I was just notified by YouTube that they took down the video I posted here because of a copyright complaint by He Who Dwells in Darkness, aka John Greenewald.
The irony of a “truth-seeking UFO investigator” who, in this 2008 interview, praised our film about the singularly authentic Billy Meier UFO contacts, The Silent Revolution of Truth, then had YouTube censor it, is certainly lost on Greenewald.
So, for those who think I haven’t been nice enough to these charlatans and profiteers, next to the government, the phonies in UFOlogy and the fake “disclosure” movement are the biggest enemies of the truth.

Censorship? No. You took copyrighted content, which if you had asked (and weren’t constantly attacking me) I would have spoken to you about what we could do. I gave you a fair interview, and I’m not ashamed of it at all. There’s no reason for me to “censor” it. Heck, if you weren’t on the constant attack against me, I’d even offer for you to come back on my show again for a respectful dialogue. I am convinced, however, you are not capable of that given your writing about me in recent years.
That aside, when you take copyrighted material from people, and that material has LICENSED MUSIC on top of the copyright (yes, licensed; a license I paid for, and was granted but for use only on my authorized channels), and the name itself is even trademarked, then you get a copyright claim due to numerous violations of my rights.
Do you want me to start taking your videos in full and streaming them on my channel? Or any one for that matter? Of course not — because that’s YOUR property.
Feel free to whine, gripe and yell to the heavens to your membership. But at the end of the day, you received zero permission to take my content, and stream it on your own channel using my name. Yet, you did anyway. Hence why YouTube took action.

Perhaps we can indeed resolve any differences we may have and discuss them publicly, as you suggest. So, let me respond below to the points you raise:
1. Over the years you have suppressed and/or attacked the Meier case and also me.
2. I regard ANY interview with me as Fair Use as it also contains MY intellectual property.
3. Yes, you may indeed stream my free videos. I don’t monetize them and the information is too important to prevent it from being shared.
Now, since you certainly don’t think of yourself as a truth-suppressor, profiteer, charlatan, phony and/or any of the other charming descriptions I’ve used to describe all the people who put themselves forward as UFO “experts”, researchers, investigators, etc., I would be glad, delighted in fact, to REMOVE your name from my list(s) and to engage in polite and professional, public (and private) discussions with you.
I don’t hold grudges and I think you could say the same thing about yourself. Of course, it would be a fair and welcome question to ask me…WHY I’ve taken the position I have regarding UFOlogy, the people in it, and what EVIDENCE I have, etc.
You are smart enough know that the UFO topic ISN’T solely – or even most importantly – about UFOs. As you may know, I consider it to be primarily about helping humankind assure its/our future survival. That concerns all of us and certainly a family man like you.
In case you don’t know, Billy Meier’s been the target of 25 documented assassination attempts, and unwarranted, vicious, character assassination for decades. I’ve had my life threatened, and tons of false things said about me. I have a VERY thick skin but I know that many people don’t.
If we want to have a kinder, gentler world, then let’s contribute to it.
In consideration of that, let’s…COOPERATE in getting the truth out. Of course we should discuss HOW we determine the truth, etc. I’m all for it.

1) I suppressed the truth by having you on my show and letting you speak your mind and offer my audience your perspective? Oh, stop.
2) That’s not how that works. My copyright complaint was very clear that it was about the audio, taken in full, and not about your visuals (that is documented with YouTube’s legal department). Just because you put your own photos over the audio, doesn’t make the offense of exploiting that audio any less of an offense. You should brush up on your copyright knowledge, especially when combining copyright, paid licensing, AND a trademark, as was the case in this instance.
3) Then you grant people a Creative Commons license for distribution with attribution. Good for you. But that’s still a license, which in my case, you were never granted.
To the rest of what you said, standing alone, we may have been able to chat and come together for a respectful dialogue. My channel proves I have zero issues with that. But given the harassment in your blog against me by name, and your continued barrage of private/direct emails, no thanks. My audience isn’t interested in that, and neither am I.

1. Much of what you’ve said about the Meier contacts and me is post-interview.
2. The unanswered question is, why, since there’s no profit involved, since the totality of the interview, which contains BOTH of our intellectual property, is quite informative, would you want to restrict it?
3. People have routinely used my videos without asking for a license and I subscribe to what I said in point 3. Why would I restrict the non-commercial distribution of my YT videos?
We live in a world where many people are un-peaceful, and there are others who truly seek peace. In fact, there are peace conferences, meetings, negotiations, etc., on much larger scales. So, how could you and I fail to do our own small part in the process?

The Truth is always met with hostility. I guess the survival of the human race on Earth isn’t enough for the UFO community. The predictions/prophecies prove the case for any thinking person who does their own homework. I don’t understand the lack of compassion, reason, and logic by the entire UFO community. Billy is never talked about yet, he is the only person with actual evidence beyond photos. He gives names of the pilots of the beamships their age, their occupation, planet of origin, duties while visiting earth, not mention the laser pistol, laser holes, landing tracks, the neighbors have even photographed the beamships. The swiss air force had over 200 radar sightings from 1975 -1980 they couldn’t identify. Now there’s the Wendell Stevens photo of the test flight of the first stealth fighter. How anyone can ignore this evidence along with the proof of time travel just proves they don’t want the Truth if there’s no fortune or fame attached .
It’s mindboggling. I hate to say it, but Billy is right, the majority of the Earth population can’t think or reason. They see a computer generated UFO video and their hearts melt. When they’re presented with overwhelming evidence that extraterrestrial human beings have been visiting and warning about the total collapse of planet Earth, their brains melt. They get angry and bitter. I can’t wrap my head around it.

Exactly. The majority of people on Earth just don’t get it. Trapped in their illusions . A one armed guy takes perfect UFO photos with a broken camera , no money , and no Photoshop invented yet, they refuse to do the homework. No other case has as much evidence and witnesses. It’s like they won’t understand the warnings until the first nuke explodes over North America. It’s frustrating. The Plejaren are correct, people are trapped in illusions they can no longer free themselves from.
I don’t think we need any more proof that Earth humanity has adopted a wait and see approach to everything, all while failing to understand that by the time we do “see” it’s too late to do anything about it.
