Meditation Basic Factor Permanent State Daily Meditation Daytime Awake Consciousness Meditation
“Apart from what is given to the whole of the entire meditation practice in terms of meditation and its various methods, this refers to the daily, conscious and unconscious – not subconscious – permanent state daily meditation, which precedes all other meditations, but is also unknown in all earthly meditation teachings since ancient times, according to which it was never taught and not spread.
The Permanent State Daily Meditation corresponds to a Day Awake Consciousness Meditation, which takes place in the course of the whole time of the day in the Day Awake Consciousness, which takes place in lying, sitting, standing, walking, as well as in movement and every activity, both in a conscious and unconscious way, whereby the ‘unconscious way’ corresponds to a level placed before the consciousness, which has nothing to do with the subconscious, but corresponds to a recording-processing-processing-switching-change-replaying-level. The first and most important step of the meditation is the day mindfulness-attention-permanent meditation. This is not only of special importance, it is the most important meditation of all. This is because it results in the conscious and controlled cultivation of the constantly arising thoughts and the resulting feelings, which concentrate on everything and everyone, what is currently being thought, feelings created, what is being done, spoken, executed and handled, and what behaviours, etc. are being carried out.
Through the continuous state daily meditation of the day-watchful consciousness, everything and anything is thoroughly controlled consciously and unconsciously – provided that this meditation is practised deliberately and consciously – whereby everything that is done, acted, spoken, said and handled is carried out completely or at least to a large extent correctly and without error.
If, in the course of the day or after the day’s work, the permanent state of daily meditation is interrupted in the daytime awake consciousness for a state of rest or a rest meditation, then a thought stop is necessary, whereby a stay in a meditation for rest can take place.”

Speaking of time travel, please also note what Billy Meier said regarding his foreknowledge about the Corona virus epidemic:

Vaccines Roulette
There is a newly published, unofficial translation of the 758th Contact. Here is an unofficial translation of the last exchange between Billy Meier and Ptaah at the end of the contact:
Billy But what I am still interested in now is what you think about the whole thing, what has been torn up for quite some time with vaccines that are supposed to prevent the further spread of the corona disease?
Ptaah: Your question had to come, because it corresponds to your sense of responsibility and logic. But my opinion is that all the vaccines that are currently being researched in various ways and that need to be applied quickly are totally under-researched and will be applied prematurely in a very short time.
Billy: You are saying that this is all just an ill-considered rapid bleaching, right? I think it could be more harm than good, because it is under-researched, because normally it takes our researchers 10-15 years or so to create a real and good vaccine, to create a perfect vaccine product.
Ptaah: That is correct. But what is being done now is what you just called ‘rapid bleaching’, which is vaccine products that can be produced in a rapid manner.
Billy:… brewed in a rapid manner – excuse me.
Ptaah:… are insufficiently and negligently researched, and consequently no relevant and verifiably valuable test results are available to prove their effectiveness and harmlessness. Consequently, the whole thing, as you have just said, can be described as hastily ‘brewed’. Such an unresearched vaccine is not only dubious but also dangerous, since the ‘rapid bleaching’ you mentioned lacks any long-standing experience in trials and tests to guarantee the safety and efficacy of the product. However, as regards the emergence of a vaccine against the corona virus, which should prove to be suitable, safe and effective, the question arises as to its effectiveness, whether this will be positive or negative if it is used for vaccination. However, I doubt whether vaccination with such an insufficiently researched and untested medium will be a preparation of effective positive efficacy, and I also doubt that there will be any counterproductive reactions or effects.
Billy: So you think that such rapid bleaching vaccines could possibly cause ill effects, such as suffering and disease?
Ptaah: Yes, not only direct effects, but especially late effects that can have very long-term effects.
Billy: So, the whole thing does not look rosy, so any earthling, he or she, who gets vaccinated, gets involved in a game of roulette, so to speak.

I was suspecting this vaccine business is way to hasty. Once fear sets in, people panic and those responsible are willing to risk health of the people for a vaccine that was not properly tested. This is a total, total mess. I only hope the government will not make us take such substance.

t agree with you more. I think these vaccine manufacture dont take the time to think and analyze the hidden dangers that are involved with theses vaccines and drugs too while I think of this too. My father was a dentist which is also considered a doctor. When he was alive he usded to give my mother and me a flue shot each year but back them there were no radio biochips to spy on people and watch people as in the book and movie 1984 by George Orwell and this is what scares me sick the most. I think what we’re “supposed to do” is…still optional, of course. That means that taking the “opportunity” now to study the spiritual teaching, to learn how to think clearly, in a neutral-positive manner, and applying the might of our thoughts is still the only way to create the world and lives we want.
It’s been put off for so very long. Many who heard about self-responsibility, taking their personal power back from the delusional religions and dead end politics, postponed doing so, in favor of more distraction, escapism and entertainment.
So now we can…choose to consciously pursue the study of the spiritual teaching, or we can default to worrying, complaining, blaming and…escaping again into that which has no substance and no lasting value.
The choice is – still – ours.
Since I’m disabled and high risk. I may have no choice but to try a vaccine . At least there’s some hope which is better than zero hope that one of these vaccines might help.
I just want to remind you that these vaccines were developed in less than a year. Vaccines normally take at least a decade of research and trials before they are approved and considered safe for the general population. No one is telling you not to take it, but I would seriously contemplate the risks.

Billy has eluded to this in the recent past that I have read and find it definately part of what I try to do daily. I find myself wondering if I am doing it correctly and if it’s a part of the spiritual teachings that I put my personal evolution into correctfullness by adopting what he is saying about this type of meditation.
I have always felt I don’t make enough time to meditate daily/weekly, so when I had heard him say this , it rang true to me.

I think history has to be rewritten about Siddhartha Guatama.The four daughters of his and their beautiful names were never mentioned in any history texts.He didn’t belong to a royal family is understandable ,His spirit teachings were on track but falsified by scribes. At he present time, politicians are trying to change history by boosting the image of their favourite leaders and putting down those they don’t like. I think in the future ,only Billy’s CRs would be the correct source of historical events.
Correct me if I’m wrong but in contact report ( CR 654) it discusses the true origins of Buddhism in that; Siddhattha Gotama received or some how learned about the spiritual teaching, from a group in Burma then added in his own ideas to it, which was later falsifies by his followers? I don’t know if this new contact report is suppose to supplement or expanded upon on that contact report. This new contact report seems to tell a different story then from Contact report 654. does anyone know why or am I missing something?
I have some information about it, which will hopefully be further clarified.
Sfath told Meier not to tell Semjase, Quetzal, Ptaah, etc., many things that they had to find out themselves, much of which happened only recently. Also, Ptaah didn’t know Meier was actually more than 160 years old, as we’ve also learned in the CR. So, some of the information in the CR from the past didn’t contain all of the information.
well damn it! This info is very discouraging about the vaccines coming our way for the virus. I still do not believe the circulating conspiracy theories that micro chips are in it to control people or it will change people’s DNA – however, the fact that Billy and Ptaah are saying that it could cause disease or illness that could linger – that is very very concerning. Since I have a pre-existing condition, this info changes everything. ok thanks Michael for this update. This is a game changer. Will have to really think about this.
