ABOUT MICHAEL
Michael Horn has 45 years of experience as a science researcher and began his study and research into the UFO contacts of Billy Meier, in 1979.
In 1986, Michael found previously unknown warnings, originally published by Billy Meier beginning in 1951, about unnatural manmade climate change, global warming, the increased frequency and intensity of storms, blizzards, tsunamis, and the coming climate destruction. Michael also found that Mr. Meier was the first person to warn about the damage to the ozone layer from A-bomb explosions, and about the connection between the extraction of petroleum and earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, all of which were subsequently scientifically corroborated.
The Singularly Authentic Billy Meier UFO Case
In 2004, after 25 years of research into Meier’s information and the evidence substantiating his claims, Michael, who is also a former SETI team member, became the voluntary Authorized American Media Representative for the Billy Meier Contacts. Michael gives national and international multi-media presentations, university lectures, interviews, etc., and makes frequent media appearances representing the Meier contacts.
Thanks also to the eight-month long investigation by the formerly skeptical USAF OSI/Dept. of Defense investigator-supervisor, Joe Tysk, the Meier contacts have now been proved to be absolutely authentic.
In October 2020, Michael discovered never before seen, historically unprecedented photographs, from 1981, of a UFO interacting with a, then top secret, US Stealth fighter at Groom Lake Nevada.
Michael has been involved in environmental issues since 1968, when he wrote and illustrated “Captain Tim”, an animated project warning about air pollution. In 1969, he produced a song by the same name for A&M records. In 1970, he wrote an award-winning song, “Brother River”.
Because of his concerns about the critical problems of water pollution, he helped to develop two water purification companies and pioneered commercial water purification applications for many companies, like Starbucks, Wolfgang Puck and numerous restaurants and international hotels.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for your cordial responses despite my challenges. I respectfully disagree with you about the level of proof you are providing to support your claims regarding Meier’s prophetic accuracy. Meier of course should state (honestly) when he wrote letters or Contact Notes at the time/date he wrote them. And if Meier did indeed publish the material (through a publishing company), in certain situations, then your providing that information would greatly benefit others.
In my view, if you, Michael, personally did not follow-up to determine the publication date of some item in Meier’s material, but proceed to make claims in attempt to prove to others that it predated other scientific explanations, this is intellectually negligent. You of course have the right to presume that Meier wrote down the item when he said he did, based on your assessment of him as an honest, wise, kind person, etc., who is very accurate in his scientific remarks, but this presumption does not constitute proof to 3rd parties who are uninitiated regarding Meier’s personal character. In fact, it illustrates the difference between your personal assumption on a particular item, which you are allowed to make, and concrete proof to others.
There may be reasons to think that small pieces of disinformation exist in Meier’s texts, placed there purposefully by the Plejaren and Meiier, to allow for plausible deniability and to incite people think carefully. (http://www.tjresearch.info/denial.htm – you are probably more familiar with James Deardorffs work than me) For this reason, it is especially important to carefully sort between true/false, known/assumed, good assumption/bad assumption, etc.
We agree that your dissemination of this material is both important and beneficial to everyone. I do disagree with some of your claims about the material and the level of scrutiny you’ve used to make those claims. At any rate, I will no longer voice my concerns about your claims regarding Meier’s prophetic accuracy, but of course, I will remain connected to Meier’s material, as of course, you will too! You’re welcome. It’s now up to anyone who really wants to put all the pieces together to do so.
Plausible deniability is specifically negated as having any validity by Meier. And this idea may in itself be an indication of the problem that occurs when people really haven’t done a first hand investigation themselves…which in itself is inexcusable considering that Meier continues to have the contacts to this day.
Any third parties who really can’t deduce the truth then from the work of others should be left to their own devices. Real life is a messy, non text book process. For those who still don’t get it when they see things like the Ebola epidemic, the Russian troop movements, the ozone destruction information, the warning about worldwide Islamic fundamentalist terrorism, etc., etc., etc., – and any number of other things in documents that have verifiably been available BEFORE these specific vents occurred – I’m sure the new watch coming out by Apple will provide a lot of nice, distracting entertainment.

As a brief clarification, because I missed a few posts, apparently:
I am pro for Meier’s scientific and spiritual teachings, which I assess as accurate, sensible, fair, honest, etc. I did not visit this site and comment on it because I wanted prove someone wrong about something. I wanted to establish communication with other people who viewed the material and ask questions about how others are analysing its veracity.
Michael, a clarifying question: Do you mean to say that Meier has told you that Deardorff’s hypotheses about “plausible deniability,” as Deardorff explains it, is incorrect? (Deardorff’s suggestion was that “plausible deniability” was purposefully implemented by the Plejaran to allow for people to practice weeding through true and false information and allow a slow accommodation toward the truth? Or were you making a general comment about “plausible deniability” as you understand the term?

I think that Meier answered that it was wrong in the Q&A section. I suggest a search there and I’ll try to locate it later too.
There are those who believe that virtually all UFOs are “home grown”: Some a remnant of an advanced civilization now in sequester after oceanic subsidence (adumbrated by Plato in his writings). Others more modern (Sonora Aero Club “vemanas”). Still others retro-engineered from crash retrievals or discovered intact in places like caves in the Grand Canyon (Bob Lazar hints at this). Finally, others may derive natively from the Biefeld-Brown emgravitic effect (crypto-american). This question of “plausible deniability” has merit in that the obviously human contacts posited by Billy suggest an Earthly origin. (Watch “First Signal” on YouTube for a dramatization of this possibility and the effect it has on governance and the military.)
Questions to Michael: Have the Plejaren discussed such possibilities with Billy? Is it also possible that they themselves are crypto-terrestrial and have very good reasons for not disclosing their Terran origin?

I’m glad that you’ve decided to look into this information. It’s interesting that it’s a result of the SUPPRESSION of the Meier information by one of the many shills, charlatans, liars, disinformation agents, etc., in UFOlogy.

There’s no doubt that short-term, small-picture thinking on the part of humanity is largely responsible for the 100 year plus long plunge toward environmental devastation on the planet. Clearly, such thinking (and associated behaviors) would be ecologically tolerable were the population of the planet to be in the sub-billion range. So yes, thinking people everywhere recognize that over-population is the major exacerbator to Earth’s duress.
With this agreement we move on to the next major issue regarding the planetary situation — one encapsulated in the notion of elite capture of human mass-consciousness behavior. Basically, there are those who believe that a tiny cabal exists central to all such capture. Others simply ascribe it to the fundamental tendency on the part of all humans to “push an agenda” based on selfishness, reinforced by ego-gratification, opportunistically applied through a slightly elevated intellectual apparatus applied toward personal aggrandizement. (WHEW, try saying that sentence three times fast!)
Where do the Plejaren stand on this question of ‘coordinated vs distributed’ responsibility for mass capture?
Abstracting to a greater degree: There’s a thesis that five types of planetary civilizations exist in the galaxy. (Such a thesis may be applicable to Plejaren activities on Earth):
TYPE O: Primitive, non-global, low-tech, BUT self-aware planetary populations such as existed on Earth during the Middle Ages.
TYPE I: Technologically advancing planet-wide civilizations motivated largely by selfish, short-term, small-picture concepts of their relationship with the planet as a whole. (Whoops sounds like us!)
TYPE II: Technologically advanced global civilizations that have learned to make the kinds of sacrifices necessary to live sustainably on an ongoing basis. (Will we make it?)
TYPE III: Post-sustainable cultures losing interest in material existence seeking through meditation etc to abstract their awareness from the physical form.
TYPE IV: Boddhisattvic cultures recognizing the need to aid other planetary systems achieve sustainability and seeing that as a good reason to remain physically active in the cosmos.
TYPE V: Revelatory cultures who, in travelling to other worlds, look for planetary cultures who have the potential to reveal some fundamental reality about existence that we who are here on Earth can have no notion of.
Question: Do the Plejaren ascribe to a similar system of classification (Pre-global, Experiential, Sustainable, Abstractionary, Boddhisattvic/service, Revelatory) and, if so, do they have any notion of what “Revelatory” means?

While Michael may find time to answer, it’s simply impossible for him or I to answer every single question submitted to the blog. However, it’s likely that others will join in and assist you with your inquiry. It’s also suggested that you research the information for yourself via the thousands of pages of contacts, bulletins, books, etc.
In almost all cases or areas, the Plejaren are far beyond our type of thinking and governing. Their societies are based on true democracy, freedom and equality for all. They do not interfere in the evolution of lower evolved lifeforms, but they do observe. It is the responsibility of all higher evolved civilizations to observe and teach, through impulse suggestions, the younger civilizations. This is not an interference because there is no compulsion. The impulses are suggestions that can be freely used or not.

However, I wouldn’t be able, actually…interested in addressing these items. When one’s house is on fire, they don’t usually start looking for movies to watch, or other forms of…entertainment.
It appears that you’ve brought a theoretical context to this blog that I for one don’t find even remotely relevant to our lives today, and certainly not to the information and…WARNINGS (prophecies and predictions) that are clearly fulfilling right NOW.
So, while you’re free to make your comments and pose questions (in an appropriate topic area) I will leave it to any others who care to do so to respond.

When I read the list of scientists, authors, and UFO debunkers you’ve reached out to over the years (above link), often without any response, I do feel disappointed. I cannot speak for the motivations and reservations of the UFO case debunkers and fringe science folk as they’re a different breed than I’m used to dealing with. When it comes to prominent mainstream scientists, however, like Dr. Lawrence Krauss, these individuals would likely feel disinclined from the beginning to wade into what they imagine is a hoax-y UFO case (which admittedly, is not very science-spirited and adventurous) and, if they did, they would be afraid of afraid of ruining their celebrity reputation on what is viewed as fringe sciences by their peers and the public at large.
I would think that you would have your best luck, if any, with academic professors at various institutions who are published in their field, but haven’t yet achieved a virtual celebrity status. I imagine you would need to present them with some material from Meier’s writings that could be of particular interest to them and and their field, naturally.
If I look at the material, there are really interesting explanations about topics across a whole span of sciences. How to tell if a volcano is going to erupt with a seismograph (geology), what the largest dinosaurs are and how they behaved (paleontology), the seven predominant forces that impact earth’s climate, (climatology). It’s valuable and interesting information, often very articulately laid out. I would consider sending the information to the American association of geologists, American association of paleontologists, etc, to perk their interest.
Of course, if you sent the information about the largest dinosaurs to the American Association of Palaeontologists, they would ignore it, because they already have that information. If you sent them the published material from 1987, it would be absolutely irrefutable that Meier had the information 10 years prior to any scientist. That was the approach I was thinking of when I was trying to press you for publication dates… in fact, I would have sent the information myself. (Well, actually, I would have asked you first about it) Obviously I have no idea whether I would have been successful in receiving any response, but it would have made for a good case; it might have caught someone’s attention, and the authenticity of Meier’s explanations would be unassailable, because published first = published first.
Perhaps that helps to clarify my intentions; I wasn’t trying to fight yours actually, I was trying to figure out how I could assist them. Perhaps my approach is flawed. It was a first attempt, and you’ve done this much longer than myself.

It’s not only Dr. Krauss, it’s also Paul Davies, who has FIVE books out about extraterrestrial life, and when I approached him he said that it…wasn’t an area of his interest or expertise. COWARDS, all of them.

I was wondering have you ever heard of Alaje or seen his you tube videos? The reason why I’m asking this question is because, this person claims to be a Pleiadian or an incarnated spirit of a Pleiadian( i’m not quite sure which one was it) but a lot of his information cooperates with Billy’s information. And I think Alaje said that he met Billy Meier once. I was wondering what Billy thinks of this Alaje and has he really meet him before? I recommend watching all of his videos first to get a good understanding who he is and what is message is( he username is Alaje777 on youtube.)

Quite honestly I simply don’t have the time. It doesn’t matter what his spirit form’s origin is, he’s here now with everyone else…including lots of people with extraterrestrial spirit forms.
Maybe others will have the time to check it out and comment.
P.S> I took a quick look. Since there are NO “Pleiadians” the guy’s off on the wrong foot there but seems to have a nice, benign little message, if one excludes the disinformation, nonsense about being a “Pleiadian”, etc.
But you’ll find that the Meier information is far, far and away more useful, informative, etc., as it happens to also be authentic.

You’re welcome. Well, I doubt that he thinks about him at all. At least so far we have no indication that he does.
If Billy had to think about everybody who mentioned him, he wouldn’t get much else done. And I think you’ll find that it actually doesn’t matter. We don’t want to be in the star of mind that we are waiting to find out what someone else thinks before we make up our own minds.
In truth, one person can think favorably about someone (or something) that another person that they respect doesn’t view the same way. There are many factors that could influence things this way or that. So it’s simply up to each person to ultimately come to their own conclusions.
The more familiar you become with Meier’s information, the spiritual teaching, etc., the more clearly you’ll discern what’s of value in other things.

Thanks for commenting on my brief story about Billy Meier. I had to insert a disclaimer, “I am not convinced” because the readers on Saipan would pounce on me with criticism otherwise. Also today I watched some of your videos and videos of Billy’s prophecies. He is the real deal and you are a worthy spokesperson for him. I wish there were a way to inform more people about the remarkable Mr. Meier and his important messages and mission. Thanks very much for your fine work – and I hope more people hear, and heed, the messages.

One possible way would be to take an element in the Meier case and discuss it from a neutral point of view, i.e. questioning, asking your readers what they think, doing pro and con, etc. People of course have to decide for themselves, take personal responsibility, which is the main thing lacking in our religiously and politically saturated world.
