We recently learned that July was the hottest month ever recorded.The unprecedented warming has also resulted in the first ever reductions in water for Arizona, Nevada and Mexico. And some people who took a closer look at the undeniably melting glaciers got a bit more than they bargained for.
While there still are climate deniers, many of whom simply don’t want the inescapable truth to impinge upon their comfort or careers, only the most stubborn and willfully ignorant won’t acknowledge the crisis of the now unstoppable climate destruction.
The People Were Warned
Instead of heeding the very specific warnings that Billy Meier began to publish in 1951, it appears that humankind decided to play a losing game of chicken with the environmental juggernaut, as it ceaselessly rolls over everything in its way.
And, it appears that…nothing may stand in its way for long.
While CO2 is widely discussed, most people don’t know about the deadly effects of the increasing methane gas, which is also being released by the melting permafrost. Nor do they know about the consequences of the never-ending extraction of petroleum and gas and the absolutely insane, poisonous fracking, as Meier warned in 1976.
Add to this the connection of atomic testing and nuclear power to the destruction of the ozone layer, the danger of a complete atmospheric collapse, the breakdown of the ocean conveyor belt, and things like the BP disaster and Fukushima and you should have no doubt about the reality of the unnatural, manmade climate and environmental destruction.
Even the various environmental groups – many of whom showboat, tug on your heartstrings and ceaselessly beg for money – have absolutely no idea of the real extent of the environmental destruction…nor do they realize that their feel-good approaches can’t stop the damage.
And they too don’t ever talk about the real underlying and politically unmentionable cause of it all, i.e. overpopulation. While Meier has long implored people to not senselessly overbreed, for the sake of our own future survival, and offered reasonable means of reducing the population, he warned that there are those who have a dark and different perspective on how to remedy the situation.
The people were warned…and did they listen?

Michael Horn has been involved in environmental issues since 1968, when he wrote and illustrated “Captan Tim”, an animated project warning about air pollution. In 1969, he produced a song by the same name for A&M records. In 1970, he wrote an award-winning song, “Brother River”.

If one considers that since the beginning of the first climate conferences in Geneva in 1979, the total Earthly population has increased by more than 4 billion and continues to increase by more than 100 million every year, even an Earth human who is not particularly mathematically educated can calculate that in 2020 the world population will amount to more than 9 billion.
There are other places where they point things pertaining to climate change/environmentalists and, of course, ALL of them failing to address overpopulation.
So, what do you think is the value of these organizations, since they:
1. Don’t know know about the real extent and manifestations of the climate destruction crisis.

I see – ok, your argument makes sense when you lay it out with the overpopulation issue at the fore. I would however consider stating in future blogs that these groups are incorrect in their analysis (and are not snowflakes or anything of that nature) for they simply don’t see the forest through the trees. These folks, even the ones who are not educated enough to address the real issue, are not evil or bad or stupid, they are simply not using a holistic analysis. It is my view they are our allies, albeit not ones that know the entire issue.

No, MH methinks you are wrong; these folks are “allies.” In your view it is “all or nothing.” If this was the case, then all the folks here striving to understand the spiritual teaching, undoubtedly making mistakes along the way, and barely scratching the surface, would not be allies to the mission. ANY, effort to protect the environment during this COLLAPSE is better than the opposite. Until earthlings see mankind as a part piece of nature, who needs to live in balance/equalization with the rest of the planet so that pollution, depletion, extinctions, etc. are not happening due to man’s material needs and desires, the overpopulation problem will be ignored by the masses, and even science. Because to a scientist for example, it is perfectly logical to think that humans do not overpopulate like animals can do, because man is a space faring organism who will eventually move populations into space and onto other worlds. But this same scientist probably considers nature as belonging to man; and once it is used up on one world than man moves to another. Most folks think there is more than enough land to go around, that there is plenty more room on Earth for man to live. All this without considering that the more land man takes for himself, the less land there is for the free nature. So folks scratch their head when they hear for example that there are only two white rhinoceros left in the world today. This overpopulation kill ratio should be a no brainer! But Ausartung, baby! This is where we are today, sadly.
I think it’s hard for most of us, as concerned as we are, to really grasp the enormity of what’s going on with the climate and the environment.So people and groups that are out there making a lot of noise about it, soliciting money and pretending to have the answers when they don’t know the extent of the problems…aren’t exactly allies. So who is not part of the problem? Billy? Don’t think that just because you are the great MH that you are immune to adding to the environmental destruction. You too make mistake that harm nature. Michael is rightly calling out these phonies and frauds because they ignore the single most pressing issue we face. Whereas I agree that there may be a better or more polite way to address the so-called environmental groups, Michael is correct. So-called environmental groups are completely or nearly completely unaware of the vast extent of environmental destruction, are in some cases for-profit; sometimes merely tugging at our heartstrings for personal satisfaction, and never address the root cause of the problem which is human overpopulation. I have searched for environmental groups which address the human overpopulation problem and have yet to find one. Many of these environmental groups even use eco-tourism as a means to fight environmental destruction which nearly like doing nothing. Nothing these groups are doing will help unless they start to identify human overpopulation as the real cause of the destruction of Earth and I would dare say that the vast majority of them would reject the idea that there are too many people on this planet. Anyone with an iota of sense can see that we are destroying the planet. We don’t need environmental groups for that. Those who don’t recognize this fact don’t want to know the truth and will fight tooth and nail to prove otherwise. But, the so-called environmental movement is truly no help at all. Overpopulation is still a taboo in our world today. We can never talk about it, since “it is a right of every individual to have a child if he/she wishes to” in this world. If overpopulation is ever mentioned they look at us like we are crazy and out of our minds and ignore us like plagues and never want to associate with us. When Billy was a child and first encountered what he thought was a 100 year man, who educated him in unmeasurable things. There’s perticilar moment in history that is intolerable to me. I’m not sure what you’re going to find out there being diplomatic with the Meier material when we’re all friends here. We’re all ultimately in the same boat and there is literally nothing in your own power that could with this knowledge suddenly turn the tide. If the responsible folks on the Earth figured out Meier when he first revealed his UFO pics in the 70s we wouldn’t be in this 2020 boat now. There’s no sense poking beams of wood in each others eyes.

If you and your new found worthwhile things to say comrade leave, MH’s income of gazillions of filthy lucre from this blog is bound to shrivel up to Nada, Zilch, Nothin’, Squat and Diddly! And then he won’t be able to fly in his private jet all over the place, eat the tiny plates of expensive food, wear the tailored suits and connect to YouTube and watch EastEnders actresses who are animal “experts”. How could you live with yourself if you made this happen?
Perhaps consider that my publishing information about the real extent of the environmental crisis has an additional purpose, i.e. to be able to present the vast and relevant info from Meier in universities and any/all sorts of schools, so anyone reading this article in a position to host such a presentation should also know of my credentials, that I have been involved in this area of study, in many cases, even before they were born.
They can then certainly click on the (More) link if they want to know about my other accomplishments, etc. As Melissa pointed out a person’s actual reputation/resume/accomplishments used to be relevant and important. Today, with zillions of people online, many using screen names, there’s not a lot that can be easily determined about them…except that most don’t know what they’re talking about and have very little useful life experience.
And, since you brought it up, almost all of my accomplishments were attained after I was in my early thirties and after being homeless in NYC. In addition, I had zero training, degrees, etc., in anything, so everything I did was self-taught, self-motivated, etc.
While I’ve taken a good long time to bring any of this into the equation, let me add that the principles of the spiritual teaching aren’t lip service for me…I applied and continue to apply them. So, at this stage of my life, I can say that people may want to take their own self-development, self-awareness, etc., seriously. They may want to start to exemplify what Meier said, “Each human being is the smith of their own destiny.”
Or, in my case, the Horn of my own destiny.
