Among the many things learned, on February 25th, is that the true incubation period for COVID-19 is up to three months, hence asymptomatic spreaders continue to unknowingly spread the disease. This also explains why the Plejaren protocols made clear the absolute need for hermetically sealed quarantines:

The largely unrecognized, highly dangerous situation is the inadvertent spreading of the disease by hospitals, medical facilities and personnel. Even first responders are subject to contracting and spreading the disease.
LET THEIR NAMES BE KNOWN AND HONORED
Having pointed out the immense amount of wealth possessed by the American billionaires, this is also the opportunity to invite them to truly help save the country in which they’ve been able to thrive…and to honor them for doing so.
What is called for now are New Treatment Quarantine Centers, specifically constructed to provide the kind of airtight environments in which the stringent protocols are maintained to provide evaluation, treatment and monitoring of all suspected and/or confirmed COVID-19 cases.
These New Treatment Quarantine Centers are absolutely essential if we are to stop this pandemic…and prevent wave after wave of new infections and mutations. The centers will serve to protect the patients and the medical personnel, as well as preventing the current virus leakage from hospitals to the public.
The New Treatment Quarantine Centers should be named after the gracious, individual billionaires that fund them. This new philanthropic effort will create an enormous amount of work and desperately needed American jobs. The new facilities and required equipment will produce a new industry in facility construction, and manufacturing of all medical equipment and protective suits, etc.
Once again, Americans can emulate the “can do” spirit of generations past, who also have faced great challenges. And, while we regain our health, we can also regain our prosperity in the process.
And it’s no secret that one of the most well-known people in the world is a builder, as well as…the President of the USA.
The urgency to construct these centers is not solely because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but also because of:
The Pandemics Yet to Come
While we are already aware of the many previous warnings related to this pandemic, and now have every possible reason to respect the accuracy of the source, then we should carefully consider this warning, from September 11, 2018:
“And this will be especially the case in the future in relation to diseases and epidemics which, on the one hand, as a result of globalization, will be spread to all countries and spread many times over, even in the industrialized countries, while, on the other hand, diseases and epidemics will continue to spread, also as a result of climate change, and will appear in countries which, because of their cooler climate, have been spared by it until now. We must not be taken by surprise again. We must not be caught unprepared.
So, no matter what your politics may be, let’s make America and the world…safe again.

There’s better odds in reducing the spread given the virus can be contained within a controlled Treatment Quarantine Center (TCQ) to the point of there being better odds in minimizing the transmission of Covid19, thus stopping or limiting the spread (within those facilities). The likely key here (TCQ’s) as has been mentioned is if the amount of quarantine time will be sufficient? One can even call them Covid19 study centers – to warrant the close to 3 month quarantine time needed (depending on the individual) to help restore an individual close to regular health. But it’s strange in itself to rely on others (citizens) to enact such a big task when the federal government should’ve enacted this from the start.

If the state of Missouri can sue China why wion`t the rest of the U.S. do the same. The virus is all around and especially in populace areas as by easing the restrictions this early people who have managed to help slow the spread of the virus by staying home will most likely end up being exposed to the virus. Ptaah has informed of the likely mutation of the virus if not dealt with early, though the virus was first observed in July, 2019 as Ptaah has recently mentioned. Covid 19 reacts differently to varied global regions and with the lack of global cooperation to try to contain the virus (other countries) this may point to two options down the road IMO. Rely on our immune system (as we have) or for the populace to hope for a vaccine (to which may not benefit an individual = side effects of the vaccine which will likely be overlooked for various reason which may likely include $$$).
Please consider that this idea for the TQC is essentially what the Plejaren advised on February 25th. While other medical research, and self-quarantines are necessary, the TQC approach would implement the necessary containment and control to help stop the spreading, otherwise I think we may see wave after wave of mutations, etc.

Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer and Mike Bloomberg may be some of the few who may be persuaded. IMO, it’s tough to see a 180 turn from the current circumstances to try to contain the virus when federal/state involvement is more focused on opening businesses for economical reasons as opposed to focusing on the overall health of everyone. We’re optimistic, but IMO this pandemic requires full/global cooperation from everyone which has yet to take place (unfortunately).

GREAT idea MH, that will logically occur! Small facilities for local towns, and larger per population need. Additional opportunities are in UV and H2O2 sterilization; masks are being re-purified in shipping containers now- 20,000 a day – with H202. Sunlight is best but not constant. I re-use N95 masks by leaving it in sunlight or under a UV bulb, and re-clean and wipe gloves since they are hard to find.
Portable hand held scanners could replace wipes in some cases. Bring the future here ! – that was the entertaining lessons of StarTrek. We have to build a brighter future despite all the events.

Hi David I just read the entire predictions from Sfath. This makes me wonder how and why I`m living here on such an ugly terrible world such as Earth! Well, let us think while it is still legal !
In terms of building a future, let us learn from the contact notes about their society: the Plejaren live in DOMES. In addition to structural and weather advantages, there are fewer surfaces to clean of the CV19, more sunlight, and inside, social distancing is easier in a circumference.

Giving their wealth away would be a good thing if they want to free themselves. Maintaining wealth is a lot of work too. I have seen people giving blank checks to ashrams to get their life back and put that responsibility on someone else.

In India Plasma therapy has yielded some hope for covid patients on ventilators. Some of them have recovered and testing negative we are told. But not very practical and plasma donors who have ‘recovered’ from covid should be free from other diseases. Again this procedure involves money.
