Unfortunately, the fate of the world may largely rest in the hands of the least qualified, the very slow learners and psychopaths, unless enough people finally wake up.

Does the West want a nuclear war?

On May 1, U.S. lawmaker Adam Kinziger spoke in a CBS interview about his bill that would authorize the U.S. president to use armed forces against Russia to protect its ‘national security interests’ and ‘restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine’ if it is confirmed that Moscow has used weapons of mass destruction. This draft law is part of a larger trend. It appears that part of the North American political and military elite is seeking direct war with the Russian Federation – even risking nuclear conflict.

Last month, U.S. Senator Chris Coons said Washington should ‘not just send weapons to Ukraine’ but rather consider sending U.S. troops to ‘defend’ the country. These U.S. authorities are basically declaring that a regional conflict should turn into a war between NATO and Russia (thus becoming an existential issue for Moscow) and possibly escalate into a global and nuclear war.
This is the worrisome culmination of rhetoric that has continued since the beginning of the current conflict. On Feb. 23, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian told a news conference that Russian President Vladimir Putin must understand that ‘NATO is a nuclear alliance.’

A month before Moscow began its current military operations in Ukraine, Evelyn N. Farkas (former senior advisor to NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander and Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine, and Eurasia in the Obama administration) said that Washing- ton should issue an ultimatum to the Kremlin (urging it not to attack Kiev). She called on the U.S. to organize ‘coalition forces’ to ‘enforce’ such an ultimatum and even to use the U.S. military ‘to push the Russians back – even at the risk of direct combat.’ She could not have been clearer. But she does not appear to be an isolated voice.

Shortly after the current crisis began, three retired U.S. generals, George Joulwan, Wesley Clark, and Philip Breedlove (all former NATO commanders) proposed the establishment of a no-fly zone over Ukraine, which would result in the Russian and U.S. militaries moving closer together in a deadly conflict and war.

Robert C. O’Brien, chairman of American Global Strategies LLC and former White House national security adviser (2019-2021), proposed a series of measures to ‘deter nuclear war’ in his April 19 opinion piece. These include sending a ‘message’ to the Kremlin about the consequences of using nuclear weapons.

In essence, U.S. strategists are concerned – they claim – that the Kremlin might use the nuclear option, and therefore argue that Washington should do so first, or at least prepare to do so – a dangerous way of reasoning that only leads to further escalation.

Seth Cropsey, an expert on maritime defense strategies and former assistant secretary of defense (under Reagan) who is now also an influential lobbyist and politician in Washington, goes beyond O’Brien’s suggestion and argues that the United States must be prepared to ‘actually win a nuclear war.’ This seems to make sense even from a U.S. perspective, but the concept of ‘winning’ a nuclear conflict is problematic – and not just from a U.S. perspective, but from the perspective of all humanity.

Today’s nuclear weapons are far more powerful than the atomic bombs of 1945 – the only time such weapons were ever used. The two bombs that were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were dropped would be considered ‘low-yield’ today. Some of the current thermonuclear weapons possessed by Russia and the United States are more than 3,000 times as powerful as the Hiroshi- ma and Nagasaki bombs. The largest nuclear weapon ever tested to date was the so-called Tsar bomb, detonated by the Soviet Union over Novaya Zemlya Island (north of the Arctic Circle) in 1961. It produced a 50-megaton explosion and a mushroom cloud about 4.5 times the height of Mount Everest. People could see the flash from as far away as 630 miles (1013 kilometers).

A 100-kiloton nuclear bomb dropped on New York City, for example, could kill more than 580,000 people, according to data from Nukemap, a website sponsored by the Stevens Institute of Technology. So a nuclear war today would have unimaginable destructive power.

A 2019 scientific study involving experts from the U.S. National Center for Atmospheric Research, Rutgers University’s Department of Environmental Sciences and other institutions analyzed a scenario in which nuclear power India uses strategic weapons to attack the urban centers of its nuclear rival Pakistan. The study concluded that up to 125 million people would die in this scenario.
In addition, the nuclear-ignited fires would not only spread dangerous levels of radioactivity, but would also release up to 36 Tg of black carbon smoke that would enter the upper atmosphere, blocking the sun and causing global temperatures to drop to unprecedented levels, as well as reducing precipitation by up to 30%. In the midst of this darkness and drought, food production would surely collapse, leading to global famine and more deaths. Recovery would take at least 10 years, and the political, economic, social, and psychological effects worldwide could simply destroy modern civilization. It is only logical to assume that a similar scenario would occur if there were a nuclear conflict between Russia and NATO.

The dangerous times we live in require good diplomacy and lots of table talk. Instead of discussing ‘nuclear domination’ scenarios, responsible Western leaders should work to reopen diplomatic channels of communication with Moscow. The hard truth is that there would be no real winners in a nuclear war scenario.

The Henoch Prophecies

You may remember the warning from the Henoch Prophecies, in 1987, which I briefly referred to in 2011. Specifically:

“And months before that, a terrible tornado will have swept across northern Europe, causing great devastation and destruction. It must still be stated that the Russian attack will occur during the summer, in fact, starting from Arkhangelsk.”

So, do you recall Storm Dudley’s devastation of Northern Europe in February this year?

“Power outages extended from England to Germany, Poland and Czechia. Hundreds of thousands of customers were without electricity in Czechia alone.”

…and:

“Northern Europe Pounded by Storms Eunice and Dudley”

There are other worrying corroborations of the information in the Henoch Prophecies:

We’re Not Really Doing This

Scandinavia includes Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. It was announced that Finland will be sent 14 tanks and, along with Sweden, are being fast-tracked into NATO membership:

Of course, Henoch also explicitly warned:

“In the Russian expansionist mentality will also be included the drive to gain control of the Middle Eastern oil deposits as well as to gain control of the southeastern region of Europe. Therefore, she will also invade the Balkans and conquer these countries there in enormous battles, causing ruthless and devastating destruction with many deaths.”

Remember also that all of this is the consequence of American foreign policy, going back over …200 years.
