The answer to your questions David lies beyond current Earth human intelligence, since there are elemental factors which exist far beyond our basic understanding of what we know beyond basic reality. The fact that the dark sciences had to steal ET technology and even then only capable of flying terrestrially with it shows they themselves are extremely restricted and still primitive in that concern. Even the Migos apparatus which have given sectarian forces the ability to exploit fluidal forces won’t be properly understood, no more than a lay person who can drive a car has no idea how any part of it works.
They just know you put fuel in it, turn a key/push a button, turn the wheel and press the pedal. Beyond that they’re pretty much clueless.
The people who work on the cars themselves may know how they work but don’t know why they work.
Then you get to the engineers who know why they work and how but don’t know the advanced chemistry and physics which gives might to the primary forces involved in putting all of the visible and invisible pieces together.

The analogy pretty much posits that despite there being a pyramid of different minds and knowledge, those brains are themselves ignorant of most of what they cannot see, they cannot test for and cannot extrapolate with the technology amd systems they have. Big brains dabble with physics but they are limited by their failure to think beyond 5-sense reality, so they’ve likely stumbled upon numerous discoveries but due to their total lack of comprehension couldn’t even read it as being a discovery. So they go round and around in circles. When they obsess about finding the god particle and nonsense of that type, you realise they think from the wrong parts of the brain and seldom use their consciousness for true intelligence.
This is why when the question is asked like your own, first there needs to be a base understanding of what the answer would consist of, and without that the question itself becomes disconnected from the answer it seeks for they themselves are light years apart both in realisation and in understanding, which falls into the realm of ‘you can’t know, what you don’t know you don’t know.’

We’ve all brought those kinds of thoughts and ideas at some stage or another, its natural- but that kind of future think is no good to us. It deludes us into thinking we can go from A to Z in a single leap without going through B to Y to even comprehend what Z even is and have a brain that can comprehend it. It’s no different to a zealot wanting to know what god is, when all he has is a tiny book of man-made deceit & manaical fables which he’s installed into a warped hypersaroused temporal lobe that smears reality with it every chance it gets.
