1981 photo signed by Lockheed Stealth test pilot corroborates claims of UFO contactee, Congress must investigate before too late
HISTORICALLY UNPRECEDENTED CONTACT BETWEEN UFO & TOP-SECRET US STEALTH PLANE

Based on all analyses, they are the same plane and the clearest, historically unprecedented, evidence of an extraterrestrial craft interacting with a top-secret US Stealth attack plane.
BACKGROUND
In October 2020, UFO researcher Michael Horn was asked by Swiss UFO contactee Billy Meier to go to Moab, Utah, and examine the contents of 24 boxes in a storage unit containing some of the archives of the late UFO investigator, Lt. Col. Wendelle Stevens.
Nine previously unknown photos were discovered that appeared to show a UFO interacting with an unknown aircraft. Horn sent the photos to Meier and, in Contact 758, it was explained that the photos were of a Stealth F-117A, from June 1981, in an area called Groom Lake, Nevada.
On April 21, 2021, a photo expert formerly with Kodak determined that the photo he examined “shows a three dimensional object between the viewer and the jet that was there at the time the shutter was opened,” processed in the 1980s, lending further credibility to the 1981 date.

Stunning Confirmation
Recently, an investigative team comprised of Melissa Osaki, Matt Knight and Charles Van Loan, did an in-depth analysis of the photographs to determine if the information regarding the plane could be independently verified.
In the process, they discovered that the then top-secret Stealth plane in Lt. Col. Wendelle Stevens’ photographs was painted with a camouflage pattern, unique to only one of the versions of the plane. This led them to contact aviation experts who were very familiar with the Stealth and Hal Farley, the original Lockheed test pilot of the F-117A.
No Threat
After a thorough examination of Billy Meier’s earliest UFO photographs, from 1964, USAF OSI/Dept. of Defense investigator/supervisor, Joe Tysk, a once skeptical national intelligence expert, authenticated the Meier contacts as ironclad.
Tysk clearly contradicted the premise of an extraterrestrial “threat” from the vastly superior aircraft. In fact, since 1942, the extraterrestrials have provided specific, advance warnings to Billy Meier about coming worldwide dangers. So accurate are these warnings that they should be the focus of the current UFO hearings in Congress.
Preventing WW III
Because of the error-free accuracy of information published by Billy Meier, for decades, Congress should carefully examine the specific forewarnings about the situation now developing between Russia and the US and its NATO allies.
In no uncertain terms, the extraterrestrials have warned that the consequences of continuing to pursue the current course*, funding weapons for Ukraine and plotting to attack Russia, will also result in the complete destruction of the US.**
Instead of taking sides, and prolonging the conflict and destruction, we should consider accepting the recommendations and advice from the extraterrestrials to help us assure our very threatened future survival, as this formerly skeptical professor and physician pointed out, some years ago.
The extraterrestrials played a friendly game with Hal Farley and his Stealth F-117A, neither threatening nor doing any harm with their vastly superior technology. If we want to survive, we will have to learn how to use our technology to improve the quality of life for all humankind and usher in a time of lasting peace, love, freedom and harmony.

The Clinton Admin was handing the Yelstin Admin plane loads of cash while the Russians were busy kitting out and expanding Yamantau mountain complex (their version of Norad it seems but the size of DC). Yeltsin is not known for his deft micromanagement skills or great power connections so there is another side to the Soviet/American tale that is still working itself out today. Also, Putin never worked alone and is made clear by the use ‘authoritarianism’ instead of just ‘dictatorship’.

That’s a pretty big title carrying a lot of energy in those words. Just thinking out loud. I’m not trying to debunk Billy at all. I am an avid follower who has read every CR word for word.
How can anyone go into the future and photograph something that hasn’t happened yet.
It makes me wonder if we’re living in a preprogrammed existence. I’m pretty sure that isn’t the case but still. Pulling my hair out over this.
