Yes, just yesterday I looked for this information, so I can also answer accurately. It was at a security conference on February 2, 1990, and I read that it was held at the ‘Bayrischer Hof’ in Munich, Germany. In my opinion, the topics were very interesting and far-reaching, and international law in outer space was also covered, which I find ridiculous, however, because until Earth humans one day get to the point where they can actually fly in space solar, not just for research purposes, i.e. not just for experimental purposes and with individuals or their 2 or 3 at the same time, it will still be a long time until they also reach the space or real galaxy world in space, as is called by Earth humans, which begins outside the SUN space. the law of nations, which was talked about in the Middle East and beyond, was so ridiculous when you consider that America, as the main initiator of it all, was secretly fighting for world domination at the time, as is also the case today, as is trying to integrate Ukraine as another link in its plan to fight for world domination on behalf of NATO. The real head of NATO must think about it himself and make real discoveries about America’s true motives, namely why the US is so vehemently advocating that NATO also include Ukraine in its murderous alliance, for which the Ukraine’s leaders, secretly paid by America, are also getting their hands dirty. The statements made at the time by the Security Conference participants are verbal promises more current today than ever before, which, moreover, were captured on video using the technology of the time, which means that Russia now has no patience to bow to the lies from America and the West. This is why everything that exists today and is to come is so evil – which will also include threats of the use of nuclear weapons. The many wars in the name of humanity, etc. that America has stopped and continues to stop, it came loose, so did NATO’s eastward expansion and all the broken promises made for many things. America is a lying and promise-breaking country like no other we have known in many millions of light years. Unfortunately, this was never put into a written treaty, consequently it was easily broken by the Americans and NATO and the expansion of NATO to the East took place – because with these liars a verbal promise was worthless and is also worthless today. Also the German Foreign Minister at the time assured that the enlargement of NATO to the East would never take place, which was also a lie and the promise was broken. But the words have probably been said enough, so let me remember and say what I’m about to do, what was said at the time in Munich at the Security Conference, when the Russian leadership was sure of the following, which was said in Washington that there was no intention by NATO to expand further east. What I’m retrieving now is roughly the text that was used at the time:

“The far-reaching assurances were made in Washington by the US Secretary of State ‘that we are not willing and have no intention in Europe to extend NATO’s defense area further east’. ”

It was then 31 years later, and as late as December 17, 2021, that a list was drawn up in Washington – which was the reason for drafting a treaty – but which was supposed to convey security guarantees, but that was basically just a belated disappointment. and renewed by the US on Washington’s aforementioned 1990 speech. However, many previous diplomatic dispatches and exchanged protocols were just fraudulent machinations that did not produce any results of any kind, such as a necessary written treaty with the necessary corresponding statements from the American or NATO leadership.

Everything points to the fact that, with each new US leadership, there is a time for a new writing of history between America and Russia, where always and without exception, a new provocation of an evil war event and, therefore, a new current dilemma of the beginning and the fear of the people. This time, however, the threat of nuclear weapons will take a back seat, making the reference to diplomatic conciliation even more difficult and, when it becomes public, shocking the peoples of the world. Militarily, however, the US will take care that, with the expansion of NATO to the east, everything is not reflected in the media as it corresponds to reality, so that the US stays clean throughout the world and is wrongly judged as good by the people. , while in reality, America and NATO are inciting all countries against Russia and labeling it as the bad guys, and are therefore willing to provoke a war. Threats from across the West, full of ultimatums and sanctions, even troop mobilizations by NATO allies who send military forces to member countries illegally and distrustfully affiliated with Russia – naturally directed by the US – are coming to bear more and leave Russia. no choice but to defend themselves even more.

What the US Secretary of State and Genscher had verbally assured Russia on February 2, 1990 in the context of Germany’s reunification at the Munich Security Conference is now denied by the Americans and declared null and void. Even Genscher declared before he died: “We have betrayed Russia”. George F. Kennan, an American diplomat and historian, who was also the originator of the American doctrine of ‘containment of communism’, said it even more clearly in 1997, when he described NATO’s eastward enlargement as a ‘mistake fatal’ and later even make it known to a circle of confidants that Russia had been deceived.
