With regards the nuclear war.
Leaders should be seeing many of the reports on climate, economy and health; that I used to validate. These reports don’t compare much in the market they are really narrow. If a leader was to look without understanding at the whole picture, it would seem hopeless. There is no money to save the world, no profit in cleaning up, its just a cost, at least to the ignorent. In particular however global dimming is occurring. This jargon means the crap we pump out blocks the heating effect of the sun. If you recall the original lockdown the skys cleared and we saw the true extent of our actions, it got hot. Even at that time the idea was floated of creating a man made nuclear winter, although there was talk of using less radioactive particles at that time.
If you are a world leader and you have inadvertently made money from covid, vacancies and concessions to industry. Well its arse covering time. Basically our leaders are stupid enough that they would agree to anything to save themselves. Obviously it helps that the media is going to blame Putin.
We are in real trouble unless humanity takes the children away from the levers of power.

What about blaming warmongering Biden Bob?
Biden is simply the senile, astronomically unqualified, grossly immoral, highly unethical and delusionally controversial marionette puppet for the global plan. He can barely control the bowel movements in his underoos, let alone anything important the US wishes to accomplish via their plan for global domination. In other words, Biden has no power and that’s the way it will always be with the Presidents of the United States. I suppose it’s easy that Biden can be blamed for certain things (justly or unjustly so), but he is not the one controlling the direction of this country.
The aforementioned and the following are merely my opinions. Blame starts with all of us, cause and effect. If we have to blame, then we need to look in the mirror and ask why we either didn’t stand up and do something when it was time or why we simply looked away when the truth became uncomfortable to acknowledge. Accepting facts and the truth for what it is and then changing our thoughts for the better is the first step in avoiding an unwanted future. Sadly, we are way past the point of no return in a lot of scenarios.

Part of the teaching is about controlling energy around you. Billy’s writing focuses on internal awareness. The powers of the world have always turned humanity away from this realisation. The energies around us are fate or luck or God – just enough nonsense that folk don’t look closer at the cause and effect. What the powers use are learned tricks based on fundamental truths at low values. I call this suite of tools glamour an appearance deception these tools are unknown but described as magic in our society. They are tricks based on transfers of agency in accounting and legal terms but at the most esoteric end it is hypnosis – matching and altering body energies to an external view provided in a reasonable way. The power of suggestion but the legal and financial levers of suggestion can reinforce the most ridiculous. English is a poor language to describe this in as it is manifesting internally and projecting externally – we tend to just learn the rules and repeat without thought. This is the instinctual state that our leaders rely on to set us on our cause and effect journey. The human journey has control points that bind each human to the state. Its very frustrating actually as the intention (lies) would create a decent human society but the actual legal wording creates advantage for those that write the laws or in the case of leaders higher up those that “inspire” gain.
Biden, Zelensky, and on and on, are all in a circle of “trust” the information given to them is different from the real reality by perspective changes. They are under glamour as part of the job they are acting like the leaders they are being told they should be. The deception of data is possible due to the length of reporting lines – Chinese whispers if you know the saying. However at each stage of “adding value” agents of the power adjust perspective just enough to keep leaders motivated. Its very clever and you have to hand it to the nazi thinking it does utterly dominate the human. What we are witnessing is a multi decade plan – that I suspect was created to never be used and never got updated from the original plan. I say nazi as you are familiar with the stereotype but really they are the militant arm of the church. The knights have been used to fight “evil” hide the truth all through human history. Skull and Bones is the controlling cult although all belief is used to manipulate and many of the freemason in contact with agents will simply see a financial reward and no real harm done. This is the hearts and minds operation – the heart understands it is wrong but the head is controlled through fear and belief; then there’s the money or the leverage from Epstine type blackmail operations. All in the group are flattered to be above the law and be lifted in society from paying due respect to the belief that is promoted. Many of our brands etc have been used so its not exclusively “religion” humanity worships money. The higher up the belief chain the less real reality is supplied, this causes what hypnotists call an abreaction, Freudian slips etc. The heart breaks the internal self becomes corrupt and confused by the unreason of reality. Our leaders are sick but they are there of their own violation. They see no alternatives as each actor around them is held to their own fantasy and small abuses are offered as the way to attain this. These folk are not bad all the time just when they are told to be bad for the higher purpose.
Many of Zelenskys speeches were close enough to Hitlers speeches; I am not sure they really understand the coding and techniques used in world war two. These leaders are whipped up with falsified ideas of glory etc. The human mind if driven by belief is very programmable but thought breaks it as does loving your life. This is the reason capitalist beliefs “your not paid to think” and so on are very close to the mercenary belief. It is a doctrine of domination but it is secret from the flock.
Anyway we can start thinking about that missile or it can be replicated by amplifying creational truth and love. Human reality is being turned into a religious wet dream of the end of the world – its really silly.

P.S. I think the beetles and all music/movements from the sixties were subjected to the mind technology. These groups got through it which I take to show that true harmony displaces at least the early versions of technological compliance. We are told that this (1) capsule has been found. It would seem that fixing the equipment to the truck was a bit slap-dash, and not protected by a wooden crate.
