. I think Meier laready said that things mya indeed have changed re this pope.

Some will argue that Pope Benedict is still “Pope”. Francis could die before him, therefore we still might have another Pope which will be the “Petrus Romanus” . You see, if anyone at all coerced Pope Benedict to resign, according to Canon Law (church law) his resignation is not valid. This means that Pope Francis is not really Pope. Some in the church are arguing about it and I’m not sure it’s clear yet whether anyone had a hand in forcing Pope Benedict to resign.

This would appear to reference the already created clones working in top secret areas: those that have been supposed — erroneously — to be aliens, but who are in all probability just terrestrially cloned cyborgs or androids, developed from the androids retrieved over half a century ago back in the 1940s and 50s.
Chris, the clones are probably just supersoldiers, i.e. genetically engineered people that are specifically made as psychopathic as possible. By cloned, perhaps is meant only that the genes are cloned and transferred by gene-therapy to other soldiers. Or, they could be actual clones of physically and mentally “fit” (i.e. physically endurant and mentally psychopathic) soldiers. I doubt that the USA or any other power is sending cherubim or seraphim or alien-looking “reptile-people” or the like to the battlefield! But total psychopaths, absolutely. David, as far as I know the only “super-advanced” secret technologies in existence since the Bafath left Earth are natural-disaster-weapons and “antigravity”-type craft. Anything else is pure speculation if not just plain fantasy. These technologies are not hidden so much because of some nefarious conspiracy, but rather, because they were built by military-oriented corporations and are considered weapons, so non-military applications are neglected in order to gain an advantage over enemy militaries. Yes, that is foolish and there are much more human applications of these technologies, yet what do you think is the reason that these militaries are keeping their tech secret in this wise? I however am cautious about much of the “cattle mutilation” stories. There is a contact where Ptaah states that there have been fake alien-related events of all kinds since the mid 20th century. This could be the source, although still the choice of cattle and the things done to them is perplexing. Coast to Coast AM has an article in the News of the Day for Tuesday July 28th,2015 on Killer AI robots. The article is about the sighning of a petition against theses killer AIs by Elon MUsk, Stephen Hawking and I forgit the third person who signed the petition against theses killer AIs. Check this article out and read if you want to but I wonder if this is also part of the Henoch Prophecy too. I leave you with the article in my next blog if I can find it.
Matthew, I am sure, as you say, they have super soldiers of some stripe and are making or plan to make “improved” versions. They also do have grey androids, however, and these may well be used for their war purposes disguised as a fake alien force. Faced with the real threat of destruction, all the chips are likely to come onto the table in a last desperate bid. These could become really uncontrollable — as could programmed super soldiers — once their masters/programmers are killed, and they would have formidable hidden high tech arsenals at their disposal.
I would not rule out a staged alien invasion, although that was a plan cooked up by the Bafath and there were two different abuses of it in mind, from two different splinter-groups of the Bafath, neither of which have been on Earth since the late 1970s to early 1980s. However, possibly someone still thinks it is a good idea to stage an alien invasion as a way of getting people to cooperate globally against a common threat, etc. If the means is there, then someone is likely to do something with those means. We will just have to wait and see if someone really does go through with it and stage an alien invasion. Yet it might at this point be too costly, in which case maybe something as banal as a single encounter and subsequent shoot-down of a fake alien craft is more likely. This also then would serve the purpose of disclosure of the existence of extraterrestrials to the public.
I don’t recall that the Bafath were planning a staged alien invasion but I do recall Meier saying one could be launched by terrestrial forces, mainly from the US.

Ashtar Sheran wanted to create the impression that “evil” aliens were threatening the Earth, and come in with his followers as the saviour from these “evil reptilians”, etc. To this end, “innumerable” people were hypnotized in order to believe that they had encountered real extraterrestrials, or participated in “reptilian cannibal orgies”, etc. Some were simply programmed to spread certain conspiracy-theories about these “reptilians”, e.g. David Icke, who would then be equated with a certain kind of psychopathic terrestrial human (formerly a main sabotaging tool of Kamagol) as a pretext for their elimination from the human race.
Ashtar Sheran started this plot pretty early on, beginning seminally in 1904, but coming to a dead end of sorts in the 1980s, although the programming continues to have its effects on the population and possibly some are still planning a staged alien invasion.
Basically Ashtar Sheran’s group wanted to settle openly on Earth, and to this end were trying to start a revolution that would eliminate the late Kamagol’s minions.

Michael, it is simply the only logical explanation for the number and dispersion over the world of people claiming to have had encounters with these non-existent aliens, such as Credo Mutwa in Africa (where they were mixed with earlier legends about the ancient Aryans and their bird-/dinosaur-human hybrid cherubim and seraphim), the various people involved in the “Montauk Project”, the various people claiming to have witnessed certain world leaders shapeshifting into reptilians, etc. I think many of them, at least the ones who experienced these things in the 1970s and 1980s, really believe what they “saw”. However, upon closer analysis, the whole thing appears to be a psychological manipulation intended to trigger a certain predator-prey-related fear, while also concealing yet at the same time “revealing”/re-veiling the fact that many political, religious or otherwise “leaders” are actually schizophrenic psychopaths, who in turn have long been used to “infiltrate the ruling classes” in order to take over or destroy entire countries, as was done in Atantis and Mu (see: Contact 70).

I unfortunately had to retranslate this in my own words as I do not think the English translation on futureofmankind truly conveys the meaning of the passage. Basically “reptilians” are an Ashtar Sheran-concocted fiction to conceal however a reality, namely psychopathic human beings used as spies and a kind of human weapon to take over and destroy a country from the inside out. Knowing that Kamagol intended to use these to start a world war, he wanted to “clean them up” with a deception-filled final solution that made them out to be “evil reptilians”.

This subject and all of the comments that followed have hit me like a freight train because, Well, its been on my mind daily and has me a bit concerned.
This subject of super soldiers and pig/human hybrids. Is there a connection between the exposure of Planned Parenthood being busted for harvesting fetuses and surely the stem-cells and DNA with in them ?

Is Jade Helm 15 part of this Henoc prophecies because it sure seems so with all the data that is being recorded by citizens like Dahboo7. The Wal-marts being closed, emptied and guarded by police and or military guards and the barbed wire and such. I have a hard time calling this a conspiracy theory with it being seen and recorded as its happening. Personally what I think Jade Helm is is the US government is preparing for the predicted economical collapse scenario coming in October. Imagine what will happen when they announce that 47 million EBT or food stamp cards are turned off.. Oh MY ! that will not be good. Also along with that possibly the social security checks, disability checks and all government payroll checks are STOPPED.
That could trigger the beginning of the two civil wars that could happen in the US. The civil war between the haves and have-nots. I had a bit of a weird dream about Michael too, but not of the bad variety. I don’t think we’re quite “there” yet with the “living machines” people, unless they come from another alien race that the Plejaren aren’t discussing with us. I fear an invasion of creature-beings from either another dimension or another time, which will wreak havoc on the earth population(s). There’s something weird going on right now too, as only Monday I noticed a strange and threatening “presence” in an otherwise clear and sunny sky above my city. This “presence” could also be felt on Saturday afternoon. Something big is out there and hidden, at least to our one-dimensional sight. I had a feeling that if whatever it is would become visible, it would freaking scare the living daylights out of everybody here. Now on Tuesday it was gone, and today I don’t notice it either. But on Monday evening there was a hell of a storm in Manitoba. . . something unlike anything I ever saw or heard of in Canada, and yesterday there were dark clouds and lightning over Saskatchewan. I wondered whether that “presence” in the sky had anything to do with these storms. . . . I have a strong sense that there is much that the Plejaren aren’t telling us about what’s “going on” out there. . . . .
Also, as a word of caution: our logic and reason must dictate that if time travel is possible in the way that Billy says it is, then anything could appear here out of the past or the future, and this would be nothing that the Plejaren have any control over. . . . they too can only react to what comes!

Someone asks a question: How do you know that an alien “presence” is around? The simple answer for those who are sensitive is that everything about the day or the place will “feel” strange. You will feel like everything around you is somehow changed and nothing is familiar. Also you may feel like everything is potentially coming apart at the seams, and seemingly solid things appear brittle.

There are far too many actually…reasonable explanations for “feeling stange” and a so-called “alien presence” isn’t one of them.
No kidding, I had a feeling like the worst kind of Darth Vader spaceship might be above my city, or something like the Klingons had in the worst Star Trek depictions. . . . .something dark, ugly and horribly dangerous. . . .
Recommendation: Don’t eat heavy stuff before going to sleep.

Benedict means “blessed”. Religions invariably plant this “holier than thou” label on their leaders. As for “Peter tgd Roman”, which was also used by Malachi to describe the last pope, Francis has some of Peter’s insignia or other references, which gave often surfaced as Malachi’s coding. The or “a Roman” can also mean “one of the people” or “an ordinary guy”, which fits Francis approach as a mixer with the common people. Hopefully, the prophecy has changed, but the imagery, whether in words or pictures is seldom obvious. Time will tell, but what is more important is the fact that we will have the future we create or allow to be created.

Article talks of what the military wants to look like in 2050. Seems if this is their plan than some aspects(if not all) are already in play and being used in many degrees. Probably is and will be an expansion of what they already secretly use/have today. Maybe at this point their flight technology will be shown, as well with their living, terrorizing, killing, creations.
