Monitoring Systems
In the late 1950s, Americans stationed the so-called MIDAS satellite system approximately 38,000 km (23,750 miles) above the Earth with the intent of protecting the USA from a surprise attack in case they were fired upon by intercontinental rockets. This system, however, was soon replaced by a different, updated system called DSP (Defense Support Program), which is more than just a monitoring system because it holds calculation/espionage functions and other elements, and has the capability of monitoring and locating far more than mere objects in the airspace surrounding the Earth.
It is a fact that we, the people on Earth, are continually monitored and surveyed by the DSP satellites stationed and circling in space around the Earth in a geosynchronous formation which guarantees that the planet is thoroughly surveyed around the clock, 24-hours a day. This monitoring process is worldwide and virtually not one square meter of ground is omitted. The DSP system currently is so advanced that almost no step can be made on the face of the Earth without it being thoroughly observed. Although this capability has not yet been fully implemented, it nonetheless exists and is currently available and utilized for specific purposes of observation and monitoring. This fact remains “top secret” and only those individuals with the highest security clearance dare whisper about it. While some DSP monitoring system data leaked to the public for the first time during the Gulf War in 1991, when the system was zeroed in on the Iraqi Scud rockets missiles after their launching, other implementation possibilities for this system remain a well-kept, strictly observed secret. The system is capable not only of promptly detecting enemy fighter and bomber aircraft, but also of triggering defense actions on a large scale. It can currently implement surveys and monitor functions beyond anyone’s wildest dreams. Indisputably, certain related technology was not invented by terrestrial technologists and engineers but came to them by way of diverse UFOs, respectively extraterrestrial spacecraft that had crashed in the USA. The Americans secured the spacecraft, examined them in great detail, took them apart and retro-engineered them; and they continue to do so today. Therefore, some technology from the UFOs also served the Americans in the construction of their DSP defense system which enables them to implement large-scale surveys over the entire globe.
Insiders call the DSP system “Deep Space Platform”. It exerts its influence not only over this planet, as mentioned previously, but it also monitors and records what is happening in outer space. More than 6100 highly sensitive sensors enable the DSP satellites to measure and survey the normal, visible light and related matters, and give it the capability of monitoring also the influences from micro and electro-magnetic oscillation ranges, along with X-ray, infrared and ultraviolet levels to mention only a few. In addition to registering meteors entering terrestrial space at regular or irregular intervals, these sensors also register alien flying objects that travel with incredible speed from outer space to Earth where they enter terrestrial airspace two or three times every month. Neither the scientific community nor government agencies nor the military and the CIA will divulge any of this knowledge. Within informed circles of experts, these extraterrestrial flying objects are called “fastwalkers”. With great regularity the DSP satellites detect these fastwalkers as they race with immense speed from outer space and into the Earth’s atmosphere, whereupon they depart from the planet shortly after to disappear once again with incredible speed into the depths of space. It is interesting to note that each time a fastwalker is recorded as it enters terrestrial space there are typically UFO sightings around the globe observations by people from all social levels and professions. Nonetheless, scientists in charge, the military, government agencies, secret services and others hide these facts from the public and make fools of the entire terrestrial population. Some of these individuals in charge simply feel chosen to play childish games of hide-and-seek or soldiers and warriors, and fancy themselves as being important. However, this is no longer the case, for they are more like wet washcloths as they tremble in their boots with fear that the extraterrestrial human intelligences will come to Earth, prove their enormous superiority over us earthlings, and demonstrate that they are further advanced in every way than everyone on this planet.

With their DSP monitoring system, America has taken the first step toward the horrifying, futuristic vision of total control over every human being on Earth. This vision signifies that terrestrials will soon be unable to take even a single step without being observed and controlled by an all-inclusive monitoring system, which would eventually entail the implanting of a coded chip into every person. The possibility then arises that an individual will be completely controlled and, ultimately, will always be observed and monitored; even a person’s most private and intimate activities will be observed. The vision also implies that the European monitoring headquarters will be located in Brussels, Belgium, and managed and directed by the European Union (Europäische Union) as it is called today. The undisclosed implication is that a form of dictatorship will be established that results in the complete surveillance of every citizen — a horrible vision, which is increasingly becoming apparent as a reality to anyone observing the world with open eyes. Likewise, this terrifying vision foreshadows the ‘New World Order’ which, from ancient times onward, was linked to prophecies about an ‘animal with the number 666’ exerting immense power. The Real Meaning of Life
Recently, Waid Daudier referred to Billy Meier’s information on the importance of inner balance in our lives. In a world that is so over-stimulated and outer-directed, such ideas don’t seem to be valued and, in fact, are foreign and even viewed with contempt.
But, as Meier has said, the real meaning of life is the evolution of consciousness, not the endless pursuit and acquisition of material objects, fame and fortune…nor seeking control over and enslaving others. As is repeatedly emphasized throughout the Creation-energy teaching, it is control over ourselves that we human beings most lack and desperately need to regain, or gain in the first place.

(Excerpt from the ‘Spiritual Teaching’ by Billy, Teaching Letter 44, pages 489-490.) If a human being dedicates himself/herself to the meditation for about 20–30 minutes every day, then he/she should always and without exception make an effort to dedicate at least one third of this time exclusively to the creational. This is necessary because through that the spirit in the human being is directly spoken to and slowly but surely also the material consciousness thereby directs itself according to the direct swinging waves of the spirit, by means of which gradually a communication between the spirit and the material consciousness comes about. And especially the approach and the effort to make contact with the powers of the spirit that are inherent in the human being is of very important significance for the human being. The approach of the material consciousness to the spiritual consciousness, so therefore the making of contact of the material consciousness with the spiritual consciousness, can happen in many forms, whereby however, the simplest one is the human being using a word construct, such as a prayer, poem or epic, a request, a collection of edifying thoughts or a ballad and so forth, which he/she repeats to himself/herself in a low voice or simply only in his/her thoughts. Such a word construct can be made by every human being himself/herself, but to make the study and learning easier, all word constructs, which have been kept for many millennia and even millions of years and which can be used unhesitatingly, shall be named and listed here:

The future isn’t looking so peachy and I can not figure out if we’re being forewarned of a quickly coming (Like next week) “independence day” scenario or is it far into the future like after I’m dead which isn’t too far away for me. Weather it be by ET’s or terrestrial military jerks, personally, I am not majorly in fear over ET’s but more so the US military and their tyrannical ways. The surveillance monitoring is very very bad but what will be proven to be even more worse will be the control of our finances. You can not survive on this planet without it unless you go full Grizzly Adams mountain man/woman and live off the land.
I feel very uneasy in myself because many times in the past, things I’ve prepared for never happened. I have learned my lesson and I realize now that trying to get facts through the conspiracy theorist isn’t the right way because it’s loaded with guesses put out by people who have no idea at all. But here again, even here in the Billy universe, I am still left guessing. I am still sitting here, in my 60’s, saying “I don’t know, without doubt, if this is true or not” If it is true, then I feel happy and sad at the same time. Happy because this could be the beginning of the much needed changes regarding earth and it’s inhabitants and sad because I know it will probably get much worse before it gets better.
They spoke of two civil wars and ww4. Are those two separate times or will it be simultaneous or different times ? Civil war means “Amongst our own citizens” and it shouldn’t be lumped together with the definition of “world war”.
I hate to imagine what our gov will be doing then to cause civil war ? The lead up to civil war might be just as stressful as the act of war it’s self.
I can feel the build up of an implosion, so to speak, coming. My niece, who has been living in la la land most of her life has been listening to me lately (Years) and she herself has called me saying, “Uncle D, Something is wrong in the system” I can feel it, she says. She is still very naive but she has discernment qualities that were clouded over from experiences in her past which I have broken into pieces for her with advice.
She, in her naivety feels the oncoming implosion.
I know that I am blabbering here but there is a very good reason for it.
What the heck do we DO ? I feel powerless. Knowing something is coming gets stressful when you don’t know from which direction it is coming especially after a life time of “See I told you nothing would happen” remarks from my peeps. I can relate to your concerns. I am 58 and sometimes feel 78. I want all the bad to be in my time, so my grandchildren can live in peace. People today refuse to accept reality. Never in my life did the youner generation get confused about which restroom to use, or the difference between male/female. The control thing goes right past them. It is serious times for sure. Hang in there, we can do this. Sometimes it pays to be a stubborn rebel from America. Use the negative as fuel to overcome the fear. I say good luck trying to control this Taurus . Do Ha Da Nay. Personally David I resonate with this absolutely. I am 42, but I am confined within those same conflicts and feels like being stuck in limbo. It’s now got to a point where I know enough to understand where this is all heading, how and why, but since 2020 I have slowly come to understand the curse Billy has lived with his whole life, even if it is just a tiny fraction of what he saw with Sfath.
Since covid I have witnessed as I’m sure most of us have, the alarming swiftness of large demographics to blindly grasp at any hand offered to bring their heads back up from under the water; stupid, unthinking, irrational, histrionic, ideological, populist, sectarian hands that have made these foolish helpless Humans lose trust in their basic functions to realise they’re not drowning in a vast ocean, because they’re sat no deeper than 2 ft of water. Yet it’s water they climbed into themselves and now look to anything to be saved.
Yet what’s so absurd is they’ll do and say anything to appear in fu control yet outrageously dependent on every source but their own cognisance and self-control.
In that wise these people revealed themselves in ways I doubt even they truly comprehend, that they will adopt absolutely any external influence no matter how inhumane, abhorrent, extreme, stupid, irrational and unreal, without a milliseconds worth of thinking, self-reflection or learning. They immediately turn into the self-prself-preservation society, population = 1.
What has occurred after three years of close observations, incl. my immediate family, is despite them knowing everything is being systematically taken over in order to bring mankind and nature to its knees, despite being anti-establishment and rebellious against everything, now the cats have left the pigeons, they have become complacent and shifted straight back into their old routines and some worse than ever.
They only truly adopted these measures to be ‘aware’ because they wanted to appear knowing, in control, grounded and defiant, but now they’ve put the uniform back in the wardrobe and become a civilian again. They are simply just reactionaries who jump into a pretentious role like reality is a theatre. They take their ideas and lines and features from scripts and behavioural techniques and then put on their act to entertain the public for applause and approval. Then when the lights go down and the curtain drawn, it’s as though nothing ever happened.
This places me even deeper into that quandry you too face my friend, in now not only feeling apprehensive about what these powers are setting up, but the collosal impact these same Human Beings will have on society once more when all around them reality becomes a deluge to which their unprepared anf juvenile minds cannot handle; their comfort bubbles are popping, their illusory materialistic wealth made worthless but also a prize boon for unscrupulous looters, their autonony stolen, their identities rubbed out, their possessions picked off like entitled family at a wake, and only realising the truth once they’ve been left bare, shredded of all their worth, their assets, their security and freedom, and still looking for someone else to blame for their woes. These are the people who will once more be harking accusation, advocating for barbarity, tolerating inhumanity and losing their conscience in receipt of their own safety and survival. We saw the switftness to which people could turn, giving gravitas to the truth that love and friendship are nothing more than trinkets to such people, who can throw them away as useless objects at a moments whim and drive hatred without remorse.
Also the amount of people who are now so consumed with conspiracy theories their minds are being tuned to psychotic belief instead of real truth, and therefore like those I knew of the past they will end up locking themselves there in a world of confusion and delusion and eventual mental illness where nothing is real any longer.
These people were and still are one of the largest demographics causing the most problems and the catalyst for how these powers, corporations and their public minions can effortlessly exploit their lies to shut down every iota of truth.
They have no sense to realise, preaching 5% falsehood immediately eradicates any legitmacy of the 95% of truth they speak and equally introduces doubt in it.
Yet they are so utterly consumed with self-rightousness they find as many outlets and scapegoats and loopholes to blame something other than themselves, even those who question them are, in their view, under eternal suspicion. In my experience, there are few quite so vicious and vehement than a conspiracy delusionists, and especially so when they carry a god belief alongside.
But not only are they under that spell, so too are the comformers. They’ve been sewn into the same cloth with the same knitting-needles yet because they’re on opposite sides they delude themselves into thinking they are chalk-and-cheese different.
This is what few manage to really see; how people have become a kaleidoscope, which, with the slightest turn can completely change their colours, shapes, styles and become unrecognizable to who they were before, yet when the attempt is made to turn back to the previous design they never truly can.
One of the most disturbing things to witness was the theatre put on during the height of the lockdowns, when people literally put on a sickening sanctimoniousness to appear unified, kind, harmonious, supportive, ethical and loving yet fast forward 12 months and they became the most disgusting, divisive, hateful, devious, repulsive and inhumane and nothing i’d ever known before to such a degree in my life.
When they are helpless the frauds come forth with their learned methods of graciousness and morality making everyone believe their facade, but when they become dependent and desperate the darkness is truly revealed. The way that darkness can so easily align with the dark powers is what sits on my mind David, because they become the extra dimension to bring about the prophecies.
It is this hollow and shallow method of selling oneself to the pied piper which is by far the most dangerous of all, and why so many young people are fighting a brutally strong rip-tide. They either go with it to relieve the anxiety, or they fight against it and become isolated or collapse emotionally.
Unfortunately the aforementioned types will set upon anyone who begins to genuinely question and research what their instincts are telling them is wrong, and they are bombarded with conspiracy theorists, sectarian proselystisers or trolls. Either that or they’re cruelly labelled and then their name turned into mud. They lose their friends, education, job and their livelihoods because they dared question the most deranged of status quo’s.
These creators of anarchy have intoxicated every social media forum and are such a force of nature now they just appear like a plague whenever a morsel of food is set out.
More and more are being coerced and bottle-necked into a belief system, rejecting reality and carefully manouvred towards religion because of the way these wealthy corporations and sectarian groups have cleverly and covertly funded, geared and directed these abnormal ideologies through politics to corrupt the truth, the nature and what is fundamentally normal, so once everything has been forced beyond sanity and human rights, freedoms and dignities are eroded and trampled, the overwhelming collapse of those basic fundamental laws will push them more and more towards what is touted as being the only normal left – god and religion -and that has been evident by just how much effort has been made in recent years and more so now, into promoting faith and using these ideologies as the bait to hook as many young people as possible. Everything that concentrates on truth is censored, blocked and suppressed yet everything and everyone using their god belief to go against the current deranged trends and ideologies etc. is given full access, placed as the top trending subjects and thus always ar the forefront of the social media users focus and attention.
Based upon the last few Contact Reports, i sensed a subtle warning being issued, that now those who are going against the grain will be targetted digitally and denied access to everything. I’m already being blocked through my ISP and having job applications withdrawn or never getting passed email servers. I’ve had 3 devices in the last 12 months get hacked and then bricked, each time whilst reading ‘sensitive’ material.
And this is what makes me realise that despite all these efforts, eventuality will bring enough to understand that unless vital analogue and manual skills are obtained in as many areas as possible, the harships will be exponentially worse.
All around me, the more people are losing the ground they walk on, the more they’re succumbing to 5 main things:
Mental/emotional illness.
Physical disease.
Hate, indifference, sadism.
Addiction, vice and debauchery.
Belief and stupidity.
There is no doubt whatsoever, that in these times the Creational Teaching is the only rudder and breeze in the sails to calm waters when all around us storms and disasters are turning tearing the world apart.

Excellent and invaluable in scope. Billy’s statement about self-control is imminently the most important aspect of living a good life. It is the key to our survival. It takes precedence over everything. Nice touch about Nokodemion’s prayer as it does strengthen the bond between ourselves and our spirit form. However neutral positive thinking is specifically an invaluable tool as it pertains to our well-being, and evolution. This is a superb posting!
