You also occupy yourself with all sorts of things, and that is what I have been concerned with so far lately, all that you have done alone here on Earth during your life. I have known that you have sung a lot and that some of it has also been broadcast to us, which I have heard myself and I want to say that you have a very melodic voice to sing with. I learned that you have also technically recorded several of your songs, and you have also sung on the radio in the capital city of Iraq, in Baghdad. I didn’t know that, but only found out when I read about it in the last few days. But also everything you deal with is remarkable to me, especially how you make an effort to clarify the necessary information regarding the Corona plague, which is sent to you by Achim.

Yes, that’s right, the singing on the radio was in Baghdad. At that time, I went shopping in the city with Kurtelmush, a man of Turkish origin – you know who he was, I am sure – and we were stopped because I was singing something as we walked along, which I used to do a lot. The man who approached us was busy with the radio and asked me where I was from and where I was going. Of course I gave him the information, which resulted in the man spontaneously inviting us to the radio, where he interviewed me and where I was then allowed to sing a Swiss song, namely where ‘mountains rise’. But I wrote a version of that in 1960, which I made up as I went along, but which has lain fallow ever since. If you want to hear it, I can recite it, because I have it stored in the computer.

And, the words of the song, do you still know it – can you still sing it? And what else I want to know: It is stated in the records that you also wrote a poem that was stolen from you, changed in the content of the name and then interpreted as a song.

Billy:

I can probably still get the words together, but I can also read it to you, because I remember writing it down once in the computer, so I just have to look it up. However, as far as singing is concerned, I unfortunately lost it during that time, because I was so terrorised by … that I once – at that time I was working as a night watchman – had to go to Amden for a cure. The fact that in the end only Semjase could effectively help me at the last minute was certainly what you call ‘at the last second’ – otherwise I probably wouldn’t have survived the whole thing. As for the poem I wrote and sent to Hamburg, where it was then stolen for the musical piece …, the name changed and used and interpreted by …, that was then the end of the whole thing. This was the poem ‘Nadja’ that I had written … well, I can read it to you if you want – it is also stored in the computer.

It must be, because I don’t think you wrote the same thing twice. Besides, I can understand that after all you have experienced throughout life, you don’t want to know or hear anything about battle and the like. I don’t understand the word ‘ferge’ in your poem though, what does it mean?

Billy:

Yes, it is like that. Ferge means something like ferryman. And as far as the tapes are concerned, I think you meant the ones that were ‘technically recorded’, I actually sang about them. But these were stolen from me, though I can only assume who maliciously took them from me and perhaps destroyed them in a fit of hatred – but I can’t prove it, so I would rather keep quiet about that.

Bermunda:

That is certainly also better, otherwise you will be accused of lying in this regard as well. It is enough that malicious people deny the contacts and accuse you of lying and cheating, that the connection does not correspond to the truth that you maintain with us. This denial is also made by persons, although they themselves had experiences when they were allowed to come to a place of contact with you, as is listed in the records I have read.

Billy:

That is unfortunately the case, because the majority of human beings on Earth are unfortunately mendacious and vindictive about it, especially precisely when it comes to acting out pent-up hatred and taking revenge and retaliation, which often ends in quarrels, murder and war. This often happens when something does not go their way, for example when they are not in the foreground and cannot be admired by their fellow human beings, then they resort to lies, slander, revenge and retaliation, which even goes as far as ‘convincing’ or ‘persuading’ themselves of what they are lying about and consequently believing what are in reality only lies. In the course of time, these become so strong that they become an irredeemable conceit and thus the ‘truth’ for the liars, which is then asserted throughout all the soils with such ‘conviction’ that even so-called experts, such as judges, psychologists and lawyers, etc., believe that the liars are telling the truth. This leads to misjudgements and miscarriages of justice, whereby innocent people are sentenced to punishments – even the death penalty – against which they cannot defend themselves and are consequently executed. They are simply found guilty because lies or false ‘evidence’ are made into ‘truth’ and belief – conviction, respectively, over-scrounging – whereby the effective truth has no or only very rarely a chance to ever become open and known.

But what you have mentioned with regard to the corona plague, I would like to point out that the earthlings mostly wear only everyday mouth-nose masks, which, however, do not fulfil the purpose that is necessary to guarantee protection. Because unsuitable masks are worn against viral infestation and other aggressive pathogens – Ptaah explained – a large number of infections result, such as from the Corona virus. He explained – along with a special leaflet from the German ‘Institut IFA’ – the following:

1. Respirators in general – half masks
Suitable masks may well serve to interrupt infection routes and reduce the emission of droplets and splashes when speaking, coughing or sneezing, but they do not fulfil the mask requirement if the necessary distance to fellow human beings is not also maintained.

2. FFP1 masks, which are sold as everyday masks, only fulfil their purpose of self-protection against contagion of an epidemic or other disease if the appropriate and necessary protective distance of 200 cm to the fellow human being is maintained, whereby it is to be noted – as Ptaah explained – that 1.5 metres distance to the fellow human being does not guarantee sufficient safety against contagion, consequently a 2 metre distance should be maintained at least, because this offers more safety.

The effect of the FFP1 mask is limited because this type of mask is not one that has a qualified barrier effect of a reciprocal form because it does not seal and is, so to speak, only a temporary measure.

The FFP1 mask does not seal sufficiently against pathogens – especially viruses – or against other pathogens. Its function is also not tested by manufacturers or health authorities.

This FFP1 mask can mainly be used as a dust mask, etc. and can be reused if washed, which is not the case with disposable masks such as surgical masks or medical face masks.

3. The term ‘surgical mask‘ is used to describe a ‘medical face mask’ which protects the person wearing the mask from drops of exhaled air, as well as reducing the emission of droplets and splashes when speaking, coughing or sneezing.
Valid for surgical masks for medical/nursing staff is that patients are protected (e.g. in the operating theatre) where the minimum distance cannot be maintained.
The surgical or medical mask has only a limited barrier effect with regard to mutual infection. It protects others from droplets in the exhaled air of the person wearing a mask and may also protect the person wearing the mask from mouth/nose/mucous membrane contact with contaminated hands.
The mask is non-sealing and is also disposable, so it must be disposed of correctly after use. This mask is subject to testing according to EN 14683, as well as certification = standard for ‘surgical masks’, by the manufacturer.

4. Respiratory protection mask FFP2 and FFP3 = half masks,
Testing according to EN 149, standard for ‘Particle filtering half masks’ by independent testing body. Certification and monitoring by independent certification body.
These masks protect the person wearing them from inhaling the smallest airborne particles, droplets and aerosols.

1. It is essential that the mask completely covers the nostrils when worn, i.e. the mask must cover the mouth and nose in such a way that neither splashes from speaking nor droplets from breathing can be exhaled or inhaled. Wearing the mask to cover the mouth and nose also prevents the danger of inhaling bio-substances, etc.

2. A mask of the quality FFP2 and FFP3 without an exhalation valve is to be used in contact with other people, because this alone can guarantee a certain high level of safety against infection. A safety distance of 200 cm from other people is necessary and indispensable, because 1.5 metres does not guarantee sufficient safety from infection, depending on the wind conditions.
Only a mask of the quality FFP2 or FFP3 without an exhalation valve is of high enough quality to provide a high percentage of protection against infection by epidemic germs or other aggressive pathogens, although it must be made clear that a 100% guarantee of safety cannot be given.

3. The FFP2 and FFP3 masks without an exhalation valve, when used correctly, filter out a high percentage of viruses from the air breathed by the person wearing the mask, although the filtering performance of the mask is of course dependent on the filter class.

4. If the mask is used correctly, there is minimal leakage when the person breathes in, whereby a beard can reduce the protective effect or, depending on the case, cancel it out altogether.

5. The duration of use of a mask without an exhalation valve of grade FFP2 or FFP3 is to be determined according to the risk assessment, depending on the use, whereby after approx. 8 hours of use the mask should be disposed of correctly and a new one used.

6. An FFP2 or FFP3 mask with an exhalation valve is unsuitable for use with other people and should therefore be avoided, as it does not guarantee any safety for other people due to the exhalation via the exhalation valve, which means that it can only be used for work or work processes, but is useless as protection against infection with epidemic pathogens and other germs.

An FFP2 or FFP3 mask with an exhalation valve only protects the wearer, but not other people. However, in the event of an epidemic, it is also necessary to maintain a safety distance of 200 cm when working with an FFP3 mask with an exhalation valve.

7. Full-face mask, this is a full-face mask that is fitted with 2 replaceable filters on the side and – depending on the type and brand – with a partial or full protection shield, but is hardly suitable for daily use, but generally only for specific work tasks.

That is, by and large, what I can say about respirators. I have compiled my information from the statements of Ptaah and the German ‘Institut IFA’. Accordingly, for the general wearing of respiratory masks against the possibility of infection, the only masks recommended for all peoples are FFP2 AND FFP3, without an exhalation valve, because such masks, which have an exhalation valve, are purely working masks.

This should be clear enough that no masks of the FFP1 form are worn at all when dealing with other human beings, and that only masks of the FFP2 and FFP3 forms should be worn and used, because these alone largely guarantee that a high level of safety against infection is provided. This, while the masks of the form FFP1 offer a very poor safety and many do not protect against the Corona virus, but they get infected by it with the unfit mask and thus have to harm their health for life or leave life behind.

Billy:

This is indeed how it is, but many Earthlings do not take it seriously enough, especially those who deny the real existence of the corona plague. These are not those who justifiably oppose and refuse to be vaccinated with the untested and unproven vaccines, but effectively the troublemakers and conspiracy theorists.

Bermunda:

You can really judge that, and to go on talking about it probably does not bring success as a result of the stupidity of many human beings, that sensible and conscious thought and what really is would be seen.

Billy:

This stupidity or non-thinking is unfortunately very widespread in earthly humanity. This is already proven by the delusion of God of the majority of earthlings. That is why there is also so much murder and manslaughter, Gewalt,^[1] war and injustice on Earth.

Bermunda:

You have experienced it yourself enough during your life – and you are still experiencing it. But to what we had as a topic of conversation before you spoke: As I know, in former times it was still the case that various persons of your community were often allowed to go to places of contact, especially when Jacobus had to take you there. The fact that observations could be made, such as when our beamships were seen flying there or away, or that Jacobus, for example, could observe the energy burn several hundred metres long when he brought you to Maiwinkel, is either not mentioned by the liars and antagonists or simply kept quiet. And the fact that for a long time now we have not made ourselves so publicly noticeable at your place of residence or in its vicinity and have not allowed our flying apparatus to be seen, as was the case in the early days and we were also observed by the locals, is a result of caution that we must observe. This is mainly with regard to the ‘foreigners’, whom we have to keep in the dark about our existence and also prevent them from being able to perceive our existence at all, because our safety would be endangered and we would also violate our directives. An attempt to change these directives by seeking an offer of help for earthly governments was shamefully thwarted with a faked and forged answer before our offer could reach the relevant state leadership. This clearly proved to us that the human beings of Earth were not yet in any way capable of assessing our offer of help in the correct way and of treating it with the correct care. In the same way, according to our directives, we have to assess the ‘foreigners’, consequently we have to behave in such a way that they are not able to perceive us in any way.

All this has been laid down by our entire humanity of the Plejaren peoples, who decide on the validity or amendment or on an attempt to renew, etc., the directives, consequently we act in every respect and in every single case only according to the provisions of the directives, which since time immemorial have had their validity and correctness solely through the will of the entire population and which are taken into account in every way. This also in respect of what we have attempted, done and continue to do here on Earth.

All this is clear to me from the time with Sfath, and what you have said, you may say aloud. – Even my own family members still interpret what they experienced in my office as ‘reality’, just as 14 other persons did at first before they changed their minds, oriented themselves to the effective reality and to the truth and realised that everything was different from what they had first assumed. Marcel even broke a rib when he fell down in shock, while the parapsychologist Professor Hans Bender swore that he would never enter my office again, which he also kept to and never came to Hinterschmidrüti again. He also did not telephone any more, but kept quiet, because the experience in my office was obviously too much for him and he could not cope with it. It was the same with Engelbert and Silvano, with other men and also women, with Semjase being the very first to have her experience in my office. However, they all wanted it to be kept quiet, consequently no one was told anything about what had happened. Hans Benz even became ill because of it, and others … well, it is over and we shouldn’t talk about it any more. Something similar, of a different kind, also happened in the attic, where Engelbert often ran up with the loaded Winchester, but then the haunting stopped and only reappeared the next day or a few days later. From a psychological point of view, I see and understand that in the case of the fallible, the capacity to apply logic is so closed by the strong conceit that they can no longer activate it, because the structures or forms as well as laws of logical thinking are completely frozen in formalism.

Billy:

You, as a trained psychologist, can judge this better than I, who have learned a lot from Sfath, but am not an expert in this field. But don’t worry, because I will be careful not to write down what has been openly spoken. I know only too well that everything will be disputed by … as well as by … and by …, especially for the sake of hatred, which knows no bounds as a motivating force. Consequently, I will only put dots for what has been said where the names have been mentioned.

Billy:

I think so too. – But on a slightly different note, what has come up in your research regarding the negative interest rates being charged by the banks? Surely it’s all about raking in money, this according to the word ‘money makes the world go round’.

Bermunda:

With that, you have judged the whole thing correctly, which you already said when you asked me to question this thing. It is effectively exactly what Sfath explained to you back in the 1940s, as you said. But it will also become, as you said, that everything will be concealed, denied and vehemently disputed and even branded as an evil conspiracy theory. This will even be attributed to you, although you yourself cannot be the person who has endeavoured to find out the truth behind the matter, but I have. And that is what I have really done and found out that very big profit is being made by charging negative interest. Seen in the background, the whole thing can be judged as a ‘savings tax’ in the way that all persons are punished with such a tax who do not hoard their money privately on their own responsibility, but entrust it to a bank for safekeeping. The whole thing is not only done unjustifiably by means of lying claims, but it also serves, on the one hand, solely to grab horrendous capital from those who officially and honestly invest and declare their money via the financial institutions, and, on the other hand, as a precursor to a later open personal financial disenfranchisement of the people.

Through the negative interest rate, immense capital is gained and investors are cheated out of the interest they should actually receive, because the financial institutions pass on the deposited capital and in turn receive interest for it, which they should partially pass on to the depositors. This, however, is concealed by lies and the levying of negative interest and therefore a ‘savings tax’ is enforced in that the invested capital is fraudulently used to gain capital for the respective financial institution, while the capital investors still have to pay interest for their investment, although new capital is gained through on-lending, which would have to be allocated in certain parts to the investors as profit.

What is ultimately to result from the levying of the negative interest rate is a factor that is still future in its effect, but is the beginning of it, which is now being prepared under false pretences and has been devised by elements who strive for absolute control of the individual human being. This is still being kept secret for the time being, but the whole thing is to lead in future to means of payment only retaining their value on an electronic basis and to all cash becoming null and void. The levying of negative interest therefore corresponds to a feint, which is planned in the background as a purpose to make the people in general so dependent on the state and to exploit them in such a way that no actual freedom is possible any more with regard to a personal handing out of means of payment, but everything is to be controlled down to the last detail of the purpose of use. In this way, however, total control of the peoples and thus of the individual human being is ultimately striven for, whereby the worst fears of those who anticipate future evil are fulfilled if the peoples do not counteract what is secretly striven for and already secretly accomplished by elements who are endeavouring to bring earthly humanity under slavish and total control.

The power of disposal of the personal handing out of financial means is to be more and more restricted in the future and finally completely abolished, consequently every transaction is to be electronically controlled by the state. Initially, only the large capitals are to be charged negative interest, but when experience proves that this can be carried out without any problems, then very quickly the lower capitals will also be included, so that it will ultimately happen to everyone in the same way. Thus, in the end, a total surveillance of every single human being shall come about, which is aimed at by means of lying regulations and has found its beginning in that first of all the levying of the negative interest rate was brought about by means of lies.

The true reason for the action that has been started is thus concealed from the peoples through lies and misrepresentation of the facts, whereby even the employees of the financial institutions are not enlightened, but are equally deceived, lied to and falsely ‘informed’ about the true machinations of the levying of negative interest rates, as are the peoples, consequently the well-thought-out clandestine action around the matter and the actually preparatory purpose of the negative interest rate is concealed.

Billy:

So this results in what Sfath already said, but which I myself did not experience in future journeys, consequently I can only reproduce what Sfath said. This, however, prompted me to ask you whether you can get to the bottom of the matter of the negative interest rate. What you have found out, however, is probably a matter for the peoples to deal with and to say and enforce their own opinion on. Whether they want to allow themselves to be controlled down to the last detail by their state, to be slaves of their rulers and to be deprived of the freedom of their personal spending, that is their own business. But for those who hang on the coat-tails of the rulers, who are usually also delusional about an imaginary “dear God” who will make everything right – as far as the majority of humanity is concerned – it is very questionable, because as I see it, the majority of the earth’s population does nothing, but lets everything happen to them that will happen. It doesn’t even occur to them that the whole thing, which is now already going on, will eventually lead to the total control of the earthlings if nothing is done about it.

Bermunda:

That will probably be so, and besides, you will be the sufferer who will be insulted for what I have explored, found out and now openly said.

Billy:

It doesn’t bother me now, and it won’t bother me in the future either, because I have long been used to being called names for anything and everything that is not actually on my head, or having false accusations thrown at me out of hatred, revenge, retaliation or out of envy. On the one hand, or simply because this or that person does not like my face or nose, or because I have other views and am against the religious and delusional dumbing down of human beings. This is because they think, decide and act for themselves and should therefore have their own opinion. This is without them allowing themselves to be convinced or scrounged up and thus simply accepting and representing an opinion that comes about through the influence of others and does not correspond to their own, but has become their ‘own opinion’ by being ‘scrounged up’ or ‘convinced’. A foreign opinion, therefore, which may be vehemently held and even lead to murder, suicide, mortification or self-sacrifice – just as is the case with every religious belief that corresponds to a delusion in which it is impossible that a clear thought of reality can still be grasped and thus the truth of the falsity of the delusion can be recognised.

Bermunda:

It is always amazing to me how you can formulate and say everything so easily and, moreover, so precisely that it is really understood by the listener, and in such a way that it is recognised that no doubts arise about your words when someone listens to you neutrally and thus in an unbiased way. Also they are never spiteful or asking to be obeyed, because they are always such that they simply express what the facts of a matter are.

Billy:

That’s what I learned from Sfath, that you say what is factual, but that you don’t personally attack a human being with what you say. But if you feel or think you are being attacked and take it personally, it is your own fault, you are not able to judge something neutrally and are therefore biased, so you immediately take sides with this or that side – in this case with yourself. Therefore, it is also not possible to discuss something neutrally with such a human being without him immediately referring everything to himself and countering. This usually leads to quarrels, strife, hatred, retaliation and enmity, which eventually ends in murder and manslaughter or even – if it arises in the political sphere and it is a matter of political affairs – in vicious wars.
